Waited 2.5 hours for food. Unreachable. Never order.

Personally, I think it's gone downhill. The burgers used to have nice, hard buns, and now they're like dry, soft rolls. Delivery was faster than usual, though. But unfortunately, I don't plan on ordering again.

We waited an hour and a half for our food. We were promised freebies even though they weren't included. Few spare ribs for too much money. The spare ribs were dry and the hamburger was limp. The phone was hard to understand. I'll never order from here again. The woman had severe stomach pain.

Lost customer! We used to be very satisfied, until now. I received something completely different than what I ordered. We always choose sweet veal ribs and received meat with a kind of satay marinade without any sauce. The meat looked very unappetizing and tasted spoiled. After filing a complaint, it was exchanged for the exact same item, and after that, they stopped answering the phone. We didn't eat it to avoid getting sick and wanted to return it for a refund. But they're not answering anymore. Spend your money elsewhere, people; this place should be forced to close!

We were huge fans of the burgers. Unfortunately, this time it was a huge disappointment. Where other times we had delicious, large burgers on a hard bun, this time it was a cheap, soft bun. Such a shame.

The quality of the spare ribs is truly subpar. They're veal, but they're simply boiled and then slathered with a little BBQ sauce. The membrane is still on the inside, there's a lot of fat and bone, and very little meat. For 40 euros, it's very disappointing.

Nahh, TERRIBLE! I come there and ordered loaded fries. The gentleman indicated that it would be ready after half an hour. So when I came back after half an hour, it turned out that they had not fried the meat because they did not know which steak I wanted, even though I was never asked when ordering. The man who took my order was not even there anymore, and the woman who spoke to me was really very rude and did not let me finish. I didn't need anything anymore and walked away. Never had such an experience before

Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars. Ordered via Uber Eats, been waiting for more than 2 hours, no response. And no order.. called several times, Uber also has no contact.. it is Wednesday evening. So no crazy crowds either.

We ordered and only then saw the reviews. This made us a bit skeptical. However: food was delivered on time, large amount of spare ribs and a good price/quantity ratio. Fries were soggy, but that's to be expected when you have it delivered. Spareribs tasted good!

I have been a regular customer at Ribs Company in Zwolle for a while now. The ribs are really good and almost fall off the bone. I recently also tried the mix chicken menu and I was pleasantly surprised. The amount you get is definitely enough, even for a big eater like me :D

Literally paid myself lukewarm and then didn't even get my order. Ridiculous beyond words and @thuisbezorgd doesn't do anything with it either. Plus from what I read from the reviews, they cannot handle feedback/criticism. Very sad and childish.

Order placed via home delivery. Food was delivered half an hour later after I received notification that it would be delivered within minutes. Spare ribs were lukewarm, okay, not special in taste and portion was fine. The fries were soggy, but you quickly get that with delivery, but there were not enough fries for a large menu. All in all, for 35 euros it is mediocre and expensive for what you get.

Chicken is very crispy but the chicken strips were quite tasteless/a bit burnt. hot wings are super tasty! Ordered 2nd time now only hot wings, they are really great. The delivery person is also a nice guy, I arrived at the same time as him because I had quickly gone to the store and he immediately gave it to me after a check.

Unfortunately forgot to take a photo. - quantity was good. - sauces very tasty - sauce from the spare ribs delicious - they were ten minutes late, I was disappointed because we would get it before rush hour at 4:45 PM. I had requested that the spare ribs be cooked more thoroughly, but this was not done, which meant they were actually too tough and not tasty. Hence the 3 stars.

I have ordered from them 3 times and have enjoyed it every time. Always delivered on time and the result was very good. it tasted very fresh and over the top delicious. I will order more of this.
