Top restaurant with delicious, carefully prepared food. Service that knows what they are talking about and is exceptionally professional. Nice warm decor with plenty of space between the tables.

Had dinner at Nodi with friends last weekend. The pizza pieces as an appetizer, the bread with herb butter and the burrata starter were excellent. The red wine was delicious. The expectations for the main course were too high: Papperdelle with veal ragout. A mountain of papperdelle that had been soaked in some kind of bolognese sauce and where you could just make out small pieces of minced meat with the naked eye... Too bad!!! The service was absolutely good! The English-speaking employee was especially nice with a personal touch. We will come back after this first time to taste other dishes. The menu looked promising and we want to explore it again. Not 5 but 3 stars because of the main course.

This is a gem in Roermond. Price with very high quality and delivered by friendly and competent staff. Also a pleasant and cozy interior. You can definitely expect us next time. Greetings Richie

The 3-course dinner at Nodi was truly fantastic! The homemade flatbread was delicious. The starter, pasta with eel, truffle and langoustine sauce, was finger licking good. A very pleasant experience, not least thanks to our waiter who recommended great, matching wines - in Limburgish - and which were poured generously.

Delicious surprise menu. We had booked a hotel package with a 3-course dinner on the day of arrival. Restaurant is in the hotel. We could choose between fish or meat. It was really wonderful and we would love to come back again. It's really a pleasure to eat with you. Friendly and helpful staff, also very friendly with each other. Absolutely great.

We had dinner in this restaurant tonight, what immediately stands out is the overall decor of the hotel... very beautiful, upon entering the restaurant we were kindly welcomed and guided to the table. The atmosphere is good, father is in the kitchen with his son and the other son did the serving... mother came to help out one evening... which creates a casual and very hospitable atmosphere. The menu: very extensive, lots of choice of different dishes and side dishes, from a simple pasta to a tournedos... We were 6 people and we all had different dishes, each one was great! Nicely flavored and well presented, side dishes came in separate bowls/containers. You can even opt for 1 scoop of ice cream for dessert. In short, something for everyone, from big to small eaters! Only praise for this restaurant! Keep it up.

We have booked a package here with dinner in restaurant NODI, when we asked at what time we could dine, they let us know that the restaurant is on annual leave??? also they deduct the dinner from the booking but yes, if you If you book, you expect them to be able to fulfill this!!!

Last Saturday we had a larger group (12 people) here with the shared dining concept. Despite many dietary requirements, Nodi managed to surprise us in three courses with the most delicious dishes and an abundant choice. Everything was of top quality and it is also a very nice restaurant. Definitely recommended!

Acoustics are terrible when it is busier, making a pleasant conversation while eating very difficult. Food is fine but a bit on the more expensive side for what is offered. Staff is super friendly and correct.

We'll be back! The prices are a bit higher, but it's worth it!

Fantastic meal. I always enjoy the beautiful decor and the overall presentation from the staff to the dishes. Especially a lot of praise for the staff. Some staff members are so incredibly passionate and driven. They enjoy their work and they radiate that. That's something I don't see too often. I asked for wine advice and the young man in question took our wishes into account perfectly and also knew how to talk about it in a very entertaining way. We were all very impressed with it. A real talent in his profession!

This is not Italian, but maybe a parody? for Italian cuisine. For me it was American sheet, so just tasteless food.

Tough steak and little Italian influence on taste. Mediocre food for a lot of money. No one in our group of 5 people was enthusiastic.

We had the 3 course dinner, and it was really great. The people and the service were great too!

Delicious food. It took a little longer, but the men worked their butts off in a full restaurant. Burger was initially too red but was resolved well. All in all a very good experience.

Really friendly staff, and the food was very tasty and lots of it, for a good price! And super tasty wines. We opted for the surprise menu with fish and received several courses with different dishes.

Perfekter Service, Sensationelle Pasta! Ein echt tolles Restaurant

Heerlijke 3 gangen menu met echt Italiaanse smaak. De spaghetti met gamba en zee-egel was uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Wijnkaart klein maar zeer vriendelijk geprijst.

Een restaurant op “amerikaanse leest geschoeid”: te snelle bediening, personeel vooral engelstalig, eten middelmatig, sfeer in het restaurant: kil art deco. Het voorgerecht vonden we prima. Het hoofdgerecht (lasagne) vonden we ondermaats.

Goede bediening en heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs. Aanrader!

Heerlijk gegeten, lekker muziekje, fijne plek aan het raam met zicht op de Roer.

Voor het eerst aangeschoven bij Nodi in het Valies hotel. Wij werden hier oprecht blij! De inrichting was mooi, het uitzicht over de roer fantastisch. De bediening was enthousiast en het eten was echt lekker! Ook de Playlist konden we erg waarderen. Al met al, een top avond. Wij komen zeker terug.

Goeie sfeer, prima gegeten en meer dan top bediening. Bij sommige gerechten kwamen de beloofde smaken niet door (proefde geen munt en geen gember). Maar dat deed niet af, je proefde wel de passie van de chef! Ik raad m aan!

Restaurant Nodi gesitueerd in hotel Valies. Mooi ingericht restaurants. Vriendelijke bediening. Eten uitstekend. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal prima. Kortom heerlijk gegeten en genoten.

Laat ik voorop stellen dat het eten heel lekker was. Maar helaas, wat er fout kon gaan ging dan ook fout. Plat water werd water met bubbels. Het hoofdgerecht werd geserveerd voor het voorgerecht. Tot slot werd na ruim 2 uur voor 2 personen het verkeerde hoofdgerecht geserveerd. De heerlijke fles rode wijn voor bij het hoofdgerecht was toen helaas al leeg. NODI is pas sinds 2 weken geopend. Laat ik zeggen dat een aantal mensen nog een beetje moeten warm draaien. Oh, en slechts een totaal aantal van 5 steakmessen is voor een restaurant wel heel erg weinig. Na het voorgerecht werden die bij een andere tafel ingezet. Ook zou het fijn zijn dat er wat meer menukaarten beschikbaar zijn. Al met al een bijzondere ervaring en zeker een 2e bezoek waard zodra iedereen een beetje is warmgedraaid.

Top gegeten, originele gerechten en een uitgebreide kaart. Goede service en een sfeervolle inrichting. Aanrader!
