Great ambiance, but a bit pricey.

Went in for food today, ordered the double cheeseburger but received a Beyond meat burger instead. At first I thought it the server did it on purpose, but we also ordered specifically a full-fat Coke and received a Coke Zero so I assume it’s incompetence and not deliberate. Still, I was left feeling hungry after the food

Great vibe+ service, nice and dark, nice atmosphere, good sound equipment and with live dj that made a party too!

Great restaurant to spend a cozy evening

Ridiculously cold inside, not enough heating for winter season. The toilets were also freezing and warm water tap is not working. Overall not a comfortable experience, at these prices we should be able to get basic necessities.

Overall, it was very good, but it's a shame that there were no meat dishes on the menu and the Caesar salad was a bit too salty. Everything else was delicious, we also ordered a burger, fried mushrooms, and beef - quite tasty

Their food has improved tremendously in recent years under new management. 🌞 I keep coming back for the Kip Karage (the best chicken tenders in Amsterdam!) on this sunny west-facing terrace, enjoying the last rays of summer sunshine in Westerpark. The chill, warm vibe in the seating areas by the open wood fireplace inside is also a great way to meet friends and enjoy the DJ-fueled dance floor every weekend. They also have excellent cocktails, and there's always room—both inside and on their enormous terrace. Except during the World Cup, when the terrace is packed for the ultimate experience!

Nice local joint, nicer indoors than outside. Food is basic but good, some local beer choice. Service is slow and inattentive, but overall it's nice and relaxed.

Last night we went out at Pacific and got kicked out because the two of us (two women) went to the restroom. If that's so forbidden, then tell us before we go in (there's a restroom attendant present) or post it somewhere so we could be aware of this policy instead of separating ourselves from our friends while out. We were also not allowed to get our coats from the locker, and the security guards wouldn't do it either. If it had been busy, I would have understood, but there were probably 25 people inside, and the security guards really had nothing to do (except kick us out).

Nice terrasse however we never received our full order for the food and the staff was too overwhelmed to deal with it. Disappointing.

We found this restaurant by chance after getting lost in Westerpark. Our order was taken very quickly after our arrival, and the drinks also arrived fairly quickly. The food, however, took a little while to arrive, as we had both finished our drinks. The meal was very good and a good size. The desserts aren't made on-site (as indicated on the menu), which I appreciate for its honesty, and they were also quite good.

Drinks and atmosphere are great. I’ve probably been there around 10 times now, and whether it’s in the afternoon or later at night, the vibes are always great. However, last night (29.06.2025), security was being incredibly rude to my friends. They just wanted to grab their bag from the terrace, but the security guard wouldn’t even let them explain the situation. He was tall, big, and had short dark hair. Thankfully, another security guard with blond hair eventually stepped in, handled the situation properly, and my friends were able to retrieve their bag. Please do a better job selecting your security staff.

Yesterday I visited Pacific. Where in many catering establishments the staff does not even look around, at Pacific the entire staff is super attentive and everything happens with a smile. Keep it up toppers!

Just went here for drinks, very fast and friendly service! Great selection of alcohol free beers! DJ was setting up his tables so probably not so quiet later on Friday night.

Menu is small in shape, but food is good. Miss the nachos put them back on the menu, and snacks vegan is only 1 option except bread. Service is great though very polite and caring

The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Great place to see live Rock n Roll, Mature Young crowd with good taste in music. Between music sets the dj plays punk rock, classic rock, and fun rock jams. Great beer selection and prices on hard liquor. I would definitely go here again. Reminds me of the type of bars you go to on the Sunset in Hollywood that are still legit and not touristy.

There’s a spacious terrace that’s perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The menu offers a good variety, and everything we tried was delicious. Especially the burgers, which I highly recommend. Great value for money, and the staff is young, friendly, and attentive.

This was a going away event for a colleague. The colleague chose Pacific Amsterdam. Big terrace and nice weather. In the darker & cooler time they put up the parasols with lights and heaters up. I ordered & paid thru QRcode each timme which I found convenient. You can also order directly from staff. Lots of room on inside. A climb upstairs of many steps to bathroom. No idea if there is a lift. Bathroom attendent in the evening. Be good to her!!! Nice venue- big, not squishy. So good for small & larger groups. Everyone in there & outside seemed to be enjoying themmselves One of us had a small confusion with order but nothing big and it was dealt with in good timme. Staff attentive, friendly & quick which is mmarvelous!!! I look foward to future visits and would recommend Pacific Amsterdam!

I had food here after many recommendations, and let me tell you it was amazing. I had the burger and it was great it was fatty sweet, sour and overall just very tasty. The homemade ice tea was also very delicious. The plating was nice, the music was nice, the interior was nice. Overall just a great vibe. Would come again!

Nice sunny and large terrace. We both had the Caesar salad. The taste was fine but there were only 4 strips of chicken on our salads. We know that a salad for €17 is normal these days, but I also expect that you get a bit of value for your money. This was really too cheap. My partner was still hungry and had to order a bite afterwards to satisfy his hunger. We also told this to the waiter. I hope they will do something with it. Other than that it's a nice place.

Awful food except the pumpkin soup, "impersonal" staff they managed to turn a day of celebration for us into a day of irritation and general disappointment... Complete lack of empathy and desire to satisfy the customer except for the observance of the minimum of services and the "policy" of the store... Oh, so I don't forget, don't go with any cake if it's your birthday, there is a €25 charge for each cake. That is, if you go for two cakes you will pay €50 or even if you go with 10 cakes you will pay €250 and I ask, is this absurd? We would use the same plates and the same cutlery... As you can all understand they ruined our day... It's a shame because it's a great alternative venue in a very beautiful park that ultimately offers you nothing...

Staff are sooo unfriendly. We were left with other customers food on our table for 20 mins, we asked 3 separate people who were rude everytime. When someone did come to clear it, she took only half and didn’t come back, our table still hadn’t been cleaned/wiped… The QR system doesn’t work so we had to go inside to order. Go here if you want to fend for yourself and have a ‘Karen restaurant’ experience.

I had never experienced such bad manners until I met the three idiots at the door. They wanted to charge €9.50 for a 1.5 hour party. They judged me for being Spanish and told me that I didn't have any money. I went to a better party that ended at 5am. The personal treatment was pitiful.

I do love Pacific.As it sais it is an all day go to place have some great memories here. The service has been the worst.And it never fails to be bad;)I think its just to busy for the employees and probably understaffed. But still love it for many other things.

A beer with some small flames equals a bag of groceries. Very expensive for not much. It was also full of markers and coloring pages on the floor, but the staff just stepped over it. I thought it was a bit of a mess myself.

After a visit to the Sunday market we thought we would drop by for a warm drink and a bite to eat. The menu is very limited, and of what they had, 2 dishes were no longer available at 1pm! Anyway, it shouldn't spoil the fun, or so we thought. The food came fairly quickly, but the drinks (read: 2 cups of tea and a latte). This happened when we had already finished eating. No apologies, nothing. The reason: it was busy at the bar. I can also predict that there will be tons of waiters walking around, serving inside and outside, and there will only be 2 people behind the bar! Inexperienced service, waiting too long for a hot drink, not communicating this with the guests in advance, no one to help behind the bar, no thank you. And apparently I wasn't the only one, tables complaining and even someone leaving early because her cappo still wasn't there! Very unfortunate, definitely not recommended!

Shitty place: you have to leave your drink inside when you go for a smoke although it's a place for a smoke with tables and stuff; old-fashioned is way deluded like you drink water with some orange taste.

It’s not a place for diners. Quality of food must be improved. The menu is very-very small. We received tiny portions, and the taste was very mediocre. For young people who come for drinks only this place may be acceptable.

The atmosphere is quite nice here. The music is good. I only had a Dark & Stormy here and it was decent. It’s just that the place is so noisy that you have to yell at each other to hear one.

Cozy place. Price quality is bad. We paid €76 for a stamp of meat with raw burnt chicory, a tiny bowl of fries and a drink. Luckily we still had a bag of chips at the hotel.

Large terrace and even larger inside, despite that a nice homely atmosphere. Enough options for vegetarians. Friendly service. The downside is that the music was quite loud (we were also put right under the box afterwards) and I found it quite cold inside. Perhaps also because the guests sat 50/50 outside and inside and the door was open every time. I didn't like eating inside with my coat on.

A cozy terrace in the sun during a Sunday market. A bit of a shame that I ordered a 'home made ice tea' for €5.50 (!) and then received an elderflower limo (read: making lemonade that you can simply buy at the AH - and which is also in my refrigerator) with 1 slice of lemon in it. So don't order!

Nice location, but ask to have your table cleaned. Long wait for the drinks. Indicate that you have not ordered tea, but it is still on your account for the evening. There was plenty of time to remove it and charge the right person.

As a vegetarian I feel rejected. There is an assumption that vegetarians don't like food/ don't want calories. This is NOT the case. A main meal of nothing but half a cabbage is not a meal. Move with the times and recognise a whole group of society and basic human needs

Unfortunately, the quality of the regular dishes has deteriorated. A piece of redfish that was just undercooked on the inside, with 3 half carrots that were all undercooked at all. In any case, the garnish was meager. You can order a small bowl of fries for 5 euros...

We were on the bike tour to Amsterdam today when we ran out of energy and had to stop for something to eat. Stopped here without further ado and wasn't disappointed. We found a place outside in sunny weather and had a Tuna Melt about €14 and a Cheese Steak Sandwich about €15, both unfortunately without a picture, which annoys me extremely, but unfortunately the hunger was faster than my finger on the cell phone 😅 But we were both very enthusiastic, quick and very tasty! If we come this direction again, we would come back here immediately 🤩
