It's always fun to have a bite to eat here with the kids every now and then.

Good cafeteria, in itself. That's why I gave it a 4-star review in the past. Today I gave it a bad review, because what's happening is simply unacceptable. I placed an order for fries and some snacks at 4:54 PM. And then I waited. And waited, and waited. Well, to be short, at one point I got tired of waiting and asked the Thuiszorg chatbot for an update. No response. I requested a phone number. I tried calling three times. No response. Finally, at 6:45 PM, there was a knock on the door. Almost two hours later. I told the delivery driver how long it had taken and that I couldn't get in touch in any way. "Yes, it's busy and the line is down." I understand it's not the guy's fault, but that's not the reaction you should get, is it? I think they could have contacted them themselves, or at least sent this guy packing with the message that customers who wait two hours for FAST (note: FAST) food will be compensated somehow. Or better yet, that people organize themselves better and prevent this kind of hassle from happening.

Didn't get what I ordered, can happen. I call to tell them it's not the right hamburger. Owner says: can get a new one, no delivery costs, but have to pay again for a hamburger of €9,- I've never experienced this before, that I have to pay for a dish that I didn't order and also have to pay again for the dish that I did order. What a ball, cold sandwich, cheese not melted, I wasn't allowed to drink and it's cold. Furthermore, the owner is not a good listener. I am also very disappointed with the fact that it took half an hour for my sandwich to arrive. By the time they arrived they were cold.

I had the food delivered. I didn't know the weighing house delivered. Now I'll do it much more often. Potatoes were homemade instead of frozen meat, tasty, neat and good raw vegetables. Pancake apple delicious. Richly filled and piping hot. Perfect. And a delicious large ice cream Lots of vegetarian options on the menu. My husband usually wants shawarma, snitzel steak or hamburger and I am vegetarian and have little choice. Well this card makes me happy!! We will do this more often. If you maintain this quality and normal prices, we will order regularly.

The peanut sauce was as thin as water and had almost no flavor. The fries were limp and had no taste. The bear bite had a lot of onion in it, which was barely cooked and was also cold. In the end we had to wait almost 2 hours for our order and after an hour we called ourselves. It wasn't the first time but definitely the last!

Update 14-11-2022: After avoiding this restaurant for a long time, I tried it again. Ordered around 5:30 PM, we received a call at 7:00 PM that it was busy and that it would take a while. Waited almost 2.5 hours in total for 4 fries with a frikandel. The rating goes from 2/5 to 1/5. Note to self: Never order here again. Order placed well in time to get home in time for the curfew. After 70 minutes we called back and was told that the order was being packed and that it would be with us in 10 minutes. It is not a special order (fries and snacks), so in my opinion it could have been delivered within the one-hour delivery time specified by the restaurant itself. Fortunately the food was hot, which eased the pain somewhat

Rip-offs,,, Ordered fries here today with a bottle of Fanta, I said I wanted to eat it there, even though they tried to charge a deposit on the bottle of Fanta, so I just walked away, never again to rip-offs.

The ice creams were so delicious. It is quite challenging to eat ice-cream in the cold weather coz the effect of brain freeze. However it is well recommended. Too yummy😋😋

Wij hebben veel geld betaald voor de bestelling en er ontbrak bij een aantal bestellingen saus. De schotels die wij besteld hebben waren met 5 happen op.... 10 euro voor een schotel en dan zit er weinig in. Voor de saus hebben betaald via uber eats maar niet geleverd gekregen, vervolgens bel je hierover en ze willen wel leveren maar dan moet je nog maals voor de saus betalen en dan ook nog verzendkosten betalen voor de saus. Het moet toch niet gekker worden... de mevrouw aan de telefoon was ook klantvriendelijk en was ook niet echt bereid om het op te lossen. Bestel hier maar nooit.

Nice place and good food, although a bit on the expensive side. If they would focus a little more on price-quality, they would receive a higher rating.

Way too expensive for the junk you get. It was inedible. Stay away from there.

I have eaten here more than 4 times in the 10 years I have lived. Food can be good and tasty, but it depends on who is serving, especially the younger people who don't bake enough or bake too much, almost burnt and I can't stand it when people touch my food (meat, bread, raw vegetables) without gloves. , because you work there all day and touch everything where most bacteria are spread.

The fries are fine, could be a little more well done for my taste, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

At Restaria De Waag in the center you can enjoy delicious food for a reasonable price. Their name already indicates that no culinary delights can be expected, but the quality of the food, service and friendliness of the staff is top notch.
