Ordered at 6:09 PM, delivered at 7:25 PM! Delivered by a rude young man who snapped at me, but couldn't even greet me properly. Then the food was very disappointing in terms of taste, and it was all lukewarm. Definitely not recommended!

Irresponsible people work here. I've been waiting an hour and a half even though I was promised 20 minutes. The manager or franchisee needs to reprimand their staff and have a proper conversation. That's not how you run a business. I'll never order from here again!

This was such a disgusting pizza! Way too much parsley. And not enough chicken, which was also dry and had hard cheese on it... I'd say never buy your pizza here.

I ordered the new "Korean" fried chicken in three different flavors, and they all came back completely RAW. We couldn't eat a single piece. It was so disgusting that I couldn't believe that out of the 18 pieces of chicken I'd ordered, every single one was raw. So I called the restaurant to file a complaint or see if we could get compensation (since I'd spent money on food I couldn't even enjoy and could make me sick), and the person on the phone sounded so nonchalant. He claimed the chicken wasn't raw at all and that it should be pink because that's how Korean fried chicken is supposed to look. I'm of Asian descent and have eaten Korean fried chicken in thousands of restaurants, and it has never been raw! Chicken should never be pink! Anyway, after a minute of back-and-forth with him, I realized he wasn't going to do anything about it, so I left it as is. That's why I'm writing this review. Do not order from this restaurant! They are disgusting. And the service is terrible. Absolutely astonished at this bad behaviour.

Long story short, when I ordered at 6:45 PM, I chose a pickup time of 7:00-7:15 PM, and the order confirmation said 7:45 PM. I called the store and asked if this was correct, and it was. I wanted to cancel the order. The man said he could do it anyway, so it would be ready at 7:15 PM. My husband dutifully went there, and in 19:25 I called my husband, and he said it was probably almost ready. At 7:30 PM, I called the store and told them I had to wait, then they told me my husband had just left. I got a lame excuse, saying it was busy. "DON'T PROMISES IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!" I asked!

Extremely poor service. I ordered at 6:45 PM and it didn't arrive until 9:40 PM! I contacted them three times to ask where it was, and they kept making excuses like the delivery driver was already on his way or that the pizzas were in the oven. Shockingly poor service! The pizzas were still cold when they arrived!

No, there aren't any. So I order 2 pizzas for 32 euros and pay. While waiting, I check the website and see that there is a certificate for my pizzas for a 6 euro discount. I've experienced something like this before at New York Pizza in Rotterdam. They are scammers!

Ordered 3 pizzas, but with 1 of the 3 small pizzas, someone had a minor misunderstanding when packing, which was immediately resolved by Amro. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but a good solution can only be found with good staff. Thanks guys for the good service!

I placed an order a while ago and promptly canceled it over the phone after receiving the confirmation. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, the promised refund for the cancellation has yet to be processed, even after an extended period. It's not about the specific amount, but the principle of honoring commitments. Unfortunately, there seems to be a challenge in resolving this matter with New York Pizza Capelle a/d IJssel. This branch does not adhere to the delivery times that can be found on the website. When the deadline has been reached and you call, you are told that it will take another half hour (now an hour after ordering), because the order has just gone into the oven. When a total of 1.5 hours have passed since ordering and the order is an hour late, it becomes clear that these were lies. Worst franchisee in the industry! Ordered 40 euros worth of pizza here with all kinds of extra things. No extra toppings at all. Pizzas burned due to the haste of their action that day. Order placed on September 28. Complaint submitted to head office and after 2 reminders, no response from the branch to date. Today is October 13th. They avoid their responsibilities. Ordered pizza here once, 1x salami and 1x mushrooms. Soil is soft, too much tomato sauce and not enough toppings. Never ordering here again. From now on I will order pizza from the Italian and there are plenty of good places in Capelle.

Mijn ervaring met New York pizza in Capelle aan den IJssel was geen fijne ervaring. Ik had pizza’s en kipnuggets besteld en die zou 15-40 min bezorgtijden hebben. Na 1 uur had ik nog geen pizza. Dus gebeld naar NY pizza’s en ze zeiden dat de pizza’s net de oven uit kwam en dan geleverd zou worden. Na 2 uur nog geen pizza gezien, dus weer gebeld naar NY pizza. Ze zeiden dat de bezorger nu onderweg ging. Na 2 uur en 20 min gewacht te hebben kwamen uiteindelijk de pizza’s met kipnuggets. Ze waren alleen het sausje vergeten bij te leveren. Dit vind ik een zeer kwalijke zaak om mensen zo lang te laten wachten en niet de volledige bestelling te leveren. Voor mij NOOIT meer NY pizza.

Bevat veel halal bizza's "jammer zijn niet alle pizza's", maar ze kunnen dat halal maken als je wilt. Ik heb daar bijna 6 maanden gewerkt en kan zeker zeggen dat de pizza's zijn gewoon lekker!

Pizza’s besteld om 17.00 uur met bezorgtijd 18.30. Tijd zat om dit op tijd te brengen zou je denken. Om 19.10 geen pizza en gebeld, mij werd verteld dat er te weinig personeel is waarop ik zei dat ik vroeg besteld had en dus tijd genoeg om dit in te plannen. Hierop werd weer gezegd te weinig personeel en werst de verbinding verbroken. De medewerker heeft naar mijne inzien een cursus klantvriendelijkheid nodig en dit is niet de eerste keer hier dat ze veel te laat zijn. Ik zal de volgende keer nadenken als ik pizza wil om dit hier te bestellen ondanks dat de pizza’s lekker zijn

Aardig personeel en er staan vele opties op het menu. Personal favoriete is de bqq chicken pizza. Belegd met bbq saus, mozzerella, ui, paprika, tandori kip en maïs.

Tien minuten te laat, maar erg goede pizza's. Nog super warm, ondanks dat bezorger helemaal op de scooter naar de Lageweg moest komen.

Heerlijke pizza maar de bezorging duurt soms wel meer dan een uur, en de openingstijd is ook veel te laat !!
