Save yourself the trouble! Unreachable, nothing delivered! After waiting 3 hours we asked for our money back via Uber eats. What a bunch of balls

This place is ridiculously bad. Delivery took three hours, and the icing on the cake was the sushi—it was awful! The sushi tasted like plastic, and the Vietnamese spring rolls were swimming in deep fryer grease. You wouldn't do this to your worst enemy. Never order from here!

Order was 1.5hrs late. Calls not being answered.

Do not order food here. The sushi is mediocre. We also got the wrong order delivered, but the restaurant is not reachable by telephone. I have been calling 2 hours straight but i could not reach them. I am never going to order here again.

What a terrible experience, so terrible that this will be my first review ever. The food was stale and practically fell apart. It clearly wasn't made that day, which was a disgrace, especially with the sashimi. Furthermore, I didn't get everything I ordered. The operator commented: "You should have checked when you answered the door..." Excuse me?! The entire bag was stapled shut, and the AirPod-wearing delivery person turned around before letting go of it; he didn't even hear what I said (he wanted to leave a tip). It's truly remarkable that this restaurant still exists. You've been warned.

I order sushi more often on purpose because I like it. Only I got my food so badly, the delivery person just left and the bag tore apart... there is no way I can reach them. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy my food. I would like some compensation or possibly. Received a new portion.

Omg really the very worst sushi ever. Don't be fooled by reviews on home delivery. Rolls are falling apart, the quality of the rice is not sushi rice, avocado is expired. Tuna is brown. Really scandalous. I'm going to try to get my money back.

After calling again for an hour and the delivery person was supposed to be on his way, the food took another 30 minutes to arrive (5 minutes by bike). Never order here.

Delivery times that are far too long, cannot be reached by telephone and no one takes responsibility. So don't do that

We waited an hour and a half for the order. Got nothing. I called them and asked if the food was still coming, then I was told that they had canceled the order, without communicating anything. And when I got on the phone to ask where our food was, they responded grumpily and just hung up. Very sorry about this guys!

Bad experience with this store. Took an hour and a half for the food to be delivered, even without chopsticks. How hard can it be. Had two telephone contacts with an employee who made false promises. Flapdrol first class, I advise everyone not to order their food here.

This morning we thought we would order well in time to celebrate our colleague's birthday during the lunch break. We had chosen the delivery time as 12.15. Before then, we tried calling several times to confirm delivery times. Only when the order was actually supposed to be delivered did someone finally answer. The delivery person did not show up on time, but it was really supposed to be delivered at half past one. At 10.30 we called again, now of course quite irritated because our break only lasted until 1 o'clock. He would be there in 1 minute. We finally received our order at a quarter to 1. Where you think you have ordered well in time, you then have to eat your order in 15 minutes. If we had known earlier that they could not meet the offered delivery time of 12.15, we would of course never have ordered here! A few hours later we are still waiting for the promised call from the manager! Another confirmation that good service to customers is not a priority here! Do you want to receive your order on time? Then don't order here!!

I always order my sushi here, very tasty. It's almost always there on time. They have nice boxes here that are not too expensive. And great offers and discounts.

Initially the food was an hour late and the hot side dishes had become ice cold. However, after calling the store, we received free, new, hot side dishes within 20 minutes! Super fast solution and great customer service! We ate it deliciously :)

Worthless. The food was 1.5 hours late, while after half an hour (which is also stated as home delivery) it already said that a delivery person was on his way. After calling after an hour, I was told that there were not enough staff and they were waiting for a delivery person. Not really my problem I guess, maybe don't indicate that it is there after 30 minutes then! The sushi was okay, but the surprise box offered little surprise or variety.

It really wasn't good this time. Very dry, it tasted as if it had been made yesterday, was left over and now came out of the refrigerator... Then 20 euros suddenly became very expensive. It's a shame I can't include a photo, because the last part of the roll is almost invisible and with the sake roll you also need a magnifying glass to see the salmon. It's full of cucumber, a little avocado and a sliver of salmon. Delivered quickly, but that's of little use if it doesn't taste good.

Ridiculous service, ordered 2.5 hours ago and haven't heard anything yet. The phone is not answered and I have to be home before curfew in half an hour. We will never order from here again, thanks for ruining the evening!

What a terribly bad sushi place. Waited for over an hour (0 apologies, no effort made to make up), sushi was dry, and overpriced.

I placed my order today via home delivery at 7:00 PM at Mr. Sushi Express. Still no order received so far (it is now 9:15 PM). I have contacted the restaurant, but they indicated that they have a shortage of home delivery people, which I find very strange because my housemate (who ordered from another restaurant) did receive his order on time. I find it strange that I have not been contacted to say that my order is taking longer. The restaurant is also unable to estimate the time in which my order can be delivered. I find this very sloppy. Furthermore, I have no idea how good the food at this restaurant is, but my cheese sandwich certainly tasted okay.

Mr Sushi surpise box is a rip off, don't buy it... tasteless and there is no variaty... never again...

I saw a young employee outside on the sidewalk making the wasabi. He had placed a transparent jug on the ground and was standing over it, stirring the green mass with a whisk (isn't that what it's called?) I think this is a violation of hygiene rules. In any case, I think it's disgusting enough not to order from it.

Ordered a sushi box for 40 euros, indicated that it could not contain surimi because we have an allergy. They are unreachable by telephone. It took more than 1.5 hours before we received a bowl with almost only surimi sushi. The rest was avocado and egg. A handful of salmon. This simply isn't possible. I'm not paying for this. After two hours we called (long wait in the queue) to find out where our order was; he would be there within fifteen minutes with spring rolls to quench the long wait. Ended up waiting another hour. So three hours in total. Called again to ask why it had not arrived after an hour, after another fifteen minutes of waiting I decided to hang up and eat the sushi that had just been delivered after waiting three hours. Bad shop, I will never order from them again and recommend that you never order from them (again).

Honestly, "crappy" is an overestimation of the service here. I ordered from here twice, both times they did not arrive at my home within the estimated 1 hour. Both times I called after 2 hours, it was "busy". You would think that you would call to inform your customers, but of course this does not happen. The first time they even delivered the completely wrong order, the second time they simply spent another 3 hours getting the order to my house, which is a 10-minute walk away. I tried it twice and after the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but based on the reviews I've read, this seems like a pattern rather than an exception. Both times they were at least 2 hours late, the second time even 3 hours. So just don't order here, for this place there are simply too many others in the area where you don't have to wait 3 hours for an order, and 15 minutes on hold while you wait for both food and a lame apology for their lousy service.

I think this place needs new staff. The sushi is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered almost 2 hours ago and still no delivery. In fact, I had to call the restaurant myself in order to be informed about the common delay. They told me that the sushi was ready to be picked up by the deliverer. This makes me question about the freshness of the expensive food I ordered. When I asked for a compensation after this lack in reliability, the girl on the phone was rude and couldn't mean anything. If you doubt ordering Mr Sushi Express or another restaurant. Go for the second.
