How dare you call this customer service? The person on the phone didn't speak a word of Dutch, just hung up on me twice, and then canceled my order with the excuse that we "can't communicate". What a joke. If you treat customers this way, you don't deserve to exist. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful and simply outrageous. He called himself “manager”. That's definitely not a Manager!

Customer service is more of my ass. Very disrespectful and apparently "manager" who must have a lot of experience and knowledge hangs up on customers. What a store. I did not get my order. So if you want bad customer service and no food on the table this is the store for it!

I was really looking forward to eating here, but this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The service was downright bad. The staff barely spoke English, which made communication very difficult. No effort was made at all to understand or help me. To make matters worse, my order was canceled without any explanation or warning. I waited a long time for it, and only when I made inquiries myself was I told that it was “not possible” – without further explanation. No apologies, no alternative offered. Definitely not a place I will return to. Customer service is hard to find here.

Very bad service! the employee just hung up while I was still talking. He did not speak Dutch and his English was also very poor, making communication almost impossible. He ended up canceling my order just because he couldn't communicate with me. Really unprofessional and no respect for customers at all. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!

Hahahahhaa I didn't take that pizza. Was surprised that 1 pizza shoarma and 1 redebul cost 25 euros. I said I eat at night and egg hahaahhaaha not normal anymore now I understand that there are certainly 4 new owners who tried it keep it nice there is no steak. So people before you order ask for prices before you are surprised

Edit: best customer service in whole of Amsterdam! I frequently get pizza here and the men are very very kind! Fresh pizza with a lots of toppings. Fast-ish delivery (50-55 min). Will def order again. Price point is around the same as New York Pizza, but the food is just sooo much better.

I am from London and I visit amstderdam quite a lot. I was stuck for food options so I was recommended this place. I thought I can’t go wrong it’s pizza. I ordered a take away late night and my first bite there was a hair on it. Can’t have been mine because I was wearing a Bonnet to cover my hair) . It was also not the same hair colour. I instantly felt sick and called back straight away. No one answered the phone . So I tried calling the following evening and I was advised to show a picture of proof and return to shop for a refund . I got to the shop and showed the picture . A guy dressed formally and spoke fluent English , said to me I had to bring the pizza for a refund . I asked why would I bring a pizza with hair that will be rotting away, I had to throw it. He said that he physically wants the pizza to throw himself. I found it silly and bizarre and I felt like he was taking the piss out of me because I’m a young female tourist. I have never been told to physically bring back old food for them to inspect and throw. I don’t need stinking €13, I don’t care about the money, it is the principle. I find hair , you must provide good service and my refund it’s very simple . I am from London mate €13 is nothing for me. I’m not the type to write a bad review because mistakes happen but I’m just shocked at the service I received when returning to the shop. So advice to anyone , you find hair , make sure you keep that old pizza and take it back to the shop and watch them throw it in the bin 😂

It's ridiculous that I waited 30 minutes and when I picked up I was told that they would close in half an hour and that they didn't make it, last time it wasn't edible either, I think I'll give them another chance but unfortunately never again!!! No no no don't order.

wonderful staff. ive came in pretty drunk a few ties over the years, they have alwyas treate me very well. last week i came in relatively sober. i asked them from something a little bit ncier than usual; they put so much effort into it. the quality of this place has vastly improved. they guys are ecxeptionally nice, the food is bloody good and the prices are actually fair in terms of the quality. amazing late night pizza place. thanks team (ps i ate the pizza on the ride home, again, my partner is angry)
