This is one of my WORST experiences in an airport shop ever. There was a line of 5 customers ( we all have flights since we are in an AIRPORT). And the employees were literally chatting near the cashier register….. there was no closed sign or a lunch break announcement… unbelievably rude

All staffs are SO SLOW!!! they are not even acting like they are working. my order was not in and i waited for over 30 minutes until my flight gate closes. I almost miss my flight. I requested to get a refund but they said the staff who got my order is taking a break so they should call her to give me refund. I waited extra 10 minutes to get refund. this was very annoying and disappointing experience.

Their luck is that they’re in an airport. Waitresses would forget orders and let people wait, Mine wanted to put my piece of cake in a bag, a cake which needs fork and knife. I asked ( pointed) at her the plate she was lost. I got my cake, hurt my teeth: it was frozen, not cold, frozen. An apple pie with chunks of ice in it.

What can I say. 41 Euros (70$ Canadian) for 2 coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches and an orange juice. After being told the guy was on break and I would have to wait 45 minutes for a standard breakfast. The time was lunch time, you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this kind of Money for sub par food and telling people it will be 45 minutes because someone is on break in an airport Nd during lunch. Avoid this place like the plague it is.

Ordered a takeaway latte macchiato about 2inches tall, for an eye watering 5.41. Was served a cup of hot milk only. Luckily I wasn't in too much of a rush so I noticed in time to return to complain and have coffee added. On another day, there's a high chance I could have missed this until I was already at my gate. Will never return, there was no apology so it seemed like an opportunity for the server to pocket my loss

Very bad attitude from staff, after waiting for over 25 minutes for chicken burger went to inquire when it would be ready, was told will take another 5-10 minute, at this point she told someone to start cooking food then went back to gossiping. When food finally ready chicken was tough and dry one bit and binned it.should change name to poor food and s#@t attitude.

Cashier spent a minute counting my change and short changed me by a euro hoping I would’t notice? Didn’t seem that apologetic about it either. Wouldn’t feed the food to a dog, hot on the outside and ice cold on the inside so evidently it was microwaved which wouldn’t be an issue in itself if the entire sandwich was hot. Please find somewhere else to spend your money.

There was no ambiance because all the shutters were down. Prices were outrageously overpriced: a cappuccino (less than 120ml) for €4.51, a falafel bag with three falafel for €9.51. Unfortunately, there was nothing nearby, so we had to shop there. Bonus points because both were delicious!

Asked for the all day breakfast ciabatta. The staff member pointed in the window to which one it was, so I repeated which one I wanted and they all look the same. When they handed me a chicken baguette, I, again, stated that I ordered an all day breakfast ciabatta. I was then told that I had ordered the chicken baguette and that this was my order. If it was busy, it be a bit more forgiving for them making a mistake, but there wasn’t a single person in the queue. Perhaps the staff member, a lady in her mid-20s, doesn’t know the menu.

There are five people "working" but one is just standing there drinking her coffee while the guy is eating a sandwhich. The remaining three are just chatting while a whole queue of 5-6 customers are waiting to put in an order. After some 10 minutes one finally noticed us and came up to the counter while still chatting and screaming to her co-workers about some show they watched on the telly. Shamefull.

Most of the staff are super friendly and work hard and then there is 1 blonde chick 'working' at the bar with hair and a mood as if she has a mega hangover and is in no mood today. She literally spends 30 of the 35 minutes we are there on her phone, doesn't ask people what they want to drink and when you wave for her attention she tells you to come to her. Really very bizarre.

Was here recently with my husband, we'd get something to eat before our flight. Four members of staff behind the counter and paying NO ATTENTION to customers at all! There were a couple of people in front of us waiting for their orders and when they queried something the way they were spoken to by the staff member was awful. I queried about gluten free options was told they didn't do that although on the Website it states this?! We went somewhere else for something to eat and returned to have a glass of wine or Prosecco. We went for the latter, this staff member was slightly better than the other four who'd we had seen earlier but to be honest none of the staff seemed happy in their jobs, couldn't care less attitude. For serving customers you need to be pleasant and helpful, this place certainly didn't offer this so not very nice as you're about to board a flight. Management you really need to look at all the reviews that are being posted here as they're not good! (I didn't before I went, which I usually do!) I certainly won't be coming back until there's majors improvements made! Not a happy customer at all! ☹️

Basically ok food, but surprisingly slow for what you get. Employees seemed almost surprised we were ordering food, the pickup place was littered with bread bags, and you get whatever they feel like, I guess: on the left is their “chicken bagel” - notice the lack of a bagel, on the right their chicken thigh burger - which was a beef patty from frozen.

After confirming with them when my meal would be served, a Caucasian woman said "maybe don't order when you are in a hurry." Without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I watched the manager go into the kitchen area and start eating food with his bare hands, not wash them and then start handling other people’s food. I explained that this was against so many health and hygiene regulation and the person on the till said “what do you want, it’s not a prison” Need to clean house and start again

Don't be tempted to eat here! Food is awful and extremely expensive. They catch you because it is the only cafe at gates G+H in Schipol. I ordered the scrambled egg but the 'vegitarian' version (they swapped the bacon for 3 thin slices of tomatoes) still got charged the full price.

The service guys do not know how to communicate with a customer and may judge them over their characters. I think those (staff) people are benefiting working in the airport. How? Most of the people do not have enough time to complain over the service, and just trying to catch their flights. Therefore this bad service doesn’t get enough complain as it deserves. A French fries should not be taking 15 min to serve. Here is the Netherlands, and we all know how long does it take to serve! People are ordering that kind of street food due to limited time in the airport. And yes, this is an airport fast food. Must be faster faster than anywhere else. But unfortunately it slower slower than anywhere else, and if you complain, the service guys is judging your character, and blaming you for not being patient. (Thanks Mr Doctor!) Additionally, beer was not cold! But this is peanut beside the behavior or Mr. physiologist! So, my suggestion to owner of this business; You must train your employees at first, and be sure that they know how to communicate with a customer! Maybe you can have a look for some good examples around!
