We travelled to Amsterdam from Wales, UK and were made to feel at home. The waiter was very welcoming, showing us traditions. The food was made in perfect time and was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

We popped in for some pre dinner snacks due to smoking a variety of local jazz cigarettes. Make sure you order the olives, we have never tasted olives like ithe before! The atmosphere is 2nd to none, bravo

A bit pricey, it's the best place to stay in the city center. The free tour guide recommended it to us, but we don't think it's worth it, much less what he told us about the best in the area. Italian background music, acceptable decor, good service. Now for the pizza, at least the shrimp one, it's tasteless, frozen shrimp tossed in with nothing else, just like the tomato. It tastes like nothing. The dough is okay. For €16.95, it wasn't even close. €3.90 for a small beer.

It's hard to find a restaurant in Amsterdam that doesn't strike you as a first impression. This one immediately inspired our trust. The prices are reasonable, and the amount of pasta served was decent. It's not the best restaurant, but for once, it's okay!

The service was slow and we waited for everything. They didn't take away the dishes. I ordered spaghetti with shrimp - there were exactly 2 of them. The tomato soup was inedible. Toilets ugly. Run away.

I don't recommend... pasta with shrimps contained exactly one and a half shrimps, tomato soup like canned. The only thing that was edible was pizza. And the staff does not take away empty plates, there is a long wait for ordering and for everything. Choose better than us :D

There were 3 of us who ate there and ordered a total of 50 euros for 2 pizzas and tortellini. These were quite dry and for 15 euros I would have expected something better. The pizzas were okay, dough very thin and greasy. But still a beautiful, sweet restaurant from the inside.

Nos encontramos con esta pequeña pepita mientras paseábamos por las calles estrechas, recién salidas del aeropuerto de Schiphol, y estábamos encantados de haber elegido este restaurante de los muchos otros de la zona. Al entrar, vimos una serie de mesas hacia la parte delantera del restaurante ocupado. Estábamos sentados cerca del mostrador en el nivel superior, y nos sirvieron bastante rápido. Pedí pizza, y mi esposa pidió pasta. Recibimos nuestros pedidos recién hechos en muy poco tiempo. Ambos nos encantó lo que pedimos, y creemos que recibimos una excelente relación calidad-precio. Our order arrived incorrectly because the staff's foreign language skills were not good enough. When we asked for it to be cancelled, they said they couldn't cancel it. Then they canceled one and we ordered a new one. So we paid for one of the pizzas we didn't eat. Considering this situation, I recommend you order carefully.

Avoid at all costs. They put a paper at the front that claims they have a 4.7 review as a tactic but it’s actually the reviews of another restaurant with the same name. They are liars, the food is disgustingly and the server wouldn’t give us any water and didn’t allow us to pay separately. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life.

It is officially the filthiest pizzeria in Amsterdam and probably even in Europe. Their pizzas are so flat you can see through them. A little thirst? Of course, you will be entitled to a selection of software more expensive than your rent. The server was disrespectful and didn't want us to pay separately. He was mean to us, making big eyes and gesturing. Flee, ladies and gentlemen!!! I'm not the type to post comments but it was my duty to save you from this (I'll let you finish)

The atmosphere was really nice, perfect portion sizes, and the staff were incredibly nice. It’s a lovely location for casual meals with friends and family, and it’s vegetarian-friendly!

The food here is amazing and perfectly portioned! The pasta wasn’t too much or too little, it was somehow perfectly satisfying without me having to waste any food! The pasta was made fresh and served hot, the sauce was so creamy. I had the Penne Contadina— definitely get it if you go here. Amazing meal! Service is quick and kind as well. They served us our food pretty soon after we ordered, despite there being many people in the restaurant! 10/10 recommend :)

this place really fell off since the last time I came. we got the antipasto of assorted meats, half of it looked like plastic. the prosciutto and the bread were the only good part. the salami just looked like bologna?? weird and not great. the pasta was overcooked, we got the carbonara and wow was it heavy. soo much heavy cream, we literally left two half full plates of it and left to go back to our hotel to the bathroom. saw the guy next to us leave half his plate of carbonara as well. it was definitely not an authentic carbonara either it was just tons and tons of cream. the dishes are so inconsistent too, one of our was over salted and the other tasted like there wasn’t a drop of salt. they took quite a while to make the pasta as well, the people next to us sat down later than us and got their food first. on top of that, they didn’t even clear our plates from the antipasto, they handed us our pasta dishes and just watched us rearrange the table to move over all the empty plates to fit our dinner plates. really strange sort of service. limoncello spritz was straight limoncello it was so strong. def taking this off my rec list sadly :/

I can sum up my opinion in one word: Bland. But one could also add disappointing and expensive. The experience was unpleasant. The dishes were bland and overcooked. For example, my pasta carbonara, which was much better at home or even at the Montgrand high school cafeteria, was particularly disappointing here. The spinach cannelloni was also overcooked and had a strange taste. It's clear that this restaurant doesn't seem to care about the quality of its food or its customers. Regarding the service, it left something to be desired. There was no welcome, not even a simple "Ciao Ragazzi." When we told the waitress we didn't want a drink, she insisted on selling us a bottle of water for €6.80, without informing us of the price beforehand. This is all the more frustrating since, in the Netherlands, carafes of water are offered free of charge. I'm truly disappointed. My girlfriend and I spent €20 each for a pointless experience. And, to top it all off, she feels almost sick now.

Perfect intersection of price and quality/quantity! Ideal place to take my 4 kids while on vacation and not break the bank. They loved the simple yet delicious pizza magherita. We went twice and would happily go again!

Very good takeaway meals and little wait: less than 15 minutes for 2. Generous quantity and quality. Even the homemade hot sauce was provided generously. I recommend.

To flee! The photos are misleading. The quantities are very small. A quack restaurant. Don't go there!!! On the menu outside the prices are not the same as those inside. We paid €14.95 for a frozen pizza, it’s a shame. The pizza is the size of a leaf and dry as hell. If there were 0 stars I would have given it.

The truth is that it is the typical tourist trap where you go for the “cover”. If you are a tourist, I will avoid reading the menu because most of the things will not be there, it will be an excessive price without quality or quantity. We feel cheated.

Not a nice atmosphere. The food was sparse and not filling. They heat up a lot of ready-made food from a can. The Fanta of 3.90 is a brand x fanta in a small glass. I recommend grilled steak without sauce. The lettuce you get with it is less fresh.....

Disappointing experience! The prices are disproportionately high and even the portions for children are not enough. In addition, the toilet was in a very unhygienic condition. The absolute highlight, however, was that I watched the chef take off his socks and then touch the food with his bare hands without washing his hands. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and does not meet the standards that should be expected in the 21st century.

Food took 30min despite just being pasta and sauce with no other orders in kitchen, bolognaise had no mince, prosciutto had less than 1/2 a slice, charged extra for sprinkle of Parmesan. No offer of more drinks, wasn’t ever asked how the food was. Chef wandering through in dirty whites to use customer bathroom. Chipped plates. Food was tasty, but overall very disappointing, didn’t get an opportunity to tip which was the only bonus, presume they knew how bad service was.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. There were vegan soups on the menu, which of course really appealed to me as a vegan. Unfortunately, both soups we were served were made with cream - which is absolutely unacceptable. When we asked the waiter about it, he assured us that there was no cream in the soup. We asked further because we had clearly tasted the flavor of the cream and the color of the soup clearly indicated this. Only the second waitress finally admitted that there was actually cream in it. When we returned the barely mixed soups, we were expected to pay for them even though they did not match what was stated on the menu. The service was absolutely unfriendly and very rude. I expect at least a minimum of honesty and respect, but here we were neither taken seriously as guests nor as customers. Because of the poor service and the unclear or poor communication, I will definitely not visit this restaurant again and unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone who is on a vegan or lactose-free diet.

A good place to have dinner - it is well-priced for the location. The food was tasty and the service was attentive throughout. The toilets are located downstairs and are in a state of disrepair. However, aside from that I have no complaints for the price, service and food.

The waitress didn't pay any attention to us and walked past us a few times without clearing the table or asking how we were. We discovered traces of mold in our extra cheese (which we had to pay for). We were then told that it was probably oregano or parsley - so it was skillfully ignored. Nothing was changed in the final bill, we still had to pay the full price!

Appalling service at this restaurant. The waiter was shockingly rude and refused to serve tap water to my daughter even though this is apparently against Netherlands law. He then proceeded to tell her that they didn’t even have a tap.

Service very unfriendly, hardly understand English. Get your plates dirty. There was no Bolognese in the Bolognese. But the main thing was that 5kg of garlic meant that the food was no longer edible.
