Very tasty food and nice atmosphere. It was my first time eating salmon on bread where I really liked it. The salmon was fresh, soft and the combination with the bread and salad was perfect with a tasty not overwhelming sauce

Great spot. The menu changed if you haven’t been here for a while. They have a very skilled chef now that is able to deliver high end dishes.

Best restaurant & service in Hilversum!

We ate a chicken thigh salad and a gorgonzola salad. And this was really very mediocre. Nothing special, not flavorful. I suspect there is no trained chef in the kitchen here. Apart from the fact that the small pieces of chicken were bone dry, the ingredients in both salads are completely unimaginative. Chicken with small pieces of mango and gorgonzola with small pieces of pear. As if the recipes from a 2002 issue of Libelle are hanging in the kitchen. The boring, run-of-the-mill bread with nondescript butter and the unkempt presentation topped it all off. Considering that these salads cost €19 each, this is severely substandard. So, there is work to be done in terms of creativity and quality.

Beautifully situated on the Oude Haven (Old Harbour), overlooking the Hilversum Canal and the children playing below. This is one of the prettiest spots in Hilversum! The service is fast and friendly, and the food is excellent. It's an ideal spot to sit on the terrace in the sunshine when the weather permits!

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately, not all of it was at the right temperature. The service was poor; drinks were forgotten several times, fries were forgotten, and the drinks menu was completely unfamiliar. We enjoy coming here, but it's been better.

A (shrimp) croquette is called a (shrimp) croquette in English, not a "crocket." Crocket is a game with hoops, wooden balls, and mallets. Just so you know.

Expectations were higher than what was ultimately met. The atmosphere was fine, but the food lacked character and depth. Some dishes were too dry, others too salty. The service was friendly but not attentive, resulting in a long wait. Considering the price, this really should have been better.

I enjoyed a delicious mixed fish salad at Restaurant Parc. The combination of smoked salmon and perfectly cooked fish was fantastic! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The side dishes, like the bread and fries with mayonnaise, were also a perfect finishing touch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended!

It was a truly wonderful experience with fantastic food, which also looked beautiful. It had a very gastronomic feel. Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and as mentioned before, dietary requirements were very well taken into account. I recommend Parc, even outside of Hilversum, because it's truly an experience.

Fantastic location on the Oude Haven in Hilversum's city center. A top chef in the kitchen creates a stellar menu. With its variety, healthy food, and flavors, and something for everyone, this is a true Hilversum hotspot.

Veel te duur. Bijna 19 euro voor 2 koffie met een klein stukje appelgebak waarvan 1 met een likje slagroom en hier heel lang op moeten wachten.

We chose the 4-course surprise menu and we were definitely surprised. There is no point in telling what we ate, but let me say that it was delicious. The service was very friendly with good explanations about the food. And the total atmosphere was pleasant. Until next time!!

Ik loop even voorbij. Het is mooi en warm weer en ik dacht, ik ga even lekker op het terras zitten en genieten van het mooie uitzicht. Ik bestel een wit bier van Hertog Jan. Smaakt uiteraard prima. Na 30 minuten vervolg ik mij pad en ga afrekenen. Ik viel bijna om. €6,00 voor een wit biertje!! Nee, geen Duitse halve liter, gewoon een normaal glas. Wat is dat een domper zeg. In de toekomst loop ik even door. Misschien nog wel een keer voor diner, maar dit vind ik echt buitensporig.

Ik heb al vaker bij Parc gegeten, en dus gisterenavond weer geweest. Misschien ook dat het maandag was zodat de koks meer tijd hadden, maar hoe dan ook: het was heeeeerlijk! Alle geld waard. Wij hadden een paar dagen daarvoor voor hetzelfde bedrag in Ankeveen gegeten en dat was vergeleken met Parc zo slecht. Het menu: Vooral de verschillende manieren bereide tomaat met overjarigekaas als voorgerecht was geweldig! De bavette en het dagmenu een ribeye waren mals en smakelijk. Ik vond mijn garnering en combinatie met roti kruiden bij de bavette zeer verassend. Het dessert, Eton Mess was ook waanzinnig! Dit alles met heerlijke wijnen die zij schenken. Kortom we komen snel weer terug!

We ate there on a Saturday lunchtime. The terrace is very pleasant. The food was very good. But the service was deplorable and ruined the meal. We were served by two young girls who were just waiting. We had to ask for menus because no one brought them to us after 20 minutes. We asked three times for a carafe of water.. People were eating in the sun, but no waiter thought to put up umbrellas... Too bad... we won't be going back.

Niet alleen constante kwaliteit maar ook een constant topniveau van koken, samenstelling van gerechten en wijnen. Ze trappen niet in de valkuil om hip te zijn, een enorme keuze voor te stellen, gewoon ongecompliceerd een goede kaart bieden die voldoet aan de hoge eisen van de klanten vandaag de dag. Nooit slecht, altijd vriendelijk en een on-Nederlandse setting aan de havenstraat in Hilversum. Vooraf runderstaart op Indiase wijze (waanzinnig: tandoori, winterpeen, mini bospeen, cashewnoten en mandarijn!) en mijn vrouw had een bisque van kreeft met een gruyère Cristina met saffraan en rivierkreeftjes, als hoofd hadden we beiden een top-duo van lam. Gestoofde lamsschouder met rosé gebakken lamsrugfilet. Groene asperge, knolselderij, Parmezaan, prei extract, supermooie parel couscous en vinaigrette met sambal. Een flesje prachtige rosé uit de Provence maakt het verblijf op het zonovergoten terras aan de mooiste gracht van Hilversum compleet. Hier zou meer dan een bib gourmand wel op zijn plaats zijn. Ook gezien het, voor het Gooi, lage prijsniveau. Dank, team: hou dit vol!

On Boxing Day we enjoyed a truly fantastic dinner at restaurant Parc on Havenstraat in Hilversum. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, which immediately created a warm and festive atmosphere. The Christmas menu was a culinary journey full of surprises and refined flavors. Each dish was prepared with care and beautifully presented. The combination of fresh ingredients, creative dishes and beautifully chosen wines made for a fantastic dining experience. All dishes were a highlight, with perfectly cooked meat and fish dishes that melted in the mouth. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for the occasion, with attractive decorations and a cozy, intimate setting. The service was attentive and professional and made us feel pampered all evening. In short, our Christmas dinner at Parc restaurant was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend to everyone. We look forward to dining here again!

Lovely place, beautifully decorated, super friendly and attentive staff and beautifully prepared very delicate dishes. Ambience really great. The fries are super hot and very tasty. The wine glasses are nice and big. The taste experience of dishes could be a little better and desserts with some creamy sauce would also be better. Coffee was somewhat bitter.

Really good food. Great service. Waiter guy is so polite. His advice for a wine was 10/10. Salad with chicken was really good. Sweet and spicy are balanced. I love it. 4 star, just becouse, the was a someone's finger print on the knife (-0.5 star) and cherry tomatoes in salad was not a fresh. Me, As a brand chef and a manager of restaurants saying - you are doing good, keep going.

EVERYTHING is great here, excellent cuisine and a lovely atmosphere. one waiter stands out, he is a master at connecting with people. But the others are also very common.

Nice place next to a park. Sit outside when the weather is nice. We took: Lobster bisque, it was light...not too heavy or too creamy... Tasteful. With crayfish and to our surprise there was even a whole fish fillet in it. The bisque was served with a crostini with rouille and Gruyère cheese and it was delicious! But... then we come to the seasonal oysters... That was a huge disappointment for €4.50 each (we took 6 pieces). As an oyster lover you expect a decent oyster for this price. The oysters were all the size of a small mussel and just didn't look...messy and broken... When we mentioned this to the staff... This person just said he would pass it on to the kitchen. Nothing further was done about our complaint... Unfortunately, we didn't find that very customer-friendly.

Had lunch here some time ago, a burrata sandwich for myself and lobster bisque for my partner. It took quite a while before we got our food. Once lunch was served, the pepper smell immediately hit our noses, never before had so much pepper in a sandwich. The taste and smell was so dominant and intense that the rest of the ingredients completely disappeared. All I tasted was pure paprika. Urgent tip, adjust this because this is really too much. The Lobster Bisque was very watery and bland in taste. It actually looked as if they had not stirred the Bisque in the kitchen while heating it and had only scooped the top layer out of the pan. Ordered fries, luckily they were okay.. When we asked for the bill we seemed to no longer exist and we had to wait a very long time before we got the bill. Another tip; Try to come up with a system that allows Parc guests to actually park. Many people park their car on the site without even entering the restaurant or coming before the Reef Guard who is located below you.

Nice wine and a pleasant atmosphere.

We had something to celebrate and we usually do that at Parq. We both ate a starter and main course. Starters looked beautiful! However, the lightly grilled tuna was too cold and smelled fishy when it was brought to the table. That was not a good omen. It was tasty in itself, but I buy tuna from a very good fishmonger in Hilversum and it is of much better quality. Main course one was veal and there was little to complain about, main course two was the week's dish, fried duck breast, green salad and crispy polenta. Polenta and duck were delicious, but I left that green salad! The word salad is almost inapplicable, but it was mainly the combination of green vegetables that came across as bitter and mealy. A really strange choice by the kitchen. I also reported this to the waiter. Finally, tea and coffee where the fresh mint tea was more expensive than a cappuccino at 4.05, where is it going? Parq remains a good restaurant in a fantastic location in Hilversum, but with a few better products or ingredients and a critical look at flavor combinations, they can become very good.

We hadden iets te vieren en dat doen we meestal bij Parq. Allebei een voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht gegeten. Voorgerechten zagen er prachtig uit! De licht gegrilde tonijn was echter te koud en rook vissig toen het op tafel werd gezet. Dat was geen goed voorteken. Op zich was het lekker maar zelf koop ik tonijn bij een heel goede visboer in Hilversum en die is kwalitatief veel beter. Hoofdgerecht een was kalfsvlees en weinig op aan te merken, hoofdgerecht twee was het weekgerecht, gebakken eendenborst, groene salade en krokante polenta. Polenta en eend lekker maar die groene salade heb ik laten staan! Het woord salade is ook bijna niet van toepassing, maar het was vooral de combinatie van groene groenten die bitter en melig overkwam. Echt een rare keus van de keuken. Heb dat ook aan de ober gemeld. Tot slot thee en koffie waarbij de verse muntthee voor 4,05 duurder was dan een cappuccino, waar gaat het naartoe? Parq blijft een goed restaurant op een fantastische plek in Hilversum maar met nog een paar betere producten of ingrediënten en kritisch kijken naar smaak combinaties kunnen ze heel goed worden.

We had asked for a super romantic place (it was our first wedding anniversary) and stated this explicitly by email well in advance, because it was a very important day for us. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account and we ended up in an unpleasant, second-rate spot. That was a very big disappointment. The waiter was nice and the food was tasty too. But the second-class place was a huge detriment. Especially when you consider that we came all the way from Velserbroek (near Haarlem) to Hilversum for this. So next time we will look for a restaurant that meets the wishes of their customers.

It is located on the edge of the center and has a fantastic terrace. Overlooks a beautiful park with water. The environment has clearly had an upgrade. The food is fine. Nice card.

Unfortunately! there is a wheelchair suitable sign If you can climb a very sloping slope with a threshold at the end and you can drive your wheelchair down a very sloping staircase ... then yes They haven't heard of offering help when I have difficulty walking and performing stunts with my girlfriend's wheelchair Alone moving tables for a large group while we are talking about "someone" who has just passed away So I thought a 1 euro tip was enough Not suitable for wheelchairs is outdated!!

We had dinner on the terrace on the first sunny Saturday evening: everything was perfectly taken care of. The service was excellent: smooth, correct and cooperative. Food was very good quality for the price. Nothing to complain about. Beautiful and surprising menu. Nice wine list, nice location with a beautiful sunny terrace. Compliments to the chef! Enjoy my occasional meals here with family, and never got disappointed. My 1 year old got a tantrum and the staff gave us some fish food to distract her and make her happy again. Loved that a lot!

Nice service and delicious food

Teleurstellende ervaring. Lunch keuze was erg beperkt. Alleen broodjes en salade. Verkeerde bestelling opgenomen, is niets mee gedaan. Jonge serveerster ging verhaal halen en kwam nooit meer terug. Eigenaar of supervisor nam ook bij de koffies verkeerde bestelling, en vergat de rekening te brengen. Al met al ervoeren we desinteresse. Geen servicegerichte horeca onderneming. Latte Macchiato was lekker. De patat was lekker. Vis salade heel matig en had ik ook niet besteld. Waarschijnlijk een redelijk aangenaam terras in de zomer.

Great food, started well and the service was fine until guests came who drank a lot, hung around, talked loudly, smelled weed and basically ruined the evening. The waiter did nothing except give a high five to one of the guests. Not recommended despite the food. Not good for the restaurant or guests who come for quality.

Entered a seemingly open restaurant with an available table and three waitstaff. Despite sitting and patiently waiting, not a single greeting or service was extended. Eventually, I had to get up and leave as no one attended to my table. Disappointingly, not even a goodbye was acknowledged. A lackluster experience overall.

No service at all. We asked for the menu to be brought to us after 15 minutes. My dessert was forgotten, I had to ask for it. Empty plates were not cleared until the dessert was brought. But in general the food was brought quickly. Food. Not good. That's the truth. Acceptable, but not good. There's no balance of flavors. The only things that Beautiful restaurant and a good location.
