We ordered food and paid almost 2 hours before but still not arrived. not recommeded!

Avoid this pizzeria at all costs.

At 16:30 doors locked even that the program start at 16h,finnaly someone came up asked if i can order answered yes and disappeares,that's and bad joke.

I called ahead to pick up pizzas because I have little time to wait. I was told over the phone that they would be ready in about 10 minutes. Upon arrival, it turned out the pizzas hadn't even been made yet. It was very quiet in the shop at that moment; there were no other customers, and there were no pizzas in the oven... In the end, I still had to wait about 15 minutes. If you call ahead and specifically ask if something can be prepared on time, you should be able to expect that it actually happens. Especially if there is hardly any rush afterwards. Very disappointing and, as far as I'm concerned, just bad service, and another fifteen minutes of my life wasted unnecessarily.

Ordered pizzas, eventually delivered an hour later, and they were cold.

Placed an order for 3 pizzas to be delivered at Schiphol East. I placed the order at 4:00 PM so that it could be delivered on time. According to the tracker, the order was received immediately and delivery was set to 'on time' between 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM. At 6:15 PM, the order was still marked as received. Nothing more. Called the branch at 6:20 PM but got no further than a hold tune; the same at 6:30 PM, 6:40 PM, and 6:50 PM. Finally, at 6:55 PM, I received a notification in the tracker that the order was on its way. At 7:15 PM, still nothing to be seen. Called the branch again and was told that the order was indeed on its way. In the meantime, the order was marked as completed, but still no pizza… At 7:26 PM someone on the line! Turns out the order was never sent!!!! The order was recreated and was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes later. At 8:15 PM still nothing, called again, no answer, at 8:26 PM someone on the line. Order didn't go through after all, is being remade, delivery now at 21:00! Eventually the delivery person is at the door at 20:35... It took him 25 minutes on the bike. In short, 2 hours and 35 minutes late and lukewarm pizza! Absolutely scandalous.

Honestly, I’ve had better pizza’s at your place (New York Pizza Badhoeverdorp). I placed an order on the 3rd of July, everything came as ordered and on time. However, the pizzas we ordered were super oily and the crust was very hard. Not crunchy, hard. It felt like I was chewing on cardboard. I feel a bit disappointed with this order…

An hour later they started baking it, and an hour and a half after my order, they started delivering. The employee called me from a hidden number because she couldn't find the house. The connection was dropped and she didn't call me back, so she decided to eat the pizza herself and I received a message that it had been delivered, but I didn't have a pizza at home. I called the store, but it turned out to be already closed, so I was without dinner that day. I contacted you that same evening by filing a complaint via the website, but I still haven't received a response. I have tried calling the store multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I hereby wish to file a complaint regarding my recent order at New York Pizza. After placing my order, I waited for over an hour and a half without the pizzas being delivered. Because there was no update, I contacted them by phone. However, during this call, I was spoken to by your employee in a very unfriendly and unprofessional manner. To my surprise, I was told that it was “too late” to deliver the order and that the amount would be refunded. I find it unacceptable that my order was never delivered, without any form of prior communication. Additionally, the way I was treated by your employee was perceived as very rude and customer-unfriendly.

Very bad experience with New York Pizza Badhoevedorp. My previous order took over 2 hours to arrive, while they were completely unreachable by phone. After that, I had to fight for 2 months to get my money back. After a few months, I thought: I'll give them another chance. Unfortunately, things went wrong again. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I still hadn't received anything. They didn't answer the phone until 20 minutes later. Eventually, I cancelled the order. Never again New York Pizza in Badhoevedorp for me.

If you think you're just ordering a pizza quickly, you are sorely mistaken; by the time it arrives, you will have almost learned to cook yourself. The pizza is prepared fresh for you in Italy. 🍕 In the end, I just went to pick it up myself... once is never again.

The experience here is getting worse and worse. They're run by toddlers, and there's no manager to take any action. Now, as if to put the icing on the cake, I placed an order that was never delivered, and then claimed it had been delivered. And then they don't answer the phone anymore. I thought I'd surprise my wife and child with a pizza at home, but I'm at work. But alas, I've now told my wife to go to the store because this is unacceptable. You've got it in your head that I'm at work and can't come by in person, you bunch of toddlers. PEOPLE DON'T ORDER HERE!! The service here is so bad, zero customer service, zero service, they do whatever they want, blaming everything on the lack of staff, but they don't find a solution or improve customer service!

Delivery, payment in advance, after 1.5 hours my order wasn't there. I called the restaurant. I was informed that there were no deliveries today. I told them my order was paid. I received no response or cancellation of my order. I do not recommend. I wasted my money and time.

Terrible place, bad pizza and rude staff on the phone, not helpful at all

I went to the door with a heavily pregnant woman and asked if she could use the restroom. Apparently, the agreement is that there's no restroom for customers. I just can't understand/believe there's no restroom for staff. You wouldn't let a heavily pregnant woman suffer so much pain that she couldn't even use the restroom.

This is a fun and sadly true story. I placed an order on UberEats at around 19:00 with them and the expected delivery time was 19:30-19:50. At 20:10, the pizza was still not here. I tried calling them multiple times but I was forwarded to an automated message saying that they are unavailable. I then chatted with UberEats telling them the situation, after much deliberation they offered me to cancel the order and refund me my money (shoutout to UberEats and their inefficiency). At this point it is 20:45, I am hungry and angry. So I order something else and eat it. Around 21:30, surprise surprise, the order arrived with a grand total of 150 minutes to make and deliver pizzas. Thank god I am not Italian otherwise I would have been double triggered. The delivery guy just walked away after delivering as if nothing had happened. I want this kind of confidence in my life.

The pizzas here are delicious, well-topped, and customizations are handled accurately. Both pickup and delivery are a treat. It can be a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny to me. The staff is very friendly.

The pizza is not bad, but they seem to always confuse your order, last time I was here, they didn't have my order and I had already paid online. They see you and don't acknowledge you. Like if your not there in front of them.

What terrible delivery, communication, and staff! I called at 5:30 PM to place an order. I specifically asked if it could be delivered within an hour. "Yes, ma'am, it will definitely be delivered within an hour," was the answer. Almost an hour and a half later, with two screaming children who can't handle it anymore. I called, and the lousy guy almost laughed and said it was definitely going out the door. After waiting 1:45 minutes, I called again. Initially, no one answered while I waited 3 minutes. I called again, and it went wrong. I live two minutes away. So, call them and I'll pick it up myself!! Ridiculous!! Two hours later, the order is screwed, yay!

Something has changed! Last two times we ordered pizza it was especially good! Generous toppings, puffy dough. Better than before! Delivered hot, delivery workers are always friendly, smiling. Keep it this way! 🙏 Ah, just one thing to improve: more vegan pizza options on the menu would be nice to have)

Ran by a bunch of irresponsible teens who don’t care. First guy said I didn’t pay, so I had to pulled my credit card statement on my phone. Then they handed us the wrong order and made our pizza. We had such high hopes, but I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give them zeros I would.

A family of tourists, after a long day, went to bed hungry and frustrated in a foreign country, simply because a business chose to ignore an active order and walk away. To anyone thinking of ordering from here: don’t. This isn’t just bad service—it’s careless, unprofessional, and inexcusable. We expected a meal, not silence and abandonment. STAY AWAY

We stayed overnight at the airport and had dinner here. There are only two tables, but they were free. The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly – ​​they gave us the regular discount without asking. A second small pizza cost two euros.

Order here regularly for the children, the delivery time, size of the pizzas and the amount of toppings are getting worse by the week. Things are very poorly organized if you have to wait more than 1.5 hours for your food

Amazing pizzas. This is actually the closest i’ve ever come tona proper New York slize outside of New York! If I would have been able to sit and enjoy it at the restaurant, preferably in a NYC booth, it would have been 5 stars!

Meine Pizza war mit dickem New York Boden und man konnte die Pizza vierteln, sodass man sich 4 Geschmacksrichtungen auswählen konnte! Dazu war der Rand noch mit Parmesankäse und Knoblauch überzogen! Der Belag spitze und der Teig super lecker und fluffig - eine 1a Pizza!

Ik was hier vandaag en ik bestel altijd pizza zonde knoflook olie op de rand, nu hadden ze dat er toch per ongeluk op gedaan en ze boden nog aan op de pizza opnieuw te maken maar ik vond het zo ook prima. Toen gaf een vd medewerkers mij nog zo een klein B&J ijsje om het toch goed te maken. Dus zeer positieve ervaring!
