I've often walked past Entrepot and finally dined there one evening. The vegetarian chef's menu was truly delicious! Great service and a lovely atmosphere.

A wonderful restaurant with exceptionally flavorful dishes and a good vegetarian menu. The kitchen offers one set menu per evening but is flexible with allergies or other restrictions. The dishes were deliciously flavorful, with a strong focus on vegetables and served with a delicious sauce. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. The food is very innovative and delicious, full of different and innovative flavors. We ordered the four courses and it was more than enough. The service is very friendly and pleasant. Keep in mind that service takes time; plan at least two hours for the entire experience. As a bonus, the atmosphere is quite noisy.

Last night I dined at the Entrepot pop-up restaurant at 't Nieuwe Diep with my parents. My mother is currently on a rather complex diet due to intestinal issues, but the team handled it smoothly and with great care. They were cooking at an external location, which made adapting the menu even more challenging, but it still went smoothly. Everything was delicious, the service was friendly, and the setting, by the water and under the trees, was beautiful. In short: a relaxing and wonderful evening!

The courses were great but nothing was quite spectacular, although I enjoyed the inclusion of different flavors like leek. I will say the dessert was quite delicious and I’m not a fan of strawberry myself.

Very refined food, cozy atmosphere and service is super nice. We were with a large group of 10 people. Everything was served neatly at the same time. The only point for improvement is that more wine could have been served 😊 it tasted excellent with the food served.

Simply sensational. The menu is a delight for the palate. A feast for the eyes, too. No mass, just absolute CLASS‼️‼️‼️ There's a reasonable wait between courses.

Good food but way to long waittime between dishes

Been to this place a few times in the past years. My husband is a big fan. The past two visits this year have been quite disappointing. The food used to be beautiful, refined, and well balanced. Lately the food was bland and lacked the refinement I was used to find here. Something was off. The service is good and the place is beautiful, but the food is not making it for me anymore.

We decided to go with the 5-course chef’s menu, trusting that the chef would bring out the best of each dish. The dining space is open and spacious, yet still feels cozy and welcoming. The restaurant is located in a quiet area, and we were lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the entrance, which made things even more convenient. One of the highlights of the evening was the staff. They were friendly, smiley, and seemed genuinely happy to be there — it created a warm, relaxed vibe that we really appreciated. The non-alcoholic drink options were quite limited. We had to ask, and the staff just listed what they had. It would be a great idea to introduce a special seasonal house drink for guests who prefer not to have alcohol with their meal. Most of the dishes were well-prepared. One of them included lamb with turnip — the lamb was good, just a bit chewy, but the turnip had a strong bitter taste that didn’t quite work for us. The asparagus was full of flavor. However, we found that the zeekraal (samphire) on top was a bit too much and didn’t pair well with the asparagus. But that’s just our personal taste — so don’t take it at face value; you might enjoy it more than we did. Our favorite dish of the evening was the fresh halibut. There was no fishy taste or smell at all — just clean, fresh, and super tasty. The dessert was also light and refreshing, a great way to end the meal. If we had to point out one downside, it would be the pacing. We spent almost 3 hours at the table for 5 courses, which felt a bit too long.

Man muss wissen, wo es liegt - und reservieren! Originelles Lokal in ehemaligem Lagerhaus, Tische mit gutem Abstand, sodass man sich gut verständigen kann. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung, hervorragende, originelle, frische Küche und gute Weinauswahl. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal da und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

What a nice place to eat. Nice industrial decor. Food was very good. The wines are also tasty but pricey. The service was top notch. Good explanation of the dishes and also knowledge of the wines.

It was very noisy in the open dining room. The toilets were anything but clean. The service was very "present". It was quite tasty food, but the portions were very small. After the 4-course menu I was still really hungry. When I told the owner this when he asked if everything was okay, he indicated that I could get something extra for an additional fee. We paid €120 per person with a party of 6! Very inappropriate.

I went on the recommendation of a friend...and I was not wrong. I ate a la carte because I don't have much dinner and I let the waitress, who was certainly charming, advise me and she was completely right. I had a leek starter which was delicious and a turbot for main. It's a shame I couldn't handle dessert...I'll leave it for my next visit. The wine is also very good and the bread is very delicious. In addition, the atmosphere and decoration are very very pleasant! I recommend it 100%

This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. Great selection of wines, friendly and professional staff and incredible food. I had a vegan menu and I have never had something so creative and delicious.

Menu in 5 steps + a bottle of Burgundy red. Great. I have no other words. Unrivaled value for money in this capital. The 2 starters we had (one with leeks and the other with sea bream) were beyond all expectations; play on textures, subtlety of tastes, everything was there. The dish was perfectly mastered, special mention for the spinach which can convince the most reluctant of this vegetable. Slight disappointment with dessert but simply because I don't like coffee. Go there with your eyes closed, it’s a success for sure!

La comida era realmente excelente y excepcionalmente buena relación calidad-precio. Los cuatro teníamos el menú de cuatro platos a 54 € por cabeza (la mitad de lo que podría ser en Londres con este tipo de calidad). Para mí lo más destacado fue el crujiente bouche de diversión vegetal con una salsa para mojar y el increíble venado con paté de alcachofa de Jerusalén y una salsa de Oporto. Pero en realidad los dos entrantes vegetarianos y el postre de ganache de chocolate también fueron sorprendentemente buenos. No había otra parte de la comida que no fuera de primera clase. Volveríamos como un tiro si nuestras otras noches en Amsterdam no estuvieran ya contadas (donde la comida será infinitamente menos buena) Así que tendrá que ser la próxima vez, tristemente.

In een fijne ambiance, ondanks de grote van het pand voelde het warm aan en was akoestiek goed, heerlijk a-la carte - gegeten - edelhert en wilde zeebaars (top!) en een chocolade ganarche. Fijne attente bediening en prettig om gewoon water op tafel te krijgen…..

Vegetarian dishes were the star, real natural and unique flavors. Service was great and really kind personnel. The place is really cozy, a bit away from the tourist places which I found great.

Two couples, four courses, at Entrepot. A pleasant experience. The evening started with an amuse, followed by a dish with so-called 'vegetable compost' and invisible mashed potatoes – so refined that we wondered if it was even there. This was followed by a yellow beet, elegant and simple, but above all not too much. Expertly avoiding the buckshot of the shotgun, we were allowed to eat a fine piece of wild duck. The dessert, a sorbet with apple crumble and things, ended the meal on fresh notes. All in all: a great meal and within the desired time. Although our stomachs turned it into an afterparty... Perhaps a little too adventurous with that vegetable compost? But hey, a little risk is part of fine dining, right?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for Entrepot! Great location away from the touristy area, beautiful room, excellent service, interesting wine list, and creative food. Slow paced meal made for great catch up time with an old friend and a night to remember.

Due to circumstances, we were invited again at the expense of Entrepot. This was again a perfect evening with excellent service. The service provides personal attention and extensive knowledge of the dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Un poco lejos del centro / las multitudes y turistas, pero nada está lejos. 52 Euro 4 - menú degustación de platos fue fantástico y flexible para una persona pescetariana / sin gluten como yo. Recomiendo encarecidamente ir por esta ruta y simplemente llamar a cualquier preferencia dietética, tantas cosas en el menú y difícil de entender / imaginar ya que son muy creativos y utilizan ingredientes únicos locales. Grandes vinos. Gran servicio. Gran ambiente / espacio industrial chic. Reserva con antelación.

The food was excellent and we enjoyed how many flavors have been interpreted in a creative and beautiful way. And we must also say that we found the chairs to be very comfortable! The atmosphere was very special, somewhat calm and intimate because there is a lot of space, yet also gezellig. The service was really good too.

Simply fantastic. Great food, vibes and atmosphere. Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, staying for 4 hours until closing with the staff not minding one bit. The wine pairings and suggested digestive with my dessert were fantastic too. Catered well to my pescatarian diet.

This is the second time I am visiting and it was even better than the first. Menu is super creative and tasty. Using local and seasonal vegetables in unexpected combinations resulting in flavorful and textured dishes. We tried the 5 dishes chef menu and it did not disappoint. Stuff is fun and helpful and the wine pairings were really successful. This is a fine dining restaurant so price matches the category but if you are looking for a fine dining experience I definitely recommend.

It is actually still possible to eat good and delicious food in Amsterdam if you do not make a reservation a week in advance. We could have easily found this spot the same day! The restaurant is located in a very nice neighborhood. We arrived there at 6pm and there were already quite a few people there. We chose the 4-course menu. We received a nice amuse-bouche on the house beforehand. Unfortunately I only took a few photos (which is also a good sign). But the dishes were delicious! Although the first dish was not entirely our favorite (including broad beans), the other three dishes made up for it completely. Fresh products and bold (successful) flavor combinations. The main course was delicious tender lamb. We were well advised on the wines. In any case, the staff was incredibly friendly! Recommended!

It’s okay but considering chef menu level, there was not really much wow factor

I don’t want to mention about the ambiance and the design of the restaurant because we all know this place so amazing beautiful with chilled and welcoming people and atmosphere. And I have to say entrepôt is becoming one of my favourites in Amsterdam because the food and extensive wine list!!!! I went their with a friend and we both fell in love with Entrepôt. We chose 5 courses menus which contained 3 starters, 1 main, and one dessert. We found every each dish that brought to us are innovative but absolutely delicious, delicate and delightful. The dishes were chosen non-normal ingredients but all blended and completely combined so well and got our memories !!! If I can give one more star is for the sourdough bread they have. I can say this is the best sourdough bread in Amsterdam. Oh!!!! And one more start for the main - lam - it’s the best lamb I have in my life.

A hidden gem, while it lasts. Had the five-course menu, highly recommended. Each and every one of them, exquisite! Dishes that you cannot simply recreate at home. Made with care and attention and beautiful proportions, not too small. Four courses will keep you full, luckily there is plenty of time between courses. We start at 7:30-10:30 PM. The waiters are all knowledgeable and the atmosphere among the staff is good, they are well attuned to each other and there is a friendly atmosphere. What is also particularly nice is that the music is not too loud, so that it is easy to have a conversation. In addition, it is noticeable that the tables are nice and far apart, there is air and space. Oh yes, what I also really appreciate is that there is plain tap water on the table and that it is silently refilled in a timely manner. I recommend a table near the kitchen. It's a pleasure to watch. I currently think this is the best restaurant in Amsterdam.

Wij hadden het viergangen verrassingsmenu. Het eerste gerecht, zeebaars, rauw opgediend in stukes als een soort ceviche was erg lekker. Dat gold ook voor alle volgende gerechten, gnocci, lam en lemon, al vond mijn vrouw alles te intens. Minimaal één gerechtje had wat minder gekund, om het product zelf iets beter te proeven. Minpuntje voor mij was dat groente groendeels ontbrak.Het restaurant is ruim met veel attent en aardig personeell. Een verademing in deze tijd.

Our first dinner in Amsterdam and it was excellent. We chose the 4 course menu for 52 euros. It was a great value and delicious. It’s in a modern, airy space where tables are spread out so you can hear your dinner partner. More locals than tourists (which we are) so that’s a good sign.

Service zoals je mag verwachten van een beter restaurant - eten daarentegen viel erg tegen voor deze prijs. Een paar interessante en goed smakende gerechten, bereidingen waren perfect. Echter, een reerugfilet met wortel in april is sowieso een misser - begrijp met niet verkeerd, perfect gegaard en een mooi stuk vlees - maar dit voelt toch meer als een herfst gerecht. Bovendien: veel en veel te veel zout! In plaats van goed grof zeezout leek er wel fijn zout gebruikt. Als er vervolgens een ober aangeeft dat gerechten in het restaurant hoog op smaak zijn, dan hebben hij en de chef de plank misgeslagen. Het voorgaande gerecht had dezelfde ervaring van onze tafel. Het is niet normaal als je 5 glazen water bij een gang moet wegdrinken omdat het te zout is. Al met al: mooi restaurant, duidelijk geïnspireerd door NOMA en scandinavian haute cuisine (o.a. jonge spartopjes in een voorgerecht), maar onze ervaring deze keer was het geld (69 euro voor 6 gangen zonder wijn) niet waard. Voor deze prijs zijn er in Amsterdam vele betere smakende opties. Zeer goede wijnkaart, dat wel.

Service as you would expect from a better restaurant - food, on the other hand, was very disappointing for this price. Some interesting and good tasting dishes, preparations were perfect. However, a venison fillet with carrot in April is a miss anyway - don't get it wrong, perfectly cooked and a nice piece of meat - but this still feels more like an autumn dish. Moreover: way, way too much salt! Instead of good coarse sea salt, fine salt seemed to be used. If a waiter then indicates that dishes in the restaurant are highly flavored, then he and the chef have missed the point. The previous dish had the same experience of our table. It is not normal if you have to drink 5 glasses of water during a meal because it is too salty. All in all: beautiful restaurant, clearly inspired by NOMA and Scandinavian haute cuisine (including young fir tops in a starter), but our experience this time was not worth the money (69 euros for 6 courses without wine). For this price there are many better tasting options in Amsterdam. Very good wine list, though.

Fantastic dining experience! Superbly cooked food served with care and dedication to flavour and quality served on a relaxed dining hall where industrial shiek meets the showmanship and production of talented people doing their art to the highest levels. Highly recommend making a pilgrimage here any time you are in the Amsterdam area.

Excellent wines and service. The place is lovely, but we were disappointed with the food. We had a six course menu and unfortunately didn't like any of courses :( The first and second course were very similar to each other and nothing special (first one was an onion, which we thought was an odd choice). We found the raw fish too strong flavour wise and difficult to finish. The shrimp cake was too salty and not pleasant to eat (again, the flavour was not our thing). The meat was ok, but some of us found the flavours too strong. Our friends barely ate it. The dessert was a little disappointing too: the combination of chocolate and artichoke could have been interesting, but the artichoke was way too present. I chose the place because I had eaten there before and the food was nice (a la carte) - maybe we were just very unlucky this time?

What we liked: - good value for money (we took the 5 course menu) - nice open wine selection - nice casual style, open kitchen - interesting courses to taste What could be improved: - we were all missing a ‚wow, this is great dish‘ - it was all solid, experimental, but nothing where I would have asked for doing the course once again But all in all, great experience, definitely worth it.

This restaurant boasts a fantastic atmosphere. Our party opted for a menu filled with surprising and tasty dishes. At times it seemed that the service struggled to keep up, as there were some delays in raking orders. Despite this, the staff's expertise, especially regarding wine selections, contributed significantly to our enjoyable dining experience.

Great place. Wonderful service. Food is a surprise and tastes good. The only big disadvantage are the shifts. We were told: 'we really need your table now, you can get coffee at the bar'. That's not very nice and maybe a reason for us not to come back.

Great executed dishes. Inventive menu, but not everything was tasting great. Celeriac Roti was still hard. Some underwhelming flavors in other dishes too. Nice location, interesting wine selection with hit or miss bio wines.

Best service I’ve ever had in Amsterdam and I used to live here. Went with my mother and we both had a wonderful meal. She had the himachi and the cod, I had brassica and hare and the pear & algae sponge cake. Great wines, terrific sourdough. Highly recommended if you value ingredients, creativity and taste over quantity.

This is a fabulous restaurant with impeccable service and extremely well prepared food. We visited on Christmas Eve so we had a fixed menu, and it may not be representative. What I can say is that this cuisine is not for everyone! It was extremely unusual for us, and I don't think it was because it was traditional dutch. It was almost in the realm of "experimental"! But again, amazingly conceived and executed with attentive formal service in a modern and lively setting. I give it a 5 because it was extraordinary, but none of the 6 of us actually liked the meal. Hope this helps!

Heerlijk gegeten met vrienden! Er hangt een fijne sfeer in het restaurant. De Service was top en heerlijke wijnen. Het personeel kon ons veel vertellen over de wijntjes die bij het eten gereserveerd werden. Ze dachten ook goed mee over van te voren doorgegeven allergieën. De chef kwam persoonlijk naar onze tafel om te vertellen wat er op ons bord lag, echt heel leuk! Tom is echt de beste chef uit Amsterdam!! Komen zeker nog een keer terug.
