Their cleaning was lacking and the staff sat outside smoking.

This was our fourth time ordering online for delivery. Due to the busy season, it took a bit longer, but that's to be expected when the food is this good! And with 36 degrees outside, I think more people decided not to cook. Once again, the burgers and salad were delicious! The potato gratin was also delicious!

It's been a while since I had such a delicious meal at a grill. The service was fast and correct and the food was exactly as I had requested.

These burgers are truly out of this world. The Philly cheese is my favorite, but really, everything about these burgers is good. The service and delivery time are always perfect, too.

I ordered online, ordered hamburger and sparre ribs. But really, I don't think I've ever eaten such a tasty burger and ribs anywhere. Especially since it was delivered. The fries were also nice and warm and crispy. All in all, you definitely have a new customer with me👌🏼

Price-Quality is out of proportion. If you order a menu for €15, you only get a burger and a small bag of fries. No bowl of lettuce or cucumber salad. Also only 1 galapeno and 1 small lettuce leaf on the burger. All very economical. The meat on the burger and the fries themselves are very tasty

Absolutely delicious American burgers and spareribs! My wife is American and she thinks this is the best we've had so far :D An indication of the delivery time is given by email that corresponds to the actual time, which is nice. Delivery people are always friendly too. Recommended!

In my opinion, Latina woman the best steak and spareribs you can eat. And the quality in terms of taste and meat in South America is of a high level. So that says enough about Old Town.

Posted a review on their own site, and it has been REMOVED! so here it is again. Ordered a burger that was super dry. The cheese on it was super hard (normally it is soft and melted). It looked like the burger was already 1 day old. Really not recommended!!! P.s. make sure they don't remove your review from their site!

Best burgers I've ever had. Nothing to complain about. Meat top sandwich is good lettuce and other additions super fresh. Fries nice and crispy. Even the sauces are perfect If I'm in the area again I will definitely come by again, keep it up 👍👍

Food good, but if you order 700 grams of spare ribs and you weigh it, I get just 430 grams including the packaging, I don't think that is normal. They weigh there on the gamble after a telephone report. For me, certainly not again, I just feel ripped off.

Would expect that after waiting 2 hours for our food the quality would be decent. But now i payed €10,95 for a burger with a small piece of chicken that was half the bun size and small fries. The quality used to be better.

Ordered 3 different burgers... 1 bun inedible... 1 hamburger dry and burnt....... a few months ago it was guaranteed quality... already disappointed 3 times now.... we are not going order more with this quality...

I have ordered here before in the past and it was excellent. But the quality has now disappointed me. Cheese on the hamburger was not melted, burgers are a lot smaller, just a little bit of fries and the schnitzel is no bigger than your hand!!. Won't order from here again. Guess they have a new policy. Shame. Was always impressed by this burger joint.

I had a nice meal outside here a while ago, the atmosphere is good, the place looks neat, they try very hard to present the food well, and they succeed, and most importantly: it is very tasty. Why a review so late? Well, because I have also ordered from them a number of times, and have had them delivered, and it has arrived good and fresh every time, and always tasty, so finally a business that consistently has the quality in order. When we come to the price-quality ratio, they are relatively cheap, because for other things they charge the same amount from your pockets, but they rip you off with rubbish. Absolutely not here. The food was really good. Unfortunately I can't quite say the same about the service staff. The wrong dish was first served, then corrected, but in the end it was still on the bill. After briefly noting the error, it was corrected. Unfortunately, we (4 people) had to wait about an hour for the 4 burgers and fries, despite the restaurant being almost empty. So there is room for improvement in that regard.
