Really awful experience. I've been here before and it hasn't been this bad before. Spent 20euros on a Tuna bowl with a side of karaage chicken. Chicken was severely undercooked. Instead of a refund, the waitress asked if I had change on a 5 euro note, gave me 2 euro coins instead. Apologised for the chicken saying they were meant to cook it for five minutes but they only did it for five. Not good enough. especially for the price.

Mixed review :) Ordered a few weeks ago and my chicken bowl came with no chicken and no sauce. Weird but honest mistake. After reporting this, I immediately got a genuine response and a generous replacement code. 10/10 customer service! However, today I ordered my replacement bowl and got 1kg of pickled ginger and no cucumber. I think maybe more training on the catering, or visible lists in the kitchen or something are needed? But the food is tasty and the customer service was great so I’ll still be back, with caution.

I ordered extra toppings and didn’t get three of them! And me and my friend got very bitchy looks from the girls working there. Not to mention they took their sweet time while we were the only ones in the shop.

I've enjoyed the food in the past, but ordering from them tonight we received the wrong order and they did not pick up the phone - we got voicemail again and again. This really needs to be fixed! If you're open and sending out orders, you need to be reachable.

Looked nice, food was good but not great. The biggest problem is their business model is using a touch screen to order with no orientation for tourists… and this is in a very tourist place. Cost was high for two bowls of rice and veggies (€60, I got an Argentinian Steak dinner for 2 with drinks for €80 last night) and either ahi tuna or salmon. The card reader didn’t work and had to find a work around because I don’t have a PIN. And of course, they assumed it was my fault. The poor employees at just babies and couldn’t answer anything other than handing us a menu as we have food allergies and the menu on the door said to speak to a “chef.” And the tech didn’t print a ticket to claim the dinner so we had to figure that out. The food was fresh and good, but not close to what I know as Poke, living on the west coast of the US. In short id skip the place unless you don’t mind paying €30 for a salad over rice with a little bit of Ahi Tuna on the side.

The poke was not tasty. If you have had good poke, I don’t recommend you come here. The garnishes/veggies of their specialty pokes are limited. I thus asked for avocado (small extra charge). Our meal was takeout, and when I got home there was no avocado! I was quite disappointed and could not go back. Lettuce was not fresh. They should also add move flavour/seasoning to their sauces, it was quite bland.

A quiet place to eat poke. I needed something healthy. I was stunned by the amount of sauce they poured on me. It's obvious the Dutch like everything with lots of sauce. I didn't even put half of it on; they put it on a separate plate.

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to share this experience. I ordered two poké bowls for pickup. I had to wait a bit longer to pick them up, which I completely understand; it was clearly busy, and that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, when I got home, the order was incorrect. I decided to return and was kindly helped by a staff member who apologized and gave me the bowl again. It was a very polite solution. To my surprise, when I reopened the order, it was incorrect again. So I went back again. This was also possible, as the place I was at was a three-minute walk away. What happened next was disappointing. A staff member immediately started a discussion, pointing out that her receipt said "rice," while I had clearly specified "lettuce" in my order. She claimed the error was in the system. When I asked to see the receipt, I was told it wasn't possible. I decided to ask another colleague this question and was promptly and kindly given the receipt. This also showed that the error was indeed NOT a system issue. In short: kudos to the two employees who remained friendly and helpful despite the busy schedule. They absolutely deserve appreciation. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the colleague who initiated the discussion. Customer service also means acknowledging a mistake; we're all human, and this can happen to anyone. I hope this feedback will be acted upon.

A great place for a quick, tasty, and healthy meal. Friendly and helpful staff. Orders were processed efficiently. Card payment only. The dishes are delicious, and you can tell everything is fresh. The prices are also attractive. Worth a visit.

A good place to refresh your palate since there is too much easy food in Amsterdam, and here at least you eat healthy, good quantities and flavors

Quite disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed a bit bothered by simple questions. The food served was different from what I ordered and I was not even notified why that was. Not great. The food itself was quite mediocre. Feels like the place cares more about takeout orders rather than maintaining good service for dining in.

Schlepping around on a Sunday afternoon after grabbing some Tony's, Stimorol and Evian for the week I stumbled upon Poké Perfect. I was really impressed with the ease of ordering and healthy selection on the touch screen. This place is a health/image conscious lifesaver. I went for the Tempeh bowl with it being a vegan day for me. There was such a large portion I couldn't finish all of it.

By happy coincidence, I walked past it and noticed it. Inside you can place your order using an order terminal and create your own bowl. My bowl was really tasty, I especially liked the rice and sauce as well as the fresh meat. A recommendation for everyone.

I’ve received a large bowl filled with a lot of the edamame and corn (I mean A LOT, I would say too much), a bit of rice, a bit of ananas, a tiny bit of salmon which was very smelly and tasted as stale, but moreover I would like to highlight that they added rotten avocado and acted like it’s normal. I’ve paid extra euro for the avocado, I asked to replace it with a fresh one — no apologies whatsoever, they even didn’t replace it, they just put half-fresh half-rotten avocado on top of the rotten one. My friends had a fridge-cold rice and quinoa in their bowls. Extremely unsatisfied, and I’m afraid I may have upset stomach because of the freshness of their products. No way I will ever come back

Very disappointing experience at Poke Perfect on the Nieuwendijk. After a wait that was twice as long as indicated, I also received the wrong Pokébowl. When I called about this, I was treated unfriendly by an employee who indicated that I should solve it myself with Thuisbezorgd. No service or responsibility of any kind. Very bad, I won't order from here again!

A very long wait for delivery, after half an hour of seeing '10 minutes left' the order was canceled at 8:59 PM. The store closes at 9:00 PM so it can no longer be reached, great 👍

I had a long wait in the city for a flight and found this place a perfect stop for a couple of hours. The food was amazing and the staff left me alone to enjoy my meal leisurely and kill some time.

I had a fantastic experience at this pokebowl restaurant! They offer generous portions at fair prices, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to customize your bowl exactly how you like it. The ordering process was streamlined thanks to their easy-to-use kiosk, allowing you to see all your options clearly. The atmosphere was very relaxing with soothing music playing in the background, and I particularly appreciated that my dog was welcome inside. They also provide a clean toilet and sink for handwashing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful experience!

Forgot to put rice on it. When I got to the counter I was asked if I wanted rice on it? Of course I want that, I pay for that! I expected better...not worth repeating

As a huge fan of poke balls i wouldn’t recommend this place :( The veggies didn’t taste fresh and the sweet potato weren’t cooked enough. The meat portion was a bit too small considering the price but the beef was tasty ! The quinoa wasn’t good at all and in addition mosquitoes were flying around the raw vegetables and the staff didn’t seem to care,and they weren’t really welcoming. I was really disappointed because the store looked really good !

We ordered the sushi sandwich but it was really dirty. it was honestly two slabs of oily rice with 4 pieces of salmon so you only tasted the rice. The restaurant itself wasn't exactly cozy either, but the people were nice!

Very clan establishment and fresh food

Ate here last Wednesday, but unfortunately had a bad experience with the chicken. The chicken was undercooked both times which is very disappointing and concerning due to health risks. In addition, we found plastic in our pokebowl twice. When we reported this, the staff response was disinterested and we again received undercooked chicken after we requested salmon. The spring rolls were fine, a bit soft, but after seeing the quality of the chicken and finding plastic twice, we quickly became less hungry. Finally asked for our money back. We certainly wouldn't recommend the chicken here!

Not very cheap, but good. The Oreo mochi is a must, soooooo good.

Not wheelchair accessible so not sure why they say they are. There is a large step in the entrance. Food was fantastic but had to eat a takeaway in the rain....it would be 5 stars if they didn't lie about this.

Popped in quick in the evening. Love that they are open until 9pm. Tried the spicy tuna poke bowl and it was an amazing mix of flavours. They made it quick and had a good attitude when dealing with customers. Tasty dish and easy to get. I’d come back if I lived here.

The portions are generous, and while it can be a bit pricey, it's worth it. You can easily share a big bowl between two people 🤭🍜. Everything is super tasty 🍚, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming 😊.

Amazing place! Ordered 1 regular portion, 1 large poké bowl with a side of spring rolls and drinks. We could only finish half of the food after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. Excellent poke bowls that you can order quickly and easily.

Almost always when I get or order food here, the order is wrong. I had a pokebowl with fried shrimp and you also want the shrimp to be fried, they were cold and limp. Whenever I'm here the employees are just mean. I then wish the employees a nice evening and only hear “yes”. It's super expensive and then you think, well, we'll do it once and then it's always made incorrectly. Dissatisfied!

Fresh food and very well served!

I came here for the first time to eat a poke bowl a few weeks ago and it was truly excellent, the tastiest bowl I have eaten. I happened to be in the area that morning and stopped by after they just opened. I came here again today to get a pokebowl to take with me this time with exactly the same order as last time to eat at home. After I got home and wanted to eat it, I discovered that the wrong sauce had been used. That's a shame. I opted for the siracha mayo (orange color and slightly spicy taste) but I got a kind of watery white sauce that tasted very strange and did not make the pokebowl taste good at all. That's why I threw it away after a few bites. I also only got 4 small pieces of avocado for the 1 euro extra I paid, much less than last time. I got enough of the mango as an extra topping. It is a shame, because a pokebowl is not cheap and to now have to throw it away because the wrong sauce was used so that it does not taste together with the pokebowl itself is very unfortunate.

Worst poke ever. I wouldnt even call it poke. It was 90% salad, 5% sauces and 5% meat. And the salad part was full of water and didnt have any taste.

Great poke bowl, very friendly staff. They adjust the bowl to what you want. We were even allowed to taste something when we asked. The toilet was dirty and did not work properly.

Food is not bad, but I had an awful experience with the service. They have screens where you can select your ingredients and pay then pick up the food at the counter. Turns out they didn't have over half of the ingredients I had selected on the machine. I had to remake my choices after payment while they were preparing it and noticing ingredients were missing. They also prepared my bowl with the wrong ingredients and had to redo it a second time. I tried to cancel my order since it wasn't really what I wanted and I was waiting for a long time but was told I wasn't able to. I also had to wait more than 40 minutes for spring rolls to come out of the kitchen when they mistakenly prorotized people that arrived after me, they had a mess on the order priority, mixing orders and ingredients. I feel like staff was untrained due to all the mistakes the lady preparing my bowl was making. Thought it might be a convenient hassle free fast food option but ended up spending almost an hour just waiting for the food. You can see in the picture what I ordered vs what was delivered, half of it is not there. Oh they were also out of coke zero so I even had to change that too lol
