What was supposed to be a quick lunch became a rather romantic and heartwarming experience. The place is family owned, has a cozy atmosphere, plays great music, and service was excellent. The food itself was incredibly good and really surprised us, arguably some of the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy. 10/10

A special thank you to the staff for going above and beyond by happily adding extra Aperol to my daughter’s drink. It’s the little touches like this that make all the difference. The food was delicious. I had Rigatoni Norma and my husband had a salami pizza. Both were absolutely scrumptious. The tomato sauce with the eggplant and goat cheese was very flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the pasta was cooked to perfect al dente. The pizza dough was nice and crispy, not dry at all. If Amsterdam weren't so far away, we would eat here more often. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, only of the delicious Ichnusa beer.

Terrible experience… bad food and even worse service…

The waitress was appalling: slow, inactive, and dishonest. Our drinks were listed on the menu at €3.95, but when we went to pay, they were listed at €4. When we pointed this out, the waitress didn't apologize and justified it by saying it was last year's price. That's irrelevant to us, but whatever, we asked to pay the listed price, and the waitress agreed. You might think everything was fine... WRONG! The waitress pretended to comply with our simple request to pay the listed price and then entered the original price we had disputed into the card machine without our knowledge. After paying, we asked to see the receipt, and this woman claimed the machine was broken. This act alone would be enough to get her fired; it's so insulting to the customer and gives this restaurant a bad reputation. I demand a refund.

Wow, I don't normally leave 1⭐ reviews but we had the most atrocious service! Very slow wait between ordering our mains and then ordering an additional starter, about half an hour for us to just receive a bruschetta. The food was very average for the price. We ordered lemoncello spritzes and they were so strong that they made us feel nauseous in the heat. I took one sip of mine then stopped drinking and the waitor asked in a coy tone why I didn't like his drinks, we honestly said it was a bit strong. The staff were very slow in getting us tap water, which is not cool with such strong drinks plus 30C heat. We later asked to take the drinks off the bill (at least mine) as I'd had literally one sip, and he made a fuss and made a big deal of asking his manager and then all staff ignored us for some time and it was a nightmare. We paid in full, around 70euro for two, which is crazy money for such a terrible experience.

The service was appalling, We had people roll eyes at us just because we wanted tapwater. I also had one of my servers do a loud sigh when I didn’t want to get an appetizer. I also had a drink that tasted like pure syrup. It was one of the spritzes, It made me feel unwell, and I asked for it to be taken off the bill as I didn’t drink it and I got told no. I’ve never had such an appalling service here in my life. Also, the food took forever and we had to remind them, and I noticed in the restaurant it wasn’t just us doing the same thing. One of the servers she just kept talking to one table and looking at us and laughing, and then pointing at us, I’ve never experienced something so horrific in my life. I would never go here.

A lovely restaurant where I ate the best spaghetti carbonara of my life. Prepared authentically with crispy guanciale and Parmesan. Highly recommended. The appetizer was also delicious.

Waited more than 15 minites for our drinks. Beer was warm. When I asked the waiter. He replied the it is just the glass🙈 When the waiter brought the bill he had the odessity to ask for a tip🤣🤣🤣 Will not visit there again

The waitress, although smiling, didn't take orders and then made a mistake when bringing the plates. We had to wait for our friend's order to be served before we could eat (which was consequently cold). As for the quantity/quality: it was what you'd expect for the price. We went there for breakfast and ordered the English and American breakfasts. Don't be fooled by the picture on the menu; you'll be disappointed. It's a shame they didn't pay more attention to the presentation and composition of the dishes.

A perfect little gem in Amsterdam. Very well located and super cozy, especially on a freezing night. We arrived around 11 pm and were so happy it was still open. Inside felt warm and welcoming, the service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Such a lovely spot to end the day highly recommended!
