The food is super expensive for students, and it’s unhealthy. 80% fried stuff. Or highly processed vegan options (what happened to simple cooked veggies or pasta or potatoes???). A lot of fast food you can also get at the food stalls at the campus. Staff is super slow sometimes. Atmosphere is ok, but very loud.

I genuinely think this is the worst pastry let alone brownie I’ve ever had in my life. It can’t even be washed down by the disgusting “coffee”.

In the last half year, the food options have become better and healthier! The selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes increased and has become tastier. The prices are still not student-friendly, but I'm already happy with the better selection and taste!

The food is very tasty and of high quality, and for eating in a restaurant not at all expensive. Still, for a student budget it is not very wallet-friendly, which is not ideal, as it is one of the very few options to get food in the area. It is basically a luxurious university cafetaria.

Became more and more expensive, rude staff

Expensive and less and less choice. Always healthy (vegetarian) options and tasty hot meals, good sandwiches, etc., but all this not for student prices. Better than most eateries on the Uithof. There are many seating areas, but it is often noisy, so not always ideal for studying.

Delicious food for students and visitors to Utrecht University

Very expensive for what you get, plus there are often completely random combinations of foods that don't lead to a coherent dish. And rarely a tasty stew or something like that. And as mentioned before: not suitable for allergies.

Nice environment and stuff, but expensive. Main meal costs 5,39! Prices and instructions are in Dutch and can't be easily understood.

Compared to the student canteens I remember... not so much. Quite expensive and the selection is adequate for students, so there is not much to choose from. The atmosphere and decor are pleasant.

Excellent place to have a hot meal in a quite spot

A combination of a restaurant and canteen of a university. A good place to have a informal lunch or dinner and the choice of food is relative large. The price is normal but higher then one would expect from a university canteen. The food is of good quality.

Lots of choice and excellent quality food. Also many vegetarian or vegan options available. Prices are reasonable. Only the number of seats is far too small around lunchtime.

The food is reasonable, typical Sodexo, the prices are actually too high, but that never changes.

You can eat here cheaper than you would buy it yourself. You choose your own food and your plate is weighed at the cash register.

Much choice. Everything is fresh, or at least tastes fresh. The staff is very friendly. I always look forward to Monday lunch.
