Ondanks dat er slechts 2 tafels bezet waren moesten we bijna een uur wachten op ons voorgerecht (carpaccio). Dat smaakte wel goed, maar was erg dik gesneden en daardoor erg machtig. De bediening was netjes en correcf, maar wij vonden het een erg ongezellige locatie.

Lokatie is wat vreemd ( industrie gebied) en uitzicht naar buiten is dan ook niet bijzonder, maar hou je ogen dan lekker op je bord want dat zijn echt plaatjes en met zorg bereid! Bediening was alert en ad rem leuke man ! Voorgerechten waren stuk voor stuk plaatjes en smaakte erg goed , hoofdgerecht vond ik wat minder bijzonder ( maar dat is mijn persoonlijke smaak) en het toetje was echt fenomenaal om te zien en te eten ! Vind het zeker een aanrader hier eens te gaan eten !

Nothing to complain about the food. Every dish tastes fantastic! Too bad my partner and I were the only guests in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. We started our main course and the staff was already tidying and cleaning the kitchen. Unfortunately, this did not give a feeling of 'a nice evening of dining'. The price is slightly above average (very appropriate when it comes to the food), but I would have offered the guests a coffee on the house.

We are pleasantly surprised. Every dish is turned into a party. The plates look beautiful and it is a real taste sensation. The place is beautiful and attractive and the price and quality are good. There is some time between the dishes, but if you are with good company and have a drink in between, that is not a problem at all and is extra fun. Before you know it, a few hours have passed and you've had a wonderful time. Oh and don't forget... the desserts are also great.

Delicious food! We had carpaccio and duck breast as a starter and cod and sirloin steak as a main course. Everything really tasted good and beautifully presented. Nice beer on tap and fine wine. It was quiet when we were there.

Had a lovely meal again yesterday. Highly recommended. They make a feast of your food, so that you want to lick your plate clean afterwards. And the service is excellent. Welcoming and the ambiance is spacious. You're not on each other's lips.

It might be the time we were there. But the quality of the food is seriously below par. We came for lunch because we were hungry after a 2-hour drive but had no taste for a sandwich. Club sandwiches that only taste like Zaanse mayonnaise. I could have ordered a mayonnaise sandwich. No, 1 star is already too much.

Always up for a challenge, we ended up at BY.M for Easter lunch. We were warmly welcomed and while waiting for our table companions, we sat down on the couch with an appetizer and took in the matter. Nice choice on the menu and a nice wine list that is also available by the glass. I had the opportunity to make my own steak tartare so that you immediately know that everything is brand new....this one! What followed was a perfectly cooked ribeye. Tarte tatin toe.

Delicious Lunch, we had an interpretation of a Philly cheese steak. Tasty bread with a good piece of meat. The fries were also great. It also looks chic. Why not 5 stars, the only thing that bothered me was that there was a slightly strange smell.

Recommended!!!!!! You MUST visit this hidden treasure in Assendelft. Delicious food by a very involved owner and a fantastic wine list! Very easily accessible by various arterial roads and free parking. Definitely come here more often.

Delicious food in this nicely decorated restaurant. Beautiful open kitchen provides an extra nice experience. Staff are very friendly. The chef even takes the time to come to the table and ask if everything is to your liking.

Excellent food, a lot of attention to the layout of the plates and the fine taste of the dishes. Not an extensive menu, which makes the choice easy. The interior has been thought through and the atmosphere is quiet and uncluttered. Great location for a restaurant, even if you don't expect it here anytime soon. Recommended!

Incredibly beautiful, modern and fun tent. The man who helped us was very sweet and hospitable! However, my food was really delicious! Really enjoyed it, rose was fresh and soft. Only my friend did not like his food... Avocado was not ripe and the risotto was not tasty. So perhaps a miss of those 2 dishes. I would still come back!

Today I had dinner with my girlfriend for the first time and it may not be in the most beautiful location, but the restaurant does have a beautiful open kitchen, top service and a great ambiance. I'm not a wine drinker, but if you are, I would definitely take a look at what they have. The menu could be slightly more extensive in the future, especially for the main course. Plenty of choice in terms of drinks (even putting together your own smoothie is possible).

Great trendy ambiance with open kitchen, beautiful wine collection and an inviting menu with something for everyone on the menu... In addition to lunch and dinner, it is also a good place for an appointment with a nice and perfect coffee or special tea. But don't hesitate, also go there for a drink at the bar or regular table...
