Oud Vuren in Vuren

Drank a delicious white wine, also with a plate of kale.

Yesterday I had a 12.5 wedding anniversary party. And what a breath of fresh air it was. Just relaxed. Nothing stiff about it. And the food was super good. Everyone got the same thing. And I am a picky eater, but even I loved it. And I’m not talking about the fries for the kids😊 This was my first walking dinner, but if it is always this tasty and relaxed, there will be more to come.

Super lovely and beautiful place! Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended!!

We had a fantastic, delicious vegetarian garden dinner in August. Due to the rain, we were able to sit under the atmospheric outdoor tents and stayed warm enough with the wood fires. It was really nice that you could get your own drinks from the outdoor kitchen, where the chef was busy in the meantime! The service was incredibly friendly and the chickens roaming around made it extra cozy!

Fantastic food in a beautiful setting

Delicious food in a beautiful garden. Cozy under the tent with a blanket, waiting out the shower. And all the effort and success for the vegan eater.

Highly recommended! We had a delicious meal and the ambiance was truly top-notch. Pure enjoyment.

We had a delicious meal! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us well with our last-minute requests, even though the menu was already set. We had beautiful weather and sat in the garden. What a wonderful evening it was.

Great food and drinks, cozy atmosphere.

Last night we thoroughly enjoyed the garden dinner at restaurant Oud Vuren! The food was truly fantastic, the service was very friendly and made sure we wanted for nothing! The chickens and cats roaming around were lovely! We will definitely be back here again!

The food here is amazing, everything is very good. Very professional service. Thank you very much💞

Last Valentine's Day, I went out for dinner with my girlfriend. In addition to the excellent food served in various delicious courses, we were also able to get free drinks. That was included in the price. Be sure to take a walk through the beautiful garden during the evening. Top-notch experience!

On July 11th, we were welcomed at Oud Vuren for our family day. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt incredibly welcome. The atmosphere they create is relaxed and friendly. The walking dinner was delicious with beautiful dishes. They also managed to provide an excellent meal for vegans. Oud Vuren is highly recommended for a family day. Wouter and Tamar, thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful afternoon with a private family gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the garden, and the excellent service. Everything was well organized, and everyone was very satisfied with the venue and the atmosphere. A lovely spot for a gathering or simply enjoying a meal in the garden. Definitely worth a return visit.

Fantastic ambiance, delicious food.

The service and food were excellent.

Highly recommended! Oud Vuren is a super cozy and atmospheric restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The combination of high quality, taste, immense hospitality, and friendly atmosphere makes it top-notch. Bravo!

Last week, our motorcycle touring club had a coffee stop at restaurant Oud Vuren. There were 18 of us. Quite a large group, then. Reserving in advance was very easy, and even then I got the impression that we were more than welcome. And that was indeed the case. A spot had been reserved for us inside, but as "tough bikers," we really wanted to sit outside. Not because we are tough, mind you, but because the sun was shining nicely. Oud Vuren hadn't expected this, as the terrace wasn't actually ready yet. But that wasn't a problem at all. Within a few minutes, the tables were set up outside, and we were even given a cushion to sit on. The coffee was very tasty. And the apple pie was even better. And the warm welcome made our first coffee stop absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Oud Vuren, the motorcycle season has started off well. The chances of us coming back here again are very high. Regards, MTCV

The best apple pie I've ever eaten. The staff and the owner were so nice.

Yesterday, my in-laws had another party in Wouter's familiar "living room." It had a lovely atmosphere and a relaxed setting, decorated with charming items from the past. An inclusive place with a focus on people and local delicacies.

On January 11, 2026, I had the honor of organizing a TEROSS PUB QUIZ for a 50th anniversary. A warm welcome with super-friendly service and assistance with the preparations. The atmosphere is truly unique. A venue I highly recommend.

We held our annual Christmas dinner for our company. They were very helpful in figuring out the details. We'd love to come back again. We had a group of 40 people. It went well. Pouring your own drinks was fun.

Christmas dinner with our company. Perfectly catered with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere.

What a nice, atmospheric and cozy restaurant

Very suitable to celebrate something with a group while enjoying a really excellent meal.

In September 2025, I had the privilege of capturing T&L's beautiful wedding at this stunning outdoor location. And what a wonderful atmosphere! So relaxed, the kids running around and playing happily, the lights and garlands strung between all the trees, and the occasional cat or chicken fluttering around. And in the evening, dining at a long table nestled in the orchard. This is exactly how I love to capture an outdoor wedding! Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly natural location for your wedding! Love, Emma Susan Photography www.emmasusanfotografie.nl Wedding Photographer

A really cool place to have a wonderful afternoon! Super friendly people and delicious food!

We had a wonderful gathering at Oud Vuren restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious. They really catered to allergies and dietary requirements! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was great too. Highly recommended.

We've eaten here several times with work. Beautiful location, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food.

We celebrated our wedding at Oud Vuren. What a beautiful day! From the ceremony in the garden to a lovely walking dinner and subsequent drinks reception. A beautiful ambiance, delicious food, friendly staff, and optimal flexibility. Everything is possible; nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks and compliments to Tamar, Wouter, and all the staff.

Delicious and honest food in a garden surrounded by very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for something a little different. Great location.

We had a wonderful, relaxing meal at Wouter's garden, the atmosphere was nice.

A really nice place to eat. The location is beautiful, the food is good, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend an evening. Dining here is a real experience, especially if you're looking for something different than the usual restaurants. Thanks to the Oud Vuren team! 🤗

We had a fantastic baby shower yesterday. Everything was perfectly organized, including delicious snacks by Joost and Jim in the beautiful garden of Oud-Vuren restaurant!

A nice place and very nice staff

Great for events, lovely and beautiful surroundings! Highly recommended.

Fantastic restaurant! Oud Vuren has something for everyone, and the food is always 10/10. The service is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. And that atmosphere... you simply have to experience it for yourself! 🌟

We had a wonderful meal in the beautiful garden! The staff were incredibly friendly! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Great concept.

Cozy atmosphere and excellent food

What a fantastic venue this is, and what a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Everything is there for a fantastic party. Highly recommended!

For several years now, we've celebrated our family day at the "Oud Vuren" restaurant. It's a lovely location with a relaxed atmosphere. Wouter and his team have always been excellent, and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!

For three years running, we've celebrated the end of the school year with the team in the garden of Oud Vuren. This beautiful location instantly puts you in the holiday spirit. Always well-maintained and with friendly staff. Last-minute changes are always welcome.

Beautiful location. We sat outside under the trees. Wonderfully peaceful and cozy. Chickens and cats roamed the garden, and two ponies were behind a fence. The food was good, and you could help yourself to drinks. Friendly staff.

We were able to celebrate our fantastic wedding at Oud Vuren. It is a very relaxed, informal, nice location. When the weather is nice, you can organize a lot outside. Exactly what we were looking for. Wouter thinks along nicely, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our day could not have been more beautiful :)

We were able to enjoy everything here from Broodfonds 'Broodmix'! The atmosphere .. the food and the drinks. Such a beautiful atmosphere... everyone enjoyed it. Thank you very much ... Wouter, Tamar and all the other hard workers ... We will come here more often in private and I am not the only one who says that. Thank you Superrrrrr evening. Toppers!

Very original restaurant with creative, homemade and local dishes that are constantly developed by new ideas. Concept always runs well and it is arranged by the team without any problems. Everything is adjusted to your personal wishes and they are very open minded. All the staff does their very best to make it a beautiful and relaxed day. In short, versatile restaurant with endless possibilities.

Had a super nice evening! We enjoyed the dishes and the lovely down-to-earth atmosphere. The garden is beautifully decorated and perfect for a stroll

Yesterday, May 23, my brother's wedding was celebrated at this beautiful location! Very atmospheric and super nice that you can stay both outside and inside... food was delicious and well organized! Owners and staff also super nice! In short, a fantastic place where we will definitely go back.

hidden gem with authentic food” 😁 highly recommended

Wouter, really well organised! Delicious food and a cozy location! BBQ workshop.. recommended..

Beautiful location, lovely host/hostess and service. Good quality food, purchased from local entrepreneurs 👌🏻 Happy birthday 🎈

French evening, excellent wine, adventurous dishes, tasty, casual atmosphere. No extreme culinary splashes, but a delicious French countryside dinner! Wines were special! All-in price.

Really big 5 stars. We were very lucky with a spot on the French evening, which we spontaneously booked an hour before it started. What a great atmosphere, delicious food and top concept. Not your average restaurant evening. Recommended for anyone who is a bit adventurous and leaves the choice to the chef. Matching wines were great and very friendly staff! We will be back. Normal drinks including some special beers are included and you can get them yourself behind the bar (!). We slept in the adjacent apartments, this is recommended so that you can fully enjoy the arrangement!

Had a wonderful French evening. Everything was perfect, the delicious food, the French musical surprises, just a great evening!

Oud vuren is a location with a farmland theme. Currently the most difficult to reach. But you can get there by car. Food is good. Nice location to throw a party.

If you like authentic local products, this is an absolute must, everything is correct, no menu but just what is available, ate there yesterday with friends and it was great, you never have to wait for your drinks because that is self-service and for the knakencleaners among us..... all drinks are included in the price........ That's cool, isn't it?

So friendly and welcoming! The enthusiastic team radiates that they are happy to assist you.

Ideal for a lunch with a group in an informal atmosphere

Very nice service and a nice warm atmosphere inside. Very nice dishes and delicious food. A unique place! Definitely recommended :)

Very nice place, very atmospheric

Delicious food and such nice people.

Cozy location with pleasant and friendly staff

They have delicious apple pie. Highly recommended

It is a lovely "hidden gem"! The food is delicious with the chef's ingenuity present, where he combines flavors that result in amazing dishes! We like the self-service part of the drinks, as it feels like you're at home. This might not be for everyone, but it is a very nice unique detail of this place. Please consider it is a timed dinner: they start serving at 6:30PM, and dessert is served around 9PM. A lovely place we always look forward coming back to.

Delicious food in a great environment, very cozy en gezellig Service is excellent

They are so cute and the Sweet is delicious

Very nice atmosphere, casual, relaxed

Super mooie plek. Ruimte genoeg voor iedereen. Heerlijk houtvuurtje en gezellige lampjes in de avond. Lekker eten en aardige bediening. Aanrader!

Super tasty food and nice atmosphere!

What a great location to celebrate your wedding outdoors. 1 and all character and idiosyncrasy. Truly a pearl of a place ♡ enjoyed with a beautiful bridal couple.

We had the pleasure of being present as guests at a wedding at this location. Just awesome. Nice atmosphere. Good food. And nice drinks. Don't do anything about it anymore

Restaurant Oud Vuren offers a great culinary experience with a warm ambiance and hospitable service. Oud Vuren combines excellent service, atmospheric setting and sublime dishes. They also have really nice pudding shapes. Highly recommended!

Delicious food. Super nice atmosphere inside.

High tea was super delicious. Friendly staff and host Wouter serves, as always, good, tasty speaking products. His world famous apple pie is also super delicious. We will come for a bite to eat again soon. Thank you Wouter!

It is a very beautiful location and comfortable athmosphere and the food was delicious! I definitely would recommend!

Once again we had a wonderful evening here.

Fantastic place to visit, food is unbelievable, service is outstanding, and Wouter is the perfect host!!! A must go to for food lovers in a warm and cosy environment

Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday Delicious food, beautiful location Pleasant staff and delicious food We had a very nice evening Thank you Oud Vuren

Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food and the best apple pie I have ever eaten. A real hidden gem.

A delicious and cozy restaurant. Had dinner here with the family during Christmas and we had a fantastic evening. The food was fantastic and there was just the right amount of time between each course. The layout of the restaurant is also very cozy so you can enjoy your meal here.

Nice location and nice staff. Good parking facilities at the restaurant.
