Ongelooflijk slecht gegeten. Kleine smaakloze gerechten. Zeer slecht van kwaliteit. Personeel vriendelijk maar dat is ook het enige positieve aan dit restaurant. Slechte acoustic.. konder elkaar bijna niet verstaan van het lawaai!!

Echt een feestje om hier te eten! Het menu to share is toch echt wel favoriet. Allerlei heerlijke kleine originele gerechtjes. Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt bent.

Really delicious meal here. You can choose from the bites surprise menu or a la carte. But if you eat here you will of course choose the former. You can indicate a menu or dietary requirements per person. We can confirm that both the vegan and regular bites are very tasty, with original ingredients and combinations. And lots of fresh. The bubbles from the name come in the form of cocktails and mocktails, they are very tempting and complete the flavors. The interior is nice with atmospheric light, the long golden yellow sofa from front to back is a strong image. Staff are super friendly. They clearly had to write down the list of details for each set of bites.

Innocent-looking building hides an amazing taste sensation. Do yourself a favor and take the surprise menu with gin and tonic tasting. I haven't had such a fantastic meal in years.

Wat een leuk concept! Alles wordt in kleine glaasjes, potjes en lepeltjes geserveerd. Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel mooi kader, en lekker eten met veel variatie. Zeker een plaatsje waar we nog zullen terugkeren.

It‘s been a while again I was blown away: it happened again…. From the super friendly booking experience - leading to our four-legged girlfriend to be allowed to join, it only got better from there. We got a great table so the dog had enough room. Service was immaculate!! Stylish but never stiff, warm-hearted but never too much, a great duo that dealt with us like royalty. The ambiance is super cozy, charming lighting and especially the acoustics are great: despite the restaurant being full, you can still follow the table conversation (which is not the case everywhere!). We went for classical a-la-carte: the food was amazing!!! Just the right portions! It tasted fantastic! Fairly priced, tasty honest food served with a smile: can‘t wait to be back!!!

Super lekker concept en vriendelijk attent personeel. Vooraf allergie kenbaar gemaakt en hier werd goed rekening mee gehouden. Alternatief voor sommige gerechten was zeer smaakvol. Wij komen terug ondanks dat dit voor ons een keuze op doorreis was zullen we hier nog eens komen eten

Voor herhaling vatbaar, heel fijn welkomgevoel door t personeel, zeer luisterend oor door zaakvoerder,overheerlijk vernieuwende gerechtjes en uitgebreide wijnkaart in een gezellig kader🤩

I Chose a Collection of 15 different bites; small dishes to have an Impression of what could have been a whole course. Each bite was introduced by the servants, an amazing accomplishment. All of them were very well prepared, The quail did, however, not match the selection as this was a quite sour preparation and the rest was more neutral and sweet. The white wines I had, Pinot Grigio was just excellent, the chardonnay did not pay honour to the quality of the dishes, rather flat, no wood. Considering that the Pinot Grigio was even 2€ cheaper per glass, this was a great selection. Next time in Roermond I will be back for sure! Thanks for an excellent evening. Good atmosphere, nice concept for a nice price. Quite a fairly large restaurant, but it feels very cozy. Well decorated and attractive. Tasty food for a good price. Had new dishes again and that made it extra fun. We will definitely go back again.

Friendly staff and tasty food! We also had the menu to share and were pleasantly surprised. Normally we are really fans of "desserts" and we found this course to be the least in terms of variety and attention (while the rest was really great), but that may be personal. I understand that there are now new dishes, so we will definitely come back.

Very nice dinner here! We had a very nice evening here. The welcome and guidance by the hostess was with a natural ease. Great menu concepts (look at their website), we chose the 4 courses. The whole evening I was always surprised when the dishes were served, really delicious! Bravo for the, in my opinion, young team here.

Good service... clear explanation... just eat there... it's just an experience in itself

Food was disappointing. We had the menu to share, the concept of which is very nice, but unfortunately falls short in the execution. The waiting times between rounds of bites are too long. We left the fries because they were very greasy. The pork belly was hard, the fish still had hard skin, the panna cotta was still frozen and the other dishes were not special / did not taste good. All in all, not recommended, especially for the price you pay.

My sister's recommendation was, as expected, excellent! The surprise menu is a must and each of the 15 little things is a taste experience! The ambience, the super friendly and competent service and the price/performance TOP! Everything was explained briefly and questions were asked in advance about any intolerances or no-gos! We tolerate everything and what one doesn't like so much, the other eats (so there was nothing left @). We went home very well fed, with a new experience and very happy! Guaranteed to come back!!! Me and my wife we had our wedding anniversary dinner there . We arrived 10 min our table booking. The staff welcomed us with joy and smile and escorted us to our table by the window(amazing) . We had a little card saying Happy anniversary ( lovely touch).20 min later we placed our drink order . Great gin and tonic and the cocktail . Following 10 min later we received out menu. 30 min( 8 table dotted in the restaurant) been told it's busy. We ordered food. The bread ( lovely) and the started arrived quick. . fantastic food by the way. We waited 15 min after for the main course. I ordered a drink before I finished my starter, but it's arrived after I finished my main course what was amazing . Overall the evening was special and we enjoyed the food the atmosphere and the place. My review is not a negative review it's just a guide one as the staff need help on managing as no manager was present for a smooth service, but we live the place and we will be back for sure

Das Bubbles & Bites ist mindestens einen Besuch wert! Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. :) Und das Wichtigste: Das Essen war auch wirklich unglaublich lecker. Preis / Leistung top! Dabei ist die Idee mit dem "Menu to share" wirklich super. Man bekommt kleine Speisen pro Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise und kann sich so durch alle Geschmäcker probieren. Seine Vorlieben kann man im Vorfeld äußern, sodass auch auf besondere Wünsche (z.B. bei mir: ohne Fisch) geachtet wird. Also alles in allem: Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder, sollte es uns nochmal nach Roermond verschlagen. :)

Nice restaurant in the center of Roermond. We opted for the Menu to Share. 5 small starters, 5 small main courses and 5 small desserts per person. As an appetizer, also a bread board with spreads. Everything was well prepared. Dietary requirements are certainly taken into account. We ordered an extra side dish with the main course, but that is really not necessary. The prices are certainly reasonable. Cosy, lively vibe.

The food was disappointing. For 41.50 I expected a little more, the concept is great, but the food was simple and actually a bit tasteless. As students of the hotel school, we naturally have high expectations. The limoncello was lukewarm and the dishes did not taste good. The wine was quite good. To summarize briefly, I don't think the price-quality ratio is correct. 160 euros for a shared dinner where you didn't actually eat anything. The service did fine.

Very unusual dishes, but all delicious. The portions may seem small, but in total they are fine. Even if you are a big eater like me. A really great restaurant!

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was disastrous. We were forced to pass the dishes to the waitress, the food was served to the wrong people several times or the waitress had to ask who this food belonged to. To make matters worse, most of the food was cold, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. The highlight of it all, however, was the wait of over two hours for our main course. When we expressed our concern, it was acknowledged without comment. A disappointing experience that will certainly discourage us from visiting again.

I was there for the first time and certainly not the last. you could feel the atmosphere at the entrance, but everything was just a delicacy, the food was first class, as were the desserts, the service was very nice and professional in approaching the customer. I heartily recommend it

We opted for a hot and cold surprise sharing menu, where you get 2 x 5 delicious dishes per person. They take dietary requirements into account and offer a delicious alternative. The dishes are out of the box and have a delicious twist. It is definitely recommended to eat here. The staff is super friendly and exudes enthusiasm! A minus point, it is quite noisy and a bit on the dark side. But this does not detract from the atmosphere and the food. All in all… definitely worth a try here!

Ich würde 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir haben angerufen und auch noch sehr spät (fast halb 10) einen Tisch zum Essen bekommen. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam ohne überbemüht zu wirken. Wir wussten nicht worauf wir uns einließen, als wir das 4 Gänge Menü zum Teilen bestellten. Sonderwünsche, z.B. ohne Fisch, waren kein Problem. Das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse!! Unser Highlight: die Desserts. Einfach köstlich. Preis-Leistung absolut fair, alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung. Danke für den wunderschönen Abend 😊!

Heerlijk gegeten met grote groep collega's (25 personen). Gerechten waren lekker, veel aanbod (5 voor, hoofd en nagerechten), verrassende smaken, vriendelijke bediening en leuke sfeer! Kom hier zeker terug

Heel erg lekker en aparte gerechten gegeten. Het is meer dan voldoende! De service was helemaal prima en super vriendelijk. Ik vind het wel een beetje jammer dat ze zo gehaast overkwamen. De sfeer is warm en gezellig. Door de lange ruimte merk je niets van andere gasten. Al met al een super geslaagde gezellige en heerlijke avond.

Wie hatten gerade das Menu to Adore. Es war sehr lecker, aromatisch und alles frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die Atmosphäre gemütlich und elegant. Es war ein perfektes Essen zu einem guten Preis. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Eten was fantastisch, jammer dat onze bediening niet zo ervaren was. Wij vroegen om een witte port en de jongeman zei dat hij niet wist of die er was. Maar ging dit ook niet even navragen. Jammer. Ook werd er een verkeerd voorgerecht geserveerd, en dat werd wel weer rechtgetrokken, maar duurt toch weer langer. Wel een fijne avond gehad en heerlijk gegeten. Zeker een aanrader.

En de geweldige gastvrouw en haar team zorgen ervoor dat het je aan niets ontbreekt... van een overheerlijk drankje tot een vriendelijke glimlach en van uitstekende service en kwalitatief hoogstaande gerechtjes! Zeker tot een volgende keer! Jammer dat we niet nog meer sterren kunnen geven;-).
