Yesterday, my boyfriend ordered two pizzas. The pizzas turned out not to be fully cooked. The bottom of the pizzas was completely soft and tasted like yeast.

I wait lit bit longer for delivery , but the pizza was good !

Hello, at this place they are all deaf and the order always goes wrong. I will not order there again. I wait almost 2.5 hours for food and they still make mistakes. I'm done with it, everyone get lost.

Good afternoon, we are happy to post good reviews on the internet. However, in the event of a complaint, we prefer to try this way first. After having ordered pizzas from you twice in the past few months and having been very satisfied both times, yesterday was a major disappointment. Both pizzas (30 cm) were lukewarm, very dry (hardly any sauce on them), and very sparsely topped. The veggie pizza was supposed to have 250 grams of vegetables (we estimate it wasn't even half). On the other one, I had ordered pepperoni on the side; for 2 euros, I received 6 tiny slices. The chicken was also meager. Because we didn't have time to wait to eat, we initially just let it go. But we feel differently about that now. Because what we were served yesterday (for 26.98, and that was after the discount) was truly substandard and would be a reason for us not to order from you again. The online ordering process was impossible, by the way, not even via the app. It's too long a story, but it was very unclear and adjustments disappeared or were not possible. When we finally called after trying in vain for half an hour, we were helped excellently. We look forward to your response. And then 2 weeks had passed, and despite promises from New York Pizza that the local franchisee would contact us, we still hadn't heard anything, not even after the reminders we sent. I certainly want to mention this as well: it took 4 weeks, but ultimately it was resolved very well by New York Pizza. Next time we will order here again, and hopefully it will be just like the first 2 orders.

Ordered pizzas on a busy evening. Upon delivery, it turned out there was something wrong with the order. Contacted them by phone. After this, the complaint was resolved quickly and politely.

The pizza was decent and arrived warm. The crust was good, but the pepperoni and Hawaii pizzas had very few toppings. Tasty enough, just expected a bit more for the price.

Every time you order here, you get a gift with the children's menu (which you pay for, of course). The children know this, of course, and look forward to it. But of the last 10 times, at least 9 have been forgotten, and you have to call to have them bring it. Every time, the children are disappointed, and every time, there's unnecessary irritation. Please learn to count to 3...

You love New York pizza the most, and then you have such a terrible pizzeria in your own neighborhood. Every time I order, it's a gamble whether my pizza will even resemble what I ordered, or whether they'll even deliver it to the right address. And they have no way of making things right either; everything is done with effort and no respect. Don't spend your money here, people, unless you like frozen pizza quality.

We often order lava cakes here which are quite good and the chicken bites are also fine but then you order pepperoni mini bites and you get a whole loaf with pepperoni in it where the dough is still raw on the inside 😬😬 too bad for 5 euros thrown away like that

It takes an hour for the pizza to even go in the oven, according to the tracking website. It's a bit of a shame if the delivery time is only targeted when something is done with the order...

I've had that downtown doner a few times, it's really a great pizza, the sauce topping ratio is perfect and the dough is delicious, the staff was very friendly and it has a cozy atmosphere, they clearly indicated how long it would take for my pizza to be ready and that employee with the boxer helmet and black visor, what a friendly guy he is and he has a nice black beta😍

Been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes now, still nothing. They say there were problems with the delivery drivers... I called a second time. Pizza ready, out of the oven. Hopefully within 15 minutes. So hopefully after 2 hours...then I'll just stop taking orders.

Cold, dirty, hard pizza, wrong order. Finally received the correct order, but there was hair in it and the cola was corroded. Incredibly rude and disgusting!

I came in quite late (9:30 PM) to get a pizza. The service was friendly. The staff were all very friendly. They work efficiently. Excellent.

I placed an order, but no delivery attempt was made. And then they lied and made false claims.

I just ordered two Loaded Nachos from New York Pizza. They were very filling! And delicious. The toppings were plentiful, and everything tasted delicious. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

After a two-hour wait, still no pizza. The order had already been waiting for the delivery driver for an hour in the app. There was already a good chance it would be cold. After waiting a bit longer, I called because I wanted to know what they expected regarding the arrival time, but they weren't entirely sure what was going on themselves. I recommend a communication course for the manager; after a simple question, they hung up on me. Oh well, what do you expect from a 14-year-old... I finally received the pizza, but the ones in the freezer at Albert Heijn are even warmer.

Had to wait over an hour and a half for 2 simple pizzas, everything arrived cold. Very bad.

They really take a long time with delivery, 1:30 wait for 1 pizza, Jesus man, 10 minutes by bike from my house, just cold pizza comes afterwards

Delivery drivers drive over you in the dark, without lights on. If you value your privacy, I would be careful: in Maassluis, I occasionally encounter green-and-white delivery slips on the street and in our apartment building with customers' names, addresses, and phone numbers. Once, a delivery driver threw a neighbor's slip into my Heijn returns crate. I reported it, but never received a response.

After ordering a pizza (hot chicken) of 35 cm there was almost no chicken in it. We called (also sent a photo), and the employee's answer was: "Yes, that is possible because we are cutting back."

At 9:50 PM, I placed an order by phone for one pizza. This guy said it would be there in 15/20 minutes. Well, I waited an hour, and within an hour, it still hadn't arrived. They rang the doorbell at 11:07 PM, an hour and 15 minutes later. The pizza wasn't delivered.

Lekker met een coupon een pizza op de zondag laten bezorgen. Pizza’s waren snel bezorgd en dus nog warm. De smaak was ook toppie en het enigste minpunt is de steeds duurder wordende bezorgkosten. Deze zijn nu al 1,50 en hierdoor bestellen wij veel minder en krijgt de bezorger ook geen bakshish meer.

The food was really good, I have no complaints about it. I just asked for a New York-style pizza entree, and then I got a thin-crust pizza that just stuck to the box.

Ordered 2 pizzas for almost 32 euros.. My 9 year old daughter had almost eaten half of that pizza, she was so small! There was also a lack of meat for a shoarma pizza! It was more crust than shoarma. But according to the manager these are normal proportions, only according to him it was not placed on the pizza properly... look and judge for yourself! What a disgrace, by the way the other pizza was also inedible and it was also more crust than meat. Just skip this one! Waste of money!

A friend of mine can't leave a review so he does it on my phone. I ordered a pizza at 7:54 PM and after an hour it still hadn't arrived! I call New York Pizza and they say yes the pizza is going into the oven now. I've been waiting for an hour and 19 minutes now and I still don't have a pizza!! This is more than strange. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT ORDER NEW YORK PIZZA!! Unless you want to wait a very long time of course. I've had these complaints several times and friends and family too!

Pizza besteld via de website met de optie zsm afhalen. Pizza was precies klaar toen we eraan kwamen dus dat is een perfecte timing. Het personeel in de zaak was vriendelijk en de saus werd apart gezet. Eenmaal thuis aangekomen waren de pizza’s nog lekker warm en de smaak was weer perfect. We zullen vast snel weer een bestelling afhalen of laten bezorgen.

Twee shoarma pizza's en een Carlic broodje besteld. Bestelling gemaakt met bezorging. Bezorging kwam redelijk snel. Pizza waren goed belegd en beide met voldoende knoflook. Het carlic broodje was voldoende en goed op smaak.

Tried a New York Pizza again after years. Now I understand why I stopped. It tastes like a foccacia sandwich, not pizza. Passed on, less tomato sauce, but more toppings you pay for. Just look at the photo. Half just tomato sauce. Big disappointment.. Order my pizzas again from the normal pizzeria.

What a bad greasy pizza, barely cooked, limp bite where you can squeeze the fat out of it. The pizza was also disappointing last time. 30 euros! What poor price and quality it is at this Maassluis branch.

Very bad service from New York Pizza Maassluis. Ordered 2 ice creams more than an hour ago (8:54 PM), after which I contacted them and got a gentleman on the phone. So sir: we just had to wait because ice creams don't get priority, but sir, the order is on its way at 9:40 PM. At 9:05 PM still nothing. I called again and was able to speak to a female employee. Something went wrong with the order. It will take another fifteen minutes... Hands off! Pizza tastes very bad, I ordered California veggie The edge of the pizza (at least 3 cm) was completely empty. Everything was just thrown on top. Pizza is very dry! Leaky dough that tastes like yesterday.

Bad service! Ordered pizzas, delivery person left them at the door. When I get home it turns out that it has been there for an hour. You call them and they still have the nerve to say “it's my own fault”. So antisocial! You don't put food on the floor... And if someone doesn't open the door, you knock on the window or call the number on the receipt!!!

Friendly service. Relatively short waiting time due to the immediate preparation of the ordered pizza. My grandson is "hooked" on the Margerita pizza that he only likes and eats from New Yurk Pizza! From there my visit as grandpa to pick up.

I went here for dinner this week for the first time and was immediately welcomed by the staff. The manager was a talkative man with a good sense of humor. He thought along with my pizza choices and had the patience to explain the Pizza Friend with Benefits savings program in the meantime. As a result, I now receive a 25% discount on my order and exclusive deals on my orders. Service and quality came together. The food was delicious! This will be my regular spot. ;)

Prima zaak met vriendelijke medewerkers die snel lekkere pizza’s maken. Ondanks het uitgebreide assortiment nemen we nagenoeg altijd hetzelfde. Komen hier dus regelmatig en vinden deze zaak echt een aanvulling in Maassluis. Vandaag weer eens laten bezorgen en kregen een warme lekkere pizza die bezorgd werd door een vriendelijke bezorger!

Bediening en service uiterst vriendelijk bij afhalen maar ook zeker bij bezorgen. Pizza krokant zoals het hoort en goed belegd. Wachttijd is nooit lang bij afhalen 10/15minuten en bezorgen niet langer dan 30min; bij drukte laten ze dit weten via telefoon of via de app.
