A three-course meal for €29.95 is very reasonable, and the dishes are delicious. The lovely ambiance and friendly staff made for a successful evening.

The food was ok, probably not worth the price. I found the consistency of the burger off-putting. Worst part was the service... Everyone was very nice, but the food took ages.

After a mediocre experience at Moeke's, I went in here and despite it being busy, I still managed to get a table and had a delicious meal with the good service as it should be!

It's a shame the fries are unsalted. Not even upon request. If you add them too late, for example, after they're already on the table, the salt won't stick to the fries. Otherwise, the service was very helpful and friendly.

I had to wait a bit too long for my first order (drinks), but after that, everything was excellent. Friendly and efficient service, excellent food for a reasonable price. I had the spare ribs (anniversary offer, unlimited for €25); I tried three flavors, all delicious and perfectly cooked and tender. Grat graphic design, Bad good. The design of the place is alluring, but the taste is just mediocre for the amount You pay. If You are a student with no money I do not recomend spending your few euros here.

We eat here regularly. The quality is excellent. And the price is good too. It costs around €50 per person, which is really affordable. The easiest place to park is at the Markt parking garage. From there, it's a short walk.

What a fantastic restaurant! I have a gluten allergy, and they really took that into account. Our hostess, Soraya, was incredibly helpful and such a friendly woman, a true asset to the restaurant. She made us feel truly welcome. The cuisine was nothing but praise. The satay was so fresh and delicious, and my husband and daughter absolutely loved the apple crumble; it was so fresh and not dry. In short, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon!

Had a lovely meal here with a social deal voucher. The 4-course menu was excellent and delicious at an affordable price. We received a warm welcome (wheelchair accessible) and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth it. It's a shame about the completely disinterested waitress who gave us the impression she wanted to be anywhere but here; everything was too much. Otherwise, the food was delicious and the atmosphere (surroundings) good. But I wouldn't come back here anytime soon; I didn't feel very welcome.

We had a three-course dinner. The food was good, and the service was friendly. What we found disappointing was the three-course dinner price. We read it was €29.95. When we paid, additional amounts were added. Later, we saw that the surcharge was shown in small numbers. €5 extra for salmon, €2 for cappuccino, and €2 for sweet potato fries. We find that misleading/a mistake. Then raise the price a bit. But don't charge more. Very disappointing. My husband and I won't be back.

Nice atmosphere with big windows looking out over the Beestenmarkt a lively spot with great history. The place is nicely decorated and feels fairly clean, though you can tell a lot of guests have passed through. We were greeted by a friendly waitress, but service was on the slow side. Food portions were solid; some sauces missed the mark, but nothing major. Good seating, and overall, I had a great time

I can recommend the set menu, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert. It's €30. You can choose between six dishes for each course. Individual dishes are about €10-15 more expensive. Everything is perfect here. The service is very friendly. The price/performance ratio is very good. I'm on vacation in Amsterdam and ended up here by chance for the first time. I came back a day later, especially for the occasion.

We came on a Monday where they usually don't have lots of people, so the service was good and fast. The food wasn't very expensive but not very cheap either, and it came pretty quick . I was planning on taking photos, but it looked so good that I completely forgot to do so😂 The lady helping us was very sweet and helpful, we tired her a bit but she didn't complain or show any signs of tiredness at all. Honestly it was a magnificent experience, and I urge you to come here, and you should definitely order the ribs

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food delivery is the slowest I’ve seen in the Netherlands. It feels like you’re sitting in an old Soviet cafeteria, hardly any food choices, and they take forever on purpose just to make you hungrier. Then they ask you multiple times if you want a tiny 150 ml drink that costs three times more than in the store. Just avoid it. Not worth your time or money.

Food was mediocre and service downright bad. It started with the first drink dying out and a girl brought the drinks with a face as if she was forced to work here. She could not hold the tray with one hand, so she placed it on the head of the table and passed the drinks across the table. This was no different when the starter was finished and then the wait for the main course was extremely long and when it arrived it was served in the same way again. When someone from the group accidentally knocked over her glass, we hoped that someone would come to dry it, but no, one of the children went to the counter to say that a glass had fallen over and was given a stack of napkins to dry it. When the staff came back to the table, they asked (which shouldn't have been necessary) if they wanted to put a cloth over it to prevent sticking, which was done with a stormy face on their face and they just left the wet napkins behind when clearing the main course. I was asked if I had enjoyed it, I replied with there was something to complain about, and before I could say what, the girl disappeared again without asking what then. Then I ordered dessert and that also took a very long time and then after about After asking 40 minutes to see if the dessert was ready, they finally brought it up, but of course there was 1 dessert too little. They would arrange that, but that took more than 15 minutes, so the rest of the group had already finished their dessert when I was served mine. Very unprofessional. Then I sat for at least 50 minutes after dining without anyone being at the table to ask if we wanted anything. In the end, we went to the restaurant ourselves. I went to the counter to pay and just returned home with screeching tires. A tip for the owner, in addition to all those 16 year old girls with no catering experience, add a few good people who can manage those girls and teach them how things should be in the catering industry. And to start with, teach them to help customers with a smile Was the last time there for a while

After the first round of ribs, we clearly ordered a second round with specific flavors, which the server noted. After waiting half an hour it turned out that our order had not gone through and we had to order again. This resulted in a long waiting time and not everyone was able to eat well. Excellent, smooth and friendly service! A big 10. Only the three-course menu is too meager. Very well made indeed! But not that many choices actually. No option to choose anything else. For sweet potatoes you have to pay separately. Actually it should be free. A 9 as a number. That vegetarian dish (see photo) was great!

Service very slow with everything, but had plenty of time to talk to each other. Everything took a long time!!! They could say sorry, but that didn't always make things different! We canceled dessert because it took a long time. Fries were just cooked in French, but not crispy, which is a pity, we are used to better from the Beren

We regularly eat at one of the bear restaurants with our 7-year-old daughters. Today in Delft. The service was really substandard, it took a really long time for drinks to be taken and after that for an hour and a half we were not asked once if we wanted something to drink. The bread board did not arrive so we asked, once it was ready the main course arrived after 1 minute and the waitress wanted to take the bread board back with it half touched. Spare ribs, ketjap, cornstarch/flour can be tasted in the ketjap marinade. Fries not crispy and pale. The daughter's ice creams did not arrive either, but they left and were reported at checkout. We will skip these bears next time.

Kindergerecht in twee delen, kip was op. Geen bestek op tafel, dus vragen en dan nog incompleet op tafel. Afruimen duurt erg lang. Dessert incompleet geserveerd en onvolledig. Daarnaast zeer smerige toiletten en de naweeën van het menu van iemand anders. Per uur gereinigd? Staat er dan, nou echt niet. De eerste en laatste keer Beren, bah!!!

Ate here yesterday. A tray of drinks was thrown over my coat, bags, and chair while I was going to the toilet. No apologies were offered. I had to clean my chair and table myself with a napkin. My coat, scarf and (newly purchased) items are badly ruined. Then we waited a very long time for our food. When we wanted to leave, there were still no apologies and we had to pay the entire bill. Not recommended!

The food taste like canteen food. V average taste. Vegetables are only half cooked and soggy. Be aware when you say yes to the waitresses suggestions to get pepper sauce or cream etc. They charge them all extra.

The food was good, nice and hot, well seasoned and tasty. You had to approach someone for a drink, which wasn't really easy.

The food was tasty but average, but the service and atmosphere were appalling. Starting with the very tight table placement, where you have to wiggle the person behind you to even get in your place. The waiting time for every interaction with the staff was incredibly long. Very disappointed in the way we were treated here.

Tasty food for a reasonable price

Teveel tafels, je zat bovenop elkaar en kon de gesprekken volgen van je buren. Goed zicht op de keuken en waren te weinig mensen aan het werk. We hebben ruim een uur moeten wachten op een burger en saté. Porties erg klein en peperduur. Voor een plakje cheddarkaas extra betaal je 1,50. Broodje vooraf besteld, maar nooit gekomen, ook niet toen we er nogmaals om vroegen. Drankjes konden we niet erbij bestellen, want er liep te weinig personeel en de tent zat vol. Bediening wel vriendelijk, ze doen hun best, maar voor ons was het de laatste keer. Er zijn veel betere restaurants in Delft.

Nice atmosphere. Good service. Dinner is fine. With a few small adjustments in the preparation it becomes really good. I had the crispy spicy chicken. Lots of chicken and vegetables, but I would have liked less sauce. My companion had the grilled salmon. This had really been in the oven for too long, quite dry. Starter and dessert were great!

The decor of the restaurant is nice, the service is friendly and quick and you are asked a few times if everything is to your liking. The food is also excellent, I enjoyed a schnitzel and an extra portion of fries was no problem at all! Highly recommended!

We hadden om 17.30 uur gereserveerd op een woensdagavond. Bij voorgerecht bleek 1 gerecht koud, duurde eeuwig voor het opnieuw kwam, de rest had het allang op...hoofdgerecht is 1 portie friet nooit gekomen, hebben er direct om gevraagd maar is gewoon daarna nooit meer alsnog geleverd. Toetjes is nooit de bestelling voor opgenomen want er kwam gewoon geen personeel meer naar ons toe. Ja het was druk, drukker dan verwacht, maar dan plaats je toch geen nieuwe mensen meer die niet vantevoren hebben gereserveerd. Helaas eerder met een high tea hier ook een zeer slechte dus dit is nu echt de laatste keer.

Cozy quiet atmosphere, friendly staff food was excellent Spareribs deliciously cooked so that the meat almost fell off by itself, steak (medium) and spicy crispy chicken/burgers were delicious. Despite crowds and understaffing (which can happen if 20+ students suddenly arrive), the food was delivered quite quickly. (Also received apologies when leaving that it took a little longer) Highly recommended and better than the other bear restaurants Ps, Advantage for animal lovers, your dog is also welcome

I ate here while visiting my son . Most important they were open on Monday which not so many places appeared to be. We variously had the unlimited spare ribs, chocked and pork satay and tenderloin tips. All were super tasty. The waitress were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient and no pressure

Nice restaurant in Delft located in a nice square, friendly staff and top food were very satisfied, the ambience inside is very nice, you can even see into the kitchen, and you know what you are doing, very tasty food.
