Roti All-In in Wijk 01 West

I have no complaints about the roti. I do have complaints about the hygiene and service, if they even offer it. When picking up, the preparation or order takes an excruciatingly long time, and you'll notice it's unsanitary. Oddly enough, they don't prepare the food behind a counter, but behind closed doors. I don't think I even want to know about the hygiene standards there. They deliver very sporadically, only when they feel like it or when they feel like it, but if you're lucky, set aside half a day for it; it can take a while. All in all, they don't live up to their name. I've heard they're more interested in money laundering, but I'm not sure if that's true. I'm not the one who does their bookkeeping, but it's a strange business, and they're apparently not short on cash.

My favorite roti restaurant. You do have to wait a bit sometimes, though I always get a good estimate when I ask. But the food... SO GOOD! I really don't understand where some of the reviews come from. I've had a lot of roti in my life, and this one is my number one takeaway restaurant! Plus, lovely people, good prices, great portions, and excellent service. Truly worth 5 stars!

If you want your food on time, don't order from here. We waited three hours!! for our food! The roti wasn't roti at all, but a potato and chicken soup. We ordered roti at 5:15. At 6:43 PM, we were called to say something was out of stock and asked if we wanted to change the order. They started preparing it right away. I called angrily at 7:50 PM, but they said the order was on its way. We couldn't eat until 8:15 PM. It seems this is probably normal, as they don't seem to care. Reading the reviews here, this happens a lot with this company. People who had to wait three or four hours and finally got their food, but also people who never received it. This was the first and last time we ordered from here!

Not Roti All-Inn, but Stampot All-Inn. They call themselves a roti place, but you can't really call this roti; it's more like a potato dish. I ordered my food by phone at 5:15 and couldn't pick it up until 6:30. Then I had to wait for 45 minutes under the dull hospital lights. Moreover, they were out of half their menu (two hours after opening). Finally, my order was ready, and I could go home ravenously hungry, only to be met with a container of disappointment. The container was filled with potatoes in a kind of curry gravy with three strips of boring white tofu (not marinated) and soy chunks (where did those suddenly come from). The long beans must have been gone, as were the eggplant and pumpkin, because those were missing! Even the roti roll tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for five weeks and had already been reheated three times. Luckily, it was only 7.50. But for that price, I could have had a full meal at McDonald's.

Ordered at 5pm for 7pm, at 7:20pm I get an email saying it won't be ready until 8pm, always the same here.

I can understand why the star rating is unfavorable, but this isn't due to the quality of the food. Preparation times can be quite long, so it's best to order early, but we recently had a delicious meal with six people and had plenty of leftovers. A lack of lamb was compensated for with a generous portion of chicken. In that respect, the service was excellent. So if you're not short on time, I can definitely recommend ordering here.

I've eaten a lot of roti in Utrecht, and this one was definitely the best for me. I ordered the cod roti, which had a great curry and large portions. Highly recommended!

For an impatient person like me, it can be a challenge because the promised pickup time always runs late. But luckily, my patience is rewarded with a roti, a chicken sandwich, or the delicious fried bananas I used to get at my mom's house. Plus, I find the people incredibly friendly. Tip: if you live nearby, try picking up half an hour later than the agreed-upon time :-)

Yesterday I got some hot chicken sandwiches, the sandwich was tough but the chicken fillet was great, so from now on I'll go for the roti chicken fillet or nasi/bami

Ordered at 4 p.m., called at 6 p.m. to hear that the noodles were gone. Could have gotten more roti. 7pm nothing yet. Called again. She was busy.

The waiting room is not too clean, only funeral-company-magazines while you are waiting, and we had to wait for a long time, but in the end we had….. the very best roti I ever ate. Very friendly people. We surely will return, and I learned a lot about the importance of food made with love and my own impatience. Take cash money or pay with QR, no pin.

This place is around the corner from me, but because of the many reviews about long waiting times, I always chose something else. Today I had time. I called to order, thanks to the reviews I understood that the online ordering does not work. I was told: 3 quarters of an hour. After 45 min. I walked in and they were still busy (or just starting?). But thanks to all the whiners here: I had already taken this into account. The couple was extremely friendly and clearly making my roti with a lot of love. I took a seat in the incredibly sparse, but therefore picturesque interior, and opened a random magazine. After just another 20 minutes of waiting, the time had come. And yes, the food is more than worth it. I'm going to come back here forever. Ps. this was Friday evening, in terms of waiting time in Utrecht, 1h5min is actually better than average.

Roti ordered was tasty and good. Pick up once but it was much less. Open at 3:00 PM but don't have anything yet? They can freshen up the interior sometime🤣

Roti chicken was good, but a lot of potato. I think the long beans are just green beans with broth. Lovely people but certainly not the best roti in Utrecht. The waiting time of 3 hours was also a bit on the long side. If you order online and pick up, like me, you will have to wait a long, long... long time 😅😉

If you order here often, you train one of the most beautiful human qualities: patience. The business is run by a Surinamese couple, friendly people. The chef prepares the food with a lot of love, but he has a different perception of time than most people. Ten minutes (on planet Earth) is approximately 45-60 minutes in Roti All-In minutes. I once didn't get my food until after 3pm. But when the chef himself delivered it to my front door with his smile, you immediately forgave him. Below someone comments "yet you keep ordering there". I had that experience too. Maybe because you know that they are really doing their best. You can get it from these people. After a few orders I made a game of it. Then I tried to estimate how many quarters of an hour they would be late. A kind of bingo game that you can play with yourself. And in the end you always win... delicious roti. I have the impression that the cook only starts preparing the roti once the order has been placed. "From scratch". Perhaps that is the secret behind the high quality of the roti. The chef also once proudly told me that he makes the sambal himself and adds mango to it. My body cannot tolerate sambal, but I accepted the stomach and intestinal complaints again and again. It was worth it. Picking up the roti yourself was always a special experience. In the case itself it seems as if time has stood still. You forget for a moment that you are in the 21st century, but if you don't see New Coke cans, Doe Maar buttons and a poster with "Win a trip to the WTC in New York", you remember that you were not in the 2000s. are eighty. Picked it up myself because we live nearby. People were completely surprised about this, but were eventually able to find it. There was still cooking to be done and the pin didn't work. Food was not bad, chicken very tasty, roti plate was soggy, bara not crispy. And: what an amount of plastic used! Such a shame really. Don't order anything here. Because you pay and you don't get food delivered. Well, a lady who promises that food will come but does not keep her promise. She doesn't give the money back either.

What a dirty mess of long beans loose in a cold container. More potato than chicken Waited more than 80 minutes for order even though it said 35 minutes. Really not recommended, just OUTRAGEOUS No egg there ppfff.

Just got delicious roti chicken!! Large portion with extra plate = enjoy together. Plenty of vegetables and that super spicy sambel = also so good! Highly recommended! The perfect pick-up address.

Look what it is, this is a Surinamese restaurant. Things may not move as quickly here as at the Chinese on the corner, but everything is carefully prepared with love, and you can taste it. Chicken has a lot of flavor and contains enough herbs. Do not expect your order to arrive exactly on time. Expect to be surprised by the flavor these people can add to their roti.

Customer service -10 At the time of writing (already 2 hours and 45 minutes after ordering) the food has still not arrived. Well it's the first but the last time. Food ordered at 9:00 PM will be delivered at 10:55 PM. Bad service. Sorry. The nasi with curry chicken is new to me, not a combination at all. Javanese noodles with curry shrimps. I expect tasty Javanese chicken and no curry products. Too bad the rice was supposed to look like nasi but turned out to be rice with a color. No taste. The long beans are simply steamed instead of stir-fried. And it turns out to be just green beans It's because my Javanese pepper sambal gave the food some flavor. I wonder if the roti tastes better with the chicken. See this as positive criticism.

Wait 3 hours, no egg added... long beans are not long beans, and just insist that they are long beans. I am Surinamese myself, so I know the difference between beans or long beans and that I just have to return my food to get my money back..., while it has been delivered... it is... ridiculously bad! Ordered Roti via Thuisbezorgd.nl. I've been waiting for 2.5 hours now and the food hasn't arrived yet. After waiting 1 hour they said they were packing it now.
