Save yourself the disappointment. Take away pizza - not sliced and burnt. Manager told us this is normal and didn’t want to change or refund. So this is normal FYI. Another worker was more reasonable and gave us a refund. They said they must take the pizza and didn’t offer to replace it so that’s the standard I guess 😆

We got takeout pizza. The pizzas were surprisingly tasty. Especially the funghi, which actually turned out to be a vegetable pizza. But having pizzas delivered uncut when there isn't a single knife to be found in the hotel rooms is, of course, very strange and impractical.

Very meager salad; for 15.50 you REALLY should expect more. A few tomatoes, a tiny bit of sauce, feta in the middle—that was the only thing that was large on the plate. There was really very little lettuce on the plate and a small piece of baguette. Really insufficient for the price. Very disappointing. They also didn't ask if it tasted good or if everything was to our liking.

The food is really not recommended. And certainly not for those prices. The wild mushroom pasta tasted like plain pasta. The sauce was tasteless, and you really have to search for a tiny piece of mushroom in the pasta. On top of that, the pizzas aren't exactly greasy either. A frozen pizza is much better. The location is very beautiful, though, but that's not what you come for.

Since they switched to a different concept, we are really disappointed. Both the pasta and the pizza seemed pre-made with some extra toppings and were quite tasteless. It is a real shame; we enjoy visiting the Lake Resort, but from now on we will choose to cook ourselves or enjoy a nice meal at Moto at the Safari Resort.

The restaurant was downright filthy. Tables were only cleaned superficially, meaning you weren't allowed to touch them or your skin would stick to them. The service was fast and friendly. The food was undeniably tasty and was brought to the table quickly.

Stay away. We ordered 2 pasta dishes and a pizza for the little one. It was all tasteless and hopeless. The pasta dishes were not visible because of the mountain of arugula salad it was drowned in. Nice location. But everything called taste and quality is at the bottom.

Ordered a drink on the terrace during children's entertainment. Ordering and paying is only possible via the app. Then had to wait quite a long time. The beer was lukewarm. The wine was the same, and for €6.50 it was served in a water glass... very poor service for such a price. Additionally, the rest of the tables were full of empty glasses and the wait staff just walked past with an empty tray.

1 word: worthless and never again. The so-called people who are supposed to manage the rest of the staff cannot speak Dutch and has to manage the Dutch people; what is that about? This is the Netherlands, not ...... Food expensive, okay, that’s possible. Pizza in the oven way too long, completely black and burnt. Furthermore, far too little staff; those walking around are running their legs off. And then sitting at the table for 2 hours and asking if we can get something to eat is not possible because there is no reservation, even though another colleague indicated that this wasn't necessary. When you then point out that this makes no sense at all The so-called manager doesn't feel safe and sends a security guard after us; what a disgrace. Maybe go have a chat with this man to see if he is even suitable for this job. So, in other words, never again, and as a tip: Go to Nommos or Moto The service is much better there and the staff is friendly

The food tastes good, however, the portions are very small and the food is not warm. It is a real shame, as we ate here several times a year ago and the food was perfect back then. Given the limited menu options, this really should have been much better. After reporting this to the restaurant manager, he compensated us as best he could and indicated that he would address this and improve it as soon as possible. Let's hope so.

Dinner. The food was lukewarm. Not special and too little. Price-quality ratio downright poor. The service is downright bad. Very long wait. The food arrived before the drinks! We had to ask for them ourselves during the meal. The staff is slow and inefficient. Conclusion: not worth repeating. Too expensive and poor service.

I wanted to order a drink at the bar while waiting for my pizza (takeaway). The bartender said he was too busy and that I should order outside using the QR code... NO SERVICE! - TIME: July 20, 2026 - 5:30 PM - It doesn't matter much if everything is beautiful, but there's no understanding of the customers. I won't be going there again. ADDENDUM regarding the pizza: The taste was okay, but it was very overpriced for a mid-range frozen product.

A modern building with awesome Ambiente during dawn. Incredible to see the sun going down over the water. Although, it was not crowded and few drinks and meals had to be served outside the cleanness outside was .. Limited. This was not really totally bad, but taking into account the price structure it's not matching.

We saw the bad reviews, so we didn't dare eat here. It's a lovely place for drinks, so we ordered a cocktail with a charcuterie board. We thought, "Nothing can go wrong with a charcuterie board…" In the end, we got an incredibly nasty and salty cheese with the board. The board consisted of a few slices of Serrano ham, countless cubes of the same cheese, and olives. All this for 12 euros! Definitely don't order it, it's a waste of money..

Unfortunately, extremely disappointing. High expectations. The waiter was top-notch, a cheerful, friendly gentleman; 1 star for him, and 1 for the fine starters. Unfortunately, regarding the main courses, the pasta was tasteless, pasta fungi without fungi, raw fries, and bones in the sea bass—dangerous! Too bad... 2 stars for the effort and the friendly waiter.

Ordered pizza via the app. We had to wait another 5 minutes because it wasn't ready yet, but they politely let us know on their own initiative. The pizza is tasty, with a thin crust and well-toppings. Lovely to eat indoors in 36 degrees!

We had to wait an hour and a half for our order and the food was mediocre. Additionally, a mistake was made on the bill and the food was too expensive for the quality (the pizza crust was not tasty). The service was friendly, but there was a lot of English-speaking staff which made communication more difficult. Eventually, as an apology for the long wait, they removed our starters from the bill, which was nice. All in all, not a great experience.

Although very busy with a lot of noise (kids), the service was reasonable to good. Our food arrived after about 30 minutes, which is not quick but good enough. People were really nice. The food was good. Our kids could go to sleep at a normal time. We had diner twice here.

Ouch, this wasn't good. The Vitello Tonnato starter was stale / old meat with a tube of mayonnaise squirted over it (sent back, but removed from the bill). The main course, a pasta, was overcooked, and had very little sauce. And all this for quite a hefty price.

Don't expect real Italian pizzas or pastas, but if you like Domino's, then this is fine.

What a mess it was here. The staff were running themselves ragged. One person was busy welcoming people, serving, cutting pizza, and doing everything at the same time. The pizza itself was decent but didn't seem fully cooked. The pasta was very bland and tasted like nothing. Very disappointing.

Don't bother. We came on our last night of our holiday.....waited 10 minutes to be seated, then sat 25 minutes for us not to be acknowledged, no drinks or food order taken. We ended up walking out. They are obviously understaffed and some staff not pulling their weight whilst others run around like headless chickens.

Frozen pizza and overcooked pasta, definitely not an Italian restaurant. The staff was friendly, though, and the location was beautiful.

Scandalous! Ordered pizzas for 7 pm. Finally received them at 8:30 pm. 70 euros for 3 pizzas and 1 kid's version is pretty expensive. Because, sorry, a cardboard box with tomato puree and some salami, that's not food. No explanation, no apology. Way too expensive, not tasty. And our money, well...

Stay away from here; in short, screaming children as background music, and a 1.50 wait for our food, which was also below all standards. We left more than half of it; it was simply inedible. (Pasta and burger)

We went for dinner at Labadi, located in the beautiful Ganvie Village. The location and ambiance look very atmospheric, but unfortunately, the food and service were somewhat disappointing. We had made a reservation in advance for 6:15 PM, which is really necessary because full is full. However, we were not escorted to our table until around 6:35 PM. It seemed as though the manager had to do everything himself: clearing tables, taking orders, and guiding guests. As a result, it did not appear very efficiently organized. Additionally, the menu was apparently still new, as the staff did not recognize some of the dishes on the menu very well themselves. That did not really give a professional impression. In terms of food, we absolutely did not recommend the Pasta Penne; it was very tasteless. The pizzas were fine in themselves, but nothing special. Furthermore, we found the prices quite high. For two small pastas, mozzarella sticks, and one pizza, we ended up spending about €110. In short: nice location and cozy atmosphere, but in terms of service, organization, and value for money, we had expected more.

In short: it's a shame we didn't check reviews beforehand. Very overpriced for what it offers. As the description made it sound, it was high-quality dining with fresh, top-quality ingredients by the water. The only thing true about this is the price and the view. We ordered pasta, steak, and a hamburger, and none of them were right. The pasta was the size of an appetizer. The meat was also just that: meat with a handful of arugula on top. Where were the fried potatoes, or the basket of fries? And then, the tricolor hamburger; what a pathetic affair that was. You could just get the bun and the burger at the supermarket, so to speak. All in all, I find it downright scandalous how Beekse Bergen dares to charge for what they offer. Either lower the prices significantly, or raise the quality significantly. I can only call the current mismatch brazen and disrespectful rip-off.

At the end of our holiday, we dined at Labadi at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen. The service was friendly but spoke a foreign language; the food was fine, but not commensurate with the price (carpaccio starter for 18 euros). We had made a reservation, so we could sit down immediately, but others had to wait a long time for a table or even to be spoken to. It took a very long time for the food to arrive. Not ideal with two young children. There doesn't seem to be a good flow of service here yet; it is not very efficient. We also waited a long time for the drinks and for the 'allowed' payment. Nicely and atmospherically decorated, but the acoustics could still be improved.

We arrived at 6:30 PM and at 9:00 PM we still hadn't received our dessert. Drinks didn't arrive at the table until 20 minutes later. The cannelloni did not come with tomato sauce, even though it was listed on the menu. We sat here all evening, when we could have enjoyed our own terrace with a view of the savannah.

We had a delicious meal at Labadi twice! Nice, spontaneous, and hospitable service. Fast service and excellent food. Compliments to Gil and the welcoming, friendly Dennis. This is highly recommended👍

It looks cozy and the staff is very friendly, but the food is a bit odd; there is no normal schnitzel or children's menu. My children and I are picky eaters, so unfortunately we couldn't have dinner here.

The price-quality ratio is quite good. The food is fine, but the prices are simply too high. The indoor playground is a great option for kids, though.

Restaurant in the park next to the lake. A light snack after swimming. The restaurant is located next to the pool. Friendly welcome, quick service. Child-friendly atmosphere. But the food is truly typical Dutch. Quite expensive. "Organic soup" turned out to be straight from a carton of Unox. More than €8! for a bowl of Unox soup that wasn't even filling. The sandwiches themselves were tasty, but the garnish suggested on the menu was missing. Club sandwich with (really) tortilla chips... who comes up with that? Good for one visit... A cozy setting, though.

Fine for eating with small children, although something went wrong with us and it took a very long time for the food to arrive.

Perfect if you don't want to cook in your campsite cabin one evening. Prices are a bit high, though, and the selection isn't huge. Dogs are not allowed.

Lunch is very good but the evening menu is very limited and not worth it.

I can't understand the reviews. I think they're based on wait times during peak season. We were here at the end of August with two small children and had a lovely evening with short waits. The food was really delicious. Sunset on the terrace overlooking the lake. Very cool playground right next door. Would definitely come again.

At least 3/4 of the tables were free and you are sent away because it is too busy. Very bizarre this, never experienced it. Definitely not recommended!!

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately turned away, even though 80% of the tables were free for the two hours. We were told we could order a snack. The menu was very limited, and 50% of the dishes were unavailable after 5 p.m. However, we could walk to the bistro and get our own food. Disappointing... the table was sticky, and seeing that we were turned away even though there was demonstrably nothing going on at the tables seemed like a bad joke.

Labadi is a great place for a relaxing day out, especially for families with children. The restaurant is kept in a safari atmosphere, which gives it a unique character and makes a visit there an interesting experience. Right next door is a beautiful beach where you can relax and enjoy the sun. In addition, volleyball courts are available, so it's the perfect place to both relax and be active. A great option for a family day out!

Really worthless, upon arrival you received a voucher for a snack board and coins for a drink. If you want to use it on a Sunday after your visit to the safari park, you are told that the restaurant has been closed since 4 p.m., but the safari park only closes at 4.30 p.m. Worthless you will get the comment tomorrow they will open again at 11 am and close again at 4 pm tomorrow we leave, we have explained but they cannot do anything, the coins remain valid but you can throw away the voucher. I think it's really bad that if you want to have a drink at the lake resort after a whole day in the safari park, the restaurant closes earlier. There are still some staff, but that can only be said, sorry, we can't do anything with them and we are closed from 4 p.m. (which is also very bad and is hardly described anywhere) If you sit here, you quickly become nauseous from the chlorine smell that spreads through the hall and restaurant. Labadi is just a huge disappointment and certainly not recommended All in all, I recommend everyone to sit in the Hogon house or at Moto, where they will help you with great pleasure and normal closing times so that you can have a nice drink after a day at the safari park.

My wife ate very tasty duck, sea bream. Nothing to complain about. Smooth and friendly service, taking the kids into account. Top!

We ate as a family in this restaurant, one of the only restaurants on the campsite where it serves meals (not taken away except for leftovers on request), very beautiful, very chic so the price goes with dishes over €20 and Reservations are required so we had to wait 1 hour before settling in and yet it was 1/3 full! Too bad, you can also eat outside with a view of the lake. There are places with wooden chairs or sofas. Otherwise the dishes were very good but to be done once during the week given the final price...

Beautiful location but unfortunately no atmosphere, no music, ordering/paying via QR, which gives the whole an unpleasant impression. And while it is such a beautiful location. Understand that as a result the restaurant and outdoor area are/remain virtually empty. Doesn't invite you to have a second or third drink. This is why no stars for food, no idea because no need to try.

The place is beautiful and the staff friendly. But if I order a pancake for my child for €8.50, I just expect a freshly baked natural pancake, nice and simple. My mouth almost fell open when literally 2 folded microwave pancakes were served. I think this is just theft! If you let that leave your kitchen, you really aren't worth that chef's hat. We won't be coming back here!

Cozy restaurant and quick service. It's a bit strange that you have to leave within an hour outside the high season. The food did not appeal to us and in our opinion the choice is too limited.

Don't be put off by some reviews, the food here is really tasty. Service is sometimes good, sometimes less so, but the food makes up for it. Our dinner was sea bream from the grill and chicken satay with peanut sauce and they were great, even the kids pasta bolognaise was very tasty. The kids also get crayons and coloring pages to keep them busy! The next evening we came back to try steak and duck, both also a hit. Nice decor and the acoustics remain good despite the many children. Highly recommended if you stay at Lake resort!

Nice place on the water, but we had to wait fifteen minutes before we were taken to our reserved table, the bread from the bread board had been waiting for far too long (it was dry and old), the main course came after a long wait and not all of it was fresh made. Employee Nico or Tico (I believe) helped us with a few things. Then again, yes. All in all, a lot of room for improvement.

Nice place. But that's where it ends. You are hardly seen by the staff present. That is too bad. Too many guests for far too few staff. Food quality was reasonable. But not restaurant worthy. Wine was sour, but not once did staff come by to ask if everything was OK, to clear away or to take drinks. Ultimately, without dessert or new drinks, I had to find where I could pay. Too bad, because with better and more staff this could be a golden spot.

We had a drink several times and spent some time during our stay, and also had something to eat in the afternoon, but this was more likely due to the lack of another option and the rainy weather. The choice is extremely limited, the service substandard (ordering via QR code, long wait, no plate when you order a cake...). It can be much better. Not recommended.

We were a bit scared by the reviews, but we had such a delicious lunch! We even went back the next day because it was so delicious. The dinner menu did not appeal to us, so we only visited Labadi for lunch. The service was very friendly and fast. We arrived around 2:00 PM both times, so the busier rush hour is probably already over. In any case, we definitely recommend it!!

Nice place on the edge of the lake to stop for a beer or a Pina Colada while cycling around the resort.

Hoofdgerecht goed, maar rommelige bediening. We kregen geen kans om een dessert te bestellen; er kwam gewoon niemand om dit op te nemen.

Een drankje op het terras in de schaduw is niet mogelijk. Zelfs om 14u-15u 's middags mag je niks drinken zonder iets van de lunchkaart te bestellen. Na lang aandringen mag je uiteindelijk een drankje nuttigen op voorwaarde dat je ook iets van de borrelkaart besteld, maar dit moet je wel zelf voorstellen, ander wordt je zonder pardon van het terras gestoord. Indien je 's middags toch iets wil eten, hou dan rekening met het feit dat de lunchkaart zeer beperkt is en dat je erg lang op je bestelling moet wachten. De prijs is 's middags erg hoog en je portie daarentegen erg klein. 's Avonds is het er wel aangenaam vertoeven. Iedereen lijkt wat meer relax en de menukaart is iets uitgebreider. De gerechtjes zijn niet zeer groot maar vallen wel goed mee in prijs. Je mag je dan verwachten aan typische bistro-kwaliteit (GEEN RESTAURANTKWALITEIT). Het uitzicht op het terras is (en vooral 's avonds) adembenemend mooi!

Sfeervol restaurant met helaas onervaren bediening. Hoofdgerecht zonder bijgerecht, zonder nieuw bestek, 15 min wachten op drinken omdat dat door iemand anders gebracht moet worden terwijl het de hele tijd op de bar staat (dat was lekkerlijk het antwoord toen erom gevraagd werd). Eten is niveau brasserie, prima in lijn met de prijs.

Wij konden zonder resevering terecht bij Labadi. Het restaurant is mooi ingericht en de medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk. Ons eten kwam steeds heel snel en was heel lekker. Een aanrader!
