Staff seems miserable. Food expensive and mediocre

Really way, way too expensive for the quality of the food. Additionally, the staff had a very bad and grumpy attitude; avoid this place at Schiphol!

Lots on the menu. None of it available at 18:30 though. Eat in the main terminal before walking to Gate H as this place has nothing.

Try to charge a higher price than on the menu. Did not say sorry when I noticed.

I Wonder what has to happen from this place to be replaced. I wished I had seen the rating prior to ordering. Rude staff who do not know how to talk to a customer and at what tone. Surely knows, chatting with colleagues while tons of people are waiting to be served though. Payed for bacon and cheese on a burger: no bacon nor cheese?? Worst experience ever at this airport. Please do something about your ignorant employees

I have never seen anyone make a sandwich so slowly. When I indicated that it would be nice if it could be done faster, so that it is still warm and I can eat it before my flight leaves, the response was: "I think you could handle this differently." The eggs were dry, the yolks completely hard, and the hot ingredients lukewarm. All that for €18.50. Last time.

Absolute worst service and food. Sad that there are no more options by the G terminal area. This place is the worst. Get your food before you get here, literally anywhere else at the airport.

I came here before my flight out of Amsterdam and had one of the most delicious sandwiches of my life!! The Pana’s burger was amazing right before my flight. The service was slow, but that just means to order earlier! It was perfect before my long flight home and I’m suprised other reviews arent relaying the same opinion!

I tried the Bitterrball – it tasted really good and was flavorful. I also had a medium cappuccino with soy milk. The total was €14. The service was good and it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy your food. Overall, a pleasant experience

Shockingly awful. They took my money for food then completely forgot about me. I went back to the counter to ask what happened to my food and drink! They had to make it quickly (a burger). There was no apology. The burger was half uncooked because they had to do it quickly. Shocking service and awful food. Please don't eat here, there are better places at the airport

If you're looking for an aggravating lack of interest in your business, sloppily prepared food and regular high airport pricing, this is the place to be. But I'd recommend licking the landing strip over this place.

The staff, a group of teenagers, is completely uninterested in anybody but themselves. They leave the counter unmanned to talk amongst themselves, only to continue that conversation while "helping" customers. Can not comment on the food, since it's the same group of distracted kids that prepare the food, so we went somewhere else.

it is a joke. warmed up bread with premade scramble eggs for 11 eur, picture promissing different. it is not even look close to the picture. shame

Was having a poor experience and thought I’d leave a review. Opened Google and saw I’m hardly the first. Don’t know if I should laugh because so many have already left accurate reviews or cry that I fell for it. Pita bread was so hard after it was taken out of the oven. When asked I was told that’s how it’s supposed to be: crunchy. Nacho chips is just store bought chips with a sad salsa accompaniment. Plus the staff are just absolutely nonchalant, chatting away with each other. Get your food elsewhere or pack from earlier at the airport somewhere before you reach the G/H gates.

Ordered big breakfast on a panini; what a rip off; try to cut through an old carton like panini (at least two days old) with a plastic knife… good luck… best to skip this place as this is an airport trap.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. Over priced and rude bar staff. Older Bar waitress was slow, non caring and spent more time socialising with her co-workers than serving customers.

Women behind the bar were complaining about us, in front of us. Either not knowing or caring that my husband spoke the same language. They were upset we had not tipped but we were not finished drinking.

Complaining about tips after the first beer, normally that comes when you leave

This is one of my WORST experiences in an airport shop ever. There was a line of 5 customers ( we all have flights since we are in an AIRPORT). And the employees were literally chatting near the cashier register….. there was no closed sign or a lunch break announcement… unbelievably rude

I had a piece of apple pie, it was soaking wet. A waste of money and ingredients. It looked like it had been taken out of the freezer and not baked. Worst apple pie I've ever eaten. I think employees could use a lesson in hospitality.

Terrible experience with staff. Asked me where I’m from and they seemed disappointed by the answer, they were chatting amongst themselves then cracked a laugh while I was waiting to pay for my food. Avoid if you can.

missing most of their drinks menu, their til didn't work and just waited at the counter to pay for ages, and nobody told me what was happening, just walked off- very odd

Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino tastes like water. Breakfast Pita Hot and Icecold in once. Expensice too

All staffs are SO SLOW!!! they are not even acting like they are working. my order was not in and i waited for over 30 minutes until my flight gate closes. I almost miss my flight. I requested to get a refund but they said the staff who got my order is taking a break so they should call her to give me refund. I waited extra 10 minutes to get refund. this was very annoying and disappointing experience.

Their luck is that they’re in an airport. Waitresses would forget orders and let people wait, Mine wanted to put my piece of cake in a bag, a cake which needs fork and knife. I asked ( pointed) at her the plate she was lost. I got my cake, hurt my teeth: it was frozen, not cold, frozen. An apple pie with chunks of ice in it.

Asked for an espresso martini, kind young lady behind the bar, told me they had run out but if I was game she would try to make one from scratch. Best ever and also super service. When @ schiphol be sure to ask for Sayenne's espresso martini!

What can I say. 41 Euros (70$ Canadian) for 2 coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches and an orange juice. After being told the guy was on break and I would have to wait 45 minutes for a standard breakfast. The time was lunch time, you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this kind of Money for sub par food and telling people it will be 45 minutes because someone is on break in an airport Nd during lunch. Avoid this place like the plague it is.

Great vibes, a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by while you wait for your flight. Staff here work hard to keep up with the demand, but make time to keep the clients who engage with them feel looked after.

Staff are an absolute joke. Limited options. Never put our order in but took our money blaming it on a colleague who just left. All laughing and having a great time behind the counter while everyone waits,. Manager, maybe you need to hang with these teenagers for a bit.

Ordered a takeaway latte macchiato about 2inches tall, for an eye watering 5.41. Was served a cup of hot milk only. Luckily I wasn't in too much of a rush so I noticed in time to return to complain and have coffee added. On another day, there's a high chance I could have missed this until I was already at my gate. Will never return, there was no apology so it seemed like an opportunity for the server to pocket my loss

Took about 15 minutes for a coffee, which I had to remind them I ordered. They told me they don’t take cash but accepted cash off them person behind me. Had to ask 3 seperate people about my coffee, one of which just walked off. Really strange experience

Very bad attitude from staff, after waiting for over 25 minutes for chicken burger went to inquire when it would be ready, was told will take another 5-10 minute, at this point she told someone to start cooking food then went back to gossiping. When food finally ready chicken was tough and dry one bit and binned it.should change name to poor food and s#@t attitude.

Cashier spent a minute counting my change and short changed me by a euro hoping I would’t notice? Didn’t seem that apologetic about it either. Wouldn’t feed the food to a dog, hot on the outside and ice cold on the inside so evidently it was microwaved which wouldn’t be an issue in itself if the entire sandwich was hot. Please find somewhere else to spend your money.

There was no ambiance because all the shutters were down. Prices were outrageously overpriced: a cappuccino (less than 120ml) for €4.51, a falafel bag with three falafel for €9.51. Unfortunately, there was nothing nearby, so we had to shop there. Bonus points because both were delicious!

Deserves the poor ratings. The menus don't even match up. The food is under seasoned and under salted.

Chicken burger nothing special, but fine. But the price of 17 euros is really 3x too much. Not recommended therefore. Friendly staff

1 star because I don't think I can leave zero. Bad food bad service. Don't go here so many other better options, or nothing is better.

So looked at all the bad reviews but few choices here. Food was good and the service was great. Prices were average.

Asked for the all day breakfast ciabatta. The staff member pointed in the window to which one it was, so I repeated which one I wanted and they all look the same. When they handed me a chicken baguette, I, again, stated that I ordered an all day breakfast ciabatta. I was then told that I had ordered the chicken baguette and that this was my order. If it was busy, it be a bit more forgiving for them making a mistake, but there wasn’t a single person in the queue. Perhaps the staff member, a lady in her mid-20s, doesn’t know the menu.

Starving is a better option than eating here. The chicken in the burger was so dry that it was inedible.

There are five people "working" but one is just standing there drinking her coffee while the guy is eating a sandwhich. The remaining three are just chatting while a whole queue of 5-6 customers are waiting to put in an order. After some 10 minutes one finally noticed us and came up to the counter while still chatting and screaming to her co-workers about some show they watched on the telly. Shamefull.

Most of the staff are super friendly and work hard and then there is 1 blonde chick 'working' at the bar with hair and a mood as if she has a mega hangover and is in no mood today. She literally spends 30 of the 35 minutes we are there on her phone, doesn't ask people what they want to drink and when you wave for her attention she tells you to come to her. Really very bizarre.

Was here recently with my husband, we'd get something to eat before our flight. Four members of staff behind the counter and paying NO ATTENTION to customers at all! There were a couple of people in front of us waiting for their orders and when they queried something the way they were spoken to by the staff member was awful. I queried about gluten free options was told they didn't do that although on the Website it states this?! We went somewhere else for something to eat and returned to have a glass of wine or Prosecco. We went for the latter, this staff member was slightly better than the other four who'd we had seen earlier but to be honest none of the staff seemed happy in their jobs, couldn't care less attitude. For serving customers you need to be pleasant and helpful, this place certainly didn't offer this so not very nice as you're about to board a flight. Management you really need to look at all the reviews that are being posted here as they're not good! (I didn't before I went, which I usually do!) I certainly won't be coming back until there's majors improvements made! Not a happy customer at all! ☹️

Had a cranky gal at the grill criminally undercook my burger, talk shit about me in Dutch and give me an attitude when I asked her if she could try again with the burger. The burger itself was appallingly bad with about a pound of sugar in it. Should've gone to McDonald's

Bad expensive coffee, no alternative to cow's milk and a rude guy.

You pay €4.60 including deposit for a bottle of Ice Tea (Green). Decently priced and you don't get the deposit back when you return the empty bottle!

I ordered a vegetarian meal, they gave me meat and didn't even apologize after I came up to complain after taking a bite. Do not go here. At the same time I was making a complaint, another man was also making a complaint about his undercooked food. The Amsterdam airport needs to have this awful place shut down.

No plant based milks, so no Cappuccino for me. Get with the times please.

First, I was told that the burger that I ordered was not available. My second choice was missing several ingredients that were listed on the sign. What was actually there tasted mediocre. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

I got old food, it wasn't fit to eat. After the first bite, I threw the food in the trash. This is my last memory of Amsterdam

I don't know what is up with the people here especially Osmar. If you don't want to be there maybe work in the back or idk go back to your basement? Don't be at the register. The food was expensive and small. They seemed surprised we were ordering but like you're the only hot food place in this godforsaken terminal. There's a coffee shop down by G6. Go there. She's much sweeter.

Basically ok food, but surprisingly slow for what you get. Employees seemed almost surprised we were ordering food, the pickup place was littered with bread bags, and you get whatever they feel like, I guess: on the left is their “chicken bagel” - notice the lack of a bagel, on the right their chicken thigh burger - which was a beef patty from frozen.

Food was bad and made me wait an hour after the guy behind the counter forgot to take my order after payment. No apology received and was finally given a badly made and barely eatable food.

A sandwich and coffee shop that is reasonably priced and suitable for those in a hurry. Good quality coffee is also available.

Multiple visits and all times treated rudely by the staff

Absurd prices! 9 euros for a half-warmed hard sandwich with hardly any toppings! This place should be closed down.

I bought a toasted sandwich and waited for seven minutes. No one was preparing the meal. After confirming with them when my meal would be served, a Caucasian woman said "maybe don't order when you are in a hurry." I can't understand why I feel sick after eating in an internationally renowned airport. Is this what Amsterdam Airport Schiphol wants the world to see?

Horrendous food, slow and bad service. I ordered a Chicken Naan Pizza. Not sure if that was chicken, naan, or a pizza. Unseasoned chicken, soggy naan, old tasteless olives. Extremely horrible. Paid €14 for one naan. Just don’t bother going here. Couldn’t have possibly picked a worse place at the Airport.

Worst airport restaurant I have ever seen. 4 employees were talking with each other and playing with their phones. I have waited for 2 minutes to be welcomed. No one is working there.

Pizza is only half a pizza, not a full meal at all

Terrible. The staff had no clue what was happening, the food was burning hot on outside and cold in the middle. Bland and poor quality. Totally overpriced. Ripped off and unsatisfied. They should close this place.

Without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I watched the manager go into the kitchen area and start eating food with his bare hands, not wash them and then start handling other people’s food. I explained that this was against so many health and hygiene regulation and the person on the till said “what do you want, it’s not a prison” Need to clean house and start again

The staff is good however, the smell at the bar is awful! The taste and the quality of alcohol in Martini is terrible. Cheap alcohol, smelly atmosphere with small servings. Don’t recommend other than beer.

The staff is careless. It took me 5 min just someone to take my order - there was no line- and 10 more min until i was done waiting. She said it would take 5 min to prepare, i cancelled my order and got my money back. Totally annoying experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Ordered 2 “naan pizza” , vegetarian and meat for a €15.5 a piece; The “naan pizza” came out as big as my palm size,; but I wouldn’t have minded it if the product would’ve tasted right. Unfortunately it just tasted as off as it looked; We had to throw it after the 1st bite.

Please google, make a zero star option. This place will rob you (15.50 for a tiny chicken pie $4.50 for a COLD sausage roll $8 for cup noodle!) And then they have the audacity to not clean their tables after people dine at them. How are you not ashamed? This is what travellers see as “Holland”. Yikes.

Scandalously bad, make sure you don't pay a tip, (15%) which is automatically added to your bill. Go try somewhere else. Staff can't do much about that. Bad luck they work here.

Spacious airport bar with reasonable coffee (though certainly not 'barrista' made). Some foods. Wouldn't call it a 'restaurant'.

The bartender does not pay attention to customers, the staff behaves rudely and does not monitor cleanliness.

Food is 2 out of 5. Lamb meatballs in the salad were disgusting. Guy who took the order was very nice but guy who prepared my meal was impolite.

The menu is very limited (6 choices), the food is not tasty, the staff is very unfriendly, not customer-oriented and mainly concerned with themselves. Highly recommended!

Don't be tempted to eat here! Food is awful and extremely expensive. They catch you because it is the only cafe at gates G+H in Schipol. I ordered the scrambled egg but the 'vegitarian' version (they swapped the bacon for 3 thin slices of tomatoes) still got charged the full price.
