Definitely the best pho in Amsterdam, i’ve ordered pho tai - they serve raw beef slices separately and you can put it yourself to hot soup, it’s just amazing, perfect portion size, perfectly balanced flavor, soup is very rich. Definitely will come back again. I also want to mention that the staff is really nice, helpful, very kind and attentive

The soup was really warm and delicious. If you're visiting in the winter, be sure to visit... The staff were also very friendly. I was a little shy when I asked to recharge my phone, but they readily did. The seats were comfortable, too!

Best pho that I’ve had. I had the chef special beef pho. Tray of condiments placed at every table is great to adjust the flavour to your taste. I added chilli crisp after the photo which was perfect. Prawn rolls were also great. The restaurant makes its own iced tea, which usually I am not super crazy about, but I really loved the iced tea here. Staff were very friendly, attentive to help when needed, and were quick to look after their guests with simple things like rushing to close the door tight on the cold evening I was there.

I came here with my parents two evenings in a row because we couldn’t get enough of the delicious food. We are Viet-American and are always looking to try Vietnamese restaurants. Authentic dishes, flavorful, and such lovely staff. My dad ordered the Pho Dac Biet and my mom and I each ordered the com thit heo both days. The broth is flavorful. The meat was well-marinated and the egg roll was crunchy and delicious. The iced coffee is one of the best I have ever had. Thank you so much for serving us incredible meals and for your hospitality!

I’ve been here when it was under previous name & management and enjoyed it better then. This trip I had the pho, my kids had the pork chops and something with a crepe. The food portions are small, very very light on the meat, and timing of food came out at different times. The crepe dish came out 10-15 minutes after the pho. The pork vermicelli noodle bowl was mainly lettuce. I did not enjoy the food, it was overpriced and I will never come here again.

The beef soup we have had was tasty and the portion was huge! The meat was a little tough and there was a fair amount of oil surfacing the soup but very good otherwise.

Very beautiful interior, with the best chicken bun I have ever had as an avid dim sum lover. The prices are fair, the pho is delicious and so are the desserts. Waiters are also very kind.

We were hungry after a long stroll in Amsterdam and came across this place. Nice pho in general. I’d be super happy if the broth was even stronger. But tastes nice and warming on a cold day. Maybe next time we get to try the other dishes.

Wonderful place. Relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Jimmy and Tuvan were amazing, and the more friendly you are the more they take excellent care of you. Please support this business if you like Pho! The cook even made us a special desert after!!

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Amsterdam!!! Both waiters were very kind and always attentive to us having a good experience. The Pho Bo was delicious, and kept me warm for many hours after in the cold autumn Amsterdam. It was very nice that they placed the soja sprouts on the side, and not inside the soup (good precaution for people with allergies).

It was quite crowded when we came, so we understood the situation. However, after waiting a while, the staff was taking orders on the table next to us, and she did not pay attention to our eye contact as we also wanted to take order, and just walked away. Therefore I needed to call her loudly. The food was quite okay, although my friend had drowsy feelings similarly when having MSG intake. The soup portion was relatively big comparing to the pho and meat itself.

Visiting from Australia I was missing some home style Vietnamese food after some time. This spot nails it.

I had the phở đặc biệt 🍜 , gỏi cuốn with shrimp 🍤 and a homemade ice tea🍹. Everything was fresh and tasty. The phở broth was rich and spicy, and the gỏi cuốn were light and tasty with a fresh dipping sauce. The homemade ice tea was a nice surprise, nice and fresh and not too sweet. The restaurant is a small, simple eatery with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and you immediately feel welcome. 🤗 In terms of price-quality it is also completely good. You really get value for your money. Tip: preferably pay cash here. Definitely recommended, I would love to come back here again!!! 🇻🇳

Como llegamos primero, pero recibir comida como último, porque dieron nuestra orden a mesa diferente. Recibimos mi comida, parecía, que alguien tenía al menos parte de ella delante de mí. if you want to eat good Pho fast not far from central station - this is a good place. i got the soup 5 minutes after ordering and it was delicious.

I ordered the pho with stewed beef, but unfortunately, the beef was quite tough and difficult to eat. Overall, the experience was not enjoyable.

I took pho and fried rolls with delivery. The package of the soup was completely leaked and soaked other items. Nothing left in the soup cup. I asked the compensation to the restaurant and they just kept saying that it was the driver’s fault and not us, so I had to call to the delivery company. Or I can order something little snacks or something and they can add the extra soup instead. First of all, I had to wait 40mins for the first delivery and then again, they try to let me wait another hour or so. That was extremely disappointing experience ever. The guy on the phone, he was not serious at all and even laughed at the situation. Insane. His attitude made it even worse. It was my first time to try the restaurant and was looking forward for it. It will never happen again. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Pho Viet is a really nice and authentic Vietnamese place. A space of calm in hustelingbusteling Haarlemmerstraat. The food is simple & delicious, the prices of the spring rolls & Bahn mi are surprisingly low for Amsterdam standards and service is super friendly and calm. Unlike a lot over the overrated & overhyped TikTok places here in Amsterdam, Pho Viet is actually an amazing & genuine place worth visiting!

They were out of the Chicken Pho which is why we came here. They suggested the beef version. I ordered that and it had no flavor. I saw some siracha sitting on a table and was trying to get the server’s attention, but after 20 mins, just grabbed it myself. Siracha didn’t help and by the time I was able to add it, the soup was cold. I’m used to lots of flavor so maybe they just don’t make it this way here. But then we finished up and I waited for the bill. The whole restaurant had cleared out with the exception of one table and they still didn’t make eye contact or bring the bill. I then asked for it and we paid it. I’m very disappointed that this place didn’t have good service or flavorful food. I wouldn’t mind paying $40 for a meal if it came with good service and/or food, but it surely did not. I’m shocked that it has higher reviews. I have to believe that maybe the cooks just had a bad day but I’ll never know because I’m never coming back. This was our one experience to try Vietnamese in all of Amsterdam.

Th service was poor, we ask the boss about the portion of beef noodles, he got angry and kicked us out of the restaurant, very bad service and bad experience. I will not go to this restaurant again and I do not recommend tourist to go there.

Excellent quality food with good vegetable rolls and broth for the chicken pho . Bathrooms were clean. Bottle water is glass and nice. And the service was exceptionally attentive and quick.

I come here quite often as i really like their Pho, it's tasty yet simple and at a good price. Last time the fresh rolls were less tasty than usual but hopefully it was just one time flaw. Small and cozy, still one of my fav for cold winter days! Only recommendation: it would be nice to have a vegetarian option for the Pho.

A cozy place where you can eat a delicious Korean soup. Not very pronounced in taste. For example, we have experienced the beef variant and rate the taste as very common. Super suitable for starters of Korean soups as an introduction

We are Australians craving pho on our 4 week trip around Europe, Pho Viet satisfied our craving! The Pho was delicious, generous serving of noodles and beef. Spring rolls were pretty big, we are a family of 5 so it can be tricky to get us all seated but they made us fit! Friendly service, highly recommend.

Terrible service. The food was okay, the chicken was not very nice quality. I asked for a drink and coffee with my food and she just completed forgot. The restaurant was not even full. Honestly just baffling behavior.

It was pretty bland. Not bad but also not very good. No toppings and herbs. The shrimp in the vermicelli salad were good as they were grilled and seasoned nicely. Summer roles was mainly filled with lettuce.

To my surprised, Pho was SO GOOD, the taste of Saigon right here in Amsterdam. The portion of the food is big and the broth OMG, you have to drink it all to not wasted the effort. Definitely come back whenever I am in town.

Pho Viet is een klein Vietnamees restaurant in de Amsterdamse bruisende Haarlemmerstraat. Wat is die lange tijd ongure straat de laatste jaren toch opgeknapt! Leuk. Pho Viet heeft een compacte kaart .. hoe kan het ook anders .. Pho, een lekkere Vietnamese maaltijdsoep .. de bekende Vietnamese gerolde loempia's met vulling naar keuze, gebakken of ongebakken, vers gerold. Wij gingen voor de loempia's en die waren lekker. Flinke portie voor een verrassend bescheiden bedrag. De Pho die wij in enorme kommen zagen langskomen en die op de kaart voor een luttel bedrag werden vermeld, zag er goed uit. Vriendelijke bediening .. prima adres voor een snelle hap!
