The food is not bad but there is very little filling in the sandwiches. You can say good bread. We ordered sandwiches and waited almost an hour because they forgot about us. Then they didn't even apologize. If you are not very hungry, I don't recommend it.

There are no production or best-before dates on the products. The sandwiches have very little toppings. One of the two sandwiches I bought tasted like it was already a week past its expiration date. It also looked like it was from last week. The prices are also way too high. Stay away.

We paid for two pains au chocolat and a café crème. The coffee was served without cream. We waited 5 minutes in front of the basket with pastries without the waitresses showing any interest in us. After that, we asked about our pains au chocolat. We then learned that there were no more. We explained that we had paid, but the answer was the same: there were no more. No explanation on how to get a refund or to order something else.

terrible, the guy currently at the checkout is rude and unhelpful. I asked for gluten free products and he replied that he didn't know anything. Then I found the sandwich and not being allergic but intolerant I asked to heat it up, the lady told me yes while the same guy wouldn't let me do it. Food, from another world, from the airport. Good atmosphere. What is unfortunately notable is the attention. Well the young people at the checkout, friendly. But the big black spot is the rude and impolite behavior of the lady with short gray hair, Silvia I think is her name. If you don't want to answer questions you shouldn't work at this place.

The two young men behind the counter were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not realize that they did not have a proper espresso machine. The latte was virtually tasteless. The sausage roll in pastry was unforgivably gummy, and also flavorless. The bacon and egg Panini did not raise the bar: gummy and flavorless. Not sure how anyone can make gummy bacon. A regrettable experience.

All (name, personel, speed) is good except for the food and beverage. Those were far below par. The sandwich was with a sort of tuna sauce, which has nothing to do with fresh (although it could be made for the same day). The sauce comes probably right out of a jar of sandwich spread. The coffee comes out of a machine and tastes like office machine coffee. Looks nice but, where is the coffee or is this? Grab and fly shops are better (they have a lovely salmon sandwich and real coffee), but those shops are not available at these special easyjet EU gates. Just a bad experience for too much money. Today (July 10th 2023) and last month have been at the Coffee/Sandwhich/Bowl shop at the other side (Stach). Wow! Very nice freshly hand-made sandwhiches (at least the Spicy Tuna and Carpaccio) and real nice capucinno (the large one has 3 shots 😋). And prices are the same (also high but I care less about that when the quality is high).

Very unprofessional. The cashier (old lady short hair) was completely rude, I asked where to order the coffee and she replied in a non polite ironic way and then started to scream it to her colleague in Dutch (which I completely understood) "making fun" of me. I don't know how a company allows this type of behaviour. Will never go there again.

The woman at the counter got mad just because I asked to have a little milk and she yelled at me because I should have ordered a cappuccino. First she does not even know how to make it probably, second I guess she used to live in the jungle and unable to talk properly, third I spend 20€ and you make a fuss over a little hot milk. Learn some manners. No wonder this bar has 2 stars, I would have given minus 5.

11/14/22 I purchased a gluten-free cheese sandwich (I have celiac disease) and an espresso coffee in a small size S cup while I was waiting to board at gate M of Schiphol-Amsterdam last Monday. The coffee was terrible and expensive, the gluten-free sandwich was ultimately cheap compared to the quality and size of the espresso! The gluten-free bread was soft and tasted good (for this reason I gave the food rating a 3 otherwise it would have been a 2) despite it being cold from the fridge. There was only a little cheese inside, an extra slice wouldn't hurt. The staff at the checkout were very friendly. The Urban Food Market kiosk was tidy and full of products. Notes for celiacs: gluten-free sandwiches are available in 2 versions: with cheese or chicken. Even the bags of chips are labeled gluten-free

The lady working here today at 3Jun 2022 was very very rude for her own fault. She added a pan mozarella to our order (possibly by mistake though). We didnt pay enough attention and paid the amount via debit card. When we checked the receipt and confronted her, she started shouting that ‘I KNOW blah blah blah’. She then went ahead and gave us the change back in cash. Mistakes are ok, shouting unnecessarily is not. Huge thumbs down to this shop

The customer service is really bad the girl with a shirt hair and brown/red hair is very rude. She shouts at the customer about taking the newly prepared sandwhich which is terrible. The management should train more their stuff so they can be more polite to customers. Sandwhich was average.

Rudest staff I have ever met! When we asked if the croissants could be heated they told us they were warm from the oven. When I received mine it was cold and I asked to reheat it. They started talking about me in Dutch. When the croissant was done the woman behind the counter yelled at me repeatedly to come pick it up (i was paying at that moment) and told me that if they had to do this for everybody they would never be done working. The coffee was terrible as well. And: way too expensive. Stay away.

This place is terrible, stay away! I wish we would've read the reviews before purchasing from them. We bought Pringles (about €2 each), Juice (about €5-6 for a small container) and Wraps. However, when we opened the wraps all 3 of them smelled bad and were not good! Even though the expiration date says October 17th and they were purchased on October 14th. Clearly they do not take proper care of their products. We could not go back and complain seeing as 30 minutes after our purchase we were sitting in our plane with spoiled food. Gate M only has 2 places to eat which are expensive, as expected. But not only does Urban Food Market offer rude employees, they also sell spoiled food. Save your money and stomach. Eat before going through security and bring a water bottle to fill up for free at the water fountain after security. Anything but this place.

Club sandwich with a sprinkle of racism. Went with my family to have a quick meal, the workers visibly didn’t seem to like us. As an Arab, l’ve already experienced enough racism, but they could’ve at least served the unheated tasteless cheese sandwich with a fake expression instead of a disgusted look. I never write reviews on google maps, but this just pissed me off. One of the employees broke a cup of glass near our table, they cleaned up almost all of it except for the shattered pieces on our side. Overall, the food wasn’t even good. As for the cheese sandwich I’ve mentioned before, you could salt your bread for a similar experience. Ordered two pieces of bread with jelly and cheese, they served us two dry pieces of bread before we had to ask them where the jelly and cheese were at, seriously man? Not only the food is bad, the service is way worse. Had to wait for almost an hour just to get my food which was left there at the counter right in front of me. A white couple sat down half an hour after we ordered our food and they got their food way before us.. We had a little bit of food left so we asked for takeaway, the lady who works there threw the sauces on our food and ruined it. If I could rate zero stars I would’ve already done that. You guys need to pay attention to who you’re employing.
