This is a wonderful place in the Woerden catering industry. Appetizers that are not served ☹, glasses of wine that are (almost) forgotten 🤭 or main courses shrunk to a minimal amount 😁. This won't happen to you with 2on12. Tasty dishes for a fair price and with friendly service. Top spot. 👍

Still a delicious Greek meal, very good food and very nice staff. A monthly dinner for us. (I also find it relaxing that you can order via WhatsApp). We have tried several but we like this one the best. All in all, highly recommended

Take away food. Boy, that was delicious. Had asked for rice with the souvlaki. Actually it wasn't possible, but the chef had made it special. Super! Friendly staff. Everything a good restaurant should have. If I come to Woerden again I know where I will eat!!!!!

The food is too Dutch for Greek food. The shrimps was tasteless. Bifteki was too salty. Too much onion and not enough vegetables. The prices is too high for the quality like this.

Cliché, but a Greek owner should really serve a small glass of Ouzo upon arrival. We both missed the Greek flavor in the food, the gyros was a real disappointment, too bad. Long, fast home it is here....

Elpitha is a Greek restaurant that does not quite match the image people have of such restaurants. I don't mean that negatively, the quality of the dishes and the presentation goes above and beyond what Greek restaurants usually serve. That doesn't make it an elitist place, the atmosphere is just as casual as you are used to. The fact that you can sit on the terrace, Kazerneplein, like us, when the weather is beautiful, made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely go back again.

The food tasted very good! Really Greek! Very good bifteki! Salad bar could be a bit more extensive (tomatoes, olives and feta for example?) Service is very fast and friendly. Very cozy inside. And outside there is a lovely terrace with evening sun! In short: recommended!

We have been coming to this restaurant regularly for years. The food is delicious and the service great. We have known the owner for a long time and he makes every visit a party.

The Greek new style. No menu as thick as a telephone book, but small and simple. A little bit of everything, but not too much. What is served is very tasty. Nothing exciting, just well prepared and tasty. Service is friendly. It's a shame that the room is not too big and the walls are bare. No sound insulation, which quickly turns into a cacophony. Another downside is that the service does not really keep track of whether the glasses are still filled. As a result, they unnecessarily miss out on turnover.

The only remarkable thing: no glass of ouzo on the house. When we left, we noticed a sign that said that this was to prevent waste and that if you wanted ouzo you could ask for it. Nice idea, but of course that won't work. You can also ask the staff if the guests need it :-)

Just before the holiday started for the employees of Restaurant Elpitha, we enjoyed their Greek dishes on this sultry Saturday evening at Kazerneplein. The owners Jorgos, Maria and Nikos, are always friendly, as are their staff. It was great fun and good again!

Lovely food made by lovely people, and although it's not cheap you'll get great quality meals and drinks and amazing ambiance. If you're looking for a fun night out with your family I'd definitely recommend this place!
