The surprise menu is highly recommended. Super tasty. Really good food in a nice and friendly restaurant.

What a delightful experience this was. Everything served looked fantastic and tasted excellent as well. The presentation of the food, in particular, is truly a work of art, with attention to every detail. The garnishes were beautifully arranged, such as the radishes cut into flower shapes accompanying the dishes. The dessert was also a real treat, with exactly the right balance of flavors and textures. I will certainly be back here soon for a lovely evening.

Food was very mid, nothing to complain, but nothing to come back for. The staff was awesome, really helpful and we could even order with a QR code! What we didn't like was the spoon they gave us to eat rice with. It was horrible to eat out of, the shape was really not it. So if you're a person who can't eat with chopsticks, you must ask for a normal spoon.

Update 10-05-2026: Ordered food online for takeout. It was supposed to be available for pickup within 15 minutes. Upon arrival, there were a lot of people waiting for their online ordered food. From the moment I arrived, I had to wait another hour. So, 75 minutes waiting for the food. Totally unacceptable. To the frustration of the customers, people came in who ordered on the spot and walked out the door again within 10-15 minutes. The staff didn't respond further either, other than sorry and yes, I understand. You won't see me back here again! My original review was: The food is tasty, the service is good, and there is plenty of choice. Just a bit pricey. Nevertheless, a fine time.

Beautiful, cozy, admittedly large but atmospheric restaurant with delicious dishes (Chinese in our case). Compliments to the chef. Above all: very friendly, customer-oriented service, and you don't find that very often in the hospitality industry anymore. Equally worthy of a compliment.

Today we ordered a huge mountain of Chinese food from Mr. Wong for our family dinner of 11. I can only say that it was superb: delivered right on time, deliciously hot, and very tasty!! We even got free prawn crackers with it. This was definitely worth 5 stars!!

Takeaway is very tasty, I can honestly say it is the best Chinese in Utrecht. You are the best, that should be said too, Messien. Will there be a beer ready for me at 5:15 pm, that would be nice, Mr. Wong.

Delicious and a wide selection! I like that you can order in phases with a QR code, although that's less personal, of course. But a combination is always possible. Five stars are Michelin quality, so four is very good.

I am very disappointed with Wong's service. In the past I have experienced several times that orders were delivered incorrectly. While anyone can make mistakes, it seemed to be a recurring problem for Wong. Eventually I was done with it. Now, a year later, I am told that they no longer want to deliver. That's fine, because there are plenty of other good options for sushi. I'll get my sushi somewhere else from now on. Customers deserve reliable service, and unfortunately I didn't find that with Wong. I am sorry to see that you seem to pay little attention to customer service. After several incorrect orders, I have shown understanding and given you the benefit of the doubt. But the fact that these problems turned out to be structural completely took away my confidence. Instead of taking this seriously and improving it, I am now being told that you no longer want to deliver. That is not a solution for me, but rather a sign that customer satisfaction is not a priority for you. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants that value their customers and offer reliable service. k ben erg teleurgesteld in de service van Wong. In het verleden heb ik meerdere keren meegemaakt dat bestellingen verkeerd werden bezorgd. Hoewel iedereen fouten kan maken, leek het bij Wong een terugkerend probleem. Uiteindelijk was ik er klaar mee. Nu, een jaar later, krijg ik te horen dat ze niet meer willen bezorgen. Dat is prima, want er zijn genoeg andere goede opties voor sushi. Ik haal mijn sushi voortaan wel ergens anders. Klanten verdienen een betrouwbare service, en dat heb ik bij Wong helaas niet gevonden.

Takeaway menu has gone from €17 to €24. There was no filling in the nasi and the daging smother tasted like anise. It's a real shame that it has suddenly become so much more expensive and the quality has deteriorated so much.

Great service and good care for customers at Mr. Wong! I recently placed a takeaway order with Mister Wong and am very satisfied with both the service and the customer focus. When picking up I specifically asked if the chicken was halal. Two employees inquired about this, and to my satisfaction the chicken turned out to indeed be halal. Then I ordered noodles with shrimps and Tjap Tjoy with chicken. At Tjap Tjoy the employees asked if I wanted noodles, white rice or nasi. I chose nasi. Once home, however, I discovered that there were diced ham in the nasi. Since I had clearly indicated that I was eating halal, this was a misunderstanding. I immediately called the restaurant and explained the situation. What a top service! They immediately apologized and asked how they could make it up to them. They suggested delivering the nasi immediately, but without diced ham. The error was quickly resolved and fresh, vegetarian nasi was at my door within 10-15 minutes. I also got extra prawn crackers as a compensation. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the quick and friendly way in which this was handled. The staff was thoughtful, resolved the issue quickly, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. This shows excellent customer service! I will definitely come back here and can highly recommend Mr. Wong!

One of the better Japanese restaurants! Wide choice of delicious sushi, special rolls and variety of small dishes. The pancake duck is definitely recommended! Location is easily accessible and the atmosphere is good!

Lekkere Sushi in Vleuten Als verwend Sushi eter, is het vaak erg lastig een goed adres voor Sushi te vinden uit de massa’s aanbieders. Ik zal dan ook zelden 5 sterren geven in mijn reviews. Dit komt omdat je sowieso onderscheid moet maken in: 1. Wat voor Sushi zaak is het? 2. Wat voor soort Sushi stijl bieden ze aan? 3. Welke prijsklasse vallen ze in? Je wilt immers geen appels met peren vergelijken. Nu Meneer Wong.. Het is een Chinees restaurant welke ala carte sushi aanbied en ook een speciale all-you can eat avond aanbied. Daarnaast kan je ook afhalen en laten bezorgen. Voor deze laatste optie hadden we nu gekozen. De keuze uit sushi soorten is niet heel groot, maar dat geeft niet. Beter een beperkte kaart waar je consistent goede gerechten aan kunt bieden dan, een grote kaart met veel keuze waar je niet consistent goed in bent. Meneer Wong in Vleuten valt in de eerste categorie. De Sushi die ze aanbieden is lekker en goed van smaak. Verwacht geen culinaire hoogvliegers, maar goed bedachte en goed gemaakte Sushi. Je weet dat, als je zin hebt in afhaal Sushi, dat je hier aan het goede adres bent. Eenvoudig en lekker.

Het is een restaurant die een goede kaart heeft. Het eten is erg lekker, maar om 5.25 euro te betalen voor 2 springrolls vindt ik erg veel geld. Het is het nauwelijks de moeite van het eten waard. De rest van ons eten was prima, maar de springrolls absoluut niet

Fijne sfeer, leuke bediening en goed eten! Wel opletten dat je rijst/ bami ed bij je gerecht kiest het staat los op de kaart!

Wij zijn meer bij meneer Wong wezen eten, altijd goed en prima service, maar gisteravond was het vast te warm voor de juffrouw die ons bediende! Wij, drie personen bestelde 3 x een vijf-gangen diner en toen begon het. Alles werd gelijktijdig op tafel gezet, ja echt alles, behoudens de rijst etc. die kwam niet, bij navraag wist men niet dat wij een diner hadden besteld maar alles apart, u begrijpt het al, de tafel was te klein het werd neergezet zonder enkele uitleg, omdat het te lang op tafel stond werd het eten minder warm. Ik zal er maar niet verder op doorgaan maar dit sloeg geheel nergens op het zal de warmte wel geweest zijn die was toegeslagen bij meneer Wong, zeer jammer zo,n ervaring

De indonesische schotels bestonden vooral uit saus. Had niet veel inhoud en ik heb zo nog nooit indonesisch gegeten.

Foute informatie. Ik bestel via de online menukaart. Combi menu en Indische rijsttafel voor 1 persoon . Bij bezorgen is de prijs €10 hoger dan de prijs in menukaart. De bezorger zegt : ‘ ja dat zijn de oude prijzen nog’ . Kan toch niet! Pas je prijzen aan, dit kost je klanten. Eten was voor de rest wel goed van smaak. Afzender W . Batenburg

Heerlijk eten. Rijst, nasi, bami of mihoen zou niet zo'n klein bakje moeten zijn of desnoods wat goedkoper.

Heerlijke gerechtjes. Altijd een succes om verschillende gerechtjes met je gezelschap te delen. Vlotte en aardige bediening. Voldoende keuze uit de bekende Chinese gerechten, maar ook zeker ook de minder bekende proberen. Deze zijn namelijk zeer de moeite waard.

Erg goed, of je nou sushi, vlees, vis of van alles wat laat komen, het is allemaal even smakelijk en lekker. Echt een aanrader!

Niet omdat ik er vlakbij woon en er regelmatig bestel. Maar gewoon een goed restaurant. Traditionele gerechten maar ook asian tapas. Kan je lekker wat proberen. Zitten echt lekkere gerechten bij. Sushi altijd goed. Niet goedkoop maar zeker niet bij duurste in de regio en kwaliteit is ook altijd goed. Kom of bestel snel weer. 25-07-2023. Weer geweest als afsluiting vakantie. Blijft gewoon goed restaurant. Wel iets prijziger maar dan wel betere gerechten.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het was een afscheidsdiner van een collega van ons. De bediening was super vriendelijk en onze wensen werden vervuld. Het eten was verrukkelijk. De inrichting was knus en gezellig. Echt een aanrader, je zal er geen spijt van krijgen.

Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen en het eten is altijd heerlijk smaakvol en vers. Zowel ter plaatse eten als afhalen/thuisbezorging is een aanrader!
