Had Chinese here tonight, we thought it was very tasteless, fou yung hai was not in a sauce, ajam pangang was dry

Yesterday I gave it another chance with the family. Tjap tjoy was dry, 3 measly pieces of chicken in it. Szechuan tenderloin did not taste like Szechuan and the noodles were extremely salty. Whole family sick today. Very unfortunate after being a customer for 20+ years...

Looks like it's been a year already! New year, new review. Virtually nothing has changed in terms of opinion about this store. Delivery or collection, the food is always fresh, tasty and absolutely delicious. The Beef Tenderloin is highly recommended and if you like sushi you can count on it being always freshly made for you. Keep up the great work and see you again soon!

Best sushi near Heerhugowaard/Alkmaar!!!

I've eaten here before by chance.. And always delicious (the sushi but also meat dishes), fast, phenomenal service, we always get there early and always get a table and for that price!!

Not good! Ordered food at 3:40 PM for delivery at 5:00 PM. Called at 5:30 PM. I think it still needed to be made. Bad thing. The weather may be bad, but they already knew that at 4 p.m. The Babi Pangang was rock hard and half warm. The meat couldn't get through. The last time here for us.

Ordered sushi. Very disappointing unfortunately... Looked like it came straight from the supermarket...

Don't be in a hurry, dear people, you better call the other one, and certainly don't order here even if they come and deliver it, and that is the only reason for its existence or location is excellent of course, the peanut sauce is terribly bad, tjap choi didn't look like anything , yes, well, by the way, it seemed spoiled... and not once bad; my ex always ordered here, she knew someone, and blah blah if you order nasi you get noodles and or vice versa.. Pay your tip in advance, they are still watching, waiting, bunches of lowlifes, I think they can put a THAI in it. Enjoy your meal!

Good food, good service, but the interior could use some attention

The two of us come here every week to eat sushi and the rest of the menu... it's quiet in the restaurant but it's always delicious!!!! Really great and the two gentlemen are always nice too! We keep coming Jeff and Bjorn

Ordered the monthly menu again today. They probably don't have a chef because the food was really inedible. Neither taste nor cracking. Only the fried chicken wings were crispy but also tasteless. The rest ended up in the bin. I won't be ordering here again.

We ordered twice from this restaurant and were disappointed both times. But today I also met one of the delivery people in a nasty way. The delivery person in question parked his car in such a way that no one could pass by. And hindered several cars. This delivery man did not want to pull over and turned off his car and waited. Got out and kept repeating that he had to go backwards because we couldn't go any other way. (one-way road) and of course the cars behind us. The only thing he said: 'I am a delivery person and I can park anywhere'. Well after a very long wait and frustrations. He deteriorated and then we decided to share this experience with the restaurant. We spoke to a man and heard our story. He said 'this delivery man is not in a good head and not 100%, we only employ him for 1 or 2 days.' For the rest they could do nothing for these reasons. We hope that the delivery person and the restaurant will discuss this properly or take action. Because this is not good for traffic, but also not for the restaurant itself.

We have ordered from this address before. Not only the name has changed but also the quality. We ordered food for 7 people for approximately €100. We've never had it this good before. The quality was very good. The website is good. We were able to eat it for 3 days 😁 Keep it up 👍

I don't understand where you got that high rating from. We both ordered 2 different soups and dishes, simply tasteless. Next time just eat at Libelle again, this was downright bad.

Ordered here for the first time today. Once and never again! We always go to Panda, but they don't deliver and I wasn't able to pick up. The pangang was not fried pork belly as it should be, it was just meat not fried. The sauce the meat was in was ok. The beef skewers were sour, tired as if the meat had gone bad (that's how it smelled). The tjap-tjoi was good. The pangsit goreng used way too much djahe (ginger), so the sauce really tasted more like ginger than my fresh ginger tea with ginger!! Not tasty in your sauce!! I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants but never had a ginger flavor in the sauce of pangsit goreng, which were also tough and 3 pieces were even fried dark brown!! The mini spring rolls had no taste, we just had filo pastry with some unseasoned filling - a bit of a shame - The nasi was nice and therefore 2 stars and actually the only thing that was really good was the fast delivery! No, not really recommended, unfortunately.

Best Chinese restaurant in Heerhugowaard and since they added sushi a few years ago, I ONLY get it here! 1 I know I won't be disappointed because it is good quality AND always everything freshly made dear guys always nice to have a chat! take your wishes into account!!

Wij hebben Saikou gevraagd de catering voor onze bruiloft te doen. Chen dacht met ons mee en was zeer flexibel. Het eten werd keurig op tijd bezorgd & opgehaald. Het heeft ons en onze gasten goed gesmaakt. Bedankt.

If you visit Heerhugowaard, it's a decent restaurant for dinner, nice ambiance and the food tastes great. The price isn't that bad either...

Onze vaste Chinees en sushi. Echt de beste van heerhugowaard. Wanneer je besteld zijn ze altijd keurig optijd. En wanneer je iets aangepast wilt, doen ze daar niet moeilijk over. Wij gaan nergens anders meer heen!

In de basis was het eten goed, maar ik houd er niet van dat ik meer moet afrekenen dan de menukaart doet vermoeden.

Voor het eerst hier gegeten, zeer tevreden! Vriendelijke bediening en prima kwaliteit eten! Het was rustig in het restaurant, men moet deze plek nog ontdekken. Het eten was vers. Wij komen hier zeker terug. Enige minpuntje, door vele bestellingen en bij meerdere klanten in het restaurant, moet je wel geduld hebben voor je eten komt. Dit was van te voren wel netjes aangegeven

Vroeger stond dit Chinese restaurant wel bekend als slecht, maar de laatste tijd hoorde ik meerdere mensen nogal positief over dit restaurant, dus hebben wij de proef op de som genomen. En eerlijk, ik was zeer blij verrast! Tegenwoordig is het een combinatie van de Chinese en japanse (sushi) keuken op basis van All you can eat. Er is een ruime keuze aan gerechtjes en ik heb echt heel erg lekker gegeten. We werden ook erg vriendelijk bediend. De jongen was alert op lege glazen, vroeg regelmatig of het lekker was, maakte een praatje en wat humor, dus erg gezellig. Ook de prijs valt echt heel erg mee, zelfs goedkoop tegenwoordig voor een all you can eat formule (24.50/26.50 en met drinken 32.50/34.50). Als ik dan iets moet zeuren zou ik qua sushi liever 2 stukjes per soort ontvangen dan 4, zodat je minder snel vol zit en meer verschillende dingen kan proeven. Maar verder echt top, voor herhaling vatbaar. Overigens doen ze ook aan bezorging.
