5* for coffee and pastries / 1* for not updating hours weeks after closing. It’s unfortunate to travel and face a locked door with a note about being out of business.

absolutely magnificent. I ate here with my wife last weekend and really 5 stars on every aspect. Beautiful cosy, dimmed light, nice romantic atmosphere, nice interior overall. The food was fabulous, they do magic with the amazing sauces, there was a kale that was prepared so well, so soft and richt. Every single dish was just really really good. The wine also. And the service 100%, the owner served us and took time to chat and explain the story about the place. We spent about 150€ between the both of us, but that included a bottle of wine and some more drinks, 6 or 7 dishes, nice desert, etc. Worth every euro. Will go back.

Cancelled my Valentine's day booking a week before with no explanation, not going to find a replacement now. Absolutely fuming.

Very trendy, relaxing restaurant with a great vibe. The food was great although the menu limited and no gluten free options. My husband had the burger and loved it. The salad and potatoes were very well made and super tasty. Well worth the ferry over for a visit

Food was amazing, really every dish was delicious. The flavours and techniques were very special, and for Amsterdam standards, reasonably priced. The waiter was also friendly and helpful. I would like to share my negative for improvement: I was surprised that the only non alcoholic drinks they offer are coffees and juices (clearly from the breakfast menu). I would expect such a forward looking and modern place to offer at least a few non alcoholic options that would suit for dinner. This was quite disappointing, but I hope the feedback is taken and I am surprised in my next visit.

What a treat! We had one of everything on the menu. And two of our favorites. Both vegetarians and meat-eaters were delighted with the fare. We savored every bite - great combination of loved an surprising ingredients and flavors. It was magical. Highly recommend!

Only drank one wine. Very attentive and friendly staff. The ambience is futuristic and a matter of taste. Tip.... The entire window front and door urgently need to be cleaned

I will start by saying that the restaurant itself is beautiful. We got here on a Thursday evening around 6:15pm and there was only one table taken. By the end of our dinner there were a few more tables taken but they are very large and spaced out so that I doubt you'll feel claustrophobic even when busy. The service was great; the 2 servers were nice and knowledgeable. The wine was delicious, they have a nice selection of reds and whites. They also have beers and soft drinks. The food was a bit disappointing, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars after much thinking. We shared 4 plates among 3 people. The portions were very small. The flatbreads were good and so was the pumpkin (it was literally 2 tiny slices though); the lamb sausage was disappointing. We paid over $100 for 4 small dishes and a bottle of wine. I see this more for a date night with no budget. It might be a great night for couples. Honestly, I don't mind paying but the quality/quantity of the plates was not worth the price in this case. Great location though!

Amazing place! Very good food with a twist, nice specialty coffee and nice ambiance. Ideal place for lunch, dinner or even for work with a laptop. We had the chicken burger which was delicious.

Very cool club-looking restaurant. Original concept. The food (at dinner) was fantastic and so were the wines. I recommend the eggplant! Also, Renata was a great host. I’ll be back!

Horrible food, was here with a largish group from business but the best thing served was the bread and the wine. Other dishes unacceptable. Worst I've seen this year. Really a place to avoid if you're in for a bite.

The food was absolutely delicious but within a small menu, not having two dishes available on a friday 8 pm dinner was a bit of a disappointment, especially because one of these dishes was rosti with rather simple ingredients. Service could also improve, our servers were really kind when we could talk to them but we could use more attention, we kept trying to have eye contact to order and whenever we ordered they just turned around immediately not waiting for us to finish our sentence. This happened multiple times. We were there for a celebration but ended up having only two glasses of wine each for the whole time we were there. In the end we just gave up and left. For the price paid, we expected a better service. I have to add after writing the above review that Ive suffered a horrible 5 day sickness from food poisoning after eating from this place (possibly from the bbq oysters). I emailed the restaurant about this and haven’t heard anything back.

Great food with a vibe that may or may not suit your taste (dark and spacious, I liked it). Service needs work as it was often hard to get the staff’s attention and drinks were slow to arrive.

Another fabulous restaurant in Amsterdam. This is a modern contemporary restaurant based in a large open restaurant. It is perfect for quiet dining.

Had an oyster mushroom sando sandwich and cinnamon roll. The sando was nice the first 3 bites. Then it just became too greasy and sweet to finish. It seemed like the mushrooms were coated in tapioca and then flour. Cinnamon roll wasn’t sweet enough, lacked flavour and the filling didn’t taste good. Ambiance and service is great

Servicio pésimo. Comida muy normal. El local es bonito pero sales con mucho olor a comida. Sin duda no merece la pena ir.

In een woord: geweldig! Hier wordt creatief en heerlijk gekookt. Smaakcombinaties hadden niet beter gekund. Uitermate vriendelijke en professioneel geholpen. Mooie wijnkaart. Mensen, ga het ervaren!

De bediening neemt de tijd voor je. Gerechten zijn niet vanzelfsprekend, maar verrassend lekker. Je moet er van houden maar de uitstraling qua interieur is in mijn ogen een 10. Kortom geslaagde avond, ga zo door!

Cannot recommend this place enough - I had some of the best food I've ever had here and our sever was so lovely. The black sesame ice cream was absolutely unreal and probably my favourite dessert of all time. I really enjoyed the smaller sharing plates as my partner and I could try a lot of different dishes.

Unfortunately very disappointing and overpriced coffee.

All around amazing. Just wish my coffee was served covered so it didn't get cold so fast. But the food is stellar.

C’est le restaurant où nous sommes toujours sûrs de bien manger. Cette fois on a pris 4 plats à partager. Tout était délicieux et d’une qualité et fraîcheur incomparable. L’endroit est très beau et le service toujours exceptionnel. Bref nous sommes fans et revenons régulièrement

Fantastic cafe/restaurant. The service is fast and friendly. Lovely minimalist interior. Warm vibes throughout the entire space. The coffee and food is 10/10. I especially like that the menu is short and simple. I will be back.

Most delicious meal in amsterdam. Would 110% recommend. Flatbreads were phenomenal, as were the gambas with green chilli and asparagus with cured egg yolk. Service was great.

Food was fine. Wine was expensive for something the server couldn't give us any information about. Also it was bizarre, as a Dutch speaking customer with a Dutch speaker waiter, that he would only address us in English. A bit too proud to speak another language, this guy. Interior wise they went for industrial minimalism, which, I guess is what it is? I found it too barren. For a lunch over 100 euros (food + wine) you can get a much better bang for your buck elsewhere.

Wij eten met enige regelmaat in Amsterdam-Noord. Er komen steeds meer restaurants bij. Open Space zit hier echter al 6 jaar, maar we zijn er nooit gaan eten. Onbegrijpelijk vind ik nu. Wat hebben we een heerlijke, bijzondere gerechten mogen eten, geserveerd door 2 uitermate vriendelijke dames.

Delicious! Flatbread was amazing. About the sharing concept I would say: share with 2 people, because the dishes are small. Amazing service, beautiful setting.

Amazing and memorable meal! I had breakfast and dinner here on the same day. The food was absolutely divine and the presentation impeccable. I wish this restaurant was in LA or NYC so I could go more often.

Bij binnenkomst hing er een rookgordijn in de ruimte en het rook er overdadig naar eten. Bediening had een niet klantvriendelijke houding. Aankleding van de hoofdgerechten is kaal, er is geen mogelijkheid bijgerechten te bestellen. Als antwoord krijg je dat het shared dining is, maar dan nog blijft de opmaak sober en kan je een stukje vlees voor een stukje vis ruilen. Kwaliteit prijsverhouding is dan ook zwaar overschat. Eentje om vooral geen bezoek aan te brengen.

Très bon restaurant ! Les « tapas » sont excellentes et le personnel très sympathique. Le pain est à tomber par terre, un véritable délice. Leur chocolat chaud et matcha sont excellents aussi pour un gouter ou petit déjeuner.
