Really nice pizza! Plenty of ingredients! Vegetarian and vegan options so nice one too! Highly recommend! Also wanted to apologize, the delivery was very fast but we didn't noticed that the pizza was left at the hotel reception and we waited a long time for delivery and called the pizzeria and bothered them and try to complain. Pizza was really nice, we just wanna sorry for this situation to pizza place. Especially because It was late at Sunday.

Antisocial delivery people on scooters

It's always interesting how you get a notification that your order has been delivered and more than 25 minutes later you still haven't seen a delivery person. Especially if you live less than 5 minutes by bike from the branch 🙄

Just had the 40cm pizza. It was really disappointing. Very thin, thick base by choice, very lukewarm so after eating the first piece it was cold and very dry. Was really not tasty. Too bad it was 24 euros

My apologies for the low rating but this is really bad. I ordered two pizzas but an hour later I had severe stomach pain and nasty bowel movements. I will never order New York pizza again either.

After the Haroekoeplein branch, the quality here has also deteriorated significantly. There's no cheese on the edge of the buffalo chicken, even though it's stated in the description. An extra star because they're not stingy with the chicken. However, the chicken is also considerably less tasty than before.

Ordered two pizzas and a 1.5 liter Coke bottle, after another half hour of waiting I still didn't receive anything, I called twice and after two hours of waiting I didn't receive my complete order, and I called again for the third time, they said they forgot to send the Coke. I will never order from this branch again

Easily the best NY Pizza shop in Utrecht. Food maintain the same good standard, delivery is always fast and on-time, and they listen to their customers! Once I ordered something vegetarian but received a non-veg version of it, called the shop, got a friendly reaction and a new box delivered right away!

Ordered here with colleagues for the lunch break, but this is absolutely not recommended. All snack boxes and loose snacks ordered by different colleagues were thrown together in 2 large boxes and delivered straight away. As a result, all colleagues had to 'collect' their own orders. Then we are talking about wings, chicken nuggets, potato wedges and chicken pops. Not at all convenient and very strange that they deliver it this way. In addition, the salads are absolutely not recommended, they only contained lettuce with perhaps a crouton and one and a half snack tomatoes, and that for a high price, scandalous. There was also a homemade pizza, which did not contain all the toppings, while you also pay per topping. So we won't be ordering here anymore.

We made an ordered with 4 extra toppings for the pizzas.( for which we payed)In the end we receive the pizzas without them.We called to ask what they can do in the situation.So we got promised two new pizzas with the accurate toppings.We go and take them and we receive only one pizza .The staff was very rude , three guys were yelling that the other pizza did not had any mistakes( even we provided pictures) Awful customer service!!!!!

Terrible pizzas!! I ordered a pesto chicken & margherita di bufala and this what I got! No pesto on the chicken pizza and there is barely any chicken & just a normal margherita. This place is terrible

Pizza is over an hour late by this point with no pizza in sight, when calling to inquire about the arrival time, phone is immediately hung up. Terrible customer service, cannot vouch for taste because the pizza seems to be a lie

Ordered here yesterday, it took longer than usual, I got the pizza after an hour and a half, it was the wrong pizza, I called the business and got a very upset kid on the phone, so I went to the business, the manager/supervisor with glasses was very pissed off and told me kind of kicked out the door for being a liar?

Good pizza, not very cheap though. We purchased 6 pizzas and they only took 15 minutes to prepare. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would improve is to have an option to add double cheese, because some of the pizzas are a bit on the light side.

Placed the food in the lobby of our hotel without letting us know. So the food was cold. In addition, our order was incorrect and items were missing. We received our side dishes all in 1 box as you can see in the photo... It was cold and inedible. And that for 30 Euro....

Waited an hour, order hadn't even been confirmed by them yet. I call them: the first time I hear 'cancer' in the background and they disconnect the connection. Second attempt: 'It's busy. We cannot provide an estimated delivery time'. Ok, it's busy, understandable, but waiting an hour and not even having an estimate? That is not possible.

The store is terrible at managing orders. My order was delayed by more than 1 hour 15 mins at the time of writing this review and conveniently the store always says 20 mins every time I call. Probably only place in Netherlands where they don't speak English and just keep repeating the same sentence whatever you say. They have no regard towards people's time and even do not apologise for being so late. Never again.

Whole family got sick after eating the chicken we ordered

Always on time and friendly staff. They also handle vegetables well here. Although I often read that animal cheese is sold on vegan pizzas, this has never happened to me with this New York Pizza. Tip from me; their vegan shawarma is really delicious. Even my friend who always had a non-vegan shawarma pizza switched after tasting the vegan variant 😉

Ordered a pizza and it would take 25 minutes, now over an hour later, but no pizza. I have also been on hold at this branch by phone for fifteen minutes. Completely worthless.... Addition: after 20 minutes in the queue on the phone, they indicated that it was very busy. I canceled the order and told them not to indicate that the delivery time is 25 minutes if they are busy. Then the phone was hung up... nice service... Canceled because guests had to be home before 9 p.m. and the pizza would therefore not be delivered on time... NEVER ORDER HERE. After waiting an hour and a half for the delivery person to pick up my pizza, it was only made upon my arrival. No excuses for their incompetent working methods and delays, nor a solution to satisfy an angry customer. After I made it clear that I was not satisfied at all, one of the employees walked away mid-conversation and another said in a deadpan tone: “go away quickly, your pizza is getting cold.” Customer service and friendliness does not exist here! Without customers, no turnover, gentlemen. You have lost this customer. You can certainly get pizzas that are much tastier elsewhere. Dramatic service.

We have been ordering our pizzas from this NYP for years. They always arrive quickly and hot, are richly filled and the staff is friendly.

Ordered via Uber. After half an hour I saw that the order had been canceled but this pizzaria did not bother to contact me. When I called them, I was simply told that it was outside their work area and he gave me a phone number for Uber eats, who then indicated that he didn't care and that I should just file a complaint via the app. Never again New York pizza for us. Ordered California Veggie and Buffalo Chicken pizza. The latter was especially tasty. It arrived within 45 minutes, the pizzas were very tasty and still quite warm.

A tent with a very free interpretation of an order. This can take half an hour of work. It all started at the Albert Heijn around the corner. Here the question was asked; 'Shall we order or pick up?'. It was decided to pick up. After a short debate, it was decided to have four pizzas: a buffalo chicken, a black truffle pizza, a five-cheese pizza and, as a reserve, a shawarma pizza. This was calmly explained to the boy behind the counter. Here is the explanation that we wanted a fourth pizza, because the 2nd pizza was 2 euros. After waiting for some time, the boy behind the counter whispered for three pizzas. There was no response from us. Firstly, because he said it so softly that he couldn't have even heard himself and secondly, because he was holding three pizzas. After some consultation with his colleagues, it was decided that these really had to be our pizzas. This caused some confusion. We missed a pizza, but we were told that we had actually ordered three. This watertight argument went back and forth several times. After which we were whispered again that we had really ordered three. Finally the pizza chef, who continued to work a few meters further, made the decision; a pizza was baked for us. We paid for this and went home with our first load of pizza. After 10 minutes it was decided that the last one could be picked up. This went very smoothly, after 10 minutes we returned with a warm pizza. However, it was not completely possible to deliver the order correctly in two times. To our surprise and amusement, it turned out that we were better off with a pepperoni pizza. Hunger had won by this time. The pizza was eaten, although after some hesitation. If you are looking for a pizza place with enough creativity and a better understanding than you of what you need, then this is the place.

The Pizza I ordered was not tasty and was very disappointing. There was supposed to be a bag of prawn crackers in it which I did not receive. The delivery person also forgot the can of coke, which can happen, but if you say you will bring it right after and you forget that so I have to call for it, I think it's ridiculous. I thought the pizza was bad everywhere, delivery was lousy and will never order again, it was very disappointing!

Friendly guy manning the operations (most times). This is a very small franchise outlet and has the usual offerings plus a few Turkish specials. Prices are reasonable. Some months, lunch hours are discounted, so do ask if it's on.
