Great restaurant located in the heart of a beautiful golf course. We ate here three times in just under a week and were always extremely satisfied: - all the starters and main courses we tried were excellent and prepared to perfection, - the service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. After our first visit, we were greeted like regulars and shown to our (preferred) table. We always felt welcome and very comfortable there and can highly recommend the restaurant.

There were six of us there for dinner. It was delicious and the service was very good and friendly. We would go back anytime.

We ate with six people. Burger with brioche bun, fish, tomato soup, bread and dips, and lamb. Everything was really tasty and there was plenty of it. The burger patty was still juicy. Truly delicious. About 35 euros per person. Top notch! Thank you, we'll be back!

Tonight we enjoyed a relaxing dinner at 't Hanenhuys, the restaurant on the golf course in De Cocksdorp. The location is beautiful – overlooking the green, relaxing landscape of the golf course, it is truly beautiful here. The service and hospitality are of a high level. Marij was our hostess tonight and she ensured that everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Even though the restaurant was well occupied, the team continued to maintain an overview and the service was provided with attention, speed and a warm smile. That was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful evening - we will definitely be back!

During our stay at Landal de Krim, the restaurants there were closed. Reference was made to t Hanenhuus. When we got there, there were 2 other children eating. So no top crowds. For the children, fries with kibbeling or chicken nuggets are on the menu. Our kids are not crazy about fries and unfortunately they are on the menu just about everywhere. Here too we asked if a simple pancake could be baked for the children, aren't the basic ingredients for pancake batter available in every kitchen? But no, the answer was no..... If you are referred to by a holiday park where children also stay, be a little flexible in the wishes of your guests. If the place is packed, I can imagine that it would not be appropriate to make this in between. But the other 2 2s were already eating... unfortunately a real missed opportunity! By the way, the cod and the racks of lamb were excellent 👍

During our annual end-of-year holiday on Texel, we had dinner at Restaurant 't Hanenhuus for the first time. The reception was fine. Very friendly and enthusiastic. The food was disappointing. Very for the price. Starter soup was fine. Main course cod was not really tasty. Greetings hard and still raw. We also asked for extra greetings. The friendly lady who served us asked "How does the food taste?" We indicated that the greetings were harsh. Reply back "Yes they are al dente" And that was it. Shame. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is out of balance. Too bad we won't be able to eat here again.

When it comes to eating out, the standard in De Cocksdorp is high. The food is also excellent in this restaurant. Friendly service. This eatery is located on the golf course and attracts above-average golfers. This is reflected in the atmosphere and the prices.

Tasty food, but my gluten intolerance was poorly taken into account. Before the starter I asked if there were gluten-free rolls, but unfortunately this was not the case. Then I get sandwiches with the tomato soup..

Everything is correct! You can enjoy delicious food and drinks in a prime location with a beautiful view. You sit on nice and comfortable chairs while you are pampered by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Tomato soup tastes like it came out of a bag

This beautiful restaurant is located just outside De Cocksdorp on a golf course. The business is fairly new and modernly furnished. The service is very nice. We enjoyed a croquette sandwich here (bread was a bit tough). From the restaurant you have a beautiful view of the golf course. The three charging stations for electric cars are also a plus!

A very harmonious, modern restaurant. Feel-good atmosphere with very tasty dishes. The beef is from the island and tastes perfect. The cooking level of all the dishes at our table, there were 9 of us, were on point. The employees are very warm and you can feel that they are looking forward to their guests. We are back on the island in February and will be back.

Heel lekker eten, met zorg bereid. Locatie is wat onpersoonlijker. Niet dat het veel helpt, maar het oude Hanenhuus was knusser (en wellicht minder geschikt voor grote groepen).

Heerlijk gegeten in een fijne ambiance. Je moet wel goed doorrijden de golfbaan op in het donker want het terrein en de weg naar het restaurant is amper verlicht

Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Aansluitend op een golfbaan, maar je kan zeker ook gewoon gezellig wat gaan drinken zonder golf.

Wir haben ein sehr leckeres Abendessen genossen. Die Ravioli waren perfekt. Die Avocadosuppe originell. Auch alle anderen Speisen top. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zugewandt und das Ambiente sehr schön!

This is located in the club house for Texel golf club. We had a quick sandwich and a coke after playing the 18 hole course. Friendly, helpful staff, stunning location and fresh food.

Restaurant van de Texelse golfclub. Prachtig terras, goede bediening, kaart met veel keuze.

Beetje saai restaurant. Had black angus besteld van 350gr. Denk dat ze 150 gram vergeten waren. Geen groente erbij op een paar cherrytomaatjes en 2 stukjes maiskolf na.Sorbetijs als toetje genomen. Helaas voor ons ietwat teleurstellend restaurant.

Het restaurant bevindt zich op een golfbaan en was met google maps wat lastig te vinden. De inrichting is modern en fris. Het eten was lekker en genoeg. We hadden de sate, hamburger en geroosterde knolselderij. De bediening was denk ik helemaal nieuw in het vak. Geen idee wat ze aan t doen waren. Alles werd dwars voor iedereens gezicht over de tafel aangegeven ipv netjes neergelegd vanaf rechts zoals je in dit soort restaurant zou verwachten. er werd ook niet gevraagd of er nog wat te drinken besteld moest worden. Wel vriendelijke bediening verder. Hebben nog wel wat te leren over bedienen 😅

Ruim opgezet nieuw sfeervol restaurant met mooi groot buitenterras en voldoende ruimte tussen de tafels. Goede kaart en voor ieder wat wils. Verrassend vonden wij de black agnus die bereid werd op de green egg. Zeer smaakvol met pepersaus en frietjes. Wat wel ontbrak was een schaaltje verse groenten. De kindermenu's met kabeljauw en kipnuggets met friet en paprikasticks was op zich goed. Waar eerder de kabeljauw en kipnuggets uit eigen keuken leken te zijn lijken zowel de kabeljauw als de kipnuggets nu ingekocht. Bediening vriendelijk. We zijn hier al verschillende keren wezen eten en de snelheid van bediening is zeer wisselend. Waarbij we opmerken dat de laatste keer dat wij er waren de keuken en bediening het goed onder controle hadden. Zeker een aanrader om hier eens te gaan eten.

Tevens clubhuis van golfclub DeTexelse Gelegen aan de mooiste 18 holes linksbaan van Nederland kunt u genieten van een fantastisch mooi uitzicht op natuur en de golfbaan. Als bezoeker, ook al golf je niet voel je meteen dat je welkom bent. De vakmensen van het Hanehuus doen met plezier hun werk en dat merk je. Het eten?, nou nodig mij maar uit!

Sehr schöner anspruchsvoller 18 Loch Golfplatz mit neuem Clubhaus. Ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Pro Shop mit supernetter, komponenter Beratung, toller Golfbekleidung und guten Labels 🤩(extra Lob an die Einkäufer✌️😉) kurz gesagt mein Favorit 😍unter den Golfplätzen

Unglaublich tolle Location! Das Restaurant befindet sich in Mitten einer Golfplatz-Anlage. Sehr schön angelegt. Das Essen war grandios. Die Getränkeauswahl super. Wir haben hier in netter Atmosphäre und mit sehr netten Personal einen tollen Abend verbracht. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Heel lang moeten wachten en dan de meest taaie biefstuk ooit geserveerd krijgen. Uitzicht prachtig. Rest van de maaltijd wel goed.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, wir waren das erste Mal dort. Eine wunderbare Stimmung und das Essen war vorzüglich. Leider ist unser Urlaub vorbei , ich hoffe bald wieder hier auf Texel und im Hanenhuus zu sein. Sylvia und Franz
