We usually order takeout from a pizza place, but this time we decided to try something different. Ordering was easy through the app. We picked up the pizza, so it was still nice and warm. The pizza itself was truly delicious. We've become fans.

The pizza was, as usual, super delicious. You recently added cauliflower to the menu. That was rather disappointing. For €4.99, I expected a bit more.

I ordered two pizzas from New York Pizza, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The delivery took considerably longer than expected, resulting in the pizzas arriving lukewarm and no longer fresh. Furthermore, both pizzas were very dry and lacked the full flavor I'm used to from New York Pizza. This was a real disappointment, especially since I chose this restaurant based on previous positive experiences. Hopefully, they'll address this issue more in the future.

If you know which pizza to order, it's really good, e.g Buffalo Chicken, Black Truffel Chicken etc. I find the prices a bit steep compared to Dominos.

I ordered a "garlic chicken and spinach in pizza", I received a garlic chicken pizza, with exactly 4 little leaves of spinach. Not even one per slice.. it doesn't look at all as on the picture from the order. It was not bad, but not what I expected.

Good afternoon, I ordered a half salami and margarita pizza. The salami only had 5 pieces of salami. It used to have 8 pieces of salami. I don't know why they put less on it now. I have a picture of how the pizza turned out. I'll show it to you on Friday. I'm going to talk to you. you . I think this is really ugly for a customer who has been ordering pizza for 5 years. I've never seen this before.

I can't recommend these guys enough. The pizza is always awesome. And even the high demand days in which they could arrive a minute or two after the advertised time, they compensate you for it. I'm just genuinely in love with how you guys do things. Thank you!

Well stocked and delivered quickly

We ordered delivery. We were made to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes, we kept following up only to be told the pizza is 5 mins away each time! The story of why the pizza was late was totally different from what the lady who took our order kept telling us and what the delivery boy eventually told us! After we finally got the pizza, it was soggy and messed up. Truly disgusting! On top of that, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and not cooperative at all. Extremely bad experience. Never ordering from here again.

Quite okay pizza for a fair price and low waiting time, no more than 15 min. If i see this chain again, I am definitely stopping by to get a pizza once again.

Received the wrong pizza and called about this. I was promised that I would receive a pizza credit via the App. You guessed it...didn't get it...what bad service!!!

Had to wait more than 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. Once they got there; white edges (not fried nice and crispy), not the promised garlic oil on the edge, the pizzas were also barely topped and colder than lukewarm. Just noticed that the box says: “our dough, our secret”. If I may give a tip, it would be a lot tastier if you also baked the dough properly. And I don't think more dough than other ingredients is the intention... Extremely disappointing, for us at least never again New York pizza.

Terrible! We were regular customers! Placed an order on September 25 at 9:09 PM. A pizza margherita, caprese salad and chicken nuggets. After a few minutes we received a call that unfortunately it was too late and that they could no longer make a caprese salad. Strange, but we got it for free next time. Okay we thought. Placed another order today and called. They actually couldn't find the forgotten salad in the system, but they would add it anyway. Strange but okay. You guessed it, the pizza was brought back, the salad was not. Called again, someone else on the line who knew nothing, but the salad would arrive as soon as possible. Now 1.5 hours later the salad has been delivered, well sorry I don't know what this put together thing is, but this is really too ridiculous for words, a half empty bowl with dirty salad and you also have to pay for it 5 euros for. No compensation for the inconvenience, nothing. No more New York Pizza for me!

It's a bit overpriced but I love the pizza! I travel for my work so any time I return to NL, I make sure to stop by.

Delicious, richly invested. After a few disappointments at dominoes, I no longer dared to try the chains. Despite the 2nd free promotion, the pizzas are well topped. Tastes good and the bottom is nice and crispy!

Pizza arrived uncooked, onions and toppings were cold and raw. Requesting a refund. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience. We bought a pizza and they had put some chewed gum under the pizza and we realized it after eating it. God knows what illnesses the dirty bastard who did that has and to make matters worse, we called to complain and the man who answered rudely told us that they didn't eat gum there and hung up on us. We will never return to that place and they should review the health of that place.

I just moved to the neighbour and decided to try the place so I order a pizza. What a surprise when I almost finished the whole pizza and found a chewed gum below one of these last slides!!... That is one of the more disgusting experiences that I ever had in a restaurant, so I called the store manager to complain and this is what He said “this is really weird, but we are not allowed to eat chewing gum in the restaurant” and hanged up the phone..!; I was shocked, all I was looking was a simple apology and a internal investigation because this chewing gum didn’t appear magically there! If my daughter get’s sick tomorrow I will ensure your store get the medical bill and an audit review from the health government institution. Without saying more, this is the last time I will go to this place EVER!!.

Terrible terrible experience today. Both my kid and wife had upset stomachs immediately after eating the cheese pizza, which by the way, came 30 min after it being prepared, cold and squished!! This is not the first time the pizzas were either delayed or not done per specifications or terrible

New York Pizza, fantastic pizzas, my absolute favorite is the New York Pizza of the same name, or the BBQ Pizza. They deliver quickly, friendly staff, in short, always good. Ps my tip: check the discount codes online, it saves a lot of money and works perfectly, just mention it when you call for an order!!

Placed an order several times via home delivery, fast as it should be! Within half an hour, good, hot pizza as you would expect, right? Placed an order via the NYPizza site last night, tracker indicated "delivery on time" Three quarters of an hour later the message "delivered" Worried but called several times.... On the way, apologies, busy.... Hours after the online guaranteed delivery time, the delivery person (car) was still tipped. Lost €30 so... Cold pizzas! Half-melted ice cream! Please explain to me how you can sell me off because of "busyness" with a cold order that is not in accordance with the online tracker. The employee also lies several times... please...

I found this restaurant while on holiday when I was in the mood for some pizza. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pizza was great. Also, the surrounding area by the canal has some lovely spots where you can sit and enjoy your food.

Never order pizza from New York in Wassenaar. After an hour and a half we finally received our pizzas. 1 pizza was delivered in the wrong size, no garlic sauce, peppers and lettuce. Pizzas were greasy and unedible. After a phone call I was asked why I had already eaten the pizza and not waited because now she could not see whether it was correct... the 30cm pizza should easily fit in the 25cm box, the woman claimed and no further solution for my problem. All arrogance on the phone.

The food ordered last was given first. It took forever for food and workers just sing obnoxiously all night.

We ordered 2 pizzas and when we saw the last piece we saw that there was mold on the pizza and after about 2 hours of storage we both had a very bad stomach ache and I really don't think it is possible.

We ordered a 3 pizza. All three didn't taste very good. 1 pizza was with tuna. 2 colleagues and I ate the tuna pizza and vomited non-stop within 30 minutes. The pizza also smelled quite stale. I certainly won't order from you again. Furthermore, the friendliness is good, but the food is not!

Easily the worst pizzas I can remember eating for a long time. Went there for takeaway and saw the pizza being made. They were so stingy with toppings that I basically bought a big round slice of bread, and as it was undercooked so it tasted like dough.

I ordered a pizza from them via home delivery and indicated in "delivery instructions" that I did not like onions and did not want them on them! (I couldn't find anywhere else to indicate this and have been doing it this way for years at all other companies and it has never gone wrong!) I receive my pizza on time! Look, I'm looking forward to it, I'm calling because to indicate that I hear yes, sorry, that was included in the delivery instructions, so the kitchen doesn't receive that... (I assume when an order comes in, it first goes through it carefully, but okay and even After she had made the pizza, they saw it and still didn't care to call or report it anyway) and then I indicate that I didn't like it and asked if they could do anything for me. The answer they gave came back. the bottom line is that I was just unlucky and it was my own choice to throw it away....... The pizzas were good, but the price difference for takeout or delivery is just ridiculous. 50 euros for delivery is 35 euros for collection. So we're not going to do that anymore. I just feel ripped off.

This pizza permanently killed my appetite for pizza. The tough base and inconsistent pepper spread was beautifully emphasized by the tastelessness of the sick old chicken.

If the next time I feel like having a New York pizza (which I'm starting to wonder about), I'll order it directly from New York itself. The delivery times won't even make much difference if this 1.5 hours is the standard. Although there may be a misunderstanding regarding the conversion from centimeters to inches, in New York they will admit the mistake when a 25 centimeter pizza is delivered instead of a 30 centimeter pizza (or should I say 11.81 inches). and also compensate for this. So for now I say: Wassenaar the balls, next time I will order my cold and too small - delivered without sauce - "Freakin' fresh" pizza from another place.

This pizzeria does not have its affairs in order, the order arrived half an hour later than planned. Furthermore, the order was incorrect and we received no sauce, lettuce and the wrong size pizza. Called about this and not taken seriously at all. According to the woman in question on the phone, our story about the 25cm pizza was incorrect, and we had to keep our pizza to prove that they had delivered the wrong one. Unfortunately we cannot offer a solution. Really a bad thing, too bad for this business, but we are no longer customers.

Order here regularly and 9 out of 10 times it goes well. Now it took 1.5 hours and still no pizza, so I called. Never had such a grumpy girl on the phone before. It could have taken a little longer, but it was on its way while my phone said it had already been on its way for 30 minutes. According to that friendly girl who can shake the 'employee of the month', that was not possible and she immediately wished me a nice evening. If you don't want your mood to be ruined, I will definitely think three times before ordering here. I will do that from now on and thanks to that friendly girl on the phone, because every restaurant can be a bit late with deliveries.
