It was wonderful. The team was very attentive to all ages. Even larger groups are no problem—they make it happen. The decor is simple and wild, but the theme fits perfectly. The food and drinks were delicious, and we'd love to come back!

I'm giving a 5-star rating for food, even though I haven't eaten. The reason is, I was on the island today. I ordered one coffee, and they apologized because it was freshly made and therefore took longer. Then I got a delicious refill. The owners were incredibly friendly. Service 12 out of 10, friendliness 20 out of 10. The coffee was excellent. I'll definitely be back from Brabant/Efteling soon just for the coffee and service.

Simple cuisine without any major surprises. Reasonably priced dishes, and the pul (beer) is a real bargain. Only the chairs take some getting used to.

Great burgers and amazing hot dogs.

We had just arrived and weren't familiar with any restaurants. Beach bars were quite expensive and packed. We went to Susie's and had a delicious meal within 10 minutes. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere 👌🏼

Susie's Diner has been a must-visit for our Texel vacations for years. The service is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful. The value for money is excellent. The ambiance is that of an American diner with many lovely decorative items. The furniture is a bit dated, but still very quaint. My personal recommendation: Susie's Burger

We spontaneously stopped by Susie's for dinner, and it was truly great value for money. Our dog was welcome too. We had a delicious vegetarian and a chicken burger, each with fries, and we were absolutely thrilled. We would have liked to try a milkshake, but unfortunately we were already full. We'll have to go back on our next Texel vacation :D

We didn't really know what to eat today during our holiday on Texel and then we ended up here partly because of the reviews and there was nothing wrong with that. The food was incredibly delicious, the staff friendly and a DELICIOUS banana milkshake.

Facebook as a website? That doesn't work if you don't have "FB", (and don't want to have it) you only get a screen to log in and register. I'd rather look for a company with a regular website, where I can access all the information online and prepare myself for what I want to eat and drink.

Something for everyone. Children wanted simple fries. Then this is better than the regular snack bar, as the menu has good burgers, hot dogs and more. Cozy terrace and pleasant spontaneous service. Large portions of food for a low price. The wine glasses are also very large and affordable. Recommended!

Susie's Diner is closed. There is a simple note on the window: the tent will open again sometime in the spring. Like many others, we also stood in front of the closed door. This is bad, very bad. During the holiday period and on social media and Google Maps, simply state that you are open, ... shame on you.

It was simply delicious. Before the visit, we first asked by phone whether we could bring our four-legged friend with us and we were very friendly in the affirmative. It's very comfortable to sit in the restaurant and you can also sit outside, which is where we sat. Our order was served relatively quickly, which we thought was great. The portions are generous and the burgers tasted great. A successful meal. Employees were very friendly. So until next time.

What a great place for a delicious meal! And what a pity that we only went in on our seventh (!) visit to Texel. We went there for dinner mainly because of the positive reviews. Previously we did not opt ​​for dinner because we thought it was mainly for takeaway and we never walked past it in the evening (then we would have seen that it was full). Susie's Diner is highly recommended. The food was really delicious, the portions were very large, the prices very favorable compared to the surrounding restaurants and the service was incredibly friendly. Even Susie came out of the kitchen for a chat, which really made the evening complete. So definitely just eat there. You won't regret it.

Meets the expectations of an Amarican dinner perfectly.

Had dinner there yesterday with my wife. I ordered a large plate of fries... Accidentally received a plate of fries war. This was peacefully converted into fries and peanut sauce. Being able to finish everything but honestly. The portions are really generous at a fair price. So great. Also super sweet and friendly help there. For me a reason to get some croquettes today, October 24. I will definitely return on my next visit to Texel, if only for the atmosphere. THANK YOU

Great location for fries and a hamburger. Prices are reasonable and the food was good. For a quick snack, fun and delicious to eat here! Portions are also well filled, even we couldn't finish our shared fries! We were very full :) Friendly ladies too!

This Restaurant is outstanding. I often eat burgers but this one was one of the best I have ever eaten and the waiters we're so nice. The style of the restaurant is also something i realy liked. I can also recommend the delicous milkshakes

We know a restaurant like this from the States. Lovingly decorated, a play kitchen for children and very tasty burgers for little money. Very friendly service that takes great care of the littlest guests. Recommended.

If you want burgers, wraps or snacks, this is the place for you. The burgers are big, fresh and tasty. Here the owner serves herself and is very friendly, accommodating and relaxed. Price/performance is definitely right here!!! Rather inconspicuous and a bit ragged from the outside, but inside with lots of small US decorative items. Milkshakes here are also big and really tasty. Absolute recommendation!

Friendly staff. At one point we were left to our own devices. Hamburger half raw and lots of salt on the fries. Finally found someone to speak to for another drink and to order a dessert. Stayed away for a long time after that. Finally dessert came. The reason it took so long... They didn't know how to make a Dame Blanche??

I had dinner here with my boyfriend during our vacation, and it was a real highlight for us. The food is extremely tasty and plentiful, and tastes fresh. The milkshakes and pancakes are also highly recommended. When you pay, you get a handful of jelly beans as a bonus. The entire atmosphere is so nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. The next day we went again for lunch. If we go to Texel again, we will definitely come back :)

What a great eatery this is 😀 As a retro passionist, I was short of eyes, The place is full of nice knick-knacks and the furniture is American and a bit worn, which gives that extra atmosphere, The food and the hostess were fantastic, large portions for a pleasant price, all kinds of singles and LP covers hang on the wall, which makes the lack of a piece of music in the background (Johnny cash or something) stronger. We would love to come back here during our next stay.

Leckere Burger, die zwar nicht so modern aussehen, aber sehr lecker schmecken und viel günstiger sind, als in den anderen Restaurants. Die Pommes sind die leckersten, die wir auf Texel gegessen haben! Die beiden Damen sind auch sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Möbel für draußen sind leider etwas unpassend für das Thema Diner und sehen sehr alt und abgenutzt aus. Wer günstig und dafür sehr gut essen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

Ein richtig schönes Diner. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim ersten Abend waren wir hier essen und meine Frau hatte versehentlich ein falsches Gericht erhalten, was jedoch auch sehr gut schmeckte. Beim zweiten Besuch mussten wir deshalb auch nur die Getränke bezahlen. Das Essen qar, egal ob Frikandel, Pommes oder Bürger eine 5 von 5. Ich empfehle es aufjedenfall weiter!

Nette Bedienung, Essen war gut! Absolut vernünftiger Preis. Laden und Einrichtung allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein oder andere könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen oder einen Austausch.

Ik had hier American Pancakes gehaald het was super lekker en zag er netjes uit. Het zag eruit als een feestje :) De mensen zijn heel aardig ze vragen ook of je het eten lekker vind. Zeker een aanrader!!!

De nacho's sla je hier beter over. Paar chips met sla en tomaat. Heeft in de verste verte niks met Mexicaanse nacho's te maken. Smaakt ook niet trouwens. Ging zo de prullenbak in.

Excellent place to have food. The interior looks fantastic (a flashback to the 50s or 60s in the US). We had a Susie burger and Nachos and they were fantastic. You just can taste that the focus is on giving a good quality meal.

Sehr leckerer Burger mit reichlich Pommes für etwas über 12 €, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Den Beilagensalat kann man sich allerdings sparen.
