Overall, the food was okay. The fried chicken was really good, and everything arrived reasonably warm and within 45 minutes on a Friday evening. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cheeseburger. The bread was very crusty and hard rather than a soft burger bun, and together with the slightly dry patty, it made the whole burger quite dry. The bread itself might be good for another type of sandwich, but I really don't think it works well for a burger. It also felt more like a sandwich with a patty inside than a cheeseburger. The pickles were missing, and there wasn't much cheese that I could taste. Nothing was terrible, and the chicken was really good, but unfortunately I was craving a cheeseburger and this just didn't hit the spot. I don't think I'd try this again for a burger, but maybe for the chicken.

Ordered food for 36 euros, had ordered a menu, was then called back to say it was not there, but he would do his best to make something else, I got 7 pieces of chicken and fries instead, I called back I did not get a salad or onion sauce like what I had ordered and I got a very angry man on the line who said I would have the salad brought and hangs up without saying anything now 45 minutes still no one oh yeah, I ordered hot Sparips and got sweet people without your money don't do this!!!

The delivery was fast. The spare ribs were okay. The fries were really bad. It felt like the grease wasn't replaced. So greasy and disgusting, it made me nauseous.

The company doesn't exist, it's a waste of my time

They say they offer on-site dining, but it's not possible. Furthermore, they speak very poor Dutch, and the prices don't match what's listed online.

Only received my order after an hour and a half, and everything was cold. I contacted them several times, but they didn't take me seriously. I'll go back and do it once.

No way am I ordering from here again. The person on the phone couldn't even speak proper Dutch; they gave me their phone number five times (which I don't understand). I ordered at 7:30 PM, received raw spareribs at 9:30 PM...it's bordering on scams or food poisoning. I'm not feeling well right now after eating two bites of spareribs. People, do NOT order from here. The spareribs are absolutely inedible.

Bizarrely bad. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the store, and they said it would take another 5 minutes. Then, 30 minutes later, they called again, and they said it would take another 20 minutes. Terrible.

Friendly delivery person. Fifteen minutes later than agreed, and the “fresh fresh salad” that comes with the mix chicken menu was not included. Well, 1 peppermint…

REPLY: I'm standing in the store with three cameras on me and an empty bar. The order is being placed, I don't smell anything, and it looks more like a frozen mess that hasn't been microwaved long enough. So how could I be in the wrong store? For the other old one, I've added a screenshot of the Uber order. Ordering is a luxury for me; restaurant food is out of the question. But it has to be good for everyone, and I simply didn't get all my items, so here's your 1-star rating. You managed to get the previous review rejected, so here's a new one... I can't upload the photo due to a Google error, but it's from August 2, 2023. 1 kg spare ribs and 6 chicken pieces that weren't delivered. _______________________________________________________________ A while ago, I thought about picking up my spare ribs because one time they didn't even bother to deliver and I had to go through trouble to get my money back. I waited a very long time, hungry. ...it was done quickly, like in a microwave from the freezer because the inside was still very cold from the almost 30 Euro on one dish of spareribs. I live very close so the distance wasn't making it cold and it was cold on the inside. Terrible service! A long time before that I ordered a menu especially for the extra that should have come along with it but instead I got nothing extra. The presentation was bad and they said I got extra sauce but it wasn't even in there and there should have been sauce with that order, anyway! No after-service either so here is your well earned 1-star!

Atmosphere is not really applicable. It is a takeaway/delivery restaurant. Good food though! It can be busy so if you are planning on eating, order extra early.

This is really bad, first I have been waiting for my spare ribs for 1.5 hours and then they call that they are gone! Would I like to wait another 45 minutes? Serious?? I will never order here again! What a stupid thing to say.

Not much good. Deliveries placed before 7:45 PM will be delivered at 7:25 PM. I wasn't home yet so the food is left at the neighbors and of course cold before I get home. Deliveries will be made again within half an hour, this time warm. Fries are limp, sparribs are okay. Not special in taste, very greasy. I won't order here again.

Ordered ribs with fries and salad. Personally, I will never order these ribs again. My food was supposed to arrive at 6:40 PM and finally arrived at 7:45 PM. And when I called, they said something extra would be done... well, I didn't see anything

Het duurde 2 uur voordat de bezorger voor de deur stond met de helft van mijn bestelling. Meteen gebeld dat een deel ontbreekt, maar dat is weer een uur later nog steeds niet bezorgd.

Goed eten, goede temperatuur en netjes op tijd. De man van de zaak belde van te voren om te vragen of het eten ietsje eerder mocht komen vanwege verwachte drukte later op de avond.

Muito boa experiência. Bem servido , ribs deliciosas . Recomendo cebolas fritas para acompanhar e , se pedir uma só, a Jack Daniels é muito boa .

Eten is altijd wel goed, alleen laatste tijd is de bezorgtijd belachelijk aan het worden. In Thuisbezord word een tijd aan gegeven van 50 tot 75 min. maar in werkelijkheid is het langer dan 1u. 30min. en dat terwijl het bedrijf zo 10min. van mij af zit.

Vriendelijke samenwerking en goed en duidelijk contact. Denken graag mee bij activiteiten. Een goede ervaring!

Kan iets warmer maar was zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Volgende keer nemen we een grotere. Patat mag minder meer meat ha ha . Het vrees valt zo van t bot we hebben echt genoten. Top mmmmmm

Zo goed als NOOIT kl8en Mijn vriend en ik + een kennis ( die boven jullie woont ) hebben al best vaak patat besteld... Deze is heerlijk zout en knapperig en niet slap + héérlijke mayo ! Gigàntische burgers ! 2x zo'n burger besteld, ik kreeg 'm niet zelfstandig op, haha ! 1x kip besteld, viel helaas tegen, maargoed, was te proberen... Voortaan maar langs Kfc als ik i/d buurt ben en ik trek heb XD Heb een tijd geleden jullie spare-ribs geproefd... Heerlijk!!! Nou nog wat sneller bezorgen, graag !

Ik heb bij LANGE na niet zo'n ervaring als de reviewers voor mij. Ik heb dan wel ook alsnog ietsje langer moeten wachten (Lees ca 1u en 45 min) maar wat ik uiteindelijk in ontvangst mocht nemen was meer dan fantastisch!! Het vlees van mijn Spare ribs viel van het bot af, was ontzettend mals en ook nog eens heel erg rijk aan smaak! Bovendien wordt het ook nog eens geleverd in een mooi totaalpakket met frietjes, groenten en extra saus. -Voel ik mij net als andere reviewers hier opgelicht? ABSOLUUT NIET! - Was mijn bestelling qua kwaliteit ondermaats? ABSOLUUT NIET! - Vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit goed in verhouding? ABSOLUUT WEL! Misschien duurde het iets langer dan ik gewend ben. Maar dat is simpelweg een verbeterpuntje voor dit bedrijf. Een bedrijf dmv reviews zo afbranden als wat hier gebeurd vind ik TOTAAL onterecht en eigenlijk zelfs schandalig. Als je het de eerste keer te lang vond duren, dan ga je het de tweede keer toch gewoon halen?! Als je dan de volgende keer hier besteld, dan weet je dat dat je beste optie is! Ribs Company, er moet een manier zijn om dit probleem te verhelpen. Zodra dat gebeurd is, zijn jullie een TOPbedrijf en hebben jullie aan mij een vaste klant! Aan iedereen die dit leest, dit is mijn oprechte mening en nee, ik werk niet voor dit bedrijf oid, mocht je zo'n complotdenker zijn. ;-)

The food is good but the delivery absolutely horrible to the point where it's not even worth it to order from them. We ordered 4 times and every single time it took more than 3 hours for them to deliver the food; They kept saying every time we called that it's super busy and "it will only take 10 minutes". This was the last time we ordered from them.

Heerlijk eten! Een kilo spareribs hot besteld samen met twee porties friet. Deze spareribs zijn echt hot! Verder ook nog netjes op tijd bezorgd, 18:00 aangegeven, en 17:58 stond de bezorger voor de deur. Dit was de eerste, maar zeker niet de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.

Na een negatieve ervaring en dus slechte recensie gisteren na het niet ontvangen van mijn bestelde maaltijd. Moet ik nu ook mijn zeer positieve ervaring doorgeven betreffende de maaltijd die ik zojuist heb ontvangen, tezamen met veel exuses en verschillende extra's. Het was uitstekend, dank u voor de prima maaltijd. Zeker 5 sterren waard.
