I ordered this pie thinking it will be nice however this is one of the worst pies I have ever tried The base of the cake was like bread and the fruits inside were not fresh one The cappuccino was okay

We ordered coffee and a tart. Unfortunately, the tart was very disappointing — the texture was like plain bread with no craftsmanship at all, and the ingredients had no real flavor. The seating area is nice and the place itself has a pleasant vibe, but it’s a shame that the quality of the desserts and coffee doesn’t match the ambiance.

The pastries were bland and tasted old, and the macarons were awful. Very disappointing.

We ordered a cake (that was okay) and the famous grand breakfast for 13€ that is not as good as it sounds ( you receive 1 little piece of ham, 1 little piece of cheese, 1 piece of bread that was sold as “sandwich”, half a waffle, 1boiled egg to peel, 1 empty croissant and the tiniest glass of orange juice) and for all these simple and little things to eat we waited for more than half an hour. Not recommended

They had a very bad customer service. They offer some plates and bring you them something different or incomplete, and they don’t even apologize for it. Do not come to this place.

I was surprised that both cakes were stale. When the shop was smaller, the quality was better. Now, both the quality of the products and the service have deteriorated. Unfortunately, the cold coffee also disappointed me. I won't be returning.

The owner is friendly, but the staff is very rude to customers. I asked her to clear the table so we could sit down. She brought the order while the table was filthy and everything was scattered on it. When I asked again if she could clear it first, she replied that she didn't have 10 hands. Staff really need proper training! Ladies, no one comes here for free food and drinks. Please be friendly! That's not how you treat customers.

This place needs an inspection, and I'll do everything I can to ensure this, especially what I've seen. It's a shame I can't share a video here! Anyway, they don't use gloves at all. I'm going to have a cup of coffee there for 10 minutes to watch them work without gloves. They're completely hygienic, touching things here and there, but according to them, their hands are clean because they've washed them. Oh, the owner has such long nails, which isn't allowed in the hospitality industry. But if you confront her, she knows better and claims her nails are clean. And you get a backlash in return, but I'll follow up on this. If you agree with me, she's also a force, and send an inspector.

I picked up a cake here on Saturday and asked to have it cut into pieces. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! The young woman absolutely messed it up, and the cake pieces were incredibly uneven. Think of a "good" cake as two very large pieces and three small ones, with two small ones fitting into one large one. The cake itself was delicious, but serving it to your guests was a failure!

What rude staff, absolutely no management there. Young girls who are rude. It's a shame, such a nice place.

Cannoli I was too sweet and tasteless for me. It wasn't ricotta either, or you couldn't taste it because of the sweetness.

A friend and I ordered a cool cappuccino. I ordered one with oat milk. My cappuccino was half full, unlike my friend, who ordered a regular and paid €6 for it. The staff didn't mention it was less than full or ask if I wanted something else. Furthermore, I found the staff very unprofessional and unfriendly.

Waiting 30 minutes for your panini seems like a long time. They don't have a professional team. They brought us the wrong order three times. The prices are quite high, and the service leaves much to be desired.

I've been here a few times, and twice, after a long wait, they've forgotten my order. I asked the staff several times where my order was, and they told me it was busy at the moment. We had a chocolate cinnamon roll and what looked like a brownie with orange juice. The prices are slightly excessive, not necessarily on the pastries but especially on the drinks. Maybe it's because we arrived late, but the cakes served were a little dry.

Cappuccino and apple lemon pie eaten. Coffee was delicious with a glass of water as it should be. The pie was incredibly fresh and delicious. Friendly owner, staff not very talkative, a bit more cheerful wouldn't hurt.

Atmosphere was good and sofas are comfortable. The salmon and cheese spread was tasty, but on the small side.

Terrible customer service, I was in line waiting to order something, the girl working there pretends not to know who is next and serving people around me, while I’m next in line. Very rude.

This has little to do with Limburg pie. The base is just tough, the whipped cream is dirty, the flavors are dull. Really poor quality, for a price you would expect fresh pie for. I advise everyone to take a closer look.

Gosh what bad staff, 0% service, like communicating with a child and so arrogant! I wanted to bring a whole cake with me to visit. Various points indicated, knife is NOT cleaned between cuts? She then takes pre-cut ends that don't look right. I indicated that I preferred new dots of the half pie. She was annoyed and refused because her manager was not allowed to do so, who was not present and also no manager was present. Two colleagues asked in an arrogant manner and blamed me. I was just attacked because I wanted normal looking dots to take with me when visiting? I left immediately, NEVER again for me. I should have read the reviews beforehand, because apparently I'm not the only one with a bad experience.

Lovely place and many choices of cakes

MultiVlaai used to be located on the West Side, a bit hidden. But this year they moved to Gedempte Gracht. I think their best decision. The location is perfect, you can't miss it. The view from the lunchroom is wide and pleasant. Staff is friendly, range is good and fresh, seating is excellent. The toilet is clean and quite luxurious. If you want a nice coffee with fresh pie, with a nice view and nice seating, then you should go to MultiVlaai.

First time at the new location, Multivlaai should have opened this much earlier in the middle of the city. As always delicious pastries and coffee, service is top notch. Maybe too many tables on top of each other??

So happy with your new location, finally a slightly larger store and in the middle of the shopping street instead of hidden in a corner. We liked coming there too. It turned out so beautiful and beautifully spacious. We enjoyed our pastry and drinks with our family.

Mooi pand, producten zien er goed uit. Had cannoli bij de koffie besteld en dat was 50% duurder dan als ik het “to go” had besteld. Echt schandalig. Je denkt ik ga daar gezellig zitten en neem wat lekkers bij de koffie maar je kan het beter eerst in de verpakking kopen en dan weer uitpakken bij de koffie.

Ordered up to 3 different pieces of pie from the menu (at 10 o'clock in the morning) but there is none?! Then ordered cappuccino with extra shot of espresso but did not receive it. The price list shows 2 prices but the girl could not explain which one I had to pay. When asked, the cheapest was the one. Went again a week later. The 3 waitresses had a lot of fun with each other but little attention to us. Asked if they had schwarzwaldervlaai and they did. I then said I didn't want it and it was served anyway. When ordering cappuccino, extra sugar was requested but not received. It was also noticeable that the delicious free chocolates were placed next to the hot cups of coffee and tea instead of being served separately on a saucer. It's a shame that the menus look old and unkempt. In short, a beautiful new coffee shop, but the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the manager gives the new staff unclear instructions and does not notice where things are going wrong in his new business. There is work to be done here, I will definitely come back purely because the interior looks super cozy.

The photo cake I ordered looked like it was made by a toddler. The photo was placed on top of an already decorated cake instead of neatly underneath the whipped cream, as is common with other bakers. The photo was printed while the store was full of customers, so there was no privacy. After an email to customer service I was only offered compensation of 6 euros for the photo. Next time I'll just get a simple cake from Dirk's. It tastes better and looks neater.”

I came here a while ago to get a piece of cake with my children, but what a rude staff that works here. Made us wait as the only customers on purpose, very unfriendly and when I wasn't looking my child was sternly chased away when she wanted to look at the chocolate, she doesn't dare come back and I will certainly never come back. The Multi Vlaai site indicates that they deliver between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. However, I had not set a time and the order would probably arrive later than I had agreed on the phone. I was spoken to by an enthusiastic lady from Multi Vlaai Zaandam - Westzijde by telephone and thanks to her efforts we still received the pies on time to pamper the VUmc in Hoorn. All praise for Multi Vlaai Zaandam

I notice that the pies are often no longer fresh. The cappuccino also does not taste as it should. Nice girls, you know. They do do their best.

Today I had a delicious piece of cake here with my mother and grandmother. The American Bakery department is really my favorite. Too bad the location is only in the middle of the city and you can't quickly park your car for free to pick up a pie or something like that for home! Because that's what I would love to do!

Vandaag, lunchtijd, geweest. Als eerste vroeg ik om een Americano. Kenden ze wel maar konden ze niet maken. Kreeg zwarte koffie in een klein kopje met heet water in een mini kannetje er naast. Dit is het dus echt niet. De kersenvlaai had een te dunne bodem. Vroeger kreeg je een fatsoenlijk groot stuk. Die tijd is voorbij. Toen cappuccino besteld. Die was normaal. De 2e ster. Maar ook een panini geitenkaas besteld. Echt bizar gemaakt, geserveerd en uiterst smerig om te eten. Volgende keer maar een broodjeszaak zoeken.

Moved from Amsterdam zuid to zaandam last year.. Found multi vlaai here.. Same good experience every time. Hospitality is a class and everyone is attended properly.

Met de taart is niks mis, maar het personeel is tenenkrommend slecht. Zitten de hele tijd aan hun mondkapjes te plukken en vervolgens zonder handen wassen (terwijl er een kraan achter ze was) weer taart pakken voor mensen. Verder werd er na ieder puntje gevraagd, ' was dat het'... heel onvriendelijk komt dat over.

Aan het begin van de Westzijde Zaandam zit tussen de bebouwing de pijpenla van Multivlaai verstopt, hier kan je goede vlaaien halen maar ook (pelican rouge) koffie met uiteraard een stuk vlaai nuttigen. Koffie wordt, zoals het hoort, geserveerd met een karafje water. Daar krijg je een Leonidas chocolaatje bij, want hier kan je ook Leonidas bonbons kopen. Relaxte sfeer!

Waren vandaag bij deze zaak en zeiden dat we aan toonbank moesten bestellen Schets onze verbazing dat mijn man staat te wachten aan de toonbank en dat klanten die aan tafel zaten en later dan ons binnen waren wel eerder geholpen worden, geen goede zaak en daarom weggegaan en ergens anders koffie zijn gaan drinken waar we wel gezien werden en vriendelijk geholpen

Men laat je aan tafel wachten tot je een ons weegt, prijzen flink gestegrn, geen excuses: nooit meer !

Je kan er gezellig zitten wel veel verkeer natuurlijk zo aan de weg. Heerlijke vlaaien, de Leonidas bonbons en de Amerikaanse producten

Ho mangiato qui un ottimo pezzo di torta a un prezzo ragionevole, tanto scelta e un ottimo servizio! Tutte le torte frerso, e di ottimo qualità!

Heerlijke vlaaien, smaken echt Limburgs LOL... Ook lekkere koffie trouwens. Leuk gezellig terrasje midden in het centrum van Zaandam.

Doorsnee Multi-Vlaai met ook nog de mogelijkheid om wat te gaan drinken. Taarten worden nog altijd in een 'fabriek' gemaakt en bijna kant en klaar aangeleverd. Cheesecake melig(poedertje opgelost in melk?) Bonbons van Leonidas zijn natuurlijk altijd prima. Zoals ik zeg doorsnee met daarbij 10 losse punten voor €34,- ? (iets met korting bij 10 stuks ?) Sommige producten kunnen best wat lager i.v.m. prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
