Pommies in Wijk 04 Kapelpolder

My kind favorite burger, come here every week

Really tasty burgers and good service

Delicious fries here and friendly staff

Without a doubt, by far the tastiest fries at the Maassluis snack bars! 👌🏼 🥔=🍟 😋 And...the burgers are really top-notch too 🍔

Best burgers and tasty fries! Friendly people!

Great snack bar+, it's a great place to sit when the monthly challenges at home are back. The owner is also happy to help you out when you order too much. Recently, we had already paid and he came outside to inquire and corrected the order with a refund. Very nice!

We always really enjoy the tastiest snacks, very friendly staff! Thanks for the good service and see you soon!

Best takeaway spot in Maassluis! Great burgers, I recommend the chicken burgers! Always super fast too, even when busy. Note: like most Koningshoek places, closes at 8:00 PM.

Good cafeteria. Ask for fries without salt and what do I get? A crooked mouth from the salt. It's a shame they don't listen and shouldn't be busy with two customers at the same time. Otherwise, the snacks are of excellent quality. Pleasant to sit outside on the terrace. Large parking lot. Friendly staff.

You can get delicious burgers here! The fries are always tasty too. Definitely worth a visit for a nice meal.

Super cozy, tasty, and affordable! They do everything to make it fun with the terrace and everything! Hats off to Team Pommies.

We have found our regular spot at Pommies! As a vegetarian, I am always on the lookout for a good veggie snack, so I asked a staff member what he would recommend. Without hesitation, he suggested the Beetroot Burger, as it is very popular among vegetarians. It was my first time trying this burger, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was incredibly good, the burger was freshly prepared, and definitely worth repeating. What made our experience extra special was the service. The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy. You can tell immediately when someone enjoys their work, and unfortunately, you don't see that everywhere anymore these days. His enthusiasm made the visit even more enjoyable. The rest of the food was also of excellent quality (Beetroot Burger + Big Fries War). Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The combination of tasty food, good service, and a nice atmosphere ensures that we will definitely be back, especially now that summer is starting! An absolute must-try for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Pommies has gained some regulars! 🍔🤍 Thanks so much for the food and see you next time!

This is the best snack bar ever, Everything is so fresh, Super satisfied! Friendly staff, fast service and the food was deliciously fresh and nice and hot. Everything was perfectly taken care of. Definitely recommended, regular customer!

Known for years for the excellent burgers and customer friendliness. Class!

We love Pommies! We've really been coming here for years. The order is always ready on time, always tasty and fresh! The kids even prefer Pommies over the yellow M, I think that says it all! ;-)

I have never eaten such disgusting fries. They had a terrible fishy taste.

Good service, nice and fast, and delicious food!

The food was incredibly delicious! And really sweet staff. Top notch!

A great place to eat for the money, lots of choice and variety, definitely recommended.

Delicious food and always friendly staff! The owner really does his best to keep the customers satisfied. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

Best snack bar in the Netherlands! Definitely recommended!!!

Very good food, but the owner is stubborn and very disrespectful.

Always good food here, fast and tasty

Super delicious food! The staff are always super sociable and quick; all in all, a great place with a great atmosphere!

The staff helped me very well. Cheerful people and delicious food!

I never post reviews, but this snack bar certainly deserves one. The people behind the counter were in an exceptionally good mood and the food was fine too.

What delicious fries, super service, until next time 🤗

Very good coffee and quick service 👌

I had a really bad experience!!! It was completely unhygienic at the fryer and my order was also incomplete, which meant I had to go back. The young lady was not customer-friendly at all, and neither was that young man. The satay sauce was watery and no longer of the quality it used to be. It is a real shame how the quality has deteriorated. This was the last time for me!

We come here often and love coming here as a family. It’s always super tasty and the kids adore it. Whenever we want to eat out, the kids always ask: ‘Are we going to Nabi?!’ The owner is super nice and customer-friendly. Pommies is definitely highly recommended!

Great place, a bit quiet. Funny owner 😄 The food is good. A bit pricey, but it's not your average snack bar.

We finished our children's party at Pommies. It was great that they had the space for it!

Super tasty smoked burgers, highly recommended!

You won't find better burgers and fries than this in Maassluis. Good prices, and the staff are always friendly. The perfect place to grab a bite with some company.

Friendly staff and tasty food. Recommended!

Really great burgers, especially the triple tower, just like you know them from TV, dripping with cheese and a delicious bun, definitely recommended

We often pick up our orders. Always ready on time, and we don't have to wait. Everything is prepared with care.

Great service. Ordered peanuts and mayonnaise at the ordering station, but only wanted peanut sauce. I asked at the counter, and of course that was possible. I got peanuts and mayonnaise and a container of peanuts with my fries. 😉 Thanks so much, and greetings from Lieke

We had a wonderful meal at Pommies! The food was fantastic, and we received incredibly friendly service from staff members Yannick and Joeri. Truly top-notch service—we'll definitely be back!

Vega burger (bietenburger) was great!

Delicious food! The burgers are great!!! RECOMMENDED!!!!

Friendly service and delicious food. You can really taste the quality here!

Good veal spare ribs fall off the bone super tender😋🐄

Good service. Quality food. Excellent.

I come here very often and I always enjoy it. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The burgers are always delicious, and the kids love it every time. This will remain a regular spot for me, and I'm always happy to return.

Excellent veggie beet burger and delicious hamburgers. Top quality with very friendly service.

For the second time I got veal croquettes that were still cold on the inside and the peanut sauce was also cold again... there were no customers in the shop and 3 staff members and even they could not make sure the food was warm for the second time.

Beautiful, fresh and especially tasty products.

Fresh fries, charcoal-grilled burgers. It's simply delicious.

I've read reviews before about the owner's strange remarks/attitude. I experienced it myself today. I clearly made it clear I wasn't pleased, but he still kept going, thinking he was being funny or something. Then, once I got to the car, I discovered there was no sauce with the order, even though I'd paid for it. Unfortunately, that's happened several times before. My girlfriend ordered online and chose a pickup time, but upon arrival, I still had to wait 25 minutes. My advice is to take customer service and order checking more seriously. Because from what I've read, quite a few people are unhappy with the owner's behavior. To end on a positive note... the food was good. Despite that, I won't be coming here again. Regards, 'Bo'

Great atmosphere, very friendly customers. They politely ask if you've ordered and that you can sit down somewhere. The food is also great. My burger had a bit too much sauce. Otherwise, a great place to eat!

Great place. Good—not too greasy—fries, snacks, etc. Wide selection.

Delicious burgers and fries. Ordered online and our food was ready on time. Friendly staff.

Delicious food, wonderful chicken satay, highly recommended, very friendly staff. The food was simply delicious, prepared quickly, and very flavorful. An advantage of Pommies is that everything is halal, which I'm very happy about. Highly recommended in Maassluis

The owner is incredibly arrogant. I simply ask a question about a product, and he just sighs and irritates me with his answers. It's quite unusual to speak to customers like that.

I placed an order using the tablet in the store. Then I tried to tell the owner that I didn't want cucumber on my burgers, but got a "Is it your turn yet?" reply. It happens; he might have thought I was trying to order and was just beeping. Communicating was difficult, and I was judged as nervous. Eventually, I was able to tell him what I wanted. So, when I received my order, I double-checked to make sure it was correct. The owner initially made a lame joke, "No...", but eventually confirmed it was correct. So, I left the store feeling good. I got home, and there was cucumber on my burger... That's just blatant lying, and I'm not happy about that.

"Here you'll find the most delicious burgers, prepared on real charcoal. The flavor is pure and unique. I'm not normally a burger fan, but I've started eating them here regularly. The quality of the meat and the preparation really make the difference. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food!" My favorites are the ashki and burning pepper burgers; their fries are also delicious! #halal #extensiverange

A modern snack bar with delicious fries! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers are highly recommended 👌🏼

Had a delicious meal at Pommies, fast service!

Super tasty burger and fries with a delicious ice cream at the end, top tent

Call or order can be placed by phone and made to pick up in 15 minutes. Come after 15 minutes. Only then will they start on the order. Then say it is not possible. Then say yes did you not want to give cold fries blah blah. Early fries were overcooked and almost got them raw

In the Koningshoek shopping center in Maassluis. Good free parking in front of the door

Delicious cappuccino. Staff very friendly. Worth coming here for a cup of coffee again.

Atmospheric place for the best fries! And very customer friendly!

Can be made more of with better products

Everything is delicious. my favorite place

Those burgers at Pommies are so delicious!!! 😋 I understand if you have the Ashkiburger from Pommies at number 1 on your bucket list. But you better just go straight to Pommies and eat him!! 😋 26-03-2025 Just ate the new Moto Moto hamburger at Pommies. The meat is fluffy, juicy and amazing 🤩 with perfectly matching sauce and cheese and fried onion. Super good creation, Pommies!!

Nice and luxurious snackbar! Friendly staff! Especially delicious burgers from the grill!

Food is tasty, but quite pricey...

Great business! Top service and especially top frikadellen, love Zeno

Good food, good service and just a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended!

Years of quality service with friendly employees. French fries and different options available.

I had previously worked there for six months or so and was threatened several times, once hit with the side of a knife, the boss also once made my friend cry, the food is okay, but the boss has to go immediately, no respect for people of color while he I am a man of color myself, there were always reactions to me that were not respectful because I came from another country. It was always fun with my old colleagues until the boss came in. I was also often shouted at if I did not know where what was or if I didn't know which was a word I didn't know in Dutch conclusion food was tasty boss not friendly and arrogant no respect the chairs were barely washed if you want to know that and the boss smells cigarettes behind

Had dinner here with a group last weekend. Delicious food and friendly staff, highly recommended

Great place, food always good, never greasy and tastes great! Staff is super friendly and the place is super clean, nothing to complain about, just go and eat

The triple burger that ordered was nice. The staff was also very nice. Pommies can be your halal food option in Maassluis

Always good service. Previously, my burger was remade free of charge because I forgot to say that I wanted it without cheese and now I was late picking up my order, and my food was remade because it was cold. Free again. And besides that: always delicious fries!

Delicious burgers! On Christmas Eve we were still able to get a delicious burger at a good price. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We will definitely come more often.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to go there with a friend and I have a feeling that I will come back there again

I am very pleased with their service and the delicious burgers. I honestly think they have the best burgers, which is why I have become their regular customer.

Good quality beef burgers, the service is fast and polite! Didn’t have to wait long to takeaway the tower burger! Really pleased overall. Modern and Vibrant burger place, and very family friendly. Tables to eat inside or takeaway!

Super cozy (fast food) restaurant, where your fries taste just that little bit better. Their satay caresses your tongue, and the burgers are super good. Recently had something made in their oven with chicken fillet, portion size was large and the taste was delicious! They also have delicious ice cream and coffee.

Best snack bar in Maassluis and surrounding areas . Delicious halal burgers. Thx pommies

Burger was delicious and the fries were crispy. Not a long wait and you can order on the monitor.

Very neat place, friendly owner who has a nice chat and even gave my son a free ice cream. Next time we'll come back for the burgers

Cozy and beautiful place and nice staff (and tasty food of course)

I was in the mood for fries with cheese souflee, and bami roll was just delivered (I ordered it with it), a tasty bami roll well filled with some spicy noodles and meat.

Well-maintained place with very friendly service and delicious fries and snacks.

Staff is friendly to help you. But the Atmosphere is not nice or cozy. And the owner is not always so friendly. If that changes then I can give you 4 stars.

The staff is very friendly and happy to help you, but the owner is very arrogant and disrespectful. He keeps making distasteful comments that make you not want to stick around for long. The food is quite tasty, but definitely not worth the price. Never again Pommies for me.

It looked more like a restaurant than a snack bar... But it was the best of both! The food was ready quickly like a snack bar and the quality was of a restaurant! I ordered a hamburger and it was so delicious! You could really taste that it came from the barbecue. The fries were also sublime! My mother had the satay and she said it was the best she had ever eaten. The peanut sauce really tasted like peanuts! The staff was also friendly despite us arriving before closing time. Nice owner, really creates the atmosphere!

Once but never again! A kwekkeboom croquette sandwich, 2 frikandel special sandwiches, 2 medium fries (got 2 small ones) 2 cans of coke and then you have to pay 32 euros, insane for a snack bar. We ordered to eat there but grumpily received a bag with the food.

Best fries in Maassluis! Recommended

Delicious burgers and delicious fresh fries! Good and fast service!

Owner asked to post a review, so we will do so 😉 Hubby was satisfied (he is fast when it comes to food LOL) but I didn't like it. Fries are okay.. unfortunately they don't sell mayo but only fries sauce.. The peanut sauce is nothing special, very watery and tastes like peanut butter. Croquette was tasteless and not warm.. Not very special and not worth repeating for me.

Literally everything they sell is tasty and beautifully served! Top business!

We were actually going to eat out with a group of 12 at another restaurant, but due to circumstances that could not happen at the last minute. We opted for a quick bite At first we just wanted to pick up. We sat down for a while and decided to stay there for dinner. We received a very nice welcome at Pommies and the owner showed concern for our situation. In the end it was a lot of fun and we hung around for quite a while. At the end we also got a cup of coffee on the house 😀

Living on the border of Brabant and Belgium, we are spoiled when it comes to “fries”, but the “fries” at Pommies are a competitor in terms of taste and bite. We were in Maassluis to visit Koningshof (Beatrice van der Poel), and first "dropped in" at Pommies. A warm welcome with a good dash of humor, we like that. We of course accepted the invitation to taste a satay and do a “fries test”. Result: delicious. Dear ladies and gentlemen of Pommies Maassluis, from the south of the country: keep up the good work, thank you.

Nice thing. Delicious burgers, social, friendly owner.

You are not greeted when you enter, the young lady and gentleman were far too busy with each other (because there were no other customers) now a friend of the young man comes in and is greeted exuberantly (so they can do it ). If you say anything, excuses are made, you were already standing at the column, well, so greetings don't hurt and you can also do that when ordering at the column (we had no other choice because we were completely ignored). A reason for us not to come there anymore. This is the first thing you learn when you deal with customers, greet the customer for their concerns for your salary!
