The servers took excellent care of us. Very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Cosy, charming little place to have a nice night out as a romantic evening or even with your family. They have some games available as well. A memorable experience for sure ♥️

A beautiful restaurant with a playful and colorful decor. Without being kitschy, it instantly transports you to a tropical paradise. For our main courses, we had the sweet chicken and the chicken roti. Both highly recommended. Not too spicy, yet incredibly flavorful. For dessert, we had the churros with cinnamon ice cream. A sight to behold and a delicious ending. Exceptionally hospitable service; we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food. Inside, the smell of delicious food is wonderful. Outside on the terrace, it's lovely to relax in the sun. The biggest plus is that it's very child-friendly with a kids' menu, coloring pages, and family games.

Rendang very (too) spicy! I am used to spicy food, but this is not in proportion as it really should be. Price/quality of the other food completely derailed. All those positive reviews create a completely different picture than it really is. Service is good though. Is there now a response to a bad review? I'm curious.

Being tricked by World Kitchen on the facade. I have a preconception that it would be such a wasteland. But by no means, had a particularly good experience. With a colorful group of 9 adults. Absolutely enjoyed last night, a bit out of the comfort zone for a few people in the group, but everyone was completely satisfied with the truly delicious food. The whole environment was very atmospheric in a very pleasant way. With 9 people we set the atmosphere somewhat. The service was very good and responded well to that. Not everything was in sufficient stock on Sunday, but that was amply resolved with alternatives. And on Sunday there is a busy weekend and the island supplies. All understanding. In short, a good experience and pleasantly surprised. The cocktails went down very well

Absolutely loved Osorio World’s Kitchen! Beautiful, cozy place where you instantly feel relaxed and welcome. The steaks were amazing, and the warm, friendly staff made the experience even better. Special mention goes to the Roti Vegan Salad — so good we asked for the recipe (no luck). Guess we’ll just have to keep coming back! Highly recommended

It's a very great little and beautifully decorated restaurant. The staff is super friendly, everything is clean and great treatment of our child. The only thing that is really the only point why I only give it 4 stars is the price. Please don't get me wrong, we're happy to pay the right price for great food, but it was really a bit higher.

Delicious food, spicy but not overly so. Peanut soup and soto ajam were delicious and the rendang was a bit on the salty side, but this can easily be compensated with a nice beer. We actually think it is an asset to Ameland.

There were two of us there for dinner and we didn't find the price-performance ratio satisfactory. The dessert in particular was not good, i.e. not freshly prepared, or rather tasted very bland.

A very cozy, but noisy restaurant, just outside the village. Maybe we were just unlucky in terms of snacks, but I didn't think the food or the quantity was very impressive. For example, the samosas were more like spring rolls and the ceviche and truffle croquettes were very small. The dessert, with banana, was delicious and large (thankfully). For us it was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price.

In our opinion the best restaurant on Ameland. We went there for dinner twice and ate something different each time. Every dish was very good, especially the desserts. This restaurant is worth every recommendation.

I don't understand all the positive reviews. The food is mediocre for the price asked. The wrong main course was served, the bottle of green tea was taken away half empty and at the end we noticed just in time that 100 euros too much had been charged. Absolutely a one-off for us.

Food is perfect, atmosphere is laid back. One of the best restaurants I know. For the quality you get here you would have to search for a long time. We went three times in one week. Diverse but authentic kitchen from all over the world.

I have been attending the Ameland beach rugby tournament in Nes in June for over twenty years. Like every year, you have to find where to eat. Luckily I found a real winner this year! Restaurant Osorio is phenomenal. Every dish is extremely tasty and prepared with love. The URC rugby players had a great evening ❤️. Definitely come back again.

You know that restaurant where you want to lick your plate clean? I introduce you to Osorio! You can really lick your plate clean there. Our acquaintance started last year. I asked a good friend: where should we eat on Ameland? He suggested Osorio, which was good and delicious. Not a word said too much. The menu is versatile, meat, fish and of course vegetarian. What to do, plenty of choice... we want to taste and try everything, but of course that is not possible. Good advice is expensive, but  those who are smart choose Two To Tango. That is an excellent choice to try multiple dishes. The ladies and sometimes a gentleman serving are real sweethearts, they are happy that you are coming to eat and welcome you with a sincere smile and take the time for you. Text and explanation about the food and wines increases the anticipation. All the food is freshly prepared, which is why when you look through the windows in the morning before coffee, you can already see activity in the kitchen. No microwave ping, no bite-sized chunks, in Osorio's kitchen they love cooking food and you can taste it. Take my word for it, I know what good food is, I know what a gem of a restaurant on Ameland and that is Osorio. This year we stayed on Ameland for 5 days in May and had dinner there twice. Last year also twice during the holidays. We are fans and have no shares.

Osorio World's Kitchen delivers on all fronts. With delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, attentive service and reasonable prices, this is a place that won't disappoint. Upon entering, the pleasant ambiance is immediately apparent. Although the restaurant is not focused on fine dining, it offers a cozy and tasty experience. The menu is diverse and offers a selection of highlights, without exaggerating. My choice, the rib eye, had a small tendon on the side, which would normally be a negative. However, the taste, presentation and overall quality of the dish more than made up for it. My friend enjoyed the Moroccan lentil stew, which was not only beautifully presented, but also tasted excellent. For dessert I chose the churros with ice cream and chocolate sauce, which were delicious and something I would enjoy every day. My girlfriend tasted the changeling tail and was also enthusiastic about the taste. With a total bill of 85 euros, including tip, we felt the price was more than fair considering the quality of the food and drinks. We hope to come back again so we can try another dish from the menu. Keep it up!

We enjoyed the rendang stew which we ordered and picked up. It was delicious, we licked our fingers! This is certainly worth repeating, although we look forward to the moment when we can be pampered again in your restaurant and on the terrace.

Wow, this restaurant really surprised me! The food isn't exactly cheap, that's true and I was a little confused by the concept of the menu, but the food was incredibly delicious! We ate there with 8 people, so I was able to try 5 different dishes. Although basically different things were served (pasta, quesadilla, ragout, etc.), everything was fantastically prepared. We had to wait a bit for service, but it was also packed. You should definitely reserve in advance, especially if you are coming with more than 2 people.

Wirklich hervorragendes Essen, bei einer solchen kulinarischen Vielseitigkeit die Qualität stets auf hohem Niveau zu halten, ist nahezu beeindruckend - Lob an die Küche! Freundlicher Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kleine Ergänzung: 9,50€ für 0,5l Bier sind kaum zu rechtfertigen, ändert aber nichts an der Qualität des Essens.

Außergewöhnliches Essen. Es ist nicht mit 'normalen' Lokalen vergleichbar ob man das nun gut oder schlecht finden möchte. Service war auf jeden Fall gut und allgemein sind wir zufrieden. Es ist aber auch auf jeden Fall recht teuer.

Erg lekker eten. Geen standaard patat met kipsaté maar een variatie aan wereldgerechten, verfiijnd klaargemaakt.

Het was voor ons onbekend, maar hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. Alles wordt vers bereid . Leuke eigenaren. We komen hier zeker terug. Heerlijk plekje om hier te zitten. We hebben twee menu’s geprobeerd. En beide waren heerlijk. Rendang en Kippendij op Libanese manier bereid. Heerlijk.

Echt zo zo leuk en gezellig. Geweldig lekker eten. Samosa's waren heerlijk. En de rest van het eten was ook om te smullen. En de eigenaren zijn ook zo aardig. We moesten wachten op een paar mensen die (zonodig) zo'n wadloop moesten doen, en dat was totaal geen probleem, dat we pas best heel laat pas allemaal aanwezig waren om te eten. 3 van ons hadden de Rendang. Lamscurry was superlekker (spicey!!!!!!). Fijne tent. Zou er zo weer gaan eten!

Erg gezellig! Fijne ontvangst en behulpzaam personeel. leuke menu kaart met ook allerlei vega en vegan opties ,heerlijke huisgemaakte gemberbier en geweldige roti gegeten. Ondanks het erg druk was alles snel op tafel en kwam men regelmatig langs om te checken of alles oke was .
