Poké Perfect in Zuidas

Terrible service. No smiles. Waited 25 minutes for 2 poke bowls, 2 drinks and 1 tempura. Other people who came 10 min later got their food very quick. When asking (after 20 minutes) I got a look like I was crazy and no apology. Then we rushed to catch our train (which we missed) and found out they did not put in our chopsticks. What a mess. Not what we are used to from poke perfect. The ‘eetsmakelijk’ was said like it hurt.

I order and paid one poke large and one regular. It came 2 regular and now the store is closed which is ridiculous because it is just 8 pm. I want my money back . Please contact me asap or I do a formal complaint tomorrow in the authories. Here is the photo with 2 regular bowls and the receipt

This is an area where people are taking public transportation. The workers in this facility have zero consideration and are really really slow. Now I have to take an Uber home. The quality of the workers should improve. Very bad service.

I've been coming to Poke Perfect weekly for years; they have the best poke bowls in Amsterdam (I always get the same one). However, I've had several experiences where the ingredients at Poke Bowl Station Zuid simply aren't the same or as good as other locations. Tempeh tastes different, cucumbers and tomatoes are drowning in water, and avocados aren't fresh but brown. All in all, it's a shame that this location's quality is so far off from the others. I hope you can do something about it; unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore. I'll have to drive a bit further to Leidseplein then.

I ordered teriyaki chicken poke and Hawaiian poke, and the teriyaki was delicious. The portion was generous too.

I had a delicious poke bowl here yesterday! The young man who helped me (I think his name was Nigel) was very friendly and provided fast and good service. I'll definitely be back!

This branch does not have a self service order kiosk, so there is a huge queue at the checkout. There is no way to check if the order was placed correctly, as a result, they did not add all the ingredients I ordered, and mistakenly put together a takeaway order, although I planned to eat inside. Also, the receipt does not list the ingredients of the poke, so you can’t check the receipt to see if your order was accepted correctly at the checkout. There are offices in the building, it is very crowded at lunchtime. Therefore, I recommend other branches located in the center.

We had a delicious meal. We ordered takeout, but they immediately switched us to a different bowl when we wanted to eat in. Great atmosphere, cozy place!

Staff were giving looks as if they did not want to be there and then we had to wait due to their payment issues with the machine and had no apology or gesture. Bowl is not to the portion of price, overpriced. Do not recommend

Far from perfect. Do not recommend the overpriced food and minimal toppings with just rice. Also watch you do not get overcharged twice from the miserable staff. Yes the staff were miserable as if they did not want to be there and were never apologetic when we had to wait since their machines were down. Rude

God mat till hyfsat pris. Vi bodde på hotell i närheten och behövde äta något snabbt när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen. Vi åt ”tariyaki ginger” och det var en stor portion. En helt ok poke’ bowl.

An alternative to fast and healthy food. The environment is nice, spacious and bright, central location. The food is not bad, the portions are large, but the meat, chicken and fish are relatively small, and the prices are accordingly high. I didn't find it very tasty either. Let's push it from 2.5 to 3 stars. I probably wouldn't choose it again.

The big portion has more rice but the same amount of meat (salmon in my case). One of the person working there actually said that! I'm NEVER buying again from here. 15.5 euros for a bowl of rice with barely any salmon. Greedy business,misleading marketing on purpose. And the proof of my receipt for any disbelievers. I should have taken a photo of the portion too but was starving and very pissed off.

The food was sublime and the cozy atmosphere made me feel very comfortable. The staff were very helpful with my food requirements and were attentive.

Price keeps going up, quality of the ingredients and of the overall meal drops. Very disappointing trend...

Tasty bowl. However, price, quality and quantity are not entirely correct. A big one is a normal one. In addition, the tables are dirty and not cleaned up.

For that price, the rice to toppings ratio in the poke bowl is extremely disappointing. 80% rice, barely any tuna. Don't recommend.

A nice place for a normal lunch good food quality and nice staff. It is in a bysiness building so you might have some busy days and find it a bit noisy or hard to sit.

Pokē Perfect at the 'Zuidplein' in Amsterdam is a fine restaurant for a quick bite or a fancy dinner. Located inside a larger building that houses other businesses like a bar and other restaurants. Tasty and large meals served by a very friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the Amsterdam location. Please like this review if found useful. Thank you.

Heerlijk gegeten en super snel geholpen!

First time i went here and was pleasantly suprised! I really enjoyed it and the regular bowl was more than enough to fill me up. Very fair price as well.

Buen lugar para comer póker, muy rápido a la hora de servirte el plato, lugar acogedor. Precio del plato de póker unos 12 -13€. Justo al lado de la estación.

As a person that orders here several times a week, i am very satisfied. Although they have let me down by not adding enough topping. They make up for it for having near to consistently perfect poke bowls every time.

Delicious and fresh poke bowls. Very convenient if you’re in the Zuidas. Great vegan/vegetarian selection. Staff are friendly.

Took takeaway, they forgot 1 item in the bowl. Bowl is half empty and too small for 1 person even with a large bowl, had to get a sandwich after. Bit disappointing for a 15€ bowl.

Extremely delicious bowls. Large range of vegan and vegetarian options too. You can also build your own. Very friendly staff and cool place to sit. Nice for lunch break or to take a bowl on the go.

Nice and fast service provided by the young ladies behind the counter. The plates are very generous, the poke bowl was good and at a reasonable price. A good spot for a lunch break, away from the office.

Vandaag weer een keer geprobeerd te bestellen, maar helaas weer niet goed gelukt. Deze keer weer te weinig soja saus en producten in mijn bestelling die ik zeker niet erin wilde. Zeker niet aan te raden voor bestelling.

Almorzamos en Pok perfecto. La comida era deliciosa, ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad. En su mayoría recomendado. El personal es muy amable también.
