Restaurant Parc in Centrum

On Boxing Day we enjoyed a truly fantastic dinner at restaurant Parc on Havenstraat in Hilversum. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, which immediately created a warm and festive atmosphere. The Christmas menu was a culinary journey full of surprises and refined flavors. Each dish was prepared with care and beautifully presented. The combination of fresh ingredients, creative dishes and beautifully chosen wines made for a fantastic dining experience. All dishes were a highlight, with perfectly cooked meat and fish dishes that melted in the mouth. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for the occasion, with attractive decorations and a cozy, intimate setting. The service was attentive and professional and made us feel pampered all evening. In short, our Christmas dinner at Parc restaurant was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend to everyone. We look forward to dining here again!

Lovely place, beautifully decorated, super friendly and attentive staff and beautifully prepared very delicate dishes. Ambience really great. The fries are super hot and very tasty. The wine glasses are nice and big. The taste experience of dishes could be a little better and desserts with some creamy sauce would also be better. Coffee was somewhat bitter.

Really good food. Great service. Waiter guy is so polite. His advice for a wine was 10/10. Salad with chicken was really good. Sweet and spicy are balanced. I love it. 4 star, just becouse, the was a someone's finger print on the knife (-0.5 star) and cherry tomatoes in salad was not a fresh. Me, As a brand chef and a manager of restaurants saying - you are doing good, keep going.

EVERYTHING is great here, excellent cuisine and a lovely atmosphere. one waiter stands out, he is a master at connecting with people. But the others are also very common.

Delicious dinner, nice service. Parking is available right next to it. Please note that the toilet is at the bottom of a steep staircase with a handrail on only one side.

Lovely place on the "harbor" of Hilversum. Cycled a nostalgic route in Hilversum and happened to pass by this charming restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious lunch.

A great spot for summer with stunning views, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink while taking in the scenery. The food is generally good, with some dishes standing out more than others, offering a nice mix of flavors, plenty of vegetables, and good meat. It's an ideal setting for business dinners or team gatherings.

Really good food, some of the best food in the Netherlands. Location is very pretty overlooking the water and service is great.

Nice place next to a park. Sit outside when the weather is nice. We took: Lobster bisque, it was light...not too heavy or too creamy... Tasteful. With crayfish and to our surprise there was even a whole fish fillet in it. The bisque was served with a crostini with rouille and Gruyère cheese and it was delicious! But... then we come to the seasonal oysters... That was a huge disappointment for €4.50 each (we took 6 pieces). As an oyster lover you expect a decent oyster for this price. The oysters were all the size of a small mussel and just didn't look...messy and broken... When we mentioned this to the staff... This person just said he would pass it on to the kitchen. Nothing further was done about our complaint... Unfortunately, we didn't find that very customer-friendly.

Had lunch here some time ago, a burrata sandwich for myself and lobster bisque for my partner. It took quite a while before we got our food. Once lunch was served, the pepper smell immediately hit our noses, never before had so much pepper in a sandwich. The taste and smell was so dominant and intense that the rest of the ingredients completely disappeared. All I tasted was pure paprika. Urgent tip, adjust this because this is really too much. The Lobster Bisque was very watery and bland in taste. It actually looked as if they had not stirred the Bisque in the kitchen while heating it and had only scooped the top layer out of the pan. Ordered fries, luckily they were okay.. When we asked for the bill we seemed to no longer exist and we had to wait a very long time before we got the bill. Another tip; Try to come up with a system that allows Parc guests to actually park. Many people park their car on the site without even entering the restaurant or coming before the Reef Guard who is located below you.

Nice wine and a pleasant atmosphere.

We had something to celebrate and we usually do that at Parq. We both ate a starter and main course. Starters looked beautiful! However, the lightly grilled tuna was too cold and smelled fishy when it was brought to the table. That was not a good omen. It was tasty in itself, but I buy tuna from a very good fishmonger in Hilversum and it is of much better quality. Main course one was veal and there was little to complain about, main course two was the week's dish, fried duck breast, green salad and crispy polenta. Polenta and duck were delicious, but I left that green salad! The word salad is almost inapplicable, but it was mainly the combination of green vegetables that came across as bitter and mealy. A really strange choice by the kitchen. I also reported this to the waiter. Finally, tea and coffee where the fresh mint tea was more expensive than a cappuccino at 4.05, where is it going? Parq remains a good restaurant in a fantastic location in Hilversum, but with a few better products or ingredients and a critical look at flavor combinations, they can become very good.

We hadden iets te vieren en dat doen we meestal bij Parq. Allebei een voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht gegeten. Voorgerechten zagen er prachtig uit! De licht gegrilde tonijn was echter te koud en rook vissig toen het op tafel werd gezet. Dat was geen goed voorteken. Op zich was het lekker maar zelf koop ik tonijn bij een heel goede visboer in Hilversum en die is kwalitatief veel beter. Hoofdgerecht een was kalfsvlees en weinig op aan te merken, hoofdgerecht twee was het weekgerecht, gebakken eendenborst, groene salade en krokante polenta. Polenta en eend lekker maar die groene salade heb ik laten staan! Het woord salade is ook bijna niet van toepassing, maar het was vooral de combinatie van groene groenten die bitter en melig overkwam. Echt een rare keus van de keuken. Heb dat ook aan de ober gemeld. Tot slot thee en koffie waarbij de verse muntthee voor 4,05 duurder was dan een cappuccino, waar gaat het naartoe? Parq blijft een goed restaurant op een fantastische plek in Hilversum maar met nog een paar betere producten of ingrediënten en kritisch kijken naar smaak combinaties kunnen ze heel goed worden.

Finely prepared and lovingly prepared dishes. Been several times and had a delicious meal. Recommended.

We had asked for a super romantic place (it was our first wedding anniversary) and stated this explicitly by email well in advance, because it was a very important day for us. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account and we ended up in an unpleasant, second-rate spot. That was a very big disappointment. The waiter was nice and the food was tasty too. But the second-class place was a huge detriment. Especially when you consider that we came all the way from Velserbroek (near Haarlem) to Hilversum for this. So next time we will look for a restaurant that meets the wishes of their customers.

It is located on the edge of the center and has a fantastic terrace. Overlooks a beautiful park with water. The environment has clearly had an upgrade. The food is fine. Nice card.

Plenty chairs available on the terrace but say no slight of gap for us 5 to have a drinks and snacks before diner reservations while online there were spots available! Too bad for the owner of the bar /restaurant and losing quick and easy income like that just pity!

Bijzondere plek met bijzonder eten. Elk bord is een kunstwerk. De vissoep was echt heel lekker. De desserts waren fantastisch😍

Unfortunately! there is a wheelchair suitable sign If you can climb a very sloping slope with a threshold at the end and you can drive your wheelchair down a very sloping staircase ... then yes They haven't heard of offering help when I have difficulty walking and performing stunts with my girlfriend's wheelchair Alone moving tables for a large group while we are talking about "someone" who has just passed away So I thought a 1 euro tip was enough Not suitable for wheelchairs is outdated!!

We had dinner on the terrace on the first sunny Saturday evening: everything was perfectly taken care of. The service was excellent: smooth, correct and cooperative. Food was very good quality for the price. Nothing to complain about. Beautiful and surprising menu. Nice wine list, nice location with a beautiful sunny terrace. I will definitely dine here more often. Highly recommended!

Love Parc! My favourite lunch venue in Hilversum. Great lunch, coffee is great always have my business lunches here.

Compliments to the chef! Enjoy my occasional meals here with family, and never got disappointed. My 1 year old got a tantrum and the staff gave us some fish food to distract her and make her happy again. Loved that a lot!

Nice service and delicious food

Teleurstellende ervaring. Lunch keuze was erg beperkt. Alleen broodjes en salade. Verkeerde bestelling opgenomen, is niets mee gedaan. Jonge serveerster ging verhaal halen en kwam nooit meer terug. Eigenaar of supervisor nam ook bij de koffies verkeerde bestelling, en vergat de rekening te brengen. Al met al ervoeren we desinteresse. Geen servicegerichte horeca onderneming. Latte Macchiato was lekker. De patat was lekker. Vis salade heel matig en had ik ook niet besteld. Waarschijnlijk een redelijk aangenaam terras in de zomer.

Great food, started well and the service was fine until guests came who drank a lot, hung around, talked loudly, smelled weed and basically ruined the evening. The waiter did nothing except give a high five to one of the guests. Not recommended despite the food. Not good for the restaurant or guests who come for quality.

Very nice restaurant. Nice combination between a nice laid back meal and yet a menu that is just that little bit nicer. Been a few times now. Staff is always friendly, service is good.

The vegetarian dishes are made with great care and are incredibly (extremely!) tasty. The staff is super friendly and the place is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Entered a seemingly open restaurant with an available table and three waitstaff. Despite sitting and patiently waiting, not a single greeting or service was extended. Eventually, I had to get up and leave as no one attended to my table. Disappointingly, not even a goodbye was acknowledged. A lackluster experience overall.

No service at all. We asked for the menu to be brought to us after 15 minutes. My dessert was forgotten, I had to ask for it. Empty plates were not cleared until the dessert was brought. But in general the food was brought quickly. Food. Not good. That's the truth. Acceptable, but not good. There's no balance of flavors. The only things that Beautiful restaurant and a good location.

Fantastische plek op het terras en goed eten. Vriendelijk personeel en goed geholpen. Wij hebben geluncht met een groep van 9 man en hebben erg genoten. Het eten was lekker en ruim voldoende. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima, echter zou het jullie sieren als water gratis wordt aangeboden.

Nice fine dining restaurant 10 minutes Way from the center of hilversum! Food is a bit too fancy for my taste but they had an option for everyone!! The burger was good fries was yummy desert was really nice small portions. Prices are as expected for the quality of food. If you like fish this is the place for you they have all kind of fish. Recommended to order the chefs menu as it has everything. Dirks are available in a huge selection. The atmosphere is nice we really enjoyed the time Staff are super nice and friendly the service is good Food was a bit late but i think it was meant to be for the experience. There is small parking lot that might be difficult to find one for you but we were lucky

Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening en leuk uitzicht over de oude haven van Hilversum

Fantastisch mooi gelegen plek! De kaart: veelbelovend! Wij bestelden met z'n tweeën oesters, een Bisque en een salade met kip. Helaas werd alles tegelijk op tafel gezet. Beetje raar, ik zou zeggen de oesters vooraf... De salade was ok, de Bisque sloeg nergens op en had weinig smaak (15 euro!). In een Bisque verwacht ik room en cognac maar wellicht ben ik verwend. Zie de foto en oordeel zelf. Kaasplank was geweldig en ruim voldoende voor 2 personen. Jammer van zo'n mooi terras met prachtig uitzicht in Hilversum...

Heel gezellig. Het was mooi weer en buiten eten is altijd leuk maar ik vond de sfeer echt heel prettig. Lunch was perfect, zeker ook omdat mijn man en ik wilde delen, geen probleem. We komen zeker terug.

Heerlijk op het terras met uitzicht over de oude haven 👊🏻 Broodje met kippendijen en avocado... jummie. Uiteraard met een koud biertje erbij 👊🏻

De porties zijn zeer klein. Wij schoten hier zelfs van in de lach. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe wij het vlees gebakken wilde hebben. Vervolgens was de steak veel te doorbakken. Daarnaast een fles plat water wat gevuld was met kraanwater waar je vervolgens 7 euro voor betaald. Niet aan te raden.

1 juli 2023, fantastisch 4 gangen menu gegeten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Zeker der moeite om een gezellige avond door te brengen.

Heerlijk gegeten. Gerechten zien er goed uit. Bediening is divers maar doen goed hun best. Aanrader. Locatie is ook erg mooi.

Fantastisch eten met enorm hartelijke service! Leuk terras op een leuke plek! Tip voor de bediening: Er werd niet gevraagd nadat we voor het chefs menu hadden gekozen of we hier een bijpassend wijnarrangement bij wilde of de wijnkaart even hadden willen zien. Er werd vervolgens na het uitserveren van het eerste gerecht gevraagd “hadden jullie hier nog iets bij willen drinken”. Hierdoor kwam de wijn steeds nadat we al de helft van ons bord leeg hadden. Dit zijn wel dingen die je verwacht bij de prijs & het niveau van het restaurant🙂

Eten was lekker. Alles wat lekker en mooi geserveerd. De biedener was erg vriendelijk en gezellig. Hij verdient een pluimpje. Goed gedaan jongen 👍🏼🦾

Heerlijke plek aan de oude haven met fijn terras! Leuke mensen in de bediening, mooie wijnen en prima kaart!

Het is een mooie plek om lekker wat te eten. De service kan wel iets beter. Laten je af en toe wat lang wachten. Het eten is goed maar de smaken zijn niet goed op elkaar afgestemd dit is ten nadelen van het gerecht.

Mooi uitzicht over de haven, gezellige ambiance. Zowel binnen als buiten kun je goed en prettig zitten.

Het "3 gangen menu van de chef" was een prachtige verrassing.
