Beautiful hidden gem, one of the best Italians me and my partner have ever had, even after visiting numerous places across italy. Absolutely divine from the garlic bread to the pasta, the pizza and all the way to the homemade tiramisu. The staff are as wonderful as the food, fast, funny and incredibly well mannered. I would not recommend any Italian except this one in the entirety of Amsterdam.

The food was overcooked and there was a long wait, but the waiter was nice!

Stopped here for lunch because it looked very cosy. Pasta and garlic bread were very tasty and staff were friendly. Only downside was the wait for food but we weren’t in any rush.

For a place called "Pasta Pasta," the pasta was surprisingly weak (overcooked, lacking in seasoning, and poorly prepared). The service seemed irritated; after repeated "sorry," I finally got a spoon for my soup and heard a "calm down." What a pity.

The food was fabulous, staff were so friendly and nice, waited a while but it was so worth it. It was a very chill atmosphere and relaxing will come back before we leave.

If you don't have time to find a good place, this might do it for you. 20cl of water for €4. There are two cannelloni fighting it out in the dish.

Nice gnocchi, very average pasta, the staff is polite but slow and for 3 dishes we had to ask 5 questions....also if you sit on a piece of food that stinks in record time PS: don't take soft drinks, it's full of ice

Delicious food and a nice cozy place

The food took quite a while (but that was probably just bad luck), wasn't particularly filling, and the taste was average. But the price was quite reasonable, to be honest.

Food was amazing and customer service was excellent

Really poor preparation. Ordered takeaway from here including the Alfredo, pesto and aglio e olio with different vegetables. The preparation was so poor - no salt in the pasta, vegetables were cut in huge chunks and not cooked at all, tagliatelle was uncooked. It was bland and unappetising. Ironically, they sent enormous quantities of each that we are most likely going to throw.

It's incredible and unbelievable, but it's the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at in my life, and it's in Amsterdam??? INCREDIBLE I recommend it 1,000,000 times over.

Food was great so if you wait a while it’s always worth it! Alex was a great host, I had the carbonara which was hot and tasty, my friends had pizza which had a lovely crust and perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Definitely recommend!

Came here for dinner with my boyfriend and had a lovely experience! This restaurant is so romantic, with its fairy lights and candles on the table! We ordered spaghetti carbonara and it was so tasty! Couldn’t have picked a better restaurant☺️

I came in here earlier and it was a cute little spot. I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara which was not great. The service was also bad. I ordered another glass of wine which never came, which wasn’t a big deal I probably should’ve been leaving anyways but then I waited 30 minutes more just to pay. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, I’ve been to Cafe Italia just down the street and their food and service is much better if you’re looking for Italian food in the neighborhood.

A fantastic Italian restaurant! I had the tagliatelle with shrimps in white wine sauce and it was absolutely delicious – the pasta was perfectly al dente, the shrimps were fresh, and the sauce was full of flavor. On top of that, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

A great place for a pizza in the heart of Amsterdam

So where do I start , the place looks nice and charming but the food - horrible , expensive, undercooked, takes an hour. The restaurant Toilet - really bad , overall experience 0 Stars , went to charge my phone , didn’t work , don’t go there !!!!!!!

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Portions may seem a bit small sometimes, although I personally find them quite filling (and I'm quite a big eater). Recommended if you don't want to spend too much!

Samuel's pasta is so delicious I can't stop eating it

I do not recommend this restaurant. Mediocre pasta with no flavor. An interminable wait. And what's more, we were offered bread and had to be paid for later, even though this hadn't been specified (€6). Once we made this point to the waiter, he humiliated us in front of the entire room. Avoid.
