We're quietly waiting for our pizzas when we hear someone isn't wearing a work shirt because it's just been washed. This employee only has one shirt and apparently works four days a week. The manager asks if she wants another work shirt. She agrees. The manager says, "€12.50 will be deducted from your wages, damn it. I think that's strange. You should be glad you have employees. I think as a company, you should provide the clothing yourself instead of your own staff having to work for it. It's a really strange, tense atmosphere there, and these kinds of things are discussed in the office, not on the shop floor."

Very disappointed. After waiting over an hour, the pizza finally arrived, but it was ice cold. For that wait, you'd expect at least a hot meal. Not recommended.

It took a very long time for my order to arrive and the food was cold and not tasty.

I ordered a pizza yesterday. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to ask where it was. The woman on the phone told me there were no bikes and only one scooter available. She promised me the pizza would be there within half an hour. Fifteen minutes later, I received another call saying the pizza would arrive in another fifteen minutes. After more than two hours, the pizza arrived, but unfortunately, it was cold and tough. I called again, and was told, bluntly, that they would contact me later for compensation (which, of course, didn't happen). Never again for me!

I ordered pizza for my son and me. First, we received the wrong one because it had been swapped with another. Then, we received the "correct" one, which turned out to be my son's. I called, and they immediately made new ones and delivered them urgently. I called and said they'd be there shortly. After 20 minutes, I called again, and the delivery driver had made another mistake. They said they'd make two more right away because mine were cold by then, and he'd personally deliver them, and I'd receive a text message to give me a pizza credit. Finally, they arrived an hour and 15 minutes after the first one. They were delicious, but the delivery driver asked if the pizzas were wrong, and when I told him, he said he wasn't in the kitchen, even though this man had made the same mistake twice. And, of course, I haven't heard or seen anything about a pizza credit since. I'll order from somewhere else next time. I understand Etna is supposed to be good. This place is terrible.

This is the second time we've waited an hour and a half for pizza on a Tuesday night. How busy can it be? And they don't answer. This is so annoying.

I ordered two pizzas here yesterday. After waiting over two hours and calling twice to ask where they were, the cold pizzas arrived. The reason was three other orders on the way 🧐. They were also incredibly salty, which bothered me all evening. One star EVER again is still too much for us. (And then the delivery driver told me they'd call with a compensation, which never happened.)

Kids' party at New York Pizza – a huge success! We celebrated Jisse's birthday party at New York Pizza, and it was truly fantastic! The kids got to make their own pizzas, which was a treat in itself. Everything was incredibly well organized: the ingredients were fresh, the guidance was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. What was especially striking was how patient and friendly the staff was. They really took their time with the children, explained everything clearly, and made everyone feel welcome. And the pizzas? Absolutely delicious! Even the parents secretly enjoyed them 😄 Highly recommended for anyone looking for an original and delicious kids' party. Thank you New York Pizza for this wonderful experience!

horrible!!! After 2 hours my order was arrived…..

Ordered today at 10:15 PM. I ordered 1 lasagna and it only arrived after more than an hour. I called because it was taking so long and the website said that delivery had been completed. Excellent service on the phone, but having to wait more than an hour for 1 lasanga is very scandalous. The lasanga itself is very tasty, but very salty. Next time the delivery could be a little faster.

Bad... we ordered food and tried to reach them to report something... no response, you remain on hold. Thuisbezorgd approaches the same story and they can't get hold of it either. Finally it was delivered after an hour only to be told that they no longer had the nachos so they did something else instead. Great idea, but nachos were a lot more expensive than the other product. This is already the 3rd time that things have gone completely wrong with New York Pizza. Not for us anymore

I have ordered nachos from New York Pizza before, but it goes wrong every time. There are things on it that I don't want, and since they don't offer an option to adjust that, I usually just leave it as is. Tonight, however, was even worse. I waited two hours for my nachos, and when they finally came, they were wrong. I sent them back, but after an hour and a half I got the exact same nachos back—cold, and with onions on them, even though that wasn't the intention. Really bad service.

Pizza was cold, and I had to wait an hour and a half for my order. Then the delivery driver complained about being busy. No more NYP for me.

Ordered pizzas to take away twice on the spot. Waiting time can vary. One time had to wait a very long time (fortunately I was not in a hurry), second time hardly any waiting time. Pizzas are fine.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a sweet box but unfortunately the bbq mixed grill was missing a few ingredients and was super spicy because they had Jalapenos and a pizza Hawaii with double ham where the double ham was missing. The lava cake wasn't even cooked, only the top was a little bit cooked. Called them and told them what was going on and immediately said that we would never order from here again. New pizzas were delivered and at the door they immediately checked if the pizzas were correct. It was correct, unfortunately the toppings of the bbq mixed grill pizza were off. I told the delivery man it was a shame that the topping was off. The delivery man who wasn't interested said to me: oh maybe that's because of the delivery... I thought to myself You are the delivery man here...! I accepted it anyway, but unfortunately the bbq mixed grill pizza was so greasy that the grease ran down the mouth.

Ordered 1 pizza at 18:00. On our website it said "ready for delivery" from 19:00, finally delivered at 20:00. This was of course cold, called at 20:00, would get a new one urgently. Called again at 21:00, pizza was made. But not clear who it was for... The person in question had gone home in the meantime and did not report anything. Finally a warm pizza at 21:30. Please choose a local Italian. 3.5 hour wait for 1 pizza.

Thank you New York Pizza Heerenveen, pizzas completely wrinkled and delivered flat... also the same base for both, even though 2 different bases were requested. You pay 26 euros for this. Taste was otherwise okay and fresh.

I ordered garlic bread and got cheese bread, I called them and asked if I could have garlic bread now, but nothing could be done for me, too bad.

Ordered a pizza and had to wait 20 minutes only to receive a call that they did not have the ingredients in stock. When my order was canceled I had to wait more than a month to get my money back. A completely new experience: a cold pizza with a crust that is far from fluffy. How does someone manage to ruin a pizza like that? Just stop the second free promotion if you can't handle the crowds!

Never again! After about 3 hours and 3 phone calls, we decided to pick up the pizzas ourselves. Instead of delivery. Cold pizzas. And very poor customer service. Looks like a bunch of kids running this store. Next time Domino's again. These can do it!

Worthless. Waited almost 3 hours for 2 pizzas. Called after 1.5 hours to ask when they expected it to be delivered. I got a very uninterested and not at all friendly guy on the phone who said that the pizzas still had to be made and that it should be with us in about 20 minutes. Finally, almost an hour after that phone call, I called again to ask where it was. A rude girl on the phone insulted us and told us not to whine. You guessed it, it didn't come yet. Ended up having to pick up cold pizzas myself. Not really pleasant and certainly not recommended.

Delivered much too late. If you call where the pizzas are, you get a completely uninterested teenager on the line with a big mouth. After waiting 2 hours I received 1 completely inedible vegetarian pizza that was dripping with grease (the grease even dripped through the box) I will never place an order here again

My experience with New York Pizza has been somewhat variable when it comes to the quality of the food. Still, I personally always really enjoy their pizzas. The fact that I can customize the pizzas to my own taste is a big plus, and so far I have always received my orders on time. Since I choose to have my meals delivered, I cannot say anything about the branch itself. Overall, I would give my overall experience with New York Pizza a 4 star rating. This is mainly due to the varying quality. As they say, one day is not the same, haha. Despite the inconsistency, I am still a satisfied customer, mainly because of my love for their pizzas and the ease of customization to my taste preferences.

Ik bestel online en haal de pizza's zelf af, omdat er bij ons in het buitengebied niet bezorgd wordt. Meestal klopt de tijd met de afhaaltijd. Kwaliteit wisselt, ene keer beter belegd dan de andere keer

Had pizza's besteld waaronder 1 met extra tonijn en kip maar je hebt een loep nodig om het te vinden op de pizza. De pizza's van New York vallen echt tegen en zijn slecht belegd.

We hebben hier weer heerlijke Pizza's besteld. De 2e was met 50% korting. Bestel vaker hier, altijd snel bezorgd en het smaakt super.

Lekkere pizza gegeten. Werksfeer leek niet echt goed. Werknemers waren aan het schreeuwen en discussieren tegen elkaar, niet echt klantvriendelijk ook.

Haalde mijn bestelling op en schrok van het personeel. Hoopte op niet meer bestellingen toewel het pas 8 uur was, wouden elkaar liever niet helpen dan elkaar wel even te helpen (pizza uit de oven pakken of even snijden was te veel gevraagd toewel de ander gewoon op de telefoon zat), niet bepaald klantvriendelijk maar wel lekkere pizza 👍🏻

Wanneer het rustig is, geen probleem dan is alles prima voor elkaar. Echter is het wat drukker dan is het personeel een stel stresskippen waarvan die (bijna) niet weet wat ze moeten doen. Gevolg bestelling waarop je langer moet wachten dan afgesproken.

Goed opgemaakte pizza’s. En de zwarte truffel pizza was erg verrassend en lekker.

De Bloemkool bodem pizza is erg lekker! Helaas wel 25min te laat thuis bezorgd waardoor de 2 pizza's nog kort in de oven moesten om weer warm te worden. Bezorger was heel vriendelijk. 4 sterren ivm late levering en koude pizza's, verder tevreden!

Heerlijke pizza's ontvangen op vrijdagavond en een zeer vriendelijke pizzabezorger die heel vrolijk en attend was.

Bijna 5 kwartier moeten wachten op 4 pizza's. Andere klanten vroegen geld terug en gingen weg

Wij bestellen hier regelmatig en het is altijd spannend of de pizza's goed gebakken zijn. Dit is niet consistent. De ene keer prima en lekker veel ingrediënten en de andere keer half verbrand, halfgebakken (rauw deeg), of erg weinig ingrediënten. Hun Cinnamon bread vind ik niet bijzonder en vaak verbrand. Toch blijven we het proberen want wanneer het goed is, zijn (de) pizza's erg lekker! Bezorging is altijd goed en mooi op tijd, zelfs op drukkere dagen zoals in het weekend. Dus het is maar net of je het risico wilt nemen. Ik hoop op verbetering!
