Received the wrong wine, and the delivery person brought it without a bag, right in plain sight. No privacy, and all your neighbors immediately knew you'd ordered alcohol, which is for my roommate who drinks alcohol.

It's my local place so I always order here. Delivery is always fast, and their thin-crust pizzas are delicious. Whenever I had a minor issue with the order, the staff solved it quickly and without issue.

My pizza was delivered by a small, broad boy of about 1 meter 40 (I wonder how he is even allowed to work there). When I opened my pizza I discovered that the tall snowman had already eaten half the pizza, which was already cold, but it was tasty.

Ordered pizza and ice cream, the pizza came quickly, but there is nothing more positive to say about it. The pizza was cold and had a lot of dough, I had a 4 cheese pizza, but there was very little cheese on it. The ice cream had not arrived initially and was brought over half an hour later, but it had completely melted. For less money I could have gotten a better and just as tasty frozen pizza and large tub of ice cream from the supermarket.

What an annoying company, my son was just knocked off his bike by a delivery person who cycled straight across an intersection. An “sorry” was not possible, only a kind of gangster look that was intended to deter. Then, to confirm his reputation, he almost rides an older gentleman off the bike. My advice would be never to order from this company. If these are your employees, then it cannot be anything other than a bad company with bad service.

Do not order here!!! Pizza was ice cold, half the order was forgotten and when I came out 20 minutes later to leave for my appointment, the delivery person was facetiming with a friend of his in our parking lot with the engine running. Scammers and total empathy for customer planning.

I called to find out where my pizza was, it was on its way at 4:55 PM (it's a 10 minute bike ride), but I called again at half past five to find out where the delivery person was. Now I was told that he had several trips, in other words my pizza has been cooling for +30 minutes. Never order here again.

Decided to give the guys with a future a second chance. After my first order didn't go well as they started yelling at each other after the order was made wrong. Even mindblowing exotic swear words were used like never before. thought I was in Jurassic Park. Anyway, my 2nd attempt didn't go well as expected, because I was told it would take "3 hours". What, you have to get dough from abroad by plane to Istanbul??? Never again!!!! (Unless you fancy a fun circus full of clowns) You should apply for a circus, which would probably be a suitable job. Ordered pizza. 20 minutes later, according to the website, the order was 'completed'. Then called the store to ask where the order was. "The delivery person will be out in 5 minutes." He didn't even know what order it was. Pizza never arrived. If you read the reviews about this branch, there are dozens of negative reviews with similar problems. How this branch is still open is beyond me. Never order here!! I've been there before, incredibly unfriendly staff. I'll probably never see that money again. This is incredibly disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, that still wouldn't be a low enough rating. Crappy tent. 0/10.

Ridiculous service, never experienced anything like it. After 3.5 hours the correct order has not yet been received. It was promised several times that the order was almost on its way. After calling several times I wanted to cancel the order, but the phone was simply no longer answered. In the end I just didn't receive anything and paid. Submitted an online request for a refund, they will not see me again.

Looking at the other reviews, my bad feeling about this place was already correct. She called me after 10 minutes that "The oven was broken". I would get the money back, they said on the phone, but I received 0.0 cents back, submitted several questions via the site but no response. In the end we even called the head office and they told us to send an email (which we then cheerfully ignored). It's bizarre that a multi-million dollar company like NYP has so little control over its franchisees and people can be defrauded for months.

I placed an online order on September 14 and then placed it by telephone 5 minutes before the promised delivery was canceled because there was no more gluten-free base. I never got the money back for €51.96 despite several phone calls to the manager, among others. The money was supposed to be refunded, but this never happened. Today I physically visited Haroekoeplein for the 2nd time, because it was indicated that the manager would be there. He was supposed to call me back, but that didn't happen and he wasn't there. Only when I indicated that I wanted to file a report, because I was really done with it, did I suddenly receive my money back in cash. Glad it's finally been resolved.

Bad service, you order around half past 11 because you are at work and are hungry and you assume that you will still get a pizza, but after you paid via iDeal, no delivered pizza. How do you want to lose a customer! Don't even call, gosh, everything is turned off, we'll refund you!

If you pick up a 25 cm pizza in July and August, you get the second one for free. I ordered one of 25 and one of 30 cm and paid 23 euros. I was not informed that I would only pay 13 euros for two 25 cm. When I wanted to adjust it after payment, that was no longer possible. Not customer friendly

I ordered extra minced meat and chicken. Unfortunately this was not reflected on our pizza. Very bad! It cost 8.00 euros extra. Just like the melted parmesan on the crust for 2.00 euros, also a mockery.

We ordered pizzas here today. We ordered spring onion instead of red onion, they called politely to say that the spring onion had run out and we were given a free can of drink as an excuse. Very hospitable. The pizza arrived within half an hour, it was very tasty. A friendly employee on the phone and a friendly delivery person. In short, great :)

Completely dissatisfied. Instead of getting a donation, I decided to give these guys around the corner a chance. 1.5hr w88 for 3 small chowder pizzas of medium quality. After waiting over an hour for my order, I called this location. According to the employee there, my zip code did not fall within the delivery area and referred me to the correct location. Long story short, after six phone calls, not a single New York Pizza location could tell me where my order was. By chance (wrong address obviously) a delivery person rang the doorbell and delivered two pizzas. Neither one I ordered. I wasn't hungry anymore, and I will never order from here again. And oh. The pizzas were cold.

Worthless branch. Ordered last Thursday. Pizzas arrived and the Downtown Doner had no lettuce and no sauce even though this was stated on the site. The Mexican hot & spicy was also not good and not easy to eat. The delivery person's ATM was not working so I ultimately had to transfer the money to his personal account. This could happen, but the branch could not be reached for a solution. Just called again and received very antisocial treatment. Delivery guy practically said I was lying and the boss refused to answer the phone. In the end I didn't get a solution and said I should order again and it would be fine. Do not order here.

I feel sorry for the employees who work under the current branch manager. Very unprofessional, does not keep agreements and is not competent as a leader. I don't know how the entire company could trust someone like that to handle their affairs, but I can already tell, things are going in the wrong direction. With regard to not keeping appointments, I placed an order at the branch, then they canceled the order and the branch manager agreed that I would get my money back within a few days. Those few days have now turned into 7 months and I think something about this. Head office sent several emails and called but no action was taken. Very bad experience with this branch. Order was canceled by the branch after it had been paid because half of it was out of stock. So a new order had to be placed. The amount of the first order would be refunded after three days. Six months later, several calls and emails with the head office, still no refund of € 112. A voucher for one Pizza. I see that I am not the only one, so I do not understand why the head office is not taking action. They hide behind the regional manager, and I have not heard anything from him so far. In short, pure theft. So advice, if you order something here, pay at the door.

Terrible service or maybe nobody speaks English. After 45 minutes they delivered the wrong items, after calling and telling them I was missing two pizzas they explained they would make them now. 10 minutes later they call to ask again what was wrong with the order, I said I’m missing two pizzas, 10 minutes after that, a driver arrives with a cake. It has now been more than an hour and a half and I’ve still not had my pizzas. The wings were very tasty though.

New York pizza, nice name, nothing more. Staff who all have a name “mo” do their utmost to encourage shoppers to drive too far. It happened again yesterday. “Mo 4” looks back and finds it funny, first a man with a beard, then a mother with two young children, almost bursting into tears. The little guy wipes his snotty nose on his delivery jacket (just off the training wheels) and the man comes to get a story. Manager has a kind of burn out. Hears nothing, knows nothing, sees nothing. (That's right, there is no hair while preparing the pizza and others are gurgling and coughing over orders. Mo 1,2,3,4,5, are all in the kitchen and let it be heard that they know at least 2 words of Dutch

Most unprofessional thing I've experienced, paid twice for a pizza that I didn't get. After calling them week after week for compensation, etc., I kept getting evasive answers, eventually hearing through other channels to contact the head office because these people are unreasonable.

It is clear that New York Pizza does not want to do business with Thuisbezorg.nl. Our order arrives after closing time, more than an hour and a half after ordering. The delivery person almost throws it into the hallway (I just catch it). I have a tip to hand over, but the delivery person does not accept that.
