Ordered, usually pretty fast. Today I waited over an hour and received cold food. The delivery driver had a dead battery.

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza. Four lukewarm pizzas were thrust into my hands by the delivery driver, who arrived at his leisurely pace. I was yelled at as if I was cancerous at the door for saying something. Meanwhile, I've been on hold for 38 minutes, and no one answers. Papendrecht branch... why does this branch still exist? Not even worth a star.

If you order here, they don't even deliver and accessibility is also very poor.

Had to cancel my order. They did propose to switch from pick-up to deliver but i love to far away. Got my payment refunded even thought I didn’t think I would get anything back! Will definitely order and pick-up next time I’m around.

The pizza was so bad, I will never eat a pizza at nyp again. The dough was much thick, 2 grams of cheese and chicken had been placed on it. While I was hungry I couldn't eat more than 2 slices. Worst quality pizza ever and it still cost 13 euros for 35cm wide! While I can eat a top pizza at the local pizza place for €7.50.

Been here about 5 times, of which the last time is really my last time. I worked at Domino's for four years and therefore know more or less the ins and outs of these types of pizzerias. Below are my findings based on my experiences. - Owner and staff do not welcome you, sometimes look at you for a moment and then continue with their work. The girl who takes and processes the orders does. - While kneading the pizza dough, the owner shakes a customer's hand and then continues kneading without washing hands. Very unhygienic if the customer has dirty hands from, for example, visiting the toilet. - That's all well and good about a discount week, but an oven that produces 3 pizzas every 5 minutes is not suitable for that. Rather invest in a second oven than run a promotion where you lose customers because you cannot keep up with the pace. I had to wait more than an hour for 3 pizzas in total, and other customers who ordered after me also received their orders earlier (?). - Staff is slow as shit. Four people stand there doing what one person could easily do. - Orders that are ready are placed on the oven, but can also be handed directly to the customer instead. As a result, the customer is waiting for an order that has been ready for a long time, and is therefore cooling down, despite the heat of the oven. Resume: The pizzas are good to eat, despite being very salty. However, just about everything that goes into making these pizzas, the associated experience and the waiting times are worthless. As a quality employee of New York Pizza, this location would not score sufficiently in my opinion. Fortunately, there are plenty of other pizzerias in Papendrecht where they can handle customers, hygiene and speed of orders.
