New York Pizza in Wijk 50 Hoogeveen

My friend and I waited two and a half hours for our pizza. We called several times after the hour, and they said the pizza was on its way. Half an hour later, still no pizza. We called again, and the man on the phone said we'd be there in five minutes. An hour later, the pizza was delivered cold, and we still didn't get a discount. I find this outrageous, and this is the last time I order from them!

Super fast delivery, very customer friendly and the food was exceptionally tasty.

Delicious pizzas, I really enjoyed them. Friendly customer service and the pizzas arrived quickly. A truly great place.

It's getting worse and worse, I have to wait 2 hours for 1 pizza and then I call about it and they laugh at me and say I have to wait a little longer and then he hangs up immediately.

Just ordered pizza meat lovers, this round is very disappointing and a pizza pepperoni hot honey of 40 cm had hardly anything on it as you can see in the picture, very poorly topped for such a large pizza and the one with hot honey even more so

After an hour and a half, I received my first pizza, which was very cold. I called and received a new pizza half an hour later. The service was decent, but the pizza wasn't delicious.

It's getting worse here over the years... worked here with pleasure a few years ago and it was always clean and fresh and the pizzas were great. Especially the bbq meatlovers was our favorite. I'm done with it now and I'll never order again! Today I decided to pick it up. Because it can sometimes take 1.5 to 3 hours for the pizza to arrive. I've also had a few times that the pizza was delivered within an hour but cold. When I picked it up I noticed that it was literally a big mess. Ingredients all over the floor, worktops not very clean. (how hard is it to quickly sweep it) My girlfriend had the satay pizza but the crusts were really rock hard! The bbq meatlovers was always my favorite but they are cutting back on it a lot these days. So I chose a 4 tasty to share. Unfortunately it was very tough. It can't be that hard to pick up the quality of a few years ago and to sometimes quickly sweep the place. The sweep is done in 5 minutes. And that immediately gives a different insight into the case.

I ordered 3,2 years and a year ago and to this day there is no improvement in delivery times. Today there was no choice and I had to order thinking that maybe something had changed and I would get it quickly... But today I already thought that I would not see the order. Only on the hotline did they tell me that it would take another 10 minutes and that was already more than 25 minutes after the time. This is a chain of pizzerias and I do not understand that they cannot solve this problem. The food is worth its price, they will arrive with a lower temperature...

Ordered via the app, it says delivery will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes. So I called to verify. Was told it was very busy, hence the long waiting time. We were already annoyed by the poor availability of the website. When I search for a phone number, I get to see other promotions than in the app. So in the end we could have ended up cheaper. Because the waiting time was so long, we cancelled the order. This was arranged well.

Pizza 🍕 It arrived cold. No sauce. And I waited a very long time for delivery.

7 years straight a complete shitshow. Good pizzas (if you get them warm). Furthermore, almost always something wrong, delivery after 2 hours, not enough pizza, wrong pizza, cold pizza. The location is run by a kindergarten class without a teacher, what do you expect the outcome to be? Constantly people complaining by phone when you are waiting there. Doesn't seem like a fun job for the staff either!

Order placed at 16:45 for delivery at 17:30. I live in a rural village so sometimes they are a quarter of an hour late, no problem. But at 18:15 nothing had been delivered so I called after all. 'Yes, we are busy, ma'am. There is nothing we can do about it' a message that it would take a bit longer would have been nice.. eventually delivered at 18:25 and unfortunately both products were barely lukewarm. The taste was good but next time I will think twice before ordering again with such delivery times

Delivery people Found a bag with warming plates in it in front of the house, so I took it inside and called the restaurant, they came to pick it up after an hour. No thank you nothing

Pizzas arrive more than 1 ½ hours later than ordered. Also cold. Called about it. Get a 'big' discount of €3 on my next order. I won't be ordering from here again

Just called at 7:30 PM to find out where the pizza is... They just came out of the oven so we can expect them soon. This is also possible if you ordered at 6:10 PM. Don't expect adult behavior when you walk in here. The pizzas themselves were hot and tasted good.

Best Kids Menu EVER! I ordered a funnymeal for boys, first the poor soaked delivery man forgot my drink and the funnymeal toy so he went back. Once back at my front door he brought this up. (See photo) I have never laughed so hard!! Respect to the delivery person! Hopefully he arrived home safely and was able to warm up!

Placing an order via the app was already very difficult, the app works poorly. After placing the order, the app almost immediately indicated that the order had been prepared and was in the oven, but this was incorrect. Once I had received the ordered food at home, I noticed that both 35 cm pizzas were not prepared properly, the base was too thin and the edges were thicker than normal. This made the bottom quite hard and the inside edges made of dough. I think this is the last time I order here, it is not normally expensive. 2 pizzas and some chicken pieces will cost you €50.00, €20.00 per pizza. Everything came out again during the night.

Pizza was delivered on time. Unfortunately, the pizza was no longer really warm, but lukewarm, so I just put the pizza in the oven. We also had half a black truffle pizza, but the black truffle was forgotten. That made it more of a margherita pizza. The other pizza ordered was fine.

After ordering, it was delivered quickly, the ordered products were warm and tasted good, highly recommended!

My entire pizza was shaken through the box. Looks like crap. Took a photo. Just received. The first was already wrong. I didn't want cheese because of an allergy. Does it have cheese flakes on it? Would make and bring new ones. And this is really messed up. This was Hoogeveen. Definitely was in a hurry. Wasn't cooked.

Eten is top maar de bestelling bezorgen.. 9 van de 10 keer zijn ze te laat laatst moest ik 20 tot 30 minuten wachten tot me bestelling is een keer binnen kwam.. trieste zaak..

Goeie winkel, leuke personeel en vooral lekker eten. Hardwerkende mensen binnen ondanks de stress en drukte blijven ze hun best doen. Ik kom zeker terug voor meer pizzas😊

Goeie pizza's alleen als je een custom pizza besteld waar je 4 toppings kunt uitzoeken om op je pizza te doen vergeten jullie (new york pizza) 9 van de 10 keer de 4e topping dr op te doen en dat is wel vervelend. En de bezorging qua tijd verschild ook best veel. Maar de pizza's nogmaals zijn best te eten.

Veel rondhangende jeugd voor de deur van rokend mensen in het Arabisch vernederen. Slechte hygiëne, eerst met de stofzuiger over de vloer en daarna langs de bakken met ingrediënten met dezelfde stofzuiger.

uur en een kwartier gewacht op lauw eten bel gvd2 keer krijg 2 keer te horen dat t onderweg is daarom 3 sterren want t eten is nooit verkeerd

Hele aardige medewerkers, je wordt begroet bij komen en gaan. De pizza en cinnamonbread zijn hartstikke vers en smakelijk. Maar, de capresepizza had geen pesto en de cinnamon geen suikerdip, dat was jammer.

Over het algemeen altijd goede pizza's. Vriendelijke eigenaar (franchise) die klacht serieus opnam en op heeft gelost.

Mooi dat je nog steeds je eigen pizza kan samenstellen. De BBQ Bacon Beef is al heel lang uit het assortiment maar eet hem elke keer nog met plezier 😃

Prima geholpen door heel vrolijk en leuk personeel. Had via sociale deals een coupon besteld maar kon de coupon pas een dag later besteden. De medewerker van New York heeft die goed op gelost en zo konden we de pizza bestellen. Super gedaan New York Pizza Hoogeveen een dikke pluim

Altijd grappig om in "mijn" oude winkelpand een lekkere pizza te halen. Vooral de zwarte truffel valt bij (bijna) alle gasten in de smaak.

Net bedrijf welke goede kwaliteit levert. Na een gedegen klacht over de levering en aflevering werd ik netjes teruggebeld. Na tekst en uitleg is mijn klacht serieus genomen en zijn wij tot een goede oplossing gekomen. Zeer tevreden over de afhandeling maar ook zeker te spreken over de kwaliteit van het product. Ga zo door !!!

Op een midweek vakantie in Slagharen..en had trek in Pizza..dus zoals altijd tevreden over de kwaliteit.

Online besteld moest wel effe wachten. Krijg indruk dat er minder op de pizza's zit omdat het een actie betreft.
