We were happy, the food was yummy and the crew was lovely!

Pho was a little disappointing, the deep flavor was missing and the meat was very chewy, unlike the soft and tender meat you’d expect in Pho. Spring rolls were tasty. Had to wait quite long for the food although it wasn’t busy but the staff was friendly.

I’ve never eaten Vietnamese food, so was curious especially because you can’t be sure what you order. The menu helped, because it was partially in English as well and supported with photos. The food was delicious and the service kind! The atmosphere was not cozy but typical Asaian with bright light.

A 15-minute walk from the heart of Utrecht, a Vietnamese restaurant run by a Vietnamese family. Very pleasant interior, ten tables, very spacious. On a Saturday afternoon, a group of people arrived. We tried the rice roll, pho soup and pancake. Rice roll was generously filled and paired very well with the homemade peanut sauce. Pho soup , the soup broth was very tasty. We took the special, with both beef pieces and meat balls. Pancake was with meat, shrimp and vegetables. “Egg coffee” is highly recommended.

Clean place, friendly staff but foods were very disappointing considering the prices, and slow. The menu is quite rich and there are many typical Vietnamese food options, but we were disappointed with most of them. Everything was extremely super sweet on the day we tried (and previously), far from authentic. We already expected it to be a bit sweet (assuming Southern taste which we have no problem with), but this was too much. We struggled to finish some of the noodle dishes just because the sweet made us really uncomfortable. Phở was very ordinary (below average) and Bánh Mì was absolutely horrible, the pickles was way to strong and it's also so small, definitely the worst one I have ever tasted in a long time. The Bò Kho (beef stew) was good though, i liked it. Food's decor is very decent. But that was pretty much it. All portions are surprisingly expensive considering the taste. There were not many guests but we had to wait quite long... But otherwise the staff was friendly.

Love this place! You need to take a bus from Utrecht CS, but I believe it's worthy. Foods are good. I had beef pho, and the taste was amazing. My Vietnamese friend also said that it's one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants 😁 Had a chance to take the corn dessert, and it's surprisingly tasty. Will take it again next time.

We had something to celebrate and since we love Vietnamese food we chose Quang Minh. We had a delicious meal here 2 years ago. However, now it was disappointing! Beef tenderloin with lemongrass was tough and the meat in the pho was also tough and tasteless. Shame! It was the last time we were here.

Service is super bad, unprofessional. I ordered well in advance to pick up later, only to be there and wait for almost 45 minutes. They keep asking if I have paid for the food. I’m Vietnamese as well. Food is not great, just regular, but the service is worse than bad.

Food is really good and the waitress, although really inexperienced, was very nice. I am giving four stars only because the waiting time is a little long, but overall a really good restaurant!

Ordered the bò kho sate through UberEats and have to post a review because it was so delicious! Order was packed with care and presented beautifully - beef tender and flavours 💯 be warned though, it was very spicy! Would definitely like to visit in store to try the rest of the menu.

My rate 2.5/5. Decided to come here after hearing many positive reviews, but it's so disappointed. The Pho didn't taste authentic, a lot of noodles but little meats. Bun Rieu was so bad. The broth didn't taste like Bun Rieu but more like "boiled noodle water". Cha Ram also didn't taste good. Goi cuon tom thit was so watery and bland. It was not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant for me but more Vietnamese fusion as they used very little fish sauce :( Not recommended!

I come here very often. The food is super tasty and fresh. Service is extremely friendly. The only downside is that the sandwiches have become very expensive.

The Amsterdamsestraatweg, and Utrecht in general, knows plenty of hidden gems, places you'd walk or cycle past without noticing them. My girlfriend and I occasionally make it a point to visit such places. This is one of them: an enthusiastic proprietor explaining the Vietnamese kitchen to us, serving delicious dishes promptly, while still allowing us to enjoy dinner at our own pace. A very enjoyable experience, and one that certainly merits another visit.

Worthless. Ordered for collection after an hour. When we came to pick it up, we had to wait an hour (!), with 6 of us. It all seemed to be very inefficient. Never again for us!

This is our favorite go to Vietnamese food in Utrecht. Highly recommend their Pho dishes. Such a great, rich meals in fair values. If you are looking for a warming dinner or lunch, highly recommended.

De lekkerste vietnamese gerechten die ik ooit heb gegeten! De bahn mi, springrolls en banh xeo zijn mijn favorieten. Erg geschikt voor vegetariërs en de bediening is enorm vriendelijk. Ook lekkere variatie aan speciale Vietnamese koffie’s! Mijn vriend en ik zouden hier elke week willen eten maar wonen helaas niet meer in Utrecht.

I like this vietnamese place, especially if the owner is working there. Then the food is always a little nicer. Which is also the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. The place is pretty big, but unfortunately almost empty too often.

Our absolutely most favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Utrecht. Great authentic food with large portion. We always visit a few times every month. We even hosted a private wedding party here last month and all the guests were impressed by the quality of the food! The owners and staff were also extremely accommodating and welcoming during the whole process and I can not thank them enough for an amazing dinner party with freshly-made delicious food and cozy atmosphere!

I am a frequent visitor at Quang Minh's because the food is just so good. It is definitely a Vietnamese restaurant I can recommend. The cheery and warm-hearted chefs prepare the dishes with authentic flavors and the restaurant staff are always friendly and helpful. Aside from that, the portions here are quite generous. Looking forward to be able to visit Quang Minh again!

Gierige bun rieu, met weinig smaak, bruine tauge, en een beetje kool en dat voor 17 euro. Schande.

Eindelijk eens hier gegeten en wat een ervaring. We hebben Phở gà ( kip ) en Bún riêu (Specialiteit) gegeten en beide gerechten waren heel verschillend maar overheerlijk. Daarnaast heel vriendelijke bediening en een ontspannen sfeer. We komen graag nog eens terug om andere gerechten uit te proberen.

1 woord WAUW! Vers, smaakvol, kleurrijk, goede porties en dan nog zo lekker. Oprecht genoten van het eten en service. Grote dank voor deze kennismaking.

Alles is lekker hier! Phô is erg smaakvol, bahn mi ook heel erg lekker en bún gerechten (rijstnoedel gerechten) zijn ook heel lekker! Verse springrolls mogen van ons wat kleiner. Als voorgerecht portie is het aan de grote kant. Sowieso zijn alle porties aan de royale kant.

Heerlijk, met zijn vijven gegeten en gedronken. De vietnamese gerechten smaakten net zo goed als in Vietnam, met lekker veel verse kruiden. De egg coffee was om van te smullen. De sfeer is echt vietnamees. Warm aanbevolen.

Dit was echt een hele goede ervaring. Heerlijke soepen en de com Suon was echt heerlijk op smaak samen met de witte rijst. Bo sate lekker pittig maar niet te overheersend. Nee hier weten ze het goed op smaak te brengen. Gezellig rustig klein restaurantje. Een aanrader dit restaurant.

i'm in the country visiting my fiancée and was feeling a little homesick for vietnamese food as a viet myself. it was very comforting to come in and hear familiar accents coming from the kitchen :) we had quite a wait, as the restaurant was busy, but we didn't mind it; the ambience was easy-going and the food was amazing. reminded me of home. the pho was better than my mother's, but i'd never tell her that, haha. we're definitely coming back again!!

Dit is bij zekerheid een van de beste Vietnamese restaurants in Utrecht. In vergelijking met andere verwesterde Aziatische restaurants, zijn hier de gerechten erg authentiek en betaalbaar. Met deze traditionele gerechten brengt het me echt weer terug naar Vietnam, wat ik erg waardeer. De Vietnamese koks en eigenaar zijn altijd vriendelijk en met hun snelle service kom ik niks tekort. Echt een aanrader voor heerlijk Vietnamees eten!

Op aanraden van goede vrienden hier vanavond gegeten. Het eten was erg lekker en vers. Het eten was ook goedgekeurd door mijn Vietnamese vriendin, dan weet je dat je goed zit! Naast het eten waren mijn vriendinnen en ik enorm verrast door de goede service en gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. De eigenaar is zo'n lieve man met passie voor zijn zaak! Ik kom zelf niet uit omgeving Utrecht maar deze plek staat zeker hoog in mijn lijst van must visit restaurants als ik weer in de buurt ben! Nog een leuke tip: in de straat achter het restaurant kan je gratis parkeren, wat ook enorm fijn is wanneer je met de auto komt.

We had quite a good meal at Quang Minh. The staff made very good impression by their friendliness and hospitality. The menu was extensive with a good selection of Vietnamese dishes. We ordered Bo Kho banh mi and Com sườn nướng, and later chè bắp for dessert. The Bo Kho was decent with good flavour and portion. The rice dish was almost hitting the jackpot with the rice, shallot oil, pickles and dipping sauce. However the grilled pork chop didn’t have the right grilled flavour, which made the experience less authentic. Another thing to take note is the long service time. The restaurant is understaffed so you would need to be patient.

Give this place more business! By far the best Vietnam food I have ever had and I’ve eaten Vietnamese food all over the world. A place like this is so rare in The Netherlands. The flavors have so much depth. My wife and I had the Bo Kho (beef stew) and the Com Suon (porkchop) If I lived closer I'd eat here every day!

Absolutely delicious! I was almost speechless when I tried the food last night! I think this is probably the best Vietnamese place to eat in Utrecht. I tried the other 2 Vietnamese places, but this one is an absolute recommendation. It is quite far from centrum, maybe around 25mins walk. But this place is definitely worth the trip! I am sure I’ll be returning to eat here :)

Wauw wat een heerlijk eten. Alles zo vers en fris. Krokante omelet is heerlijk, eigenlijk is alles een aanrader. Wist niet dat de Vietnamese keuken zo lekker is. Super lieve bediening die er alles aan doen om je te helpen een keuze te maken.
