I once ordered a pizza and ordered two garlic sauces on the side. They forgot, and my money couldn't be refunded, and re-delivering it was pointless. However, I could still let them know the next time I ordered so I'd still have the sauces. I did this today. I called and asked them not to forget the sauces this time, and if they could put the garlic sauce from the shawarma on my pizza. And yes, they did. It showed up at my door without any sauce, but with garlic sauce on it. And to top it all off, it wasn't lukewarm, but cold. I asked him about that, and he said, "Yes, sir, it's busy." ... I'm getting multiple tickets at once... Never mind, I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a pizza and called to see if they could come earlier. They said they could arrange it. It ended up being 1.5 hours later than the requested time. Ultimately, I received a tasteless, cold pizza. Not going back, poor product, poor service.

Has the management changed or something? It used to be by far the best in Hoofddorp, but now the quality is quite variable. Accessibility isn't great, and the delivery times are incredibly long (we've been waiting an hour and fifteen minutes). They're understaffed, I understand that can happen, but can't they lock new orders? At least then you know what to expect.

Pizzas are too cold due to a lack of delivery drivers. Our pizzas were ready for delivery in 15 minutes.

I've given it multiple attempts. Delivery takes far too long every time, no matter the day. We've been waiting for two and a half hours now, and they still haven't arrived. The pizzas have been "in transit" for half an hour, so they'll probably arrive cold. The chances are gone; New York Pizza is finished.

2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza and Ben & Jerry's which was past its sell-by date and inedible. I called but they didn't bring a new one so you get one for free next time so I ordered again yesterday, waited 2 hours and got a cold pizza and past-the-sell ice cream again. I'm completely done with it and won't order from here again.

When the pizza FINALLY arrived after an hour and 45 minutes, it was cold, and the cheese had gotten so hard it broke off with the first bite. Very disappointing, as it's not cheap either. I'll never order from here again. I see a lot more bad reviews now, and I definitely understand why. I would strongly advise against it.

A 1.5-hour wait for two pizzas and two snacks on a Wednesday night. Even though I live 5 minutes away. I called twice and was told the "delivery guy is on his way." Ridiculous. Ridiculous service. Some people have to get up early because they have to get up really early in the morning. AND THEN THE PIZZA IS STILL INCOMPLETE, no japalenos, even though I DID pay for them. Ridiculous.

Today I ordered three pizzas, one of which was wrong, and all three had already cooled down considerably. After calling, it turned out the delivery driver had delivered the wrong pizza. It's always possible, and they said they'd bring a new one. After a long wait, I called again to ask where it was. After over an hour, we received another wrong pizza. By then, the other pizzas were long gone. I put this one in the fridge out of despair because it was already way too late. I don't know what was going on today, but extremely poor service!!

We ordered and received the wrong sauce. Mistakes are possible, but we went back because of the error. The pizza was remade, but this time it was completely wrong, even though we had given the correct information. Strange.

What unfriendly staff. Never again. Came to pick up. I will never say that again!

1 hour and 41 minutes waiting for our order! If you as a company can't handle the orders, don't accept new orders! If you call after 90 minutes to ask where the pizza is, then the delivery is coincidentally on its way, you can expect it any minute, ma'am...! Delivery can't do anything about this (hopefully). But as a fast food company, you should be ashamed!

Just at 16:35 a pizza delivery person drives into the Pleinen district to deliver a pizza to Stanislas. It's really crazy how many traffic rules this employee ignores. Speeding, overtaking on the inside, turning left into the district just before a car. Driving/racing into a residential area where children are crossing, too many to mention. Tried to speak to this person to which the answer is that he is doing his job. Under the guise of; As long as the pizzas are warm. I hope that this review contributes to the safety of the pizza/meal delivery profession and especially the feedback from Nee York Pizza to its employees and for everyone's safety. We all have to do it together.

Very fast delivery! Unfortunately, the pizza was too dry. Fortunately, my complaint was addressed, and I received a new pizza within 20 minutes in exchange for the damaged one. The new pizza was delicious, though. Thanks to the smooth handling of my complaint, I will definitely order again!

In terms of service, domino's pizza kruisweg should take an example here. Neatly helped, good service.

There is no point in reporting a review incorrectly, keep posting it until you apologize and improve service: Can't read an order properly yet, respectable people are certainly too "busy", if you order meat lovers without ham with chicken, you will only get pepperroni with ham See photo, it was also cold and tough and was thrown away because there were hairs on it, which was a shame, called the branch and everything was pushed to the customer, scandalous

I've been ordering at this place for nearly 20 years. I have seen the quality and service really drop over time, the place is being managed by teenagers paid lowest salaries, there is no customer focus and nobody cares. Sending cold pizza even for the signature New York Pizza is regarded as not a problem and if you complain and return their pizza they make it difficult to refund. Eventually after chasing several times I got the refund but nothing else, no apology no compensation. Family obviously upset. It's a shame and no longer worthy of the NY name. I hope they improve so that I can get their wonderful pizza again, some day.

Fast service with both pick-up and delivery orders. Always on time and doesn't take long to finish.

I am a regular customer, but in recent months I have noticed that the topping is becoming less and less. See the teriyaki pizza here, not at all like on the websites. Hardly any broccoli in sight. The doner downtown has also really deteriorated in terms of topping. Is there a budget cut going on?

Pizza's zijn OK. Those people who work there are really incompetent. Several times we have forgotten something or delivered the wrong item.

The peri-peri chicken poppers were frozen in the middle and the potato wedges were a big disappointment. When the lady was asked to replace both, she replaced the chicken poppers but the potato wedges were supposed to look like that(pictures attached). Such a bad experience.

Pizzas are good, delivery is also on time. Just a shame about the 5 cent plastic tax, while only pizzas and lasagna are supplied in cardboard and aluminum. It's not about the 5 cents, it's about the principle. We get screwed everywhere, but this makes no sense.

Normally fine, but the last time a lot less than normal can happen, so I called and the manager promised to throw a voucher for 2 pizzas in the mail. That's fine, you would think, but now a few weeks have passed and nothing has arrived. It's not about the voucher, but if you agree on something, do it.

Heerlijk weer en wat een snelle service.

Al meerdere keren geweest, prima pizza's en snel bereid, als er iets mis is, dan krijg je meestal een nieuwe en korting etc

Fijn dat de bezorger ook 's avonds laat Ben & Jerry's kwam brengen toen alle winkels dicht waren. (I.v.m. de avondklok) geweldig!!

Lekkere pizza's, snel klaar na bestellen. Voor mij moeilijk om uit te vinden welke pizza ik wil hebben: de keuze is voor mij bizar onoverzichtelijk aangegeven waardoor ik eigenlijk altijd maar snel de pizza uit de aanbieding bestel... Die zijn prima hoor, dat heus wel. Mits met dunne bodem.... 😉

Mijn pizza was lekker ik vond alleen dat de meadlovers pizza te zoet was door de bbq saus maar de Caprese pizza was wel heel lekker

Bestelde pizza stond niet klaar op de juiste tijd. Heb weer lang moeten wachten. Achteraf stond hij al klaar. Maar dit is niet opgemerkt. Pizza was niet meer lekker heet.

Vriendelijk personeel en altijd een lekkere pizza. Zo nu en dan is het lekker.

Beter om zelf te halen, scheelt al gauw 3€ en je eet tenminste een hete pizza

Quick and young staff. Called in ahead and the pizzas were flaming hot when we arrived. No downtime. Great service.

My go-to pizza place because well, it's close, affordable. Good chicken nuggets with an awesome sweet n sour sauce, and their garlic sauce is made from actual garlic, unlike pp john's filthy yellow mystery goo. That said, NY pizzas are tasty and a LOT better than freezer pizzas.

Pizza's zijn prima, prijzen ook, maar het gros van de bezorgers van NY Pizza zijn een GEVAAR op de openbare weg! Meerdere keren gewaarschuwd hiervoor, maar er wordt niets aan gedaan! Geef deze jongens eens een keer een cursus 'veilig deelnemen aan het verkeer' voordat ze zichzelf of anderen doodrijden!
