2 hours delivery in Hoofddorp. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Not recommended stay away.

Disgraceful customer service: the order was delivered incorrectly, and I had to wait two hours for my food without being able to contact the branch for updates because they simply don't answer the phone. I've also been waiting two weeks for someone to contact me regarding my complaint, but given all the negative experiences I've read here, my hopes are low.

Terrible! Definitely won't order again!! I received the order after 1.5 hours, and it was very cold, just like it was made yesterday! I called! He said he received the order now!?? So, after 1.5 hours!!!!!! And I definitely got a confirmation from Uber Eats! They're preparing it right away!! A very bad experience!!

Ordered food at 6:55 PM, called in between to ask what it was, but it hadn't been made. The food wasn't delivered until 9:30 PM. It's truly outrageous, even working in the hospitality industry, but this is simply unacceptable. Perhaps they should hire knowledgeable staff who can organize it.

Ordered online, delivered almost an hour late, after calling and asking where the order was. A very poor response and unwillingness to admit a mistake. Delivered anyway, cold with a . In short, don't go here.

I don't recommend it, Quality 0, I ordered 2 pizzas but received one, the name of each pizza has nothing to do with what you get in the end, etc etc!

I ordered three bottles of wine for a whopping €30. It turned out to be unavailable (it still says so on the New York Pizza Hoofddorp website, by the way). Now, three months later, I still haven't received my refund. Customer service responds quickly, but apparently can't do much since the franchisee doesn't respond. It's ridiculous!

We ordered pizzas for home delivery and had a terrible experience. We waited a long time even though the order showed as “completed,” but the pizzas never arrived. When we called, we had to explain several times that we hadn’t received anything. They claimed the order had been delivered but said the recipients declined it — most likely because it was taken to the wrong address. Our address in the order was correct. After a long and frustrating conversation, they agreed to send it again. We finally got our pizzas after more than another 30 minutes — cold, and without a single apology or gesture to make it right. Very disappointing service.

Second time in a row we received the wrong pizza. Again waited 2 hours to receive them. Had to wait another hour for the correct pizza both times. They hung up the phone on me at least 10 times before someone answered.

Placed an order at 8:55 PM with a delivery time of 9:45-10:00 PM. Received nothing, but the status is completed?!

Worst New York ever!!!!! Absurdly long waits for your food, as if it were flown in from New York. Stupid place, let this one rest.

You guys just don't answer the phone. I ordered two pizzas and bacon bites. The bacon bites weren't included, and after calling repeatedly, no one answered the phone the entire evening. Now I'm still higher! The food was delivered fairly quickly, and it was okay.

I've been reasonably satisfied for years, and now a location that supposedly delivers orders. And then they automatically hang up the phone every time, so you don't have any problems. Ridiculous!

Just a margarita pizza delivery took more than 2hrs to deliver. Horrible service… Do not recommend at all.

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago and still nothing

I don't know what's going on, but two weeks ago, ordering from Domino's was a complete disaster, so I decided never to order from them again. Now that I've ordered New York pizza, I'm back in trouble. One time, they say the delivery person is on his way, another time it hasn't shipped yet, another time they say their name has changed so they couldn't see it in the system, and I'm just waiting. Two hours have passed and still nothing.

I ordered one mini calzone and two hot buffalo chickens. They delivered quickly and the delivery person was friendly. The entire mini calzone was melted, burnt, and still stuck together. I called twice, the first time waiting 4 minutes, the second time 16 minutes. I finally drove to the store myself, where everyone was "hanging around" and staring at me indignantly about my burnt calzone and the fact that I was still on hold. I received no apology or compensation, only a new one that could be made. It's a shame, especially that I have to go there myself because no one answers the phone.

Delivery took almost an hour and a half for chicken nuggets. Waited way too long.

Very poor customer service. And the dough wasn't tasty; it wasn't ready yet. Not recommended 🤮

I come here almost every week for a pizza because it's usually always good, but today it was absolutely awful. I always order half and half (today half satay and half doner) and the whole pizza tasted like satay. I think the pizza maker spread satay sauce on everything first and then topped it with the doner! It was absolutely disgusting! But because it's usually good, I'm still giving it 3 stars.

We ordered food with the group of friends, it was delivered quickly, friendly courier, and food arrived warm and well topped. Definitely something we will order more often!

I ordered the 1+1 pizza yesterday, shoarma and margarita and it was terrible, both pizza’s. The shoarma had 5 pieces of meat on it and the margarita was dry and very flat. Very very disappointing. I would rather have 1 good pizza instead of 1+1 and both horrible. I can never forget this!

Ordered at NYP Hoofddorp at 9:25, it's 10:25 now and yet no sign of the delivery. Worse, their customer service number is down. I do not recommend anyone to order from here.

NEVER PLACE A AN ORDER IN THIS LOCAL! I made and order by Just Eat and after 2 hours waiting meanwhile I was talking with the manager of the restaurant trying to get a solution. The deliver never arrive. The manager (Shaun) of the restaurant wash one’s hands and said me that don’t have any order to send, and after reclaim me to send some photos proving the payment, he answered me that he didn’t make responsable of it, and he wasn’t going to send anything to my direction. In summary I lost almost 30€ and I didn’t receive anything. This situation is completely unacceptable, a fraud and it’s incredible that my word as a client is questioned of this form even though proving the payment.

Go to this place if you want to get food poisining and be getting sick for nearly 24hrs straight absolute Mank of a place

Echt top pizza's en super vriendelijk personeel

The quality and taste of the pizza depends on the day and the pace of the courier's work. Sometimes we get it cold and rubbery, other times it's extra fresh, and the next time it seems like it had to travel an hour to get to us (and we live a 10-minute walk from the pizzeria). There were also adventures with suppliers, but I won't complain anymore 😉 We remain customers because there is no better alternative nearby.

I was not completely satisfied with the last pizzas I ordered, but tonight the buffalo chicken pizza is just great, just warm when it arrives and good to eat

Terrible find in my pizza. So far no help from the franchisee. New York customer service responds quickly, but they have now told me twice that the franchisee will contact me, but that did not happen and will not happen, because he told me that he did not want to help me the first time I called . Photos say enough! Incredible find. I didn't get a new pizza and my money still hasn't been refunded. Had to throw away an entire pizza.

Although service was quick the garlic bread ordered was not baked itself. Couldn't eat it.

Had to wait more than 1 hour for relatively small order delivered in Hoofddorp (delivery distance usually takes about 5 min on scooter). Definitely way too long for orders of 2 pizzas + potato wedges order.

Waited an hour for our €40 food only to see that toppings were missing and the pizza was half cold, very unfortunate and disappointing

This was just delivered to me. I don't know what kind of pizza this is, but this is just dough with tomato sauce and a few pieces of vegetables. Really scandalous, I will never order from here again! You're better off getting frozen pizza from the supermarket, it has more cheese and vegetables than this crap.

Not the healthiest pizza but definitely delicious. New York Pizza is the best among the chain pizza restaurants.

De site werkte niet met de kortingscode, daarom gaan afhalen ipv bezorgen, jammer. In de winkel vriendelijk geholpen, maar bleek de korting niet verrekend te zijn, kwam er gelukkig op tijd zelf achter en kreeg alsnog zonder gedoe het verschil, maar toch.... Ook jammer dat je je gespaarde punten alleen in de app kan gebruiken en niet in de winkel. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en werken heel hard om alles zo snel mogelijk te regelen voor iedereen, top! Pizza's waren, zoals altijd lekker.

Normaal wel gewoon goede pizza maar vanavond (24-02-19) niet, het is altijd wel langzaam hier maar vanavond extreem. Ook nog verkeerde pizza gekregen en het was niet meer warm.

Pizza besteld om 16.20, volgens info om 16.35 in de oven, om 16.45 klaar voor verzending. Pas om 17.10 seintje dat dez pizza onderweg was. Gevolg: een lauwe kleffe pizza. Dit is de zoveelste en echt de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel. Gooi die pizza niet in de oven als je geen bezorgers vrij hebt, prutsers

Rond 21:15 online bestelling gedaan waarbij er stond dat dit ongeveer 25min ging duren. De pizza's stonden al een poos op 'gereed voor bezorging' maar om 22:00 stond er nog steeds niet dat de bezorger onderweg was. Geprobeerd het filiaal te bellen maar deze was gesloten. Ook stond er dat bezorging maar tot 22:00 mogelijk was. Na nog 10min wachten maar een andere bestelling gedaan bij domino's pizza (die tot 23:00 open is) omdat we bang waren anders helemaal geen avondeten te hebben. Om 22:15 stond de bezorger toch nog voor de deur. Daarna de bestelling bij domino's pizza weer moeten annuleren. Graag betere informatievoorziening over levertijd en wanneer bezorger onderweg is. Dit was online niet te volgen bij deze bestelling.

Best quality pizza we can expect from here. For dine in there is not much space but you can order online or can take away the pizza. Staff is also very friendly.

Best Pizza which I've ever eaten!

Tasteless and almost always lukewarm, not recommended (that was my review from a year ago). We think, that will be solved now (now is August 2021) they deliver 40 minutes before the agreed time, guests are not there yet so everything is cold, top. Do you think they learn anything? Today 10-09-2021 ordered again and (!) in the comments indicated "guys last time it was a fxxked-up please now normally on time". What do you think? Just delivered too early again.....never ever order your food from New York Pizza, guarantee it will go wrong (based on 3 experiences!)

Niet echt een wachtplaats, personeel is niet aandachtig, eten is wel prima

de 3 pizzas waren helaas niet meer vers/warm geleverd. Bestelling namelijk op zondag 12-7 om 17:49 online via de app geplaatst en bezorgster kwam rond 18:40 (wat redelijk nog binnen een uur) voor de deur met 2 pizza's? Aan de sticker op de pizzadozen te lezen dat hier ook gaat om een verkeerde bestelling anders dan op mijn bon. Bezorgster baalde dat, volgens haar, de verkeerde pizza's werd meegegeven met deze bon op mijn adres en probeerde eerste instantie nog naar de zaak te bellen om door te geven, zonder succes. Vervolgens afgesproken dat zij terug zal gaan om de juiste pizza's alsnog op te halen om te bezorgen. Intussen zelf maar de zaak gebeld om dubbel te checken en evt aan te horen of zij wellicht een oplossing bieden om bijv mijn 3 vergeten pizza's alsnog zsm te laten bezorgen door een ander bezorger etc.. maar helaas gaf de telefonist echter alleen aan dat de bezorgster nog niet terug is! De 3 pizza's werd uiteindelijk dan ook rond 19:30 netjes afgeleverd door een ander bezorger en heeft in totaliteit dus bijna 2 uur op de zaak gelegen na plaatsing van de bestelling (overigens een uur later na de 1e bezorgster met de verkeerde bestelling bezorgd). Nu kan de bezorgster dit misschien niets aan te doen en gebeuren zulke dingen ook never nooit, maar toevallig ging het ook mis met mijn vorige bestelling, namelijk niet bezorgd en bij nabellen werd vervolgens beweerd dat mijn bestelling van ruim een uur geleden op afhaal stond geregistreerd. Wat uiteraard vreemd is te weten dat de bestelling via de app ook naar adres en telefoon werd gevraagd om in te voeren voor idd bezorgen. Kortom, voor deze filiaal zeker een paar verbeteringpunten: bezorger dient zelf nog dubbel te checken of de juiste pizza's bij de juiste bon horen; indien verkeerde bestelling aan de deur is gebleken, snel schakelen met de zaak om vervolgens de achtergebleven pizza's snel door een ander bezorger te laten bezorgen zodat deze enigzins nog binnen een uur bezorgd wordt (de telefonist had dit direct bij de manager moeten voorleggen voor een snelle oplossing); Nabellen indien men op de zaak denkt dat de bestelling voor afhaal is maar een halfuur na uit de oven nog steeds niet wordt opgehaald om te checken of dit wel klopt etc. Met een klein beetje basis training aan je team geven en what to do handelingen kan je namelijk de service en kwaliteit garanderen en verbeteren. Heerlijke pizza 10x beter dan de beste dominos

Bij bezorging kwamen we er achter dat er 1 pizza tekort was maar werd supersnel opgelost en binnen korte tijd nagebracht. Bedankt 1e bezorger voor het snelle bezorgen en 2e bezorger voor het snelle naleveren.

Service was goed en werd goed geholpen in de spits. Hoewel er weinig ruimte is in de winkel merk je daar weinig van. De pizza’s waren snel klaar en smaakte erg goed. De locatie is alleen vrij onhandig, je kan niet voor de deur parkeren en moet wel een klein stukje lopen. Maar dat heb je wel over voor een goeie pizza.

Door een domme fout met autofill aan mijn kant had ik per ongeluk 2 pizza's bij deze vestiging besteld ipv in Utrecht :') Gebeld en de pizza's waren al onderweg maar ik kreeg wel mijn geld teruggestort. Geen ervaring met de pizza's dus maar wel met een erg goede service!

In general there is not much that can be said.It is a cheap pizza, with a reasonable delivery time. If you want to get stuffed and do that quickly, this is the right place.
