At this restaurant, specially at the bar counter there is a person who is particularly rude to Indian visitors. This attitude is bad and is detrimental to the hotel. Chef and other staff are good. Nice good and presentation. We had team dinner on 14 July 2025.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to experience the restaurant on the last night of our stay. We got a table pretty easily at 8:45PM. We got drinks and food and were done by 9:45PM. The waiter took our plates out and didn’t check if we wanted any desert. When we tried to order deserts at 10:10PM we were told the kitchen was closed! This is a very subpar customer experience.

I visited the restaurant today and experienced the first negative issue right at the reception: A staff member occupied with a service tablet, standing less than two meters from the reception, made eye contact but didn’t think to inform a colleague or come to the reception himself to assign us a table. After about five minutes, a young man arrived who made a friendly impression and then assigned us a table. As soon as we sat down, we unfortunately noticed the poor quality of the furnishings: Our table wobbled significantly because the tabletop was either not properly attached or simply damaged. When we later ordered our food, it arrived after about 15 minutes. I had a Caesar salad, and my companion ordered carpaccio and dim sum. The Caesar salad unfortunately lacked both quality and flavor: The fish, which was already an odd choice for a typical Caesar salad, tasted strongly like canned fish and was unfortunately inedible. The chicken strips and lettuce were nothing special, and the dressing was applied very sparingly. My companion also reported that their carpaccio was lukewarm and tasted very similar to a typical store-bought carpaccio. Their dim sum was an outrage for the price: €10 for four dumplings that didn’t exhibit particularly high quality. Unfortunately, my conclusion is that the hotel does not live up to the name "Olympic" when it comes to food. There are shortcomings in many areas, and the quality leaves much to be desired. I hope this will change in the future and that the restaurant will align itself with the quality of the hotel.

Views of the river are beautiful, but food and service was not good. I was sat immediately but then waited 25 minutes before I had to flag someone down so I could order. The chicken on the chicken Cesar salad was deli meat chicken like you get out of a package. The fried cheese was not fried mozzarella but fried cheddar. The food didn’t not taste good at all. I waited another 40 minutes to pay before I went to the hotel reception and asked for them to run my card. I’m at this hotel for the next 4 nights and will not dine here again.

Chic, delicious restaurant with very friendly service. Wonderfully located on the canal with a nice lounge character, the salmon and the Buddha's pot are recommended. We'd love to come back!

Fabulous hotel, easy public transportation access, clean rooms, great restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet well stocked for every morning routine. Good coffee!!! Radik, our bar tender and waiter a true gem!!! Definitely recommend this hotel. €25 Euro parking😱

Stayed at the hotel so I ate here one night with my toddler. One of the dishes had a piece of tinfoil in it and the other was so salty. It wasn't good. They did comp the tinfoil dish and my son's ice cream, so that was appreciated.

2nd experience in this restaurant. No all-you-can-eat formula. A classic card. Dishes quite expensive for the quantity, but the quality was there. The decor is superb, a lovely view of the canal. Very pleasant staff. I still preferred my first experience where everything was really perfect.

The restaurant is very clean and very good costumer service. Very big and spacious. But with a bit of nice music in the background should be perfect! Hawing said that, Room service or housekeeping was awful. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room had not been cleaned once. We have requested it to be clean before 11am as recommended by the reception, but the housekeeper only turned up just before 5pm to only changed the towels and arranged the bed. Bed sheets have not been changed either. The hotel management need to sort This out.

Une super découverte. Un restaurant gastronomique à volonté. Le menu est à environ 50€ par personne boissons non incluse mais vous avez une belle carte de plat chaud et froid et pendant 2h30 environ vous pouvez recommander autant que vous voulez du moment que vous avez terminé votre plat ( pour éviter le gâchis). Que ce soit la cuisine ou le service, tout est irréprochable. Allez y sans hésitation !

Het eten is prima. Het was voor ons de 2de keer dat we er waren en het viel ons op dat er deze keer minder aandacht gegeven was aan de opmaak van de gerechten. De drank is ook aan de prijzige kant. Wat wij erg storend vonden is hoe het terras er buiten bijstond. Wij zaten aan het raam en het was echt een bende buiten. Erg jammer voor de ambiance. (Zie foto's)

Not possible to eat outside (drinks only). Can only get menu if entire table gets the menu (which they only told us at the end). Waiter forgott to ask what we'd like to drink. Hefty prives for small plates (I had three but far from enough). etc. etc. Food is ok and view of the river is great, but because of the inferior service not recommended.

Overal the food was alright, the flavors were nothing special. But the octopus and donburi were surprisingly good! I think it’s too expensive for what you get if you have to pay full price. But the social deal price is okay. The service wasn’t the best, one waitress looked grumpy the whole time and didn’t treat us very nicely.

The food was nothing special. You order small dishes every round, and you could only order again after finishing your plate. This way it felt like there was not enough time (2.5 hours) since the food came quite slow too. The octopus was the only thing I’d order again. The plating did look very pretty for every dish. The cocktails were not mixed correctly. The staff did not look happy to see us either. Definitely not worth the price for us.

excellent concept, kind and quick service was a great experience. I loved the sushi my first around and decided to finish with my favourite dish by taking sushi once again. Unfortunately this second time the tuna on my nigiri was spoiled and I unpleasantly spit it out in my napkin after nearly discharging all my previous meals. This bitter end was unfortunate as otherwise I would have greatly recomended this place to friends.

Good quality food especially for an all you can eat concept. The portions are tapas like sizes so you can try several dishes. But you can only order 1 main dish at a time. Make sure to try the lamb rump, the jus is great! And skip the marinated salmon

I'm the first one to review this restaurant :) I'll never visit a restaurant without having read reviews so for anyone thinking of visiting Olympic Restaurant, formerly known as Cinq Restaurant. They have an awesome new concept. €42 for their all you can eat menu. It's it's not a buffet. Everything is plated and the quality is excellent. Fantastic sushi as you can see, beautifully presented. A wide range of lovely food options. You can also dine a la carte. Loved my experience. The service was very attentive and as soon as your plate is empty it gets cleared and your next order is taken. Thank you team for a wonderful experience.

They were very nice to me and my colleagues, but not to people of color. Not okay. I was addressed as "you" and "sir," but the Black woman next to me, who also seemed a bit older, was addressed as "you" and in a rather unpleasant tone. Pretty strange.
