Very unfriendly staff; you might sometimes overlook that when the food is good. However, I should have turned around immediately because the food is even worse. The fact that there are positive reviews among them makes me suspect that many acquaintances of the owner/staff did this as a favor to friends. Apart from the taste, I suspect that hygiene is completely absent from the entrepreneur's vocabulary either, because I was bleeding profusely for a few days.

I have been coming here for a number of years now; the food is delicious, although some dishes are on the pricey side. And when we look around, you see that prices are skyrocketing everywhere. All in all, a top-notch place: neat, clean, delicious food, highly recommended. My specialty is the mixed grill, which is delicious.

One of the stingiest places I know, ridiculous prices for their frozen junk, nothing is really fresh.

Highly recommended! The food here is delicious, tastier than at any other restaurant in Zaandam and Amsterdam. The grilled dishes are fantastic and are served with super tasty fries, rice, and salad. The owner is incredibly hospitable and regularly asks if everything is to our liking and if we need anything else. Top-notch service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We almost always choose Pizzeria Zaandam when we go out to eat with the family. Everything is always very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is very tasty. We have never had any problems with anything. We are a family with four children (twins and two young children), and yet they have always helped us find a table and made us feel welcome. For me, this is truly a restaurant that deserves a 10 and an excellent choice if you love Turkish cuisine. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire staff for their good service and friendliness. ☺️ And if I may recommend one dish: the charcoal-grilled chicken wings are truly delicious! Bustling place with lots of locals. We ordered pizza and it was very nice; thin crust with generous toppings at a good price. You have to go order at the counter first and then sit down. Staff were pleasant on interactions.

A very unpleasant experience. It was freezing outside, and the staff kept opening the door while we were eating. I was there with my child and felt sick. The food got cold, and my child was also cold. I asked them to close the door, which they did, but a few minutes later, they opened it again. When I asked again, they closed the door, but the staff started staring at me in a strange way, which made me very uncomfortable. They said it was warm by the oven for them, while we were clearly shivering. Moreover, the food is very basic for the price. The Adana consisted of only two small pieces of ground beef, extremely spicy, with very small portions and a lot of bread. Poor service, unpleasant atmosphere, and not worth the money. Never again.

Worst kip durum in Zaandam, also the most expensive kebab I’ve had in Zaandam. I thought €10 was expensive but thought I would give it a try expecting generous amounts of chicken but how wrong was I was luck to get a small piece of chicken per bite, more salad than anything else, Maybe if the guy running the place got off his phone and maybe paid more attention to paying visitors then it could be nice but my experience means I won’t be back or recommend anyone to visit.

The corpulent figure shows complete disinterest, and working in slippers and socks is neither attractive nor responsible.

Friendly people and cleaning service

The service was perfect, and the salad arrived perfectly within a second of ordering. The food was exceptionally well-prepared and cooked, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was good, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended, you can always eat here even if there's nothing at home.

Dirty, limp fries... I don't think the oil is changed

My order took a really long time, and when it arrived, the pizza was cold and completely crumpled in the box. It's really awful, waiting so long for your order and then receiving this... I immediately called the pizzeria because the best delivery driver left within two seconds... I was told, "I don't know what they're doing with those drivers. Contact home delivery is really awful."

Very friendly staff. You can also order fries, pizza or shoarma. Yaprak doner is expensive but worth your money. Definitely recommended here, there is enough parking space in the area. Best is to eat on location.

I always bought the kapsalon here, it was always tasty here but this time today on May 17th it was very disappointing. There was almost no meat between the kapsalon which was only filled with fries and salad. Too bad the quality has deteriorated so much!

My Caprese pizza today cane delivered in a completely smashed way, spread all over the box in a disgusting way and on top of it, the pizza was not specified to have pesto( which I am allergic to) but ended up having a bunch of it splashed everywhere in abundance. Ik heb daarnet ontdekt dat deze plek echte döner vlees aanbiedt maw döner dat bestaat uit lagen vlees op een rol zie foto’s ik moest het broodje omkeren om het vlees goed te kunnen tonen. Broodje is echt super lekker. Ik raad het iedereen gerust aan.

Ik bestelde een durum met vlees. Ik vond het niet lekker. Het vlees is denk ik oud en niet goed opgewarmd, de durum te kort gebakken. Het was wel een flinke rol, het leek wel een dikke darm.

Lunch besteld voor bedrijf, aanvankelijk kregen wij niet wat was besteld. Na een telefoontje konden wij de juiste bestelling afhalen, echter bleek de döner van een kruising tussen kalf en fietsband te zijn. Daarnaast was het vlees ook nog eens slecht gekruid en de broodjes klein.

Doner smaakt niet verkeerd. Maar soms verbrand en smaakt niet meer lekker zoals eerder. Maar personeel is erg onvriendelijk, dit valt altijd op. Meerdere personeel die ook koud overkomt en op een vraag over het vlees ook nog arrogant reageert. ook een keer kebab genomen maar hoeft niet meer, smaakt niet bijzonder. Betere in Amsterdam gegeten. Patat is lekker. We eten hier niet meer, maar rijden liever naar Amsterdam.

De baan liep continu vast maar er kwam niemand om te helpen. Toen er eindelijk iemand kwam kijken(Wij denken de eigenaar) was hij echt heel erg onbeschoft en onvriendelijk. Als je mensen binnen lokt met een aanbieding moet je ze niet direct weer wegjagen.. Voor ons nooit meer!
