Super delicious food! Fresh, very flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen is spotless. It's hard to believe it's not packed every night!

Really good food! Haven’t had sit in but just a bit stingy in portion for take away. Maybe they thought they could get away with it. It was the smallest takeaway container less than half full for 19.50.

Zo vers en zo lekker! Je kan alles vers zien voorbereid worden. We zijn zo vaak geweest en komen vanuit Tilburg. Geweldige chef ook en zeer sociaal. Echt een aanrader. Heerlijk.

We waren hier al een tijdje niet meer geweest. Maar gelukkig was het weer als vanouds lekker. Vriendelijke bediening die ons wees op wat specialiteiten op de (voor ons) nieuwe kaart. Een tafeltje bij het raam om Rotterdam aan ons voorbij te laten gaan. Verder een lekkere mango-lassie en en zoete curry (Kashmiri), de weekendspecial Handi Beef en een rijst plus een naan. Eten stond relatief snel pp tafel. Er is mede door de bestellingen een behoorlijke doorloopsnelheid.. De vulling (kip) van de Kashmiri curry en (zalige zacht rundvlees) van de Handi beef was netjes. Smaak ruim voldoende tot.goed bij de Handi beef. Echt Indiaas met vele lagen kruiden blijft buiten India lastig. Prijs prestatie kwaliteit is netjes in orde. Dat is ook reden voor de 5 sterren. Voor nog geen vijftig euro heb je lekker gegeten met een goede mango lassi. We komen, zeker nu we weer vaker via deze route in Rotterdam komen, graag nig een keertje terug. De combinatie van lekker eten, goede eerlijke prijs en vriendelijk personeel maakt dit een fijne zaak.

Just had dinner in this lovely place. The service was great, can't remember the last time I was being treated so nicely in a restaurant. Food was delicious as well! Nice detail; They had new menu cards and the waiter asked us if we liked them and if they were easy to read. I really appreciate this. It shows they are invested in and caring for the customer's experience. We will definitely be back!

Not everyone is welcome at this restaurant. I ate there several times after celebrating carnival in Rotterdam, which was okay. They make you pay more for the toilet if you have a tan. In addition, we were also not welcome in the regular toilet. We had to pee in the basement where there wasn't even a way to wash your hands. Other people (including white family members and others I asked) were allowed to use the regular restroom and paid less. Very disappointed in this racist policy!

Authentic Indian restaurant. Delicious food here from traditional recipes. One of the best Indian restaurants in Rotterdam. The meat/chicken here is halal, so you can enjoy the food here with peace of mind. Nice people, you will be helped well. I come back here again and again. Ps. Tikka masala is highly recommended and also lentil soup!

The best Indian restaurant in Rotterdam. We came here because of the good reviews on Google. What delicious food and what good service! Father and son run this restaurant, both came out several times to ask if we needed anything. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, packed with flavor and every bite is an explosion of flavor. I'm going to come here more often. Other restaurants can learn from this. Good food and excellent service are central here. If you are in Rotterdam, don't miss this opportunity.

I never write a review, but it is now well deserved. I've been coming here for years, albeit sporadically, but somehow a visit here has not disappointed once. The service is extremely friendly and warm, and the location and food are hygienic. The service is always tailor-made, we always think along to make the best choice. Father (owner) and son usually work side by side. The food has hardly changed in all these years, and I can appreciate that bit of continuity. Normally I don't taste any difference between different curries, but here the flavors are varied and intense. My compliments for authenticity. The atmosphere is also homely, with Bollywood classics (the music) in the background. In short, nothing but good about this restaurant, and that is exceptional. See you soon.

Had a delicious meal today with these friendly people and cozy location. The food is different than we are used to, but in a positive way. It was delicious!! The garlic naan is also really fantastic!! It was just great, nothing to complain about.

I was here today with my family. My children are somewhat fussy eaters, so I thought it was great that they thought along with us about what we could order for them. The chicken tikka massala was recommended because it is sweet. Ordered a chicken biryani for myself and it was also yum! All in all a successful evening! I hope to go back again soon!

Al geruime tijd is dit de Indiaans restaurant waar ik kom als ik trek heb in Indiaans. Ik vind het momenteel de beste in Rotterdam. Aanrader is de jalfrezi chicken of lams(pittig gerecht!), favoriet bij de kinderen is chicken tikka massala. Probeer ook een de biryani!! Vraag naar de mix Biryani(rijstgerecht met lams, kip en garnalen).

Pretty good restaurant for some delicious Indian food. We tried a lot of stuff and the particularly good ones were Karahi Chicken, Dal Tarka, Veg Biryani and Indian Tea. The Mix Veg was not so good though. The service was decently swift and the prices were seemingly reasonable. Most of the vegetarian options were available as sides in small portions.

Al aantal keren hier gegeten. Altijd uitstekend. In Nederland, maar ook op vakantie in het buitenland proberen we vaak Indiase restaurants. Meestal is het lekker. Maar voorlopig is dit mijn favoriet. Hier worden merkbaar meer kruiden, met subtiel effect, gebruikt. Onion bhajee en seekh kebab zijn lekkerder dan elders. Ook de hoofdgerechten die we tot nu toe hebben geprobeerd zijn top.

Knus en erg gezellig. Het eten is daar altijd heerlijk..

Perfecte Sfeer, Ontspannen en eten was snel op tafel Rafat is een lieve medewerker die zorgt dat alles naar wens is. Eten was perfect ! Portie’s waren goed. Beste indiaanse eten van heel rotterdam. Ik ga terug komen met mijn vrienden en familie ! 👍🏻👌🏻

Zo lekker heb ik nog nooit gegeten! Ben er al vier keer geweest in een paar weken tijd en alles smaakt overheerlijk! Chana puri is een echte aanrader en de chai en mango lassi om je vingers bij af te likken. Ik ga nog vaak terugkomen!

We enjoyed a great dinner in this really traditional indian restaurant. We had Royal Mixed Grill, a mild curry chicken, some vegetables and a traditional sweet dessert. The food was very tasty and the service excellent and very friendly. We can really recommend the place even though they do not serve alcohol.

Super lekker eten, hygiënisch en toffe locatie. Fijne uitgebreide kaart voor herhaling vatbaar en ga zeker terug komen! 1 ding..voor leftovers werd er 4 euro gerekend op de bon voor het inpakken. Beetje jammer niet om het geld maar dat mag een stukje service zijn, dat je wat rekent ook goed maar 2 x €2,- is overdreven. Daarnaast vond ik de dame die mij bediende niet met een aardige toon toespreken toen ik alleen maar vroeg of ik het zelf mocht inpakken, sommige restaurants doen dat namelijk. Er is altijd een Oost-Europese vrouw aan het werk in de keuken zij geeft positieve energie aan de zaak. Ik ben gek op jullie smaak maar dit vond ik wel minder.

Heerlijk Indiaas eten en vers bereid in een transparante keuken. Uitstekende bediening met uitleg van de kaart en zeer opmerkzaam. Inrichting juist prima en prettig.

Wir waren Freitag in Rotterdam und wollten indisch essen. Netter kleiner Laden, das Essen war klasse und sehr scharf, wie gewünscht. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Een klein restaurantje waar je LEKKER kan ETEN voor heel weinig. Snelle en vriendelijke service is bijkomend plus punt. Enige wat tegenviel is dat je minder privacy ervaart. Met een groepje lekker eten en ook gezellig praten is hier niet handig, want klanten die aan een tafeltje achter jouw tafeltje zitten te eten, kunnen je goed verstaan.... Maar om Indian eten te proeven, vind ik het een aanrader. Wat ik het leukste van alles vond, was dat er in de loop van de avond 3 mensen in het restaurant kwamen vragen of ze kunnen eten en dat kon!! Hoeveel restaurantjes heb je nog in Rotterdam waar je op vrijdagavond zonder afspraak binnen kan lopen? Niet veel.... Lekker laagdrempelig dus.

Zeer goede en authentieke Indiase keuken. Ze gebruiken een echte kleioven en dat proef je. Het eten kan in verscheidene gradaties van pittigheid worden besteld. Een echte aanrader!!!

The food is super delicious. Literally the best indian food we ever had. Even in Dubai the Indian food was not as good as the food of Royal Indian tandoori. The best indian food we ever had. The taste is authentic indian and you can smell and taste the indian spices.

Too much cost for the quality of food.. Moreover all the gravies in main course you irder comes wiyh a large bowl of basmati rice.... so make sure you are not ordering rotis.... moreover Rotis are very big... 1 roti is enough for dinner for one person... the person taking orders will not tell you this as they want you to order more and pay more.

Food was impeccable; curries were delicious. The spiciness level of the curries were adjustable. Really kind Bangladeshi waiter, the man was sweeter than the mango lassi they serve.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, super authentic. To get all of those together is super rare, and this place had it all. Only criticism i could find is that there are quite a few dishes on the menu so not sure how they control the quality on all of them. What I had though was excellent. They said it would be spicy, and it really was..
