New York Pizza in Badhoevedorp

I went to the door with a heavily pregnant woman, asking if she could use the restroom. Apparently, the agreement is that there's no restroom for customers. I just can't understand/believe there's no restroom for staff. You wouldn't let a heavily pregnant woman suffer so much pain that she couldn't even use the restroom.

This is a fun and sadly true story. I placed an order on UberEats at around 19:00 with them and the expected delivery time was 19:30-19:50. At 20:10, the pizza was still not here. I tried calling them multiple times but I was forwarded to an automated message saying that they are unavailable. I then chatted with UberEats telling them the situation, after much deliberation they offered me to cancel the order and refund me my money (shoutout to UberEats and their inefficiency). At this point it is 20:45, I am hungry and angry. So I order something else and eat it. Around 21:30, surprise surprise, the order arrived with a grand total of 150 minutes to make and deliver pizzas. Thank god I am not Italian otherwise I would have been double triggered. The delivery guy just walked away after delivering as if nothing had happened. I want this kind of confidence in my life.

The pizzas here are delicious, well-topped, and customizations are handled accurately. Both pickup and delivery are a treat. It can be a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny to me. The staff is very friendly.

The pizza is not bad, but they seem to always confuse your order, last time I was here, they didn't have my order and I had already paid online. They see you and don't acknowledge you. Like if your not there in front of them.

What terrible delivery, communication, and staff! I called at 5:30 PM to place an order. I specifically asked if it could be delivered within an hour. "Yes, ma'am, it will definitely be delivered within an hour," was the answer. Almost an hour and a half later, with two screaming children who can't handle it anymore. I called, and the lousy guy almost laughed and said it was definitely going out the door. After waiting 1:45 minutes, I called again. Initially, no one answered while I waited 3 minutes. I called again, and it went wrong. I live two minutes away. So, call them and I'll pick it up myself!! Ridiculous!! Two hours later, the order is screwed, yay!

Something has changed! Last two times we ordered pizza it was especially good! Generous toppings, puffy dough. Better than before! Delivered hot, delivery workers are always friendly, smiling. Keep it this way! 🙏 Ah, just one thing to improve: more vegan pizza options on the menu would be nice to have)

This one could be the worst delivery I had. There has been an hour since I ordered and I am still waiting. I live 5 minutes close by bike and this is unacceptable. I will never order nor eat in newyork pizza.

I've ordered several times and received exactly what's pictured. So far, I've always had fast delivery, and it arrived nice and warm, which is also important to me.

Ran by a bunch of irresponsible teens who don’t care. First guy said I didn’t pay, so I had to pulled my credit card statement on my phone. Then they handed us the wrong order and made our pizza. We had such high hopes, but I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give them zeros I would.

An absolutely unacceptable experience that left us shocked and deeply disappointed. We placed an order via Uber Eats at 8:30 PM, with a promised delivery between 9:00 and 9:30 PM. Not only did the food never arrive, but we waited until 10:10 PM without a single update. Multiple attempts to contact the restaurant went unanswered. To make matters worse, they had closed for the night—without fulfilling the order or notifying anyone. What’s worse is that even Uber Eats support couldn’t get in touch with them. This was not just a missed meal—it was a complete failure of basic responsibility and respect for customers. A family of tourists, after a long day, went to bed hungry and frustrated in a foreign country, simply because a business chose to ignore an active order and walk away. To anyone thinking of ordering from here: don’t. This isn’t just bad service—it’s careless, unprofessional, and inexcusable. We expected a meal, not silence and abandonment. STAY AWAY

We stayed overnight at the airport and had dinner here. There are only two tables, but they were free. The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly – ​​they gave us the regular discount without asking. A second small pizza cost two euros.

I ordered two Valentine's Day dessert pizzas, one was not decorated. So I call them and I was able to pick up the decorations. When they get to the store they can't say sorry, that's a shame. Two employees laughed a bit stupidly and said to each other Oh, throw some decorations on it. I don't think that's respectful, so I don't think it's good service.

Enjoyed a pretty good pizza. The restaurant is not necessarily set up for dine in. Only Terri small tables with two small stools each. Used by those waiting for their take out. I didn’t get photos. I ate a small caprese with pesto. Husband had a pepperoni pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas this afternoon. There were hairs on every pizza. I called about this, an unfriendly young gentleman on the phone. So rude, not customer friendly at all. Didn't take me seriously, He still has a lot to learn. What a brat of a boy... Never again New York pizza Badhoevedorp for me.

Order here regularly for the children, the delivery time, size of the pizzas and the amount of toppings are getting worse by the week. Things are very poorly organized if you have to wait more than 1.5 hours for your food

You MUST have an account to order pizza, what nonsense. What happened to just entering your address and paying? Really very customer unfriendly.

Amazing pizzas. This is actually the closest i’ve ever come tona proper New York slize outside of New York! If I would have been able to sit and enjoy it at the restaurant, preferably in a NYC booth, it would have been 5 stars!

new york pizza never misses 😋 i ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with extra chicken and it was delicious! however, the service was pretty slow and there were very limited indoor seating options.

Just fast pizzas, more thought to take away than to eat inside. Just a few seats to eat in the store. Personally I don't like these pizzas. Not a place to revisit.

Een uur wachten op een pizza omdat driekwart van het personeel uit hun neus stond te vreten, in de kou zitten omdat het personeel weigerde de deur te sluiten en een medewerker aan de kassa die z'n airpods niet uit kon doen om een bestelling op te nemen. De werkethiek én klantenservice laat zwaar te wensen over. De pizza was, toen ik die eindelijk kreeg, wél lekker.

Meine Pizza war mit dickem New York Boden und man konnte die Pizza vierteln, sodass man sich 4 Geschmacksrichtungen auswählen konnte! Dazu war der Rand noch mit Parmesankäse und Knoblauch überzogen! Der Belag spitze und der Teig super lecker und fluffig - eine 1a Pizza!

Ich bin beruflich öfter in Amsterdam und habe schon 3-4 Pizza hier bestellt und bin jedesmal total zufrieden gewesen ! Musste nie länger als 30 min warten bis die Lieferung da war und geschmacklich auch echt Hammer ! Kann es nur empfehlen hier zu bestellen wenn man im Hotel in Amsterdam am Flughafen sitzt

De pizza is lekker en snel klaar. Ik was hier vandaag en ik bestel altijd pizza zonde knoflook olie op de rand, nu hadden ze dat er toch per ongeluk op gedaan en ze boden nog aan op de pizza opnieuw te maken maar ik vond het zo ook prima. Toen gaf een vd medewerkers mij nog zo een klein B&J ijsje om het toch goed te maken. Dus zeer positieve ervaring!

De bestelling duurde langer dan een uur. Het was koud en er ontbrak een hele salade. Ook mijn opmerking om de saus apart te doen is niet uitgevoerd. Bezorging was ook niet vriendelijk.
