Love the food here. They did occasionally pack my stuff (Like cinnabons) upside down in the box when I ask for takeaway, but it's okay. It's still edible (And tasty).

Delicious cheesecakes and amazing coffees! Happy with the service!

I ordered a pie for a birthday. I wanted to pick it up around 1 p.m., but the store was closed when I arrived, even though the website says they're open. I sent an email explaining that I was now without a pie, and a super friendly man called me shortly after. He explained that the information online needed to be updated. He apologized, and he delivered the pie to my home shortly after! Excellent service! I'm truly grateful, and the birthday girl enjoyed her pie :)

We were going to have coffee there with pie. However, while we were asking questions, another customer, who was going before her turn, was being spoken to. Customer friendliness is hard to find in our opinion!

While transferring the pie from a plate to a box, the staff dropped a piece of pie on the counter. She still put that piece in the box. I didn't realize it until I got home, when I opened the box. I immediately threw that piece away.

That woman is absolutely crazy and rude. Go work somewhere where you don't have to talk to people.

Closed in afternoons apparently during the summer (found a sticker on the door) but not changed anywhere online.

What a terribly unfriendly staff member working there!!!!!! I was craving macarons so I thought I'd get some around 4:30 on Sunday. I was helped by a girl without a bra so you could clearly see the nipple piercings through her thin sweater. Very distasteful! I actually wanted to turn back if I hadn't promised my youngest a macaron. I wanted to know what flavors were still available and at question three I was told that they don't know what flavors they have either?! She turns around and says quite loudly to her colleague that he should help me because I would be difficult?! While the boy helped me very awkwardly, she still interfered with my order, which made the atmosphere worse and worse. It's that my children were there and I didn't want to stoop to her level otherwise she would have gotten the wind from her. What a rude, unhygienic, antisocial piece of junk that is! Your employer will undoubtedly know who I mean here. You are not suitable for a job where you need to have knowledge about the product you sell and a service orientation should be intrinsic. I don't think it can be very difficult. I will never come here, Multivlaai Almere, again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. The macarons were certainly not worth the 2 euros because the taste was ruined.

Strangely, I ordered a photo cake for my son's first birthday on Sunday. I received a photo with a blue tint and stripes, and we had to add the photo ourselves. She gave it to my friend, but I refused and returned the cake. I got my money back, but now I had to quickly arrange for a different cake. This is such a shame.

Cashew nut cake in Almere. If you want to sell it for 5 euros you can at least cut normal pieces. What ridiculously small pieces. Once and never again!

We passed by. Let's go. The cakes are wonderful. With some coffee. The choice is huge. The price is moderate. We were very pleased with the coffee shop. Today I came again to drink coffee and eat cake. The coffee is wonderful... The cakes are a fairy tale... I never cease to rejoice... Everything is delicious and the hostess is wonderful. While I was eating, I noticed that a large number of customers come in to order sets of different cakes for their own holidays or events. ) We also ordered some to go.

What a bad store. Saturday morning at 9:15 all the half cakes were still in boxes. Shop was not tidy. And they had no cream cakes of any shape. And the apple pies were no longer available in any form. Then I really wonder. How not!!! You should always have that. If you arrive after 10:30 you will realize that it is no longer there. But not at 9:15. Okay, it's clear to me, I won't be coming here anymore.

Make it a party with an exceptional and delicious range. Good fresh. Love and heart for the business and the customer!

Recently bought a number of pie points. First of all, I was shocked by the prices. In addition, all the pieces that had whipped cream on them were not tasty (that was almost everything) and had a very stale taste. Called the store and they only said thank you for reporting it, we will pass it on to the bakery. huh? The next day I sent an email to the head office, they said they would send an email to the store in Almere asking them to resolve it with me... nothing was ever heard again... Paid almost 25 euros for pie slices that were not tasty. Next time just go to Hema again…. That means it's a lot cheaper for me!

I have filed a complaint regarding the fact that my order that I placed for a special occasion could not be processed. Multi-Vlaai did not handle my complaint adequately, 3 weeks later I emailed again because I did not receive any feedback. Only then did the apologies come. Too little too late. We feel not taken seriously.

Something went wrong with the order and delivery date. But I called them: Judith helped me very well!! And problem was solved. Vlaai is always tasty, but also good delivery and customer friendliness... Thanks for everything...

Heerlijke producten en vriendelijk personeel.

Delicious , super soft and fresh cakes . Macarons were great in taste and looks very fresh and yummy too . Will definitely visit this place again

Mooie winkel en koffie/thee schenkerij (en toiletten) met zeer vriendelijke, ervaren bediening. Natuurlijk de lekkerste vlaaien maar ook American pies, vegan en lactosevrije gebakjes, raw bites, macarons, cannoli en zelfs bubble tea. Twee dagen na mijn voorstel voor een speelhoekje zette de manager er een leuk speelwinkeltje neer! Wij hebben er al heel wat vlaaien geproefd; favorieten tot nu: framboos-mascarpone vlaai, aardbeienvlaai met bladerdeegbodem, bananenvlaai met bladerdeegbodem, yoghurt-citroenvlaai en Limburgse roomvlaai.

Wauw had nooit gedacht dat ik fan zou zijn van een multi vlaai🎉 Prachtige locatie met natuurlijk de meest lekkere cakes en vlaai😋. Super vriendelijk personeel was daar toevallig bij de opening en voelde mij direct thuis. Super cozy spot om te brunchen, of om even bij te komen van het shoppen. Aanrader voor jong en oud die van zoetigheid of een lekkere kop koffie houdt! Ga zo door🤤🤤🤤 En die Rainbow cake omgoshhhhh lust dat elke dag😋😋😋

I love multivlaai Almere !! Hun rainbowcake is verslavend man en personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een van me favoriete spots geworden in Almere. Binnenkort weer langs voor me rainbowcake hoor❤️

Op de dag van Kerstavond liep ik langs de winkel. Ik blij, eindelijk weer een Multi Vlaai. Ik naar binnen met me dochter, bleek dat ze alleen nog open waren voor bestellingen(afhaal/bezorging). Maar... ze hadden die dag extra vlaaien besteld en kon ik alsnog 2 vlaaien uitkiezen(m'n collega's, m'n dochter en ik hebben ervan genoten). En dat niet alleen... ik was de 1ste betalende klant. Nog niet alles was geïnstalleerd, maar de verkoop verliep goed. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk, ik kom graag weer langs voor een super heerlijke vlaai.

Wat een service! Bestelling was misgegaan maar dat hebben ze goed opgelost en zelfs nog bezorgd!

Mooie nieuwe verzorgde winkel met koffiecorner Aardige geduldige meneer aan de counter die ruim de tijd nam voor mijn bestelling en het wordt bezorgd op mijn verjaardag in Amsterdam z.o kortom zeer tevreden

Heel veel suc6 met jullie opening. Heel bedachtzaam de acties van jullie denken aan de mensen die wat minder heb. Xxx

Lekkere vlaaien maar op zaterdag moet je vroeg zijn of bestellen. Gaat hard.
