Genuinely and intensely disappointed in the poor service. Communication with the customer is practically non-existent. If you provide catering for events, parties, and celebrations as a company, I assume proper communication is part of that? Pressment to transfer money “on time” is possible every minute of the day, but on the day itself when the food is supposed to be delivered, no one answers the phone. Showing up 5 hours late resulted in many guests going home with empty stomachs... In the end, we took the food we could possibly still sell to our guests and asked for compensation for the rest. That didn't go smoothly either... but we eventually got it, fortunately. Once this mistake is made repeatedly, it seems like a deliberate choice to treat people this way. (Let's not forget the incident at the wedding, for that matter). And having to pay your employees, or making them wait months for their salary... oh no! Anyway, there are many stories and, in my opinion, excuses accompanying the conversation, and constantly playing the victim and pointing fingers at everyone but yourself; I'm not buying it. Honestly admitting your mistakes will get you far in life. If you want to TAKE AWAY a meal, go for it! But order catering and have it delivered, save yourself the time and money! Anyway, Thanks for the compensation anyway, because that was the only positive part of this whole situation.

The food was delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about! The best in the Utrecht area! Compliments to the kitchen staff! The service, however, was poor and rude! Delivery took at least 1.5 hours. While you normally called politely if it was taking longer, you didn't think it was necessary last time. Because we had called angrily after 2.5 hours to ask where our order was, you didn't think it was necessary to call to tell us that a dish couldn't be delivered for this reason with our last order. After calling (the first few times they deliberately didn't answer because the lady on the phone knew it was us, seriously...), they started cursing. She wasn't talking to me, but to the kitchen staff... Money was stapled to the bag, and we should have smelled it. Improve your service and communication, because the food is definitely not the problem!

I've been waiting for my food for two hours now and still haven't received anything. I also don't dare call anymore because I get a huge waffel on the phone.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. After waiting an hour and a half, no food. Finally, I called and, after a discussion, the order was canceled. I requested a refund from Thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd contacted the company, and they said the food had been delivered and we even received extras. What liars! What a pathetic company. Lying for a few tens of euros. BAD BAD BAD!

Roti besteld, duurde erg lang voor het bezorgd werd. Daarnaast was het eten heel vettig van te veel olie. Mijn man en ik waren de volgende dag allebei ziek.

Altijd goeie BBQ en kwalitatief de beste

Heerlijke kip gegeten en als kers op de taart is de eigenaresse ook nog eens onwijs lief en oprecht. Ik kom zeker terug!!!

Gewoon goed eten. Heerlijke Surinaamse barbecue vlees ik waan me gewoon in suriname

2,5 uur gewacht op mijn eten terwijl er aan werd gegeven dat het binnen 30-50 min bezorgd zou worden. Jammer. Eten was verder ok alleen wel aardig koud aangekomen.

Serieus grote bakken flink warme, heerlijk gekruide bami met zuurgoed, peper álles 💚 Precies zoals het hoort! Bakabana’s heet & knapperig vers uit de frituur. Alles precies op de afgesproken tijd bezorgd. Wat een ontdekking! Wij zijn fan 🤗 Oh, en schappelijk geprijsd ook nog!
